Not worth the money. I got my appt time wrong (my mistake 100%) and was told they couldn’t reschedule and a cancellation fee would be 100% of my regular charge but I could come for the rest of my appt (2-3). Arrived at 2:20, taken back to sign forms then a few more min till massage. Massage ended at 2:50 after paying for a 60-minute massage slot. I expected to end at 3:00 even though I was late, but received 20-ish minutes of a massage that ended 10 minutes early. Massage room also smelled like body odor. My therapist seemed nice but won’t be back - feels like a scam honestly.
The massage was great. Other than paying for a 60 min massage. My appointment was at 8 and didnt get called in until like 806 and the time left on the iPad showed 50 mins and it was done before 9pm hit. The person before me their time went over but I dont think that would alter mine somehow. Just dont think its right to pay for 60 mins and get a 45 min massage.
The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Their facials and massages are highly recommended for their exceptional service and rejuvenating effects.
I have not had great consistency in massage process and pressure. On my 1st massage -Female tech was not consistent with pressure. On my 2nd massage-Male tech only massaged neck and feet, but this should have been full body massage. The requested pressure was medium but felt like I was getting a deep tissue massage. I felt bruised afterwards. I will try him again and ask for soft pressure to see if this changes my experience.
I love everything about the experience, its close to my home, clean, pleasant, front desk people very nice, waiting rm is nice, bathrooms clean, massage room dim, nice music, smells nice. Masseuse--Tomika is the BOMB--so talented. God flows thru her hands to my poor ol body ;-) Gel instead of oil, heated mattress, breast board, comfy sheet/blanket/face rest. All at a reasonable price. I am completely happy!
My wife recently experienced abysmal customer service that left me thoroughly disappointed. The lack of responsiveness, indifference to my concerns, and overall unprofessionalism made the entire interaction frustrating. Its disheartening when a company fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. On top of the poor service, the staff exhibited a consistently nasty attitude on multiple occasions, refusing to employ any semblance of emotional intelligence. This added layer of unpleasantness further soured the overall experience, leaving me questioning the professionalism and values of the company. Specifically, Ms. Renae Cokers interactions were marked by a conspicuous absence of emotional intelligence, neglecting to consider the impact on the very individuals who contribute to her salary. This oversight only magnified the overall deficiency in customer service, making the experience notably frustrating and disheartening. I’m active duty military with plenty of experience under my belt and the way my wife was treated is unacceptable.Also fake reviews looks at yelp!I been all over the world and this is by far the worst service out there! Hell kuwait was better!
The front desk is consistently a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience for me no matter who works and thats worth mentioning for any company as apathy is high nowadays.Kyle & LaBrittany have given my best massages to date.Others have been great as well, but the pressure and only communicating when pressure inquiries took place made it worthwhile with LaBrittany every time. Kyle enjoys convo & that works for those enjoy it. He has great pressure.And the front desk: The ladies know their stuff and promote the specials. One signed me up for my membership. I believe her name is Eugenia while the other called to check on me for my arrival and quote the specials at check out.The guys at the front desk shouldnt be overlooked either. Watch your billing each session and for quarterly/annual review.
I loved everything about my visit at Massage Envy on Youree Drive! The atmosphere, the great customer service, and of course the massage! Mrs. Rosalyn and Laya are awesome! From start to finish I received excellent service. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Mrs. Rosalyn and the other ladies at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable! Laya my massage therapist did an amazing job! It was my first time and I really enjoyed it so much that I became a Massage Envy Member! I rate them a 10/10! When I’m in Shreveport, Charley is my favorite esthetician to go to. I feel so blessed that I found her, and she always leaves my skin flawless. I travel for work, so I probably see her a few times a year now, but when I go to Shreveport I try my best to schedule an appointment with her. Sad I missed her this time around. She’s an excellent and knowledgeable esthetician, and hopefully will get to book with her soon!
I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for years now. I absolutely love it. In 2016 I swapped membership to the Shreveport location for ease of access and I’ve had absolutely nothing but wonderful experiences this entire time. The staff is very friendly and get to know their clients. If cancellations come up they let me know or if I’ve gotten busy and haven’t stopped by in awhile the call to check and will always let me know what the latest specials are. I go for both massages and facials and I highly recommend them to anyone!
I joined Massage Envy almost a year ago. I have a favorite massage therapist that I was seeing regularly. However with the new hours and my schedule I can only get in with her every 3-4 weeks. Before I had no problem getting an appointment every 1-2 weeks. I like the cheaper prices but its not worth it when you cant get an appointment. I would rather pay higher prices and use her services at her other location.
Ive been using ME since they opened and have enjoyed my experience there. I go at least once a month for a facial and sometimes for a massage. Ms. Patricia is a wonderful esthetician! I like the products they use and the facility is relaxing, clean and comfortable.
The only good thing I can say about this place is massage therapist Brittney.I’ve experienced absolute horrible customer service with this “business”, especially with the young lady named Mari.The GM Rene was lazy in rectifying a bad situation.I had an appointment scheduled with the female therapist, 90 minute hot stone.The appointment was scheduled on Friday for that Sunday night. When I showed up Sunday evening, the only therapist there was a male. No one called me the entire weekend to let me know this change. I booked a specific female therapist and I should’ve been notified of the changes.When I expressed this to the office staff (Mari), she said they try to call me but my voicemail wasn’t set up. This young lady was just making an excuse because in my career, I am on call 24 hours a day. I live by my phone. I showed her there are no missed calls. All she could say is, well, we won’t charge you For canceling. Ha! I schedule my day around this appt., only to show up with a different MT, a male masseuse at that, and rude staff. And to top it all off, the general manager NEVER returned my call. She avoided my messages and I never heard a word back from her. I could say more but I will leave it at that.
Excellent for therapeutic or relaxing massage. Membership here is very valuable and highly recommended . They have many great products and services. I look forward to my appointment twice pet month. My therapist Crystal is a wonderful healer , could not make it thru the month without her . Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff and management. Personalized service with a smile , always a positive experience.

Prebooked and was called the day before and told that my 90 min massage was now 60 min or I could reschedule. To me, thats horrible customer service. I am a great tipper, but wont be giving one dime. Not sure if theyre understaffed or just lazy, but i dont appreciate the rude person I dealt with. They think they have me trapped in a contract...think again. You dont honor a contract, its invalid.
The place was very friendly upon arriving. I specified very detailed what kind of massage I was looking for. But it really wasnt the massage I received. I dont know if the therapist didnt receive the chart I filled out or what happened, but the massage I received was not the one I was looking for. After the massage I had to tell the lady up front 3 times that I was not interested in signing up for anything. The staff is friendly, and if you are looking for just a generally light massage then I do recommend this place. But I most likely will not return.

Doni is the best. She has been doing my sessions for months now and she knows exactly the pressure to use in different areas. My back needs it rough! Lol. My calves...not so much. The entire staff is courteous and friendly.
Always booked. And then when I did book they called to cancel because the therapist was out. That happened twice. Cancellation is not easy. Just not a very professional place. I highly DO NOT recommend.
My experience was OK until cancelling and thats when things went south for me. My beef is not with this location per se but Massage Envy in general, Ill never do business with them again. First, I dont like organizations that auto renew membership. Again, thats nothing new but when you want to cancel you have to do so in writing, which I loathe any business requiring cancelation in writing. Next, when you have multiple massages accrued during membership you have 90 days to use them or you loose it, although youve already paid for it. And then if you try to gift those massages to other people so you can use them w/in 90 days there are all kinds of stupid transfer rules (2 transfers per month, 6 months btwn transferring to same individual, etc) and then theres a 10$ transfer fee. Whats even more moronic is the company is shooting its own foot b/c allowing people to transfer massages is great marketing for potentially more customers. This company is shady. Massage therapist are OK, some are good, others bad. Go somewhere else if you have options

I find it unbelievable that a massage place is open for 12 hours and has no massage appointments for 2 days straight. Sounds as if they are not hiring they need to be. Will call back for these services here either
Forgot to call and cancel my appointment. Found out they charge you $50 for no call no show. Nobody told me that was in their policy. By the way it’s non refundable. Terrible.
