I went to wellness massage for a foot and body massage in December of 2023. I had pain in my shoulder for over 10 years and had received a deep tissue massage a few times for relief that never fully relieved my pain. This place is a GEM! A hidden treasure that I am so upset I haven’t found until today for the past 8 years I’ve been living here. I woke up in absolute pain and knew that what would help is a concentrated massage. I struck out on finding a place that can focus on your problem areas and insist that you need to have the full body massage, which was never what I needed. I’m glad to have found this place on google, thrilled to have been seen the same day, and as I type this, happy that I can move my head without turning my full body Batman-style without shooting pain up into my head. Yan is a great masseuse. I was skeptical at first, but my lower back was painful to the point I needed to try something. And after coming, I’m a believer of these stars this place had received. Yan has the gift of healing hands. I have Parkinson’s and pain has been one of the more difficult symptoms for me. I left my first massage feeling no pain. It was wonderful. I’ve now had my second massage and again, no pain. Yan truly cares about her clients and strives to provide relief.

A few years back I was having numbness in my arms....The doctors couldn’t help me.....but Yan did in two 1 hour sessions....one week apart.....I knew she was good, but oh man....she fixed me right up. This visit was different....I had though I was having chest pain daily at work, but then realized the pain seemed to come from my left shoulder blade....she and I discussed the visit ahead of time and she said she could help.....and she soon realized that the pain was not only in my back but also on the left side of my chest is the muscle....she used some Chinese medicines and also did some cupping....I am at home at this moment and realizing that I already feel the difference. Yan is truly a gifted and talented healer who achieves results through skillful application of Chinese massage techniques. I see her weekly and dont know what I would do without her. This is the best massage I’ve ever had. Yan knows what she’s doing and she does it well. She cares for her clients and their well being. She will do what ever she can to make you pain free!! During my one hour session, I had some magic Chinese voodoo/medicine/whatever, hot stones, aromatherapy, and cupping. I could actually feel her instantly taking pain away. This woman has a gift!About the location-you may not expect much from the outside-just another store front on a busy Youree drive. When you enter, Ms. Yan wastes no time. You are ushered into a room with no explanation because hello, it’s a massage, you know what to do. It’s a sort of no frills, no gimmicks kind of place but that’s okay. It delivers on the things that count. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this establishment. If you are in knots, in pain, and just want to feel better, please come to Wellness Massage. I will be back in probably a few weeks!And when you’re finished, walk next door for the best pho in Shreveport/Bossier at Danh’s Garden. 😋😋

I suffer from severe cervical disk issues. I had REALLY bad pain and came here. She gave me a REALLY painful deep tissue massage lol. I hated life later that day, but the next day my pain was gone! If you can tolerate the deep tissue massage its worth it! Calm and quiet environment. I will be going back!

Magic was worked....I came in with a swollen knee causing so much pain....I got worked over which was very relaxing and the wrap that was placeed on the knee made all the swelling go down and so far hasnt returned......magic thank you so much
