Michelle is a multi talented teacher/dancer. I enjoyed her encouraging and warm disposition as she taught us the basics of Sufi inspired belly dancing. She brings years of experience to her classes. She makes everyone feel comfortable.

Michelle is very knowledgable in self-defense techniques and has a knack for connecting with kids/teens. She teaches students to be aware of their surroundings, trust their gut, be proactive and protect themselves if needed. She provided a lot of hands on training and working 1-on-1 with students to make sure they were comfortable with the techniques. These are invaluable skills that all young people should be equipped with.

I took the self defense class for adults and throughly enjoyed it. The way Michelle taught the class helped me feel empowered and strong from within to out. I can now confidently defend myself in multiple ways and feel prepared and safe.10 /10 recommend!
