From out of town so stopped into see what it was about great place great guys and good juice yall get the chance swing through and checkem out it was a nice change to see a vape shop that sold vapes and not pipes and CBD and all that Bs when you have all of that witch most shops do now days you are no longer a vape shop your a head shop some of yall need to take a lesson from these guys keep on doing what yall doing fellas mad respect and props

My first visit wasnt very great. Customer service was nice but I was allowed to be pushed to the back of line after I told them what I already wanted. I guess I should have stood my ground but I didnt feel it was my job to do so. I almost left. But when I finally got to check out it was fast and courteous. Id rather deal with them online. Prices were great and flavors were awesome. But I dont think Ill be driving across town to go visit anytime soon.

These guys were super nice and very helpful!!! Will definitely be back! They knew the products they were selling and the juice is very good and reasonably priced! They even re-wrapped one of my batteries at no charge bc apparently the cover was broke and I wasnt aware of it

This place has customer satisfaction down. Their employees are all about the customer and making you feel welcomed and a part of the experience. I hate going anywhere else especially when the other store doesnt even acknowledge you r in the store and they have 2 people working and only one customer at the time of entry. I cant understand how those people stay in business when they dont have any fanise about the business or their customers. To make this short and sweet if u r looking for good customer service and treated like u matter please go here cause they r the best. Feels like home!!!!

I love this place! Hands down the best vape shop in north Louisiana! Will knows his stuff and his whole crew is super accommodating. Dont see a flavor you want? Tell them and if they cant make it, theyll order it! Their mods are very reasonably priced. I just cant put into words how awesome this place is! If you vape and you dont shop here, what are you doing with your life?!

My boyfriend and I love this place. After going to a few competitors and being treated quite awful to be honest, we tried this place. Wish this had been our first stop. Im not a smoke/vaper, but the bf is. I dont like most cus I think they are stinky. Even being the annoying picky girlfriend in tow, they are super helpful! They always recommend something that he likes and I approve. Great customer service goes a long way. Buy 1 get 1 Wednesday is just an added bonus :)

Absolute CHADS!!!!! Great house flavors (literally a full page list) The staff is the friendliest people I have met in any business in the area and provides the very top in customer service. Purchased a DRAG X PRO Mod with a couple of different flavors, neither of which I enjoyed. Came back a week later and they swapped out the flavors and my very hard to impress spouse picked up a mod like mine and we bought 4 more bottles of their house flavors and now we are vaping like monsters. We quit smoking a month ago so having understanding, patient, informed staff was exactly what we needed to get into vaping and ditch our cigarettes. The owner was HONEST beyond reproach and funny. They have a customer for life in our family and I would highly encourage anyone that is an experienced vapor fan to try it out and would recommend if your new you start here. I love the great atmosphere here as well as the great flavors that they offer. Come to Mama, and The Good Stuff are two that you should not miss out on!!! And Wednesday the have buy one get one free on the house juice!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff also!!!

The girl behind the counter was polite, friendly, and helpful. The guy next her trying to educate me in etiquette was not appreciated whatsoever.When the girl behind the counter asked how I was doing, I replied Im doing fine and told her what product I was looking for. I suppose because I didnt ask how her day was as well, was incentive for this guy become her knight in shining armor and educate me on etiquette and impress the girl ten times out of his league.I was never rude or curt, I wasnt feeling 100% that day was simply trying to get in and out quickly. Next time Ill drive the extra distance and go to Tiger Vapes or Buku and skip the white knight and his unnecessary and quite unjustified lesson in manners.

Owner seems nice when youre spending money. When you have questions about your device or the products that were purchased from his store, not helpful at all! Ill be going online to see if I can find customer service for the device purchased at his store.

This is a great and insightful place to go if you are new to the Vapeing world. The staff is always friendly, and they dont push sales on customers that walk in with a simple request, i.e. juice. Speaking of juice, they have an abundant selection and they can usually track your tastes, if they recommend a juice for you... It is usually something youll fall in love with. I recommend this place to both newcomer and veteran vapers.

Got my newest vape from, Great American Vapes. They helped me out a lot. After a few weeks I needed some more e-liquid, and they gladly made something to my request. It was personal a horrible juice I chose. With their great customer service. They recommended a a better choice. The recommendation was honestly amazing and I plan to keep buying it. CODE RED FAN!

Best place in town. Their sample setup is outstanding with Sub-Tanks for testing and very nice mix of flavors as well. Friendly service and a good loyal customer perk program.

Absolutely wonderful place! They are always going above and beyond! They even fixed my vape for me and it literally took them 10 mins(and it was a pretty difficult issue!). Wonderful service, if you want to be appreciated, and given great advice, this is the place to shop!

The guys there never really looked up from their NDS and magazine until I made my order and one guy jumped up and ran to the back and a couple minutes later brought the ejuice.Fast service or ready to hurry me out of there?Juice had a weak flavor.

Had to pay just to sample their juice which was terrible.asked about a flavor and was told nope.. Not no sir or let me see if we can make it.then an old lady came in during the rain asking to use a phone and they wouldnt let her..i let her use mine and told me them how much their juice suxked and their customer service sucked more and my brother n I left empty handed...i would rather go back to cigs than buy the trash juice they make.

Always super friendly and has tons of knowledge I seem to have issues all the time and they know exactly what to do how to fix it..... BTW... I did not buy my vape through them and they still help me out a lot.... Next time I know where to buy my vape
