Wonderful little store with a very, very knowledgeable staff. I walked in knowing the basics of vaping and walked out knowing precisely what Im letting in my mouth. Not to mention, the company that runs this little place also makes and bottles their own e liquid. I highly recommend their Tigers Blood flavour if you like fruity.

These guys are great, super friendly and have a huge selection of quality juice. They just changed ownership so changes are happening but so far so good. Plus, its always nice to be in Pioneer Square anyway.

The guy working there is so friendly and patient. He is knowledgeable about the flavors and can guide you through your request for a specific flavor.I would have given this place a 5 star only if the prices on their website matched the ones in the store, i got my e liquids for Double the price it showed on the website :(

Very knowledgeable assistance to help you pick out a vape that reflects your needs. Good selection of mods and tanks. If builds are your thing then this place will build it for you or teach you how to build it. A good selection of Vape juice as well but could have more National brands. Prices Our Fair, more expensive than online but not too much so. A person needs to understand that they charge more for a store for the knowledgeable staff that are here plus keeping the lights on arent easy with the low margins compared to online stores and dont forget you dont have to pay for shipping here theyll hand it over to you immediately and show you how to use it thats worth something? Decent loyalty program as well

Staff is always helpful and patient with me when selecting my juices. The only thing is not being able to sample the juice due to complaints adjacent commerce and laws (sorry I always ask and always forget haha)But you ask what type taste your craving and they can steer you into the right direction to utopia.

This is an excellent shop for a beginner. I am in my 50s, and knew nothing about electronic cigarettes or vaping when my doctor recommended I switch from smoking tobacco cigarettes to using an e-cigarette. I read a bit about the subject, then watched some Youtube videos, the night before going to ecigExpress; I picked this shop based on its convenient location and good Yelp reviews. The salesperson was very helpful in guiding me toward a mod and appropriate strength e-liquid, and she also gave me safety instructions regarding batteries. I have had no problems with the good-quality equipment and products I bought, and have not smoked tobacco for over a month. Five stars.

Both the guys named Conner and the manager Eric are all great guys. They will give you the best customer service I have personally ever seen in the state of Washington. I recommend them and Ecig Express for all of your vaping needs.

The two employees that were there at the time knew exactly what they were talking about they did not try to overly upsell me on products that were inferior and their prices were not over-inflated as most brick-and-mortar vape shops are. I ended up purchasing a mod to get me by until the parts for mine arrived for a very reasonable price.
