He asked thoughtful questions throughout the session. I highly recommend the NOW for relaxation and rejuvenation, especially if you need targeted attention to specific areas. I wanted to share my experience from my recent massage. While the ambience with the ocean sounds and location was quite pleasant, unfortunately, I left feeling very uncomfortable overall. My therapist asked 2 questions ( area & level of intensity ) but the massage technique used was strange and unfamiliar, which made the entire session awkward and uncomfortable. It felt more like someone was simply rubbing oil on my back rather than providing a proper massage. I decided to stay to the entire session because I already paid for it, but I wanted to leave after the first 10 mins.Additionally, there was a peculiar smell in the room that detracted from what should have been a relaxing atmosphere. Towards the end of the session, I felt particularly disappointed. It seemed like the therapist was just doing a basic neck rubbing instead of a massage, which did not meet my expectations or the standard I have experienced elsewhere.Based on this visit, I will not be returning or recommending this services to others. I understand that people have different styles, but I believe there is a need for improvement in ensuring that all aspects of the massage, including technique and overall comfort and align with customers expectations.

I visited here towards the end of 2023. Top notch massage and very professional service. Loved my experience here of swedish massage. I requested my therapist to focus on the back of the neck and shoulder and she really did an exceptional job. I highly recommend adding coconut hair therapy - really relaxing and ofc great for hair and scalp.The ambience of the place is great with a modern spin.

The massage was fantastic. Jolene really listened to my needs and gave a great massage. She also recommended some continuing care and I’m excited to come back.

Very aesthetic hub for relaxation in the heart of Fremont, easy to access, very reasonably priced and they have a great membership program you can take advantage of to get regular treatments! treat yourself to relaxation you deserve it!

Cool space, bad massage.Oddest massage I’ve ever experienced, with no actual tissue / muscle massaging. I almost asked him to stop and walked out. When I spoke to a manager, they discounted my service 20% which was nice, and offered me to meet with a different therapist… but not complimentary. While I get there are personal styles, the bad massage I had wasn’t due to lack pressure. Rubbing oil on someone is not a massage. Super disappointed by this service.

Front desk staff are so lovely! Unfortunately that was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I actually got up and left early. Pretty much just paid for someone to put lotion on me. Also, the “enhancements” sound much nicer than they actually are. Not worth it.

I’m so glad that I found The Now Massage in Fremont. Customer service is outstanding. Prices are reasonable and booking an appointment is super easy. The ambiance is relaxing, and I love all the natural elements used throughout the spa. Bonus points for displaying an ocean sound in the background - it evokes a sense of natural tranquility and can help calm the mind.

Great experience! I just ran a half marathon and needed a message to help with knee, shin and hip pain. They did an excellent job. Ambiance and service was wonderful. Will definetly return.

Im no rookie to massages, but this place definitely exceeded all my priorities experiences. By far the best massage Ive received. The atmosphere, aroma, sound, setting, and customer service hit 10s in my book. I plan on becoming a member for sure.

Came in for a 50 minute deep tissue massage and left with a new outlook on life!First, you walk into this place and the fragrance of coconut and jasmine immediately put you at ease. The receptionists are so professional and attentive and really make you feel comfortable. Michael was my massage therapist and he walked me through the whole process so gently. (The lavender aromatherapy is such a nice touch by the way!) Once we got started, I pretty much fell asleep instantly, but he really LISTENED to my body and worked on areas he knew I was struggling with. Im from out of state, but I’ll definitely be returning here the next time I’m in town. Thanks Michael!

The staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere is really calming. The lighting, sounds, and scents all create a relaxing experience.One thing that really stands out is seeing the way staff and management go the extra mile to make sure customers have a positive experience. You can feel comfortable providing feedback so that the experience matches what you need. They’re experts in customer service!

Came last week for a 25 minute massage plus gua sha with Pricilla. I have chronic back pain, and to be pain free for a week plus is amazing! Pricilla was efficient yet thoughtful with her practice and I definitely plan to return... only problem is it might be some time until I return as she did SUCH a good job, there is no need to go back yet! I decided to purchase a gift card for a family member for Christmas. Quick booking, nice space and fair pricing!

I was badly in need of a massage that was affordable. Honestly The Now massage exceeded my expectations. I walked in feeling dragged down and in pain, but after the massage I was so relieved and pain free. I definately will be back. Bonus they are pretty affordable too I got the membership and i will be seeing them every month.

Flew out to Seattle with my best friend and booked a massage for her birthday to celebrate. After The Now confirmed our appointments the day before they called an hour before and cancelled our appointments! Totally unprofessional and ruined our birthday trip plans because they didn’t even offer to try to reschedule us or make any accommodations since it was so last minute! The only excuse they gave was that basically their staff was unreliable. Do not recommend this place.

Highly recommend! This was an awesome experience and I can tell you I was very impressed! If your anything like me, I’m usually disappointed but i actually really enjoyed my massage and hope you do to!
