Pro Smoke and Vape

This a awesome vape/ smoke shop . I was pleased with the selection and variety they stock. From vape to roll your own or edibles they got you covered.

They know there coils. They close reasonably early compared to zazas in front of Walmart. But zazas has no idea which coil best fits ur tank. And usually open tons of boxes before finding a fit if at all.

Amazing products! They showed me some cool things I didnt even know exist! Awesome prices and super chill friendly staff.

Has alot of different types to choose from bought a pocket knife from there and unfortunately I had to take it back and exchange it but no problem doing it sales staff are friendly also

Good selection of a lot of vape things. Kinda pricey but good quality, no complaints with anything Ive gotten. Owner nice, helpful and knowledgeable, but subsequent visits dealing with another young blonde fella in there not as pleasant. He comes off as condescending and a little arrogant and I dont care for that much. He talks to older people like were stupid, complete with eye rolling and the whole 9 yards. After reading other complaints about him here I hope Simon takes care of this. Nobody will shop here with that attitude.

I have no idea who this Thomas is... But youre coming across as quite biased, as well, people might say a little suspicious.Overall, the store is wonderful and the employees that I have interacted with have been helpful with all my needs.

So, every experience I have had has been relatively good. The last time I went.. well, apparently this younger kid (told us that he was a quite knowledgeable and the manager) yet, he wont/cant do much without the owners.. this supposed manager cant and wont tell me when I can speak or see the owners. Terrible service, lady at the register offended everyone the moment we walked in verbally, be better.

Decided to stop coming to this shop after being racially profiled for sitting in my car too long. One of the employees here (SERRIN) decided to flash his knife at me (5’5 Black female) as I entered the store. When I asked him, was that a knife he just showed his response was “yea, sometimes the crazy come in here” whatever tf that means. I called & spoke with a female manager who tried to bandage the situation by saying their employees become nervous when people sit in the car too long. However I was just trying to finish a personal phone call before entering & not be rude, instead I was threatened with a knife!!! Will not be returning.

I came here to get a vape and they charged me twice for it. told me i couldn’t get my money back and to just “dispute the charge” i was not satisfied. the guy working there talked to me about some stuff that was too personal also

Great staff and great prices you cant go wrong choosing this place they have a huge selection of products and some that you cant find anywhere else (trust me Ive looked lol) staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell overall 10 out of 10 vape shop

One of the worst experiences.The manager is rude, will hang up on you.Doesnt know anything about vapes, water pipes, lighters or anything that they sell. If asked about it, he will answer is that he is not the owner and that only the owners can help. If asked to speak with the owners he will refuse to talk to you or give you a date to speak with them.Defective product was sold,. The managers reply was not my problem, all sales are finalAsked to speak with the owner, manager refused to pass on the msg, sayingI am the manager, the owners trust my judgment keep in mind, that was after he hung up the first time.Terrible customer service, the blonde guy manager should not be managing anything.Completly Clueless.Edit : The owner is amazing and fixed the issue without a problem! Great job and his new staff are well trained and polite and knowledgble !

Loves this shop! This will be my go to place! It gives off good vibes, big selection, good prices, they always have it smelling pretty an the staff was really nice an helpful when I was looking for a vape, an hookah! Highly recommend!

Im not entirely sure why there isnt anything but 5 star reviews given to Pro Smoke and Vape. Ive been going to this store everyday since they opened and Ive never had a single bad experience. The people that work there are friendly and helpful, not just to me but to everyone Ive ever seen come into the store as well. One of the best places Ive found to shop at in Shreveport/Bossier overall with better prices than youll find at any of the other smoke shops ( by far better prices ) and a greater selection than youll find anywhere else.Someone named Kate left a 1 star review but I can tell by the tone of her review by how she describes her interactions that none of what she said was true. I know everyone up there and everyone up there and everyone is kind, friendly, helpful, and they know there stuff. Kates whole review sound like something that a Karen would have said , not someone who is reasonable and easy to get a long with. Thats really a big thing to me, that the people Im shopping with know what theyre talking about especially when it comes to vapes and I wouldnt shop there if these people didnt know their stuff.10/10. One of my new favorite places to shop for all my Kratom, Vape, and Smoking needs.
