Kara is one of the best massage therapists around! Shes intuitive and attentive. I always feel renewed after a visit and never want my massages to end.I have also taken many yoga classes with her. Her Pranayama and Yoga Nidra classes are perfect for those of us that just want to feel into our yoga practice and really connect back to what yoga is all about. I taught vinyasa and hath yoga for years but am finding a new connection to the core of my yoga practice through Karas classes.

Ive known Kara and her work for many years, and can say with certainty that she is one of the most highly qualified and experienced yoga teachers I know, with a depth of knowledge not only of the physical practices but the traditional, ancient spiritual roots of yoga. I have also seen her for massage which has helped me address back issues and stress more than other modalities Ive tried.
