Pure Massage

Owner stated credit card machine charges 2.00 surcharge which I know they’re passing their merchant service fees off to customer it’s illegal. Place needs a remodel and new therapists as they have no skill. This place reminds me of a fly by night business. It’s sad USA allows anyone to open a business!! Anyone that says this place is 5 stars or even 2 stars must be going for different endings ! Never again will I patronize, I can get better massage at my local mall. Owner has a good attitude so maybe that brings people in but not enough for a repeat visit for me Meh. Oh did I mention she takes breaks during your massage and screams mandarin across the thin walls. Was not relaxing don’t go

Really bad experience. I need a simple deep tissue massage for 1 hour from my neck to my back for pain I was experiencing. I repeated myself multiple times and after showing the therapist where my pain was for almost 10 minutes thy focused on everything except for what I needed.She was very rude and argued with me that I MUST get FULL BODY even though that is not at all what I needed! Their full body massage is only $60 and their foot massage is only $50. Instead of accommodaing what I needed, she yelled at me saying NO, FULL BODY ONLY. 1 HR MASSAGE BACK AND NECK ONLY $100 FULL BODY. What?! Thats almost the price of a 2hour.I came here to unwind and relax and instead I get yelled at. I left and then said that I wanted a refund and she wanted to argue with me again telling me YOU DO IT.After the back and forth I eneded up getting my refund and left all because she didnt want to focus on what I actually NEEDED. Very unprofessional!!! Ill NEVER go back !

There are much better places who offer better quality massages for cheaper than here. They scam you and force you to give a 35% tip. I tried to say I only wanted to tip 20% but she wouldn’t let me leave without tipping more and tried to give me some explanation that I did not understand. It was bizarre. There was no relaxing music, very uncomfortable massage tables, no blanket or sheet over you, massage therapist didn’t listen to concerns and the pressure was very light despite me asking for deep pressure in a problem area. I paid $80 total for an hour which to me is the price of a high end spa where you get a whole relaxing experience and an amazing massage. This was a rip off and I left feeling scammed, upset and not relaxed or in any less pain. In fact I’m in a lot more pain because she forced me to stretch in ways that really hurt.

There are very professional massage and very considerate service，the room is clean and tidy，I feel relaxed of oil massage that’s so amazing, It was a perfect experience.

I went to this massage parlor last weekend and I loved the vibe there, my sores are gone and I want to say thank you, will keep coming back

Just went a little earlier today. Had a great experience. The service was nice, the rooms were warm, and it wasn’t pricy.
