We stayed here on our trip home. I made the mistake of booking the wrong night, and called within 30 seconds of booking on their website. I was told they would fix it, not problem, made sure we would have two beds, no problem. We arrived the next day, and no one had fixed our booking, they charged me an additional $15 for the double bed, AFTER charging me $90.25 cents (which was odd considering the night we stayed, the rooms were $44 . . . so I got ripped off and no refund offered at all.). The lobby smelled like cat pee, and then I saw the cat. The staff wasnt super helpful with my issue. They kept making a phone call, and I told them I called to fix and was told it would be fixed. They never offered to refund for the difference in the room, only charged me more. Sadly, no other hotels had openings, so we were forced to stay put.So lets get to the positive, the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, the floor was mostly clean. The windows were gross, the window sill, and top of the ac/heater were gross, lots of dust, but for the most part it was clean in the room. The hotel itself, was not that clean. The TV is smaller then my computer monitor. And the beds, were very uncomfortable, which is understandable at a budget hotel, but again I paid $90 plus another $15 for what should have been a $44 night stay.I hope all OYOs arent like this, but they are off of my list of good hotels, just to be safe. I wasnt even going to write a review, but I have gotten like 6 emails asking me to do so, so here you go.
I stayed here going to and on my way back from Glacier. Its 1.5 hours from the east entrance so its a lot better to stay in St Mary if youre going to be in Glacier multiple days (which you probably will be since its one of our top national parks). The first time I got a good price through ZenHotels. The second time I called Oyos reservation number and didnt get a good price. However, the motel gave me a bit of a discount when I got there so that was appreciated. The motel is OK, plus Shelby is an interesting small town.
Worst place we have ever been. Went in the room and found the window was broken, dust blew in though the break. The curtain rod d was broken and the curtain was hanging. The lobby and guest laundry room were absolutely filthy. We have now been waiting almost 5 weeks for a refund after the clerk told us it would be 5 to 7 business days. The 3 minutes we spent in the room are 3 minutes we will never get back.
We had to finish making our bed upon arrival. Pillowcases were laying on the bed, but not on the pillows. Lots of rennovations going on during our stay. The back parking lot was dirt, but across that parking lot was a Pizza Hut within walking distance. No Kleenex or breakfast included with this stay. It was relatively clean, but probably wouldnt stay here again until they are finished fixing it up.
The reasoning being is that my room was only cleaned once the two and a half weeks I was there. I ran out of toilet paper was never refilled the actual customer service part was excellent. Having a weekly rate for long-term customers would help out a lot almost $800 a week thats not $800 a week hotel. All in all its not a bad place to stay for one or two nights but for long-term customers its no love given. Like seriously I understand youre kind of the only game in town but for what the hotel is the prices need to come down every night I rebooked I had a different price.
This location has been GREAT for all pilot car drivers under Rische. Unfortunately, he sold it to new owners and the have taken a $60.00 room and jacked up the price to $150.00. Greedy new owners…the rooms are out dated and unclean. The front smells like cat urine. We have given them LOTS of business. Not any more. The windows do not lock in the rooms. They do not offer breakfast. STAY AWAY
Nice budget hotel. I cant really complain because we have been paying $68 per night. The man on the phone helped me out with keeping the same discounted price each night. Its clean the heater is nice and quiet. Im a bit disappointed in the reviews this place got. Yeah the employees here are an Indian family but Im not sure why people would be upset over that. Theyve been nice and helpful to me. I like their dog they have in the office and how cute it is behind the desk with all their things hanging on the wall. It gives the place personality.My only complaint is their booking system is really difficult. I dont fault the employees at this location because it seems like the system is to blame. It has made extra bookings I never asked for and the staff here has helped me get those cancelled and fixed. Im not sure if its a bug when you have multiple stays but make sure to have the office print you an invoice everytime you stay so you can get that sorted out and keep checking your emails for any discrepancies in their system.
The personnel working at the front desk were fine and cordial. They did assign my room to a man also, I am a single woman. I was sitting in my room and the man walked in. They said it was a computer error.Then I tried to cancel a reservation that I had with them four nights later and I was on the phone for an hour and 35 minutes trying to get them to understand that I was canceling my reservation and they were refusing me saying that I hadnt called by 9 AM. They are obviously on the East Coast and I kept pointing out that I was calling them at 8:30 AM the day before the reservation, which is when youre supposed to cancel .They have yet to credit me for one of the nights I did not stay there. I went through PayPal with them. Dont do it because you may never get your money back if you cancel or have a problem.Because of this I would never in 1 million years stay at this place again. The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean but everything else was old and pretty dirty. The air conditioning worked fine.UPDATE: two days later.As you can see there was a response from customer service telling me to email them at their support email address. It has been two days now and I have not received a reply.It is quite false on their part to pretend to provide customer service on this review platform and then to not do so…I must reiterate, do not book a room or stay at the motel or use Oyo Hotels for any reason.Unfortunately Im going to have to go through PayPal to get a refund for a reservation that I canceled in the time frame that they state is their policy.
I stayed at the OYO in Shelby, MT recently.After my stay, they have called my phone about every other day asking for my feedback and offering me deals on another stay.I have asked them, to stop calling me; the rep asked me for my booking number and I told him it would take me just a moment to find it.He wouldnt even give me a moment to pull it up so I could answer the question HE asked Me.RUDE.The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable and the blankets were neither soft nor warm. There was no hair dryer.We booked for two nights, but both our keys had stopped working by the second day.So many little things that could have been gotten right just plain were not.There wasnt even a DO NOT DISTURB sign for the door.
A low end motel, not particularly clean. My room had a dank smell and hair clumps all over the floor. The fridge was working and good and that’s about the highlight. Service was not friendly at all. Front desk was gruff and not very welcoming.
A little pushy on the phone when I called for some info and they insisted on booking me over the phone even though I was only a few minutes away from the location. Room was simple but clean. Clerk was personable and easy to work with. Location was by the railroad tracks...nothing to be done about that, but not the best for a quiet night.
We drive to Shelby each spring to enjoy the area and a delicious, top-notch dinner experience at the Frontier eatery, East of town. OYO has been our motel of choice for 5 yrs, and each time we are blessed with clean rooms. The staff accommodates in many ways. Coffee is all we need to ramp up in the morning, so we like the good-tasting brew from OYO. Thanks for all you do.
When we arrived at the hotel the first thing I noticed was the beautiful looking comfort-inn on top of the hill. So right away I said sh.., walked into hotel and it smelled of pot. The guy at reception was kind, happy and helpful. We were on the 2nd floor and the carpet was stained and dirty the whole way to our room BUT to our surprise the room was great. Clean, tidy and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic, the water pressure was the best ever. We were the last room beside the stairs to outside which suited us fine as we could get to our car fast without wandering around the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and it did what we needed. I would stay again.
Stayed for one night just passing through. Floors creaked a little but other than that no complaints. Gentleman that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
Overall a good cheap place to stay. The floor in the room was in serious need of mopping, but the bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine but small. Really the only negative for me was the stench of the front office. I am not sure exactly what the smell was, but it was offensive. I dont think it was weed, but maybe some type of food. The operators dog is a german sheapard that barks every time someone enters the motel. Parking lot was large and easy parking. Gas station and food within walking distance. I will stay again.
We stayed there a year ago, and was not pleased, but the place has improved 200% Staff was wonderful, room was VERY clean, and beds comfy! Will stay there again on way back to Nevada.
Perfect stop before crossing border back to Canada. Wish the rooms had carpet but other than that it was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly.

No carpet in the room I like carpet bed was comfortable guy at front desk was nice the repair guy was nice I stay at about 3 to 6 hotels a week and some use to much bleach and it keeps me up I bring my on sheet and pillow cover did not need.it was nice fridge and microwave worked good if u like gambling its really close gas is close

Walking Into the lobby, there was a strong smell of weed. Somewhat unprofessional for a business. Check-in was fine, front desk agent was courteous. The room was definitely not fully cleaned before we got there. One of the beds had finger nail clippings and food crumbs in it, both beds had hair in them. It was pretty apparent the sheets were simply pulled up and not changed from the previous guest. The whole hotel has a strong odour of cigarette smoke as well. One of the staff asked me for a cigarette. Walked in the room barefoot after a shower (and drying myself) and the bottoms of my feet turned quite dirty. If this hotel would up there cleanliness game, then I would have no issue staying there again. However, as is, this is not a place I would revisit.
Be careful booking online, they charge you twice. When I tried to remedy the issue, the front desk was no help at all.
Front desk was very nice and friendly. They had a cat that loves rubs and cuddles, which is a plus for me.The room was very clean. From the flooring, to the beds and the bathroom. Definitely clean.I travel with a dog, so I was pleasantly surprised that their rooms have wood flooring and not carpet. The flooring was obviously clean.The bad parts are:The walls and ceiling are very thin. I could hear my neighbors talking, and when the guests upstairs walked, my ceiling trembled. It was hard to fall asleep or stay asleep with all the noise.The bed was hard, but expected for the price paid for the night.There are no cameras facing the vehicles. Instead, there are a lot of signs saying they are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicle. Not very reassuring when there are several people (locals?) just hanging outside the hotel, drinking. Now, in my case, nothing happened to my vehicle. But if you want to sleep with a piece of mind, then I would say choose another place.
It was exactly what I needed for a quick sleep. Clean… and the staff were super friendly. Hot coffee in the morning. Affordable when I wasn’t looking for a place to hang out and have amenities.
Initially, when we checked, there was no one at the front desk and had to call a number to get someone to come. We got our room key, opened the door - on another couple in the room! Went back and got a second key for another room. Got to the room to find the door wide open. Overall, the room was clean. Just had a burnt or light bulb by the bed. No biggie. Had some overly loud guests in the hall at about 2am. Great location.
They will cancel your reservation and then charge your credit card before you even leave the property.After numerous calls and messages, and getting who I booked through to follow up the hotel told me they would refund me as it was their fault. Only to get told three days later the property manager refuses.Avoid booking with them. You will lose money and get stuck with limited options for accommodation.In response to their response - I already sent an email. Numerous times. Of which your team ignored numerous times. I received two phone calls stating I would be refunded. I do not have it in writing since your team does not respond to messages.
We really liked this motel when we had dogs. Very pet friendly and the staff loved animals clearly, as they had pets in the office. Went back this year on our way back to Canada without our dogs because it was inexpensive and close to the border. Staff was very kind regarding the loss of our two dogs, remembering them from last year. The room was clean. The bedding and towels were good, the bed comfortable. The room had a table, chairs, microwave and fridge so we were happy with that. Only complaint we had was the small size of the tv given we were watching the hockey playoffs. Otherwise, all good for a less expensive motel and we will surely be back on our trek north next year.

Arrived at hotel and there was nobody working the front desk. Left a number to call and it was a mans cell phone and he ask could I wait 5 min. He finally pulled in his vehicle by this time there were 5 other people with reservations and by that time he was freaking out and threw his hands up and a younger nicer young man got me checked in. While I was waiting there sounded to be two separate yapping dogs and I stated I couldnt rest with the dogs barking. Others were saying the same, they did get it controlled. Both me and my spouse have had knee replacements and his just recently, there were just steep steps and no elevator and it was difficult to carry luggage and climb the steps. We checked out the next morning and no one was available and I needed a receipt but was none provided. Website states 24 hr desk service. No one when I arrived and non when leaving. Would not stay again. Thumbs down.
Rooms were clean & tidy enough. Beds were comfortable, and I actually really liked the shower.The hallways smell of pot, and the carpet in the hallways are very dirty & stained.Reception was friendly.The town itself is kinda creepy.

I paid $120/night so cheap it was not - but much less than competitors nearby.You get what you pay for. Beds = GOOD, Microwave/Refrigerator = GOOD, TV/Internet = GOOD, Decor = POOR, Service = OK. Apperance = POOR, Coffee 24/7 = GOOD.My room smelled terrible (I think that is the stuff they use to kill cigarette smoke).My room had someone in it so SHE gave me a different room (I think the GUY is renting rooms on the side for cash and not recording the rental.)I really wish I could have said more NICE things, because SHE really tries.
The staff was amazing and some of the nicest people I have ever met and the rooms were spotless and one of the cleanest ones I was shocked they truly made you feel like family. They also had a hotel dog and cat who the nicest and cutest animals I have seen at any hotel I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone and their families.
Comfortable stay outside of Glacier! There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room and they have a small laundry area (just 1 washer and dryer) but very affordable prices. It was less than $5 to wash, dry, and buy detergent. Overall very great!!

We stayed here twice in a week when we did our US road trip. Hotel is old and a bit rundown, but the room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Pizza Hut next door was awesome. Good place to stay after a trip across the border.
Omgosh YES!! We are usually kind of hotel snobs. All of our friends were staying here so we followed suit. Love this place. Dont let the outside fool you!. We were in room 115. Super clean! Love the fact that they removed the carpet and put in vinyl floors. Smells better and much cleaner. Showers are great pressure and perfect. Everyone that works here is incredibly nice. Its like we have been friends forever. They are doing great things with remodeling inside and out and we love that! We will always stay here!! We love the family atmosphere and the clean, quiet surroundings. Note to travelers: pic up your cigarette butts and clean up after your pet. That should not be the hotels responsibility.
We were just stopping through so it was okay for overnight. We enjoyed that the floors were not carpeted so that felt cleaner. There were however a few people just drinking beer in the lobby along with a few people just sitting in the hallways on the way to our room which made things feel a little uncomfortable outside the room which made things feel a little uncomfortable.With the price for the hotel I was expecting a little better but not the worst stay
This hotel was not as advertised. Pictures are clearly stock photos from another place. There was a strange smell in the lobby, not sure what it was. The girl that checked me in was extremely nice and helpful-but there were two children around 5-7years old sleeping on the floor behind the desk. It was early evening and they were knocked out. The room was not clean, stained sheets, shower had hair and dirty handprints on the walls. Could hear the TV and music from other rooms. We would’ve left, but no other place in town had any available rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE! Very bad experience!
The check-in guy on the phone was kind of funny and robotic, but he was very professional, helpful, and patient. The vibes were great when we checked in just before midnight. The room itself was mid but it was clean and the bathroom was clean, and it didnt feel unsafe by any means.
Where do I start? This place is one of the best hotels around! The staff are very respectful and will do their best to give you anything you request. The rooms are always clean and there is always coffee. The place is just very homey feeling. This place is a home away from home type of place and I stop by to stay as often as I can. Kim is the best front desk lady! Definitely be back as much as possible.

I don’t know who wrote these other reviews but I felt very mislead. The whole experience was bad from start to finish. They have a cat the roams freely in the lobby and a German Shepard behind the counter. The parking lot is torn up, the lobby carpet and carpet on the stairs and halls is disgusting. The first room we were given was either still being occupied or it was completed trashed with someone’s belongings. I went back to the desk, and the lady seemed shocked there was someone in there and said she would have to call the owner and the police because “there shouldn’t be anyone in that room” not exactly conforming to hear.The room was gross with stains on both bed spreads. The sheets were at least clean so we got a blanket from our car and stripped off the comforter. The tub was discolored and the mini fridge seal was gross. We left early the next morning and didn’t even shower there because we just wanted to leave. We are driving cross country and if we hadn’t been so tired we would have left. Hopefully this helps someone else make a better choice. Check out a town called Chester. It was another 30 mins down the road but it looked like they took pride in their town and had a motel that looked better from the outside then this place did.
We deliver horse trailers into Canada and we usually stay here as it is close to the border. Cross early and back out the same day. Unfortunately the parking lot was a solid sheet of ice. 3 to 4 inches thick. Understand it is winter but the parking lot could have been cleaned a little better. Carrying luggage across this was very tricky. Being the fact we are pulling horse trailers. This made it impossible to pull up to the front door to unload. Again it appears it had not been cleard in a couple of weeks. Just continued be packed.
The first time I stayed here, I found it comfortable and staff welcoming. So when I was next going to be in the area, I decided to stay there again and made a booking. That didnt go so well.After a day in Glacier NP without phone coverage and a couple of hours drive, I discovered that they had already cancelled the booking. Hours before check-in closed. Receptionist claimed the booking was not guaranteed, and that theyd tried and failed to contact me before cancelling it. I looked back at the booking confirmation and the terms and conditions, and couldnt find anything stating the booking wasnt guaranteed (not that that would be acceptable, but at least it would be more honest). Then, to add insult to injury, they charged me for the privilege of having my booking cancelled (though, to be fair, they reversed that fairly quickly when I complained).There was more to the explanation, which perhaps theyll add below, but to me the extra detail changed nothing. It really doesnt matter how comfortable it is if youre lucky enough to get in - I wouldnt want to stay again at a place which wont honor its bookings, and couldnt recommend it to anyone else.
Very friendly. Not new but clean. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. No breakfast but had coffee. Had issue with the tv. They handled it quickly. Price plus friendly staff with decent room after a long day made it very pleasant.
I didn’t know what to expect coming in, but I ended up loving it. The people are so welcoming and really make you feel like you are apart if the community. The front desk lady Kim, omg she is the best. She is so kind and funny and she reminded me of my aunt.

Changing reservation was impossible via the international phone service the system drives you to. Really insane and inconvenient. The motel itself seemed to be full of ex-convicts and lowlifes... very uncomfortable for decent people.
I booked this hotel in May, for an overnight stay tonight. They called me last night to tell me they had overbooked and my room is no longer available. So here it is less than 24 hours, no room, and no offer to help. Then they have the nerve to charge me the cancelation. Needless to say, no OYO property anywhere will ever get my business.
The rooms were clean and nice. Staff was helpful. I wish they had breakfast, but it wasnt offered. I would certainly stay here again. The pool was not open at the time of the stay but they were up front about that as well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I actually ended up in tears! When you call, it takes you to an automated system where you will end up with someone who barely speaks English. When I was voicing my complaints, the man kept talking over me and interrupting me, and he assisted 2 other customers in the middle of conversation. The lobby smells like wet dog (literally), they told me the day of I didn’t have a reservation, I could go on and on and ON over my bad experiences with this hotel. Even though I couldn’t cancel, I ended up paying for another hotel because I couldn’t stand to go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Stayed here because I had surgery at the hospital in shelby. The hotel and the ladies that run the front desk are super kind and mindful. They got me into a first level room so I didnt have to walk too much, and made sure I even had extra pillows to prop my sore body up. Cant sing enough praises for these gals. They went above and beyond!!! Thank you for making my post op recovery so pleasant 😊
Great hotel and great price! Front desk staff was friendly and had a super cute cat that greeted guests as they checked in. Room was clean and everything was stocked, overall very reasonable for the price. Not sure when Ill be in Shelby, MT again, but I would definitely book this place again if I were.
Ok. So my mom and I were trying to find a room for our road trip. My mom called but didn’t like how you had to pay a $150 deposit and click on some links to reserve the room. My mom was like no thanks and hung up. No harm no foul. The problem came after when they proceeded to call my mom literally 6 times, texted, and sent three emails. Very unprofessional and basically badgering us to stay there.If you want to call once ..sure..but stop after that. Very unprofessional
Being in Montana for these past 8 weeks, I have not run across very many nice people, but the staff here are very kind and compassionate. I would recommend staying here to anyone. its very clean and quiet.
Nice clean room with microwave and fridge. We had a good nights sleep because it was quiet! Good coffee in the morning too. We were passing through on our way to Glacier National Park.
Excellent value. but TV had no remote. which is a big no no. anytime a room is cleaned, the cleaning person should make sure the remote is working and is left right next to the TV. I did let them know upon checkout I couldnt find the TV remote. I didnt complain right when I got my room (its just to much of a hassle to change rooms once I have unpacked). if the price wasnt so good, I would have given a 1/5 rating (as this is a pretty big screwup). but the excellent value warrants at least a 3/5 rating. thank you. oyo motel in shelby. if I am in the area I will be staying there again. but next time, I will ask upon checkin that you make sure my room has a TV with a remote.
The hotel is fine; clean, has everything you need, or want, even all the premium channels. The people that work there are great! The rates are awesome, but making the reservations was a very trying experience. You cant call the hotel direct, the person you speak with is hard to understand and they get reservations wrong. Im watching my card closely to make sure I dont get charged for it

My family and I are traveling with three Great Danes, and while they are well behaved, it is often difficult to find a hotel that allows them in because of their size. Fred, the general manager here, allowed our dogs with open arms, only asking we do not leave them alone, which was no problem. When we checked in, we informed Fred we were going to be crossing into Canada. Because of the many changes going on at the border these days, Fred kept our room available just in case we encountered any problems while crossing and had to turn around. Fred is an amazing manager and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, relaxed, and possible in the first place.
Employees are Disney quality. Hospitality is wonderful. Rooms are updated and clean, shower water pressure is better than most hotels. Heat was great even tho outside was -26. Would definitely stay again
Rude and dirty are the best two words to describe the staff and rooms at OYO. We even tried to follow up with the corporate office and got no response or a non-functioning automated system. Stay far, far away.
I was apprehensive about staying because the last OYO I stayed at was horrible. However, Great rate! Friendly staff and it was clean. The rooms are updated, they are basic but clean and matching. The bed was firm. I was very much satisfied. It is also close to a convenient store and restaurant.
After having multiple terrible experiences at other hotels, we stayed here. The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was sweet and understanding. She did everything she could to make the check in process painful.
For our stay and with the utmost respect, I have this to offer. Because you have done something incredibly wrong, for which there is absolutely no excuse, everything that might be right or advantageous for and during a person’s stay, is of no consequence. You see, during our stay, we found NO Bible in our room. That can only be possible if top management has at some time made a decision to remove the Book of Truth – God’s Word (the Bible).The Bible has been the mainstay of American hotels since before any of us has been born. You have no idea how many people in a hotel pick it up to provide hope and a reason to be living on this earth. God wants His Book in those rooms. To deny that, means someone is listening to the wrong voices.When you do the wrong thing, which of course you have, well, it carries a price. No one can say when it (the price) might come due, but it will happen at some point. Of course, the problem is, because of your wrongdoing, when it comes, you won’t recognize it. It’s too bad. Not recalling any of what you have read, you will merely say, “Why are we going through this dilemma? What have we done to deserve this?”

Good room for the price. It is not a fancy hotel, but perfect for the price. The room I was in felt newly remodeled and comfortable. Kim at the front desk is very helpful. Oyo was complicated to deal with and it was easier to deal with the hotel people directly.

But the people at oyo are freaking relentless since staying there they have called me and emailed me trying to push me to join their “club” or whatever they’re offering. Please leave me alone. I don’t stay at a hotel every night and frankly constantly bothering me is like spam it’s a huge turn off and might weigh in my decision to stay again If your the best deal next time I’ll choose you again.
Worst hotel experience ever!!! Forget about calling the hotel.. Their front desk is in India and I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to cancel my reservation and talked to 30 different clowns who would just transfer me to another clown. No good ending here folks.. No refund and wasted 100 bucks at a hotel I never stayed at..

It was a little scary for us to book a two star hotel but when you are travelling with pets, options are limited. The staff here were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location is great. Room was clean.
Run, dont walk away. Better yet. Just dont even book. Priceline let us book a king deluxe room. We called down and the clerk said we do not even have have king beds so , no you did not book a king. RUDE! And our email even said king deluxe. The lobby Smelled The room smelled even worse, it smelled like someone had lived in there, like a dirty person and pets. Paint peeling terribly above the tub/shower. Dirty paint peeling off a/c. The bed had a spring popping out of it that cut me. The bed spread was from the 80s. The sheet was see thru. The internet did not work. $80... omg. Maybe $20. I will never stay there again. Most likely will never stay at an oyo again anywhere , the oyo in Dunnigan, CA. Was just as bad, even a little worse as it had bed bugs as well.
It was Ok for an overnight stay. Close to the railroad tracks with trains going at all times. Bring your earplugs!I booked online, gave my credit card to pay. A few hours before I checked in I got the following email:Thank you for booking at OYO Hotel Shelby MT Hwy 2 & I-15 for2022-05-06! In order to guarantee your reservation, we charged yourcredit card ending in a reservation deposit of $ 1.0. Below aretransaction details.They did take it off when I complained but this is a shady practice. Would not stay here again.
Room was adequate and clean. The hallway carpets and walls were visibly soiled. The price we paid was a fraction of other lodging in the area that night, so the value we received was very good.
The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The TV and remote work good. Showers were hot. Over all a good room for the money..
This hotel was horrible, we couldn’t even stay the night. The smell was awful, the a/c on the room was not working properly, the door lock was not working neither. After couple tries finally could speak with the front desk because the guy was not there, he refused to assign us another room or give us a refound.Tried to chat with their company but it was automated and did not offered any options at all. It was a nightmare and if I could give them 0 stars I would.
I was actually surprised. My room was very clean. There was a mini fridge, a microwave, a flat screen tv and pretty good WiFi. This place has ample truck parking and a friendly staff. No frills but everything you need at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place. Will stay here again.
Not many amenities but worth the price compared to the other Hotels in the area. Very clean with the smell of bleach through out the building and appreciated with the recent Covid surge. Beds, pillows quite comfortable. Thank you

I was disappointed at the service. I have a 3 yo & 5 yo who was playing at 4 pm and it was to loud, got calls from front desk..smh so I moved to a different hotel and had a great stay! I was not happy.
Start off with the price we have in the region, which is literally the best one will get. Beds are neat, showers are neat generally its neat. Downside is no breakfast, guessing it compensates for the cheap rooms. Highly recommend if available...Ill also state that one should reserve at least a day ahead.
Would not recommend EVER! Called over a month in advance. Booked our trip. They called and canceled less then a week before we where due to check in. The reservation number kept pushing me to people not in the country , rude and offered no explanation as why they where canceling our room. Will never stay there, would not let my dog stay there
Not a good experience. Wouldnt stay there again. Tub dirty, shampoo half empty (glad I brought my own), dirty towel hanging in shower area. Found bug in bed. lights between beds had cord cut and couldnt be used or fixed at that time (we spent 2 nights there). They apparently had no pillows other than those in the rooms according to the girl who was on the front desk. Bad, bad, Bad. The one good thing was the two gentlemen that worked the desk. They had good attitudes.
We had a family emergency where a family member went to the hospital while travelling by train. OYO was the only hotel in Shelby MT that was worked with us and had a room ready on short notice. They were incredibly caring and even drove my family member back to the train when he recovered. I have paid 3x for hotel rooms before that didnt give the care and hospitality that OYO did to us in a time of need. They may not be a big national brand, but wow they are awesome!!!!
Over all its a very nice place to stay, it is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. The only had thing is you cant call the front desk for a reservation and the guy you talk to her horrible English. The price is unbeatable.
Luke warm showers, never did get hot. Not a bad place to stay but not my first pick. Wish they had some type of breakfast but oh well. Beds and rooms were clean. Friendly staff.

I didnt even stay here. I booked a room with FREE cancelation on Booking.com. COVID hit, I canceled my reservation, got a free cancelation, and received confirmation. Booking claims that OYO is responsible for the charge. OYO is an overseas company that manages this hotel. Its been months, countless emails, phone calls, and still havent recovered the money that they stole from me.
This hotel chain is horrible. The customer service number takes you to someone overseas and you cant understand a word they say. Also be careful using your credit card as they will make unauthorized charges just for the privilege of booking at there hotel. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER OYO HOTEL AGAIN.

If youre in the area you for your own sanity you should go to the best western, its new, spotless, fresh, and see an incredible man by the name of Patrick who saved our day!During our few hour stay at Crossroads, the smell slaps you in the face right when you enter, people were friendly until there was a complaint, our toilet wouldnt flush, was about to over flow, we called the front desk to let them know (the lady who claims to be the owner, of not only that hotel but all 4 in town she says (LIES), she said she couldnt find a plunger and would get back to us, she never did, so I went to the desk to ask for a plunger, she didnt have one, SO SHE HANDED ME A TRASH CAN told me to fill it with water and dump it in, see if that helps, so what the heck, Ill try, I have 4 kids In the room, and we need a toilet that works, so I go to try and the trash can had a hole in it, omg.... so obviously we were frustrated... who does that!!!! She offered to give us a different room, but refused a refund!!!! So we left went to best western down the street, and for 75.99 at a DISCOUNTED PRICE, patrick hooked us up! Crossroads charged us 65.00! We asked if she owns all 4 hotels and that is not so.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, JUST GO TO BEST WESTERN!!!!
CHECK-IN: Cartoons were blaring when we walked in the lobby (FYI : I love cartoons but this was a bit much) and half eaten pizza left on a table by the front desk and dirty fingerprints all over...I assume this is a family run motel with young children (though I didnt see them).I liked that (although I didnt see them) there was evidence of having cats, maybe a dog, as a pet in the building. Im a pet lover too so I like that in a family-run place. Feels homeyFella at reception didnt seem to know what he was doing.A lady came and finished our check in; she was professional and efficient.ROOM: We were given a room on the first floor.It was ok.Clean and a good size.IN-ROOM EXTRAS: microwave/mini fridge.Coffee not available in room but was in lobby in the morning.POOL: NoTUB/SHOWER: okBED: 2 pillows per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep. Surprised as we were right across from the BNSF (railroad) main yard which was very quiet.BREAKFAST: No.In the morning when I tried to check out, there was no one available at the front deskPRICE: on a Tuesday in Sept 2022 (including taxes) for 2 adults, 2 beds: about $100. It was the least expensive in the area.

Oyo in Shelby all the staff is great, service and for your money the best place to stay I stayed there for 6 weeks while on a job and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel and staff … WAY TO GO OYO SHELBY !!!
The people who works at the hotel were excellent. Manager gave me a ride to pick up my U-Haul. The beds were great and clean rooms.

I like this Hotel that they dont have carpets in the bedrooms, so, they dont smell bad... They were renewing the lobby and other areas, the bad thing is that they just give coffee, and not very hot, I have been in others hotels cheaper than this and They have at least continental breakfast... oh well...
Not clean, lots of odors, canceled as soon as I saw the room and the condition of the rest of the hotel. Front desk would not refund my money, claimed I had to call corporate to get my money back. Avoid!
Oh my gosh obviously the sheriff,police,and feds havent noticed the drug cartel the operates out of this stink hole. Complained to the front desk about the in and out traffic of the north door. And she said that was normal. Wow. Anyhow our room stank to high heaven. I think it was a smoking room or a meth lab at one time and they just painted over the place. I feel sorry for the oil and construction workers that stay here.
We had a reservation made a month ago and they cancelled it for no reason! Got a message from someone in Puerto Rico and another from Canada to let me know. Called the company and got someone from India. This company is totally out of touch and is run from another country! Do not trust them.

Hotwire has the wrong name of this place on their website, which we did not find out until we arrived after 10 hours of driving late at night. The hotel did not have our reservation because they said they do not take reservations from hotwire and were no longer under that previous name/ownership. We tried getting in touch with hotwire support but the employees here at the crossroads inn were zero help to us whatsoever

While the room was clean,the front desk attendant was helpful and we were not disturbed by the trains across the street, the smoke alarm had been disconnected and there was a general lack of maintenance.
The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the room and bathroom was very clean, and I had a great nights sleep even on the 4th of July.
