I have been buying flower from this place for about 2 mounths. The kid in the huddie is rude and has an attitude most of the time. I showed up @8:30 as a customer was leaving. Huddie tells me its 8:00 my cash register is down He just checked a customer out. They dont open till 10am and close @ 8pm There are too many other places to stop for flower. I wont be giving these people any more of my money.

The only vape store I go to ... good selection of vapes... love their rewards program. Employees are awesome !!!

Edit: service had improved vastly since my original review. Upped the rating from 3 star to 4, and can confidently recommend this location. Prices still average to high, but with frequent sales and rewards program.Original review: Decent selection of juice and equipment, prices are average to high. Most of the employees are nice enough but one guy seemed uninterested in helping, and was very short with me and my friend who went there. Id go again if I had to, but i dont recommend them.

Stopped through while traveling. They have a decent selection and not gouging prices. For premium juice I chose, it was $22 for 60ML plus the tobacco tax. Ive seen much worse. Plus theyre super friendly and the lady there helped me out with getting an empty bottle to mix with. Id definitely stop in again.

Refounding the grate part for me. Once you buy at other places they will not care. If you buy smithing they will help you out. And very nice people work there.

Normally, I am very pleased with this location. But, today was my 25th visit in around 3 months (perka verified the #). I needed help with an issue and was given a straight out of the box rejection from the manager . I guess that my spending over $40 per visit for 25 visits (over $1,000) doesnt matter. I have always tried to give my business to the small, local businesses. I wonder if it would matter to them if I didnt continue doing business there?!?!

I always get great service at this store! I don’t go anywhere else the staff is always friendly. It’s a great atmosphere every time I go. Thank you for taking time to answer all my questions and helping me to find a juice I will like.

I absolutely love going to this vape shop the lady who runs it makes you feel like family. I am able to get everything I need at one shop and if she doesnt have it she may be able to get it for you so dont be afraid to ask. She knows what she is talking about and if she doesnt have an answer then she will get you one by doing the research on the spot if she isnt crazy busy.

Friendly staff and great, comfortable atmosphere. Wonderful selection of all juices, mods, and accessories. The staff is very knowledgable on everything in the store. They do offer a house juice, but I only know from word of mouth that it is a great juice to try.

Nice little shop, stopped in to get new Mod as old one died,they had the G-Priv in stock which I was happy to get one.. Seems like they had some workers smoking and talking with others and only 2 working so you may have to stand around waiting to buy something that only takes 2 mins....Took a star off for lack of assistance...Just look @ ya walk in, turn around and keep blowing,dont ask can U help!!! Lovely....

This place is great. Awesome people, very friendly and an overall excellent, laid-back atmosphere. The prices are great and you wont find a better selection of juices anywhere else in Shelby. I highly recommend it

This staff of this store is great. They are very knowledgeable about the products and always speak when you walk in the store. The product selection is great...I always find what I need and want! Keep up the good work!

This place is a little high priced. They do have a little bit of a selection of ejuices but not really much selection of capes. I think they could also use better seating area for their customers who do want to come in and really shop and check things out.

Awesome service... great prices... I refuse to go to any other vape shop (including other MadVapes). I bought my first vape there like 2 years ago. Ill admit that I was completely clueless when I went in. I told them I had no idea what to get. So, they recommended something that would be low maintenance for me (just replace the coil and charge) and helped me to get the right nicotine level. Even now, I can go in with a question I feel is stupid and they always help me so I dont feel stupid and I walk out with a smile every time!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Madvapes is awesome. People are super 👍 nice and ready to help you in any way. They do not make you feel dumb for not knowing certain details. And the house juice jokers gas is amazing

Im thoroughly displeased with my experience the my mistake wont be making it again even after I went home and did my research the batteries they sold me are not recommended for vapes e cigs or any thing else of that nature however Im waiting on them To fully charge I might update this review if they work better than my last set however I couldnt afford to spend the extra money of of my card and was unable to receive a refund at the register before I even left the store I realized that the items rung up was more than I could afford to attend but it was to VB late as i already ran my card before I heard my total but I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN I will go to high life or even better foggy bobs first and if this was the last vape shop on earth I would just stop vaping and by a carton of cigs

Worst Madvapes Ive ever been to. It only got the extra star because I was able to get juice close to where I was. Their products are more expensive than other Madvapes stores. One vape pen in particular thats 20$ everywhere else but is 30$ there. The people there arent as knowledgeable as the other stores Ive been to. They sold me a mini vape and when I got it home was getting burnt tasting hits, asked someone at the Gastonia store and they told me the holes on the coil of that particular product were to small for max liquid and told me how to dilute it....yet the Shelby store where I bought the juice and vape at the same time neglected to tell me the juice they made me wouldnt work in the vape they just sold me... Thanks. Also, after purchasing juice from the Shelby store I pulled out my juice card to find out I had enough for a free juice. Woo hoo right? Wrong.....They dont honor the cards at that particular store. Ok, so I asked the guy can you at least stamp me another card for what I bought tonight? His response to me was got one?. Or course I didnt have one....I dont keep extra stacks of Madvapes juice cards in the event if an emergency and I actually have to walk into this sorry excuse for a MadVapes. Why do they have the stamp if they dont honor or have the cards? Did he just not feel like doing it or making the juice? Do yourself a favor and drive to the Madvapes in Gastonia.
