As I get older, self care has become very important to me. I have been going to Blissful Knead for about 2 years now and I always look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is very friendly and professionally. Their facility is clean and inviting. I always feel so relaxed and on cloud 9 when I leave. 10/10 recommend.

Wow, Seth is amazing. This was my first massage here, and I booked with Seth — a great decision. This was the most relaxing, yet productive massage. He was able to identify (what felt like) every spot of tension and work through it. Highly recommend Blissful Knead and Seth!

The masseuses are wonderful and the space is beautiful, especially the floors. I do computer work and the massages have really helped with back and neck pain that was terrible. They are professional here and make you feel very comfortable.

Great ambiance hidden behind the strip mall exterior! Like a secret gem! The staff is so kind, the massage therapists know their business, and the manager offers his card to every customer! I like this spot because it adheres to some spa tropes that I like (soothing music, darkened rooms, hot towels) but infuses that with compassion, humanity, and convenience. You can easily book and reschedule online, save money with a longer term package, and pick up gifts on your way out from their cute lobby area. My massage therapist there strikes a great balance in the room helping me to relax, talking when it feels appropriate, and he TRULY listens to my feedback during the massage, and before we even begin. I feel like I go there and get true healing. Blissful Knead is the diamond in the rough Id been looking for... a place that wants to help me heal, help me chill, and treats me like a real person. Absolutely recommend.

Emily has been a blessing, I’ve been seeing her consistently for over a year and always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Since day 1 she and th other therapists I’ve seen have listened and applied what I’m looking for. The space, vibes, and the little gift shop are great. The front office staff and the owner are always so pleasant to be around.

Very over priced. The masseuse explained to my husband that because he was tall, he needed to pay for a longer massage to get a full massage. Never mind time management on her part...

I woke up with a painfully sore neck and shoulder. After a week it was still hurting and I decided to get a massage. Joanne was wonderful and tailored my massage to focus on my sore neck while managing to find some new sore spots in the process! I will definitely return to see Joanne. Booking process was easy and the space was clean. Easy parking as well.

Hidden Gem! For sure, owner greated us while we were waiting and offered us drinks, nice touch. The ambiance and design of the facility is Beautiful and modern. The staff are friendly, massage therapist did a great job, they actually listen to your request ( what u fill out on their forms such as firm massage preferred). Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place👍😊

I cant believe they fit me in yesterday. I had the best facial of my life. Chanel did such a wonderful job and the owner is so friendly and kind. I made a second appointment because I want to make this a habit. Good people work at this facility and I am excited to become a regular.

Seriously one of the best massage experiences Ive ever had! Robin is knowledgeable, experienced & very capable of releasing tension. The rest of the staff rounded out the session beautifully.I highly recommend a 90 minute massage to anyone!

I went to Blissful Knead recently.When I arrived, the receptionist asked me to show him my vaccination card. I told him I’m vaxxed, but didn’t bring my vaccination card with me since I haven’t told to bring the card when I made the appointment over the phone. Then the guy said it’s ok, and gave me a paper work to fill out.The paper form asks lots of details including medical history and previous massages. I felt like I’m in the professionals hand since they recorded the details.Then I was lead to the massage room for 60 minutes deep tissue massage to relax my fatigued muscles from excessive gym workouts.That is where my disappointment started. The therapist applied a lots of oil on my body and started a very light massage. After 20 minutes into my session, I asked the therapist politely to apply more pressure. She said ‘ok’ then went more lighter. I tried to signal for more pressure then after, didn’t work out at all for me.After that mediocre massage session, she told me to wipe the oil off of myself with hot towel and walked out.Then I wiped the oil off of me and went to the front to pay. They charged me 149 dollars. They asked me to tip them, I said no and walked out.I felt like I throw my money away. I didn’t feel served at all. I will never to back to this place.

I made an appt as a new customer and was super excited to finally get a massage after being vaccinated. On the day of my massage both my kids had fevers. I felt fine. I called to let them know, assuming if we learned anything during covid it’s to stay home when you’re sick. I didn’t cancel, I was willing to go, but I had to be honest. The front desk was super helpful and the therapist was nice but didn’t feel comfortable seeing me. So they told me not to come in. But charged me full price anyway because the owner refused to not charge me. So I said ok will come in then if I need to pay, and they said I couldn’t because of fevers. Again the front desk girl was awesome and apologized for her owner, saying how she disagreed with charging me. I was charged for a service they wouldn’t do because I was honest with them.

I love this place! Ive had two massages with Suzanne, and shes been amazing. The first time I saw her she asked how my shoulders were feeling. I told her they felt tight and she said she suspected as much from the way I was standing. I thought it was really great that she was observing and noting what she saw in my walk and posture and followed up to make sure she was hitting the right places. I also like that she changed her pressure when I asked-- I like deep tissue on my shoulders and legs, but a little lighter on my lower back. She was really great about adjusting her pressure and hitting the right spots. Both massages were among the best Ive had, and I felt better for days afterwards.The place itself is really cute. Its tucked into Burien, just a block or two from the downtown. The owners are there and are super sweet. Its a very welcoming and relaxing experience, and Im glad I found this gem. And this is such a little thing, but they have a dish of dark chocolate almonds that are so delicious that I need to find out where theyre from.

I called them because I had a severely sore neck and upper back pain and I spoke with Monty on the phone. He set me up with Gary who he said was very skilled with neck work. The facility was very nice, staff friendly and pleasant, and the treatment was executed deftly. I will be going back.

I have really bad experience , cheap job and bad Service ,it is not worth the money at all it is so expensive plus The front desk embarrass you every time ask for Tip , they don’t respect their appointments Every time I make an appointment i was ready to my appointment and they even don’t call just text me they change the appointment Time They do this on the same day as the appointment

The owner is meticulous about cleanliness. The space is inviting and full of interesting items and gifts. The massage therapist I saw was incredibly intuitive and sensitive to my needs. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to go for a massage. I had surgery a year & a half ago & currently have a fractured ankle that needs surgery again. Needless to say Im in a lot of pain. They make you feel at ease & seems to know exactly what to do to get rid of the pain. Im am definitely going to return quite often to this place😊I started going to Blissful Knead in January & I would like to tell you how Blissful Knead saved my life. I have been living with pain for so long that I had forgotten what it was like to not be in pain. As I sat on my couch in tears thinking I could not hide the pain any longer because it had progressed so much that I could not walk. I randomly started calling a variety of salons but hung up without leaving a message. All of a sudden my phone rang. A very nice gentleman by the name of Monty saw that I had called & returned my call even though I had never left a message. I shortly explained my situation & he scheduled me for a 2:00 appointment for the same day. As I arrived I was welcomed with a smile. Monty offered a glass of bubbly & introduced me to Nevin. I was able to explain my issues to Nevin & he seemed to know exactly what to do. Nevin had relieved so much pain that I decided to sign up for the 60 minute monthly plan. As I was at home I noticed that walking had become easier. I called Monty back & changed my 60 minute to a 90 minute monthly​ plan. I currently go in to see Nevin weekly. I have been told I need surgery but I believe with Nevin as my massage therapist it is possible I can avoid surgery all together. Theres so much more to my story but the point is that Blissful Knead has given me my life back & I am so grateful for everything they have done. Anyone who reads this please make an appointment & see for yourself that I am right. Thank you Monty and Nevin for all that you do.Blissful Knead is my favorite place to be. I have had such an amazing transformation since going there. Ive lived​ with cronic pain for years & with each visit all the pain disappears. My coworkers have noticed such a change in me that they expressed interest in trying Blissful Knead for themselves. My friends and I scheduled appointments and Monty organized the event so elegantly. There were snacks and drinks offered as we socialized. We all had a great time thanks to Monty, Praju, Nevin, Leo and Karissa with Blissful Knead Massage. In conclusion I invite all who read this review to think of Blissful Knead when planning your next event with your friends and or family. You will have an awesome time. Its been a while since my last massage. This location is pure bliss. From the staff being open and friendly, to the rooms being clean and well kept. I left felling refreshed and ready to face the day.

Something in my shoulder locked up so badly that I couldn’t even lift a glass of water to my mouth. After 60 minutes with Ben, I was 90% better, and got to 100% a few days after that. Worth every penny - highly recommend!

If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go. Just tell Monty what type of massage you like deep tissue, relaxation etc and he will find the perfect therapist for you. I see Angela, and shes fantastic. She uses just the right amount of pressure to work out all the knots. Truly, the most relaxing massage Ive ever had. (and Ive had a lot.)The facials are equally amazing. Ive had makeup artists give me compliments on my skin. I tend to have very red skin from autoimmune issues. So a facial usually leaves skin red. But not from here! The propolis serum is life changing. I had to buy it. It takes redness away almost instantly! I am obsessed with the whole Pevonia line of skin care. It has changed my skin and I love it!This place is a must, such a gem in Burien!

Though it is out of the way, Blissful Knead is a hidden treat. Tucked away on the outskirts of Burien, it offers full service massage therapy and aesthetics in a quiet, relaxed environment. The owners are personable and really engaged with their clients, and work hard to maintain a beautiful and inviting space. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

My family comes here every week to get a massage. We love seeing Naon and Robin. The owner Monty is nice, too. This place is so clean.

I went there on a first visit several weeks ago with the Groupon I was shopping for a massage therapist with a medical referral. After the massage I was informed they did not take insurance and was referred to Advanced massage where I established care. At that time my credit card was provided fpr payment and I left. Several weeks later a message was left on my phone to returned a call regarding my massage appointment. I spoke to Monty who said there was confusion on scheduled appointment. I asked him or is this Advanced massage he said yes- apologized saying Sorry about the confusion but he could get me in at 2 they dont have a 7. I showed up at 1:45 for my 2 appointment at what I thought was Advanced massage only to find out that it was with these guys. Advanced mAssage and I Called them right away told them about the confusion .I was pretty much told too bad youre being billed anyway- I told the no- its not authorized, they charged my account. My bank called to try to resolve the issue and Monte was rude to her on the phone and refused to reverse the charge. I went into His business and told him he misrepresented himself- hes nothing but a thief!He put his hands on me and tried pushing me out the front door! Told him to take his hands off of me - its assault. He grabbed me again trying to pull me to door- I puuled away- I said he was point blank asked on the phone if he was Advanced massage and he said yes I told him that because he stole my money I now have to cancel two doctors appointments because thats my co-payment. He told me that I was banned and no longer welcome to go back into a shop as if I would ever go into that place ever again. And I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as advised by my banking Institute

These people are scam artists in the making. They asked my adult son to join their membership. Then after following their processes, he sends them an email per their STAFF to cancel his membership and he gets the (automated?) cancellation reply/confirmation. This morning, my wife tells me they are trying to process ANOTHER payment. Were compiling all of our documentation and if this doesnt stop TODAY, well have to reach out to Jessie Jones and theyll have a nice little news story to share with all of the Washingtonians. AMF !!
