CHECK YOUR BOTTLES!!!!(7/3/2021) I usually don’t have this problem cus the two main guys who work there all always nice, so I don’t check mine.Was sold a bottle 2yrs expired!!! And when I went back dude tried to get smart and say all juice gets dark! Then tried to give me a “deal” on another bottle! Those bottles at $20 something and he thought a deal was “$18” cool! Tried to reach out and nothing was done! I will not be back! The two guys that usually work there weren’t there and I know they would’ve treated this situation so much better than what I had to go through!!! A refund or something would’ve been nice!!! I love coming here but I will not be back!

Ok. Went here for a nice cigar. They had a decent quality brand, but could have more choices.

I’ve been shopping here for about a year and they have always taken great care of me. I walked in yesterday with my vape tank in pieces and a tiny budget. They took almost a half an hour going through the details to get me up and vaping again. This was not the first time they have saved my day.

The guys go above and beyond to help their customers. They keep my husband and I in our coils, and they are always open for suggestions. You want something? Tell them and they will get it for you. They are a great bunch of people and I always love going in there :)

Staff is friendly & helpful, they have a ton of products for vaping and tobacco accessories, they also carry supplements, they have a lot of gift items as well.If youre looking for a certain item in particular you can give them a call to see what items they carry.

Decent selection of products. Prices are mostly fair, a few items are higher than competitors, especially going by their special deals. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

The Happy Shack has all your vaping needs!!! They have a huge selection of flavors and even some unique blends. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful with my vape. They also were able to help me find the right type of juice for me. I was very happy to feel like a person and not just another customer coming in the door. The customer service is AA++

The guy who was running the shop was able to answer all of my questions. It will probably be one of my go too shops if not my only shop. He had a awesome attitude and their prices are great. If you are in the area and are a vapor you should most definitely stop by. 💯🔥

I meet these guys at the flea market in Dallas NC about 5 years ago and bought my 1st vape device and then I started going to the store they had in Gastonia. They always stood by their products and have always had the best juices at the best prices. Im very happy they opened a store in Shelby. Ive been to mad vapes, kure, Charlotte vapes and other places but nobody compares to the service and prices at Happy shack
