Got a few times massage here while on vacation and it was THE BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had . Staffs are super friendly and place very clean , highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The reception was unwelcoming, and once I entered the massage room, I encountered an older woman who was extremely unpleasant. It was clear that she had a bad attitude and provided a poor service. When I requested a refund, they informed me that it would take 5 to 7 days, which was already frustrating. To my surprise, they initially tried to avoid refunding my money, causing even more frustration. After a series of back-and-forth discussions, they eventually returned my money. I strongly advise against going to this place. If you do decide to visit, I recommend not paying upfront before receiving the service. This has been the worst and most chaotic experience I have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and find another establishment that values customer satisfaction.

This is a fantastic new spa! The high-end therapist that opened Cloud 6 previously had exclusive clients in Bellevue. Now that shes moved to Seattle, my drive is longer, but the massage is so great thats its totally worth the extra travel time! Nice clean place tucked away from the road with easy parking. Drop in, you will be happy you did!

The best hour that I have given myself was here. I paid for 1 hour massage with Mia to relieve my shoulder and neck pain and it was excellent, 100% recommended, clean and warm facilities. Thank you Mia

Dropped by new spa today, little hard to find, is on the back side of the building. Was greeted by a lovely girl who asked what Id like and how long and was then brought back to a warm glowing room. The spa was new and clean. The massage was the perfect pressure and was a full hour. I even fell asleep for a little bit it was so relaxing. Will definitely be returning.
