This place is great! Everywhere I knew was out of raw tips so I went here for the first time and he has tons of Raw options and was such a nice vibe! Great deals on everything wow! I pledge my loyalty!

Ive shopped here before with no problems. Went to buy a bong today. The assistant manager was the only one out front and was on the phone. Did not acknowledge me so I grabbed a bong that was sitting on the counter, and he barked at me for touching a bong without asking. I told him I was looking to buy a bong and needed assistance which I wasnt getting while he was on the phone so he hung up and tried to help me, but he was about as rude as one could be. I challenged him on it, and he told me he was stressed because their register was down so he couldnt sell me anything today anyway. One can be stressed at their job, but its not the best customer service policy to take your frustrations out on a customer. Kind of unbelievable they would hire someone as an assistant manager with horrible customer service skills. He could have explained it to me as soon as I walked in instead of being rude and losing a customer. I hope the manager reads this and replies.

Theyre expensive, although I havnt had any of the bad experiences you read about here and both employees Ive run into my last 3 trips here were very helpful, knowledgeable and didnt give me that buy something and get out feeling some places are so good at. I spent about 200 on a nice piece that would have been 150 online but I wouldnt have had it right away and with shipping would have been close to that anyway so they really arent All that much.

Great shop. Great owner. Very unique top quality products. More than the same stuff you can find at any head shop. Theyve also been around for ages and is actually rather iconic. Even if you havent herd the name. Youll recognize the logo. Not only do they act as a head shop but they also contribute what is some of the finest straight top shelf cannabis to the community. The SFV is quite cultured when it comes to the Weed game and we have it down to, something too beautiful to be called science, so it must be called Art.

Horrible customer experience. There are two really great employees there that if you go there when they are there you will have a great experience. I try to shop small business, but I cant with this shop anymore. I tried giving feedback only to be blocked by I assume the manager who helped me. Try other small business that are still doing phone orders insteadThe owner claims this was during covid which just shows the kind of person he is. Rather than face criticism he deflects. This was two months ago and am happy to share the DM screen shots. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Usually, these kinds of smoke shops have disinterested staff and inflated prices. Thankfully this couldnt be further from the experiences Ive had at Daddys. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful and prices are fair. They wont try to sell you more than you need, but also carry quality products worthy of investment. If youre looking for glass, and accessories for all your smoking and vaping needs, come to Daddys!

Im so upset. I went in to buy a gift for christmas, and when I asked the lady to wrap the gift up. I didnt look at the item afterwards. I got home and immediately noticed the bong was broken on the inside. The expensive piece is not fixable, not usable, and when I called the store immediately, they told me it was my fault for walking out of the store and they have no return or exchange policy. Please do not shop here. My experience was awful.

Overpriced but thats because of the location. Staff is friendly but for whatever reason the guy brings his rottweiler in and then warns everyone not to pet it. They have some really heady pieces and pretty much everything under the sun for sale.

A lovely young lady named Trisha helped me pick out a new water pipe with the right fit at the right price. She as well suggested a great bag to help protect my belongings. I couldnt have been more greatful for her help, and being easy on the eyes, I asked for her recommendation on cleaning my new purchase which she pulled out her two favorite. Bought one for her as a thanks for all her help. She is incredibly knowledgeable, clever on the comebacks, and a lovely lady! Thank you Trisha

I recognize there our signs posted in the shop.....but I can not stand an establishment that does not stand behind the products they sell! When you purchase a device, regardless of a factory warranty, the retail establishment should stand behind what they sell. Wasnt even looking for a refund, I was looking to exchange for a more expensive item, but in typically stoner fashion....they refuse to stand behind what they sell. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN....and I await they day they close down because their customer service sucks!

I been rockin with Daddy’s since 2012. Never had a bad experience here tbh and people always showed love. I recently went in and this dude Devin helped out a lot. Dope customer service. I recommend anyone who stays Or visits the San Fernando valley to check this spot out.

Great glass none of that cheap stuff!

Was looking for some hemp based cbd products and stumbled on this storefront in sherman oaks. They had a great selection of glass and accessories and had a great line of cbd products including cbd living water. Devin was very educated and helped me pick the right product for my post gym recuperation.

Daddys is just that perfect smoke shop. A real by smokers, for smokers type spot.

Ran out of juul pods right before going to grab a few drinks with a friend and luckily daddys was open down the street from the bar i was heading to. They had all my favorite flavors and were stocked on all juul accessories! The vibe in the store was exactly what i needed before heading to the bar! MUSIC BUMPING!

I went in to buy some papers and ended up buying a GRAV pipe from some cutie named Lunchbox. Very knowledgeable and the selection was excellent🖤

I stopped in for something super quick, and the store is in a nice location, and was clean. The staff was really nice also:) Parking can be a little hard in this area, but there is always parking nearby.

Dope store but they only sell glass products. If youre trying to get little pieces for yours own project you wont find them here.
