This place has been here since the beginning, they are the real OGs. Nick is always on point - take his advice always, because he’s a real expert in his domain of e-liquids and also the mods, etc.It’s just so nice to come here, because of the sick décor, and the prices are good here now. The lighting design is great, and it adds to the experience!Don’t ever go to those little dingy smoke shops that just got on the vape bandwagon a couple years ago. This place has been here for a long time, and they know what to stock. Also, those other places will sell you juice that will make you sick and don’t follow regulations. The Vapor Spot follows regulations, and actually they have been doing that even before regulations were a thing! They have your best interest in mind and they will only sell you quality products.

Went to a shop that was closer on Ventura and sold me terrible juice. Like they needed to get rid of it juice. Decided instantly to walk that mile to the vapor shop and I walked in like I had been there. Great service from Nick. He was readily available to let me try all I wanted and just was a bro. Cant believe the differences here. Dont go anywhere else. The owner cares with his rad names of certain juices attained and has great policy. Go here and so your not let down by others.

The staff is super nice and extremely knowledgeable. They make everyone feel welcome and dont mind explaining everything in detail with no judgment for anyone who is new to vaping. Ive been to a lot of vape shops but this is the only one I always feel the most comfortable in. My favorite part about this place, for the people that care about the PG to VG ratios of their juice, is that all of their juices are max VG and extremely high quality. Plus buy 2 bottles get one free!! Cant go wrong. I wont go anywhere else if I can help it!

Awesome shop! Great service and knowledgable, friendly staff. Definitely my go to shop in the Bay Area now. They have a great selection of liquids and mods and were very helpful with picking out an RDA for my boyfriend.If youre thinking about dropping cigarettes and wanna pick up vaping definitely stop by vape dreams, you wont regret it!

SO happy with this place! Every employee is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have a wide variety of juice flavors in a good selection of mgs. (I vape 18 mg, which is usually hard to find, but they have many options in stock). This is my new go-to shop.

Im normally SUPER picky about my juice and feel bad about it, but when I went in the guy that helped me offered up a whole bunch of different juices for me to try until I found one. I got one that day and I LOVE it. Even though its a bit far, its worth it. 🖤

Keith and Tad were so helpful! In a city full of vape stores where the sales associates dont seem to care, this place went above and beyond. They made sure I liked what I was going home with and were so friendly. I dont think I will ever go to another vape shop.

Large selection of e-juices (e-liquids). Sampling station is large. Conveniently located. Parking in rear and front.Update on June 11, 2017. Recent visit significantly changed my opinion. Place was enjoy during prone hours. E-liquid selection was drastically less than competition. Test units were in bad shape. It was almost like they didnt want any business. On top of that they had the audacity to charge me for a single use mouthpiece that I used to taste the suggested flavors, which were unsavory. Do yourself a favor and visit a place that appreciates you and the business you bring in. What a disappointment.

This place is really chill and the staff are really cool people. Their customer service is astounding. They make sure you get what you ask for. But if they dont have it, they let you know right away. In addition, they have a lot of variety with flavors and nicotine intake. Definitely want to come back and hope this business is here to stay.

Exceptional products and service. I have been to several vape shops. Most of them dont offer the variety of juices the Vapor Spot does, and the Customer service is mediocre at best. This is definitely the place to go for all your vape needs!

This is my go to shop now. I started going there bc they offer the flavor I smoke. It started off a little rocky at first because of limited availability of my flavor. I voiced my concerns and now I call in advance and they move some over to that location if it isnt in stock. Never takes more then a day to get in and most times its only a few hpurs! Im 5 months free of cigarettes and I owe it to customer service like this! Thanks!

I ordered 4 different juices (Elvis, Tito, Cinamon Buns and Mingus)I can honestly say I dont taste any of the flavor in these juices. I purchased Tito for someone else and they said the same thing. Ive asked others if it was just me and they all agreed it wasnt.For 75 bux it kinda sucks im left to go get more juiceI will say there was a shipping issue and I spoke with very friendly staff and they resent the order free of charge and refunded my shipping Costs.However I have 8 bottles of juice that I cant taste.

I traveled all the way from santa clarita because I heard such good reviews about this place. I was taken into the vape world at age 18. When Jerry Brown decided you have to be 21 to buy any tobacco product, I was easily sucked in by force from the law to suck down those cancer/ death sticks that vaping has saved us from. I have been 7 without nicotine and asked just to get a vape device without any nicotine at all and I was denied because I wasnt 21. This proves to me all they want is my money, my addiction, and business. They never cared for the customer trying to resist the smoke around him by vaping on 0 nicotine vapes because theyre only afraid of the pathetic law and business. Now I am so tempted to just suck down all the death sticks in the living room. Yeah, not the great vape shop with good prices I thought they were.

I have been going to the Spot for a few months now & each time is a great experience. I deal with the same helpful associate every time. His name is Chris Aragon. We hit it off right away. Turns out he & I share a love for the same car (Morgan) as well as sharing the same 1st name. He knows what I like (I guess you would say Im a little fussy about the juices I vape) & he always steers me to the new flavors that he knows Ill like. If you are considering e-cigs, be it to get away from smoking, or you just want a new taste experience, you have to go to the Vapor Spot. Newbys are treated with respect and patience, I know because I was new to vaping when I 1st went there.

Great vibe, great staff, great selection of unique flavors you cant find anywhere else. The staff knows their products well, always frustration free while buying tech or juice.

They have the best Juice in town. The people are really friendly are always free cleaning. I have brought over 10 people here and they love it. This is the best thing for smoking.

Really nice staff that makes my custom juices here. I miss the Sunset location because its so close to my house. I dont get my juice or Vape devices anywhere else. 💯💯💯

Pricey but nice Decor friendly and knowledgeable staff. They sold me a external battery recharger after one day it melted I went back and they exchanged it no questions asked! No parking in the back

Theyre very helpful and have a lot to choose from. You can find these products cheaper online but theyve gotta have a profit margin for the storefront so no biggie. Its a good spot

Ive been to several vape bars, and this (so far) is my favorite. Friendly staff, AMAZING selection, chill atmosphere, and honest prices.

Great atmosphere, the guys are courteous and know there stuff. Although, the wait could be 20min or more . So go between 10:00-3:45pm after that pack a snack!! 😄.

They are great, always good service, 4 stars cause they are always missing some form of hardware, so either the atomizers are out of stock, or fav juices, or certain usb batteries, anything popular that is used all the time, but then again there is a reason they are popular, so stuck up guys, you dont wanna lose so many sales, otherwise just love the place, very friendly and professional always. Google stated these premises would be open on Thanksgiving, made a special journey and it was closed. Maybe not the fault of the owner.

Total rip off, charged $50 for 6 coils and a 1oz bottle of juice which you can get for $15.
