Foot Inspiration

I don’t want to tell anyone how great Foot Inspiration is as I might not get in but I will . I’ve been going for 10years + , I’m sure it’s more , every week . I LOVE it ! The price is unbelievable ! $57. for 1 1/2 hours ! Starting at the Top , Derek and Sonny are great ! ALL the staff is wonderful especially my guy that I have used for 10 years now . That name you’re not going to get .It’s just a great family owned business that cares about their clients and service . If I’m traveling and miss a week it’s truly the end of the world . I’m addicted ! I’ve gotten massages for over 50 years now , this is the place ! Dont wait - GO !!!

Absolute go-to! There are many rave reviews so let me just say, I went in feeling stressed and kind of down. I left feeling incredible. A serious difference, and feels so much lighter.

This spot is tucked in to a little strip mall in Sherman Oaks. Its pretty, diligently clean, priced well, with great massages, and staff

Price can’t be beat. Just make sure to be direct with what you want because the hour long foot massage includes only about 10 minutes of feet, but they did the whole body for the rest of the time.

Love this place so much! Great massage, easy to book and even though you “only” book a foot massage you get a face, scalp and back rub as well. I highly recommend and the prices are unbeatable.

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible experience the person that gave a rub down was not experienced at all. He even ended like 10 minutes before. Please don’t waste your time here. The owner was not helpful. If I could give no stars at all I would .

Amazing foot massage. It’s practically a full body massage. Walked out feeling like I was walking on clouds. One of the few places I have been to that can really did deep into my tight muscles! Loved this place and will definitely be back!

This place used ro be very good.Last friday, 2/18/22 I went there with my wife. Our appointment was around 6:30 pmWe had terrible experiences.The women who were giving us massage, they were not experienced. They didnt know how to massage at all. Also they cut out hour by 15 minutes.So, we will never go back to this place ever again. We waste our time and moneyVery disappointed ☹☹☹☹☹☹

The masseur are fine the only worst thing experience here is the owner Derek he doesnt have a good customer PR. He treats his customers very unprofessional. Always remember customer has the right to have a good treatment but this Derek he is very rude telling customer that you are not welcome here no more to think that we still patronize the business just because of the masseur. We pay and give tips but if customer is not satisfied with the service provided you cannot demand a tip based on what you imposed as they demand on it. Remember a tip is given generously depending on the service satisfaction. And also, if you made reservations and we cant control the things going on before the appointment you cant just tell to the client that you are not welcome here no more everything is beyond our control. The point is as long as customer pays and not doing anything against the establishment or staff you cannot stop customer for coming. You should treat your customer professionally and NOT MIN and RUDE!!!!! Derek should not be dealing upfront with the customer. April and the rest are very friendly. Derek should learn the proper customer service etiquette otherwise business will go down no matter how good the staff if the owner does not know how to handle customers good its gonna be a lost.

I am giving 5 stars for the very helpful, very friendly Derrick at the front desk. He was able to get me in with no appointment...thank you so much dude! You are awesome!The massage I received was good. Not great, but still very relaxing. I would give it 3.5 stars. I usually prefer a female masseuse, but tried a male masseuse this time. He was a touch too rough on my back and neck, but the foot massage part was amazing. I wish he had spent a little more time on my hands and shoulders, because that is where I carry most of my stress. And the hot towel on the back can be a little surprising when they slap it on at the end. No finesse!But still...this place is totally worth it for the customer service, the prices, and the ambiance. Next time, I will be more vocal about what I do or do not want. Then it might be perfect!

I love this place. Ive been coming for years and always have a great experience. Its clean and the staff is friendly. I do the private hour table massage and I ask for Jenny. Shes the best! Its reasonably priced and so worth it.

So my boss booked our appointments. Dont know what is called what she got. But it was about 1 hr long. It was the most relaxing experience ever. The place was clean. Employees that helped us were nice. Got a foot massage back massage. I would definitely go back.

Tony is the regular massage therapist I go to however he was not around on a Monday so they had recommended another therapist. I will post again later to edit this review because I forgot his name and I do apologize. Lets just say I will be coming back again on a Monday since he was also very good, he had asked few times if the massage had to be softer or harder. I like that a lot. Thank you healing therapists.

It had been about 18 months since my last massage (this was my first visit here), and I had built up so much tension. The massage therapist worked really hard to loosen me up, and in the end I felt so much better!

One of the best massages Ive ever had in my life; and this is coming from a massage addict thats probably tried every foot massage place on Ventura Blvd. New places keep popping up, and I go to them when I call too late to Foot Inspiration and theyre booked up, but I always return. All the masseuse are amazing in their own right and Ive had a dozen of them. Derek is always accommodating and hilarious.

Excellent foot massage place. its a communal chair dark room with some bamboo to separate certain chairs. if you are a guy, they ask you take of your shirt. if you are a girl the dont, however when they give you a back massage, they unhook your bra underneath your shirt. these increase the effect of your massage. been twice this year and have not been disappointed. parking is free for 2 hours underground in this strip mall. friendly service is a plus.

Worse massage ever. Felt like a massage sweat shop. Completely felt manhandled in every way. I never leave reviews but definitely will never return and I don’t recommend especially if you are a female.
