So glad Lilly was able to get me in today. My first time to see her. I opted for dip nails in blush. Wonderful and relaxing with glass of wine comfortable chair and clean pleasant ambiance. I’ll be back again. Lilly did a great job and she is a delight to be around.

I did not enjoy my service. I booked spa manicure and pedicure it’s not what I received. No massage on hands just because I wanted tips on my nails they should be able to add services and make the description of service better understood online. I did not get what was included with the service it felt rushed and I’m not sure if I’ll try again. My nails are not pretty

It was so very nice to FINALLY find someone that has and understands curly hair and all it entails. I was super excited to leave feeling like my hair was attractive and healthy for once. Amber nailed it! Bonus that shes super sweet, chill and radically magical! Facility is clean and inviting. All staff encountered during my appointment were courteous, knowledgeable and polite.

Steve always does an amazing job and todays visit was no different. I never know Im in such bad shape until he unknots me. He is very personable and always on time. Highly recommend!

Every visit front desk is always attentive as soon as you come in the door. Everyone is professional and kind. The kind of atmosphere I anyone would enjoy getting any of your services done. Had a 90 minute massage and a gel mani pedi today. Services were incredible. My therapist and nail technician were amazing. It was also lovely to see LaQueisha taking care of all the guests, going above and beyond, making sure we were satisfied. Having worked with her several years ago, she remembered me. This isnt a spa where youre rushed out. Everyone takes their time, communicating how to provide you with the best services. Rebooked my services for six weeks out. 🙂

I had a hot stone massage with Summer for an hour and a half and it was wonderful! She was very cordial and asked me if there were any problem areas for her to focus on. I must have dozed off during the massage because it felt like it was over way too soon. I’ll definitely be back!

I was looking for something completely unexpected but an activity my husband enjoy for his birthday yesterday. The day before I went in and the lady helped me figure out what services to get. The prices were so reasonable, I could get several options. I went with the hot stone masssge and a pain relieving pedicure. The next day when we arrived, she greeted us by name and wished my husband a happy birthday. They showed me to a room where I could wait for him. It was so peaceful and quiet. He was so happy with all the services provided. The employees were friendly and professional. We will definitely return again soon

Sam was amazing. He was always checking in to assure that the pressure was what I wanted it. He did well on the focus points and utilizing the full time. I would definitely come back and recommend everyone to Sam!

So this may seem small but for the price that they charge I dont feel it is. I have been to this place on account 3 times in the last 12 weeks, this 3rd time I came in for a dip manicure appointment and my sister n law wanted to tag along because I had raved about it and she is a regular on her nails. Of course the one time I invite some one, they were not hospitable AT ALL, and my sister n law was there for a pedicure and a dip manicure, while she was getting her pedicure they soaked off her dip nails .. but then made her file down her own nails! Can you believe that?! She was charged $130 and then asked to do her own filing instead of being able to enjoy the pampering she was paying for! Highly disappointed and more than likely will not be returning. **I am unsure if it is a certain nail artist or if they just pick and choose how much they want to do but I just dont think it was right for her to just hand my sister n law the file and say here you file them down.

Sam hands down is one of the best masseuse in Shreveport. Once I found him, I go to no one else. He gets right into massage and works on everything that’s needed. Coming back for 90 minutes. Sabrina at front desk also helped me pick out makeup and good products. Love her nice attitude and customer service.

Lynn was amazing. I had broken 2 dip manicured nails this week and was afraid the new manicure would hurt but she didnt cause them any pain and you cant even tell which nails were broken. She will be my regular technician from now on!

Dont believe the 4.9 reviews! This place is a scam. Making an appointment was an exercise in abuse. The receptionist was a gas-lighting, unprofessional piece of trash and the place is sketchy. Some of the workers are ok, but the people running the place are toxic and abusive to their customers!The reviews are scams!!! Dont trust the stars, just run away as far as you can!!!

Melissa was PHENOMENAL!!! She is a hidden jewel tucked away at Spa Concepts - Ashley Ridge; and I am so glad to have found her! She worked out the kinks Id forgotten I even had! When you see she has an opening, youd better schedule it fast......as shes apparently a FAVOTITE (especially mine)! You definitely cant go wrong with her. She was recommended by my son and of course, he was spot on! A consummate professional!

I received a spa day here for a birthday gift. I have it scheduled just havent done that yet, Im SO looking forward to it!I did get a haircut there last week though. Yolanda was my stylist, she cut it just how I wanted she is very sweet and chatted but not too much( which imo is a good thing)She also recommended some good products that I am using.I love Aveda products they smell so good and work really well also. I plan to get color done there ASAP as well. Ill share a picture when thats done because Im way overdue... Glad I have beanie and other hats.Overall I like the vibe and location so I am glad I found a new spot for my self-care needs.

The facial and massage were out of this world! Sam, my massage therapist, is the best! When it came time for my mani/pedi, I was left waiting in the chair for over 20 minutes. The lady who put me there was obviously in a hurry to leave. She had a male help her out - unfortunately I did not get either of their names. The lady did my manicure and appeared distracted and in a hurry. My nails are not all the same shape and the polish (I opted for clear) is all over my fingers. The man that did my pedicure, however, was excellent and took his time. He was friendly and did an excellent job.

Aromatherapy 60 minute massage therapy with Steve Harper was excellent~ Steve addressed specific issues and immediately zeroed in on muscle groups that needed attention. Ive had many massage therapists over the years, and count Steve as among the best. My first time at this Spa Concepts location was a lovely experience, from great hospitality to exceptional use of your time and excellent massage therapy. Thanks everyone, I feel so much better! Im just back from Spa Concepts Ashley Ridge. Read my review here.My facial and scalp massage was wonderful. However I did have one issue. We the customersare required to be there 15 minutes early to take care of paperwork and bathroom breaks and I was there on time to take care of all that. The lady who greeted me as I walked in was very pleasant to me. I wish I would have caught her name because she made me feel welcomed.My esthetician was late getting me for my appointment. She got me 3 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start, therefore making my actual start time off than scheduled time. It takes time to walk back, take your clothes off and time for the staff member to return. I looked at my watch as she was walking out to let me change and it was 10:19. My appointment was for 10:15 and I was there at 10:00 as required. I waited another 2 minutes before she returned getting even further from my appointment time.I had scheduled a 1 hour facial and 15 minute scalp massage. I was done by 11:27. It started at 10:21 and by my calculations, I received an hour and 6 minutes. I didnt get my whole hour and 15 minutes. That may sound petty but I worked hard all of my life and still work hard for my money. I shouldnt get short changed on a service I pay my hard earn money for.Then when I checked out, she told the lady at the check out to charge me for whats on the book. I guess she didnt think I would catch that. She knew she shorted me because she was late and stopped early cutting my time. If everything was on the up and up, she would have said the hour facial with the 15 minute add on.That really annoyed me that she tried to pull one over me. I told the woman checking me out who was the very pleasant lady (black woman), that my esthetician was late and stopped early and I didnt get my whole time. She apologized and said she would take $20 off. Again, I wish I would have caught her name because she was great!I dont come to places looking for a discount but very much appreciated her trying to make it right even though it wasnt her fault. This really bothered me in that I felt insulted that someone would try to pull one over me by trying to use verbiage thinking I wouldnt catch it and that she did not give me completely what I paid for. If I am late, thats on me. If the staff is late, thats on them.Stacey

Honestly, a bit disappointing and I just left this appointment. I’ve had over 30 facials in my lifetime and expected much better. Despite paying an exorbitant amount of money for the Platinum Hydrafacial, it was quite underwhelming. The technician performing it was very polite, but it almost seemed like she was quite uncomfortable with the lymphatic machine and hydra-facial with constant shifting and bumping the bed every now and then. Product dripped multiple times in my ears and eyes and I had to inform her, but she fixed that towards the end with enough tissue. There was a lot of tugging down on my face, and not just with the lymphatic drainage (I understand it’s supposed to happen then) but during other times too. Aromatherapy and eye cream were also supposed to be part of the platinum package but I did not receive it. Also I was supposed to be able to choose my own skin booster? I either didn’t receive one or she chose one for me without informing. Not great. The overhead lights were also kept on the entire time which was uncomfortable as well, as every other facial I’ve received in my life have had dimmed lights and a spotlight on my face. Finally, no extractions were performed even though I was told there would be. After finishing this written review, I think it’s safe to say I was almost completely disappointed with this service. The best part was her gentleness of the facial cleaning at the beginning. I would definitely not book this service again. Quite unfortunate.

Hedayh is a dream and knows how to create the perfect aura when youre having a bad day. Always so professional and provides me with that extra sense of peace and tranquility during my services. Feels like home when I come to get my waxes and facials!!! I wont let anyone else perform my services but her. She is truly an asset to your establishment.

We went for a 90 minute massage. Steve did an excellent massage, on point with the pressure and was able to work on my problem areas. Left their feeling so relaxed. Definitely recommend!

Customer service was excellent, where he took his time to answer my questions; he provided me with a tour of their facility; very friendly. I love the atmosphere of the facility. I can’t wait to give this gift to my husband for Father’s Day!

I had a cut and color it with Amanda Smith and she is amazing! I just had a baby and had not colored my hair in nine months. She is an artist and someone you can actually trust with your hair. I let her cut my hair, however she wanted, and I have never been so happy with a cut. I left feeling like a new woman! I have already set up my next appointment and I cannot recommend her enough.

Sam was amazing as usual! Love coming to Spa Concepts. Nice atmosphere.However, my husband, Wallace, did not have a good experience with his masseuse. The guy only massaged his back and it wasn’t even a halfway good massage just on that area. He said he felt like it was the worst massage he has ever had. (He may have been a new masseuse but he needs a little more practice).I will definitely come back again for Sam! He’s the best!

Went for eyebrow wax and full acrylic set. I asked for an almond shape but ended up with an oval shape, though I asked the nail lady twice to file more from the sides. It’s been only one day and my hair has started snagging on the acrylics already.However, Mary did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I will be returning for the eyebrows but definitely not for the nails again.The staff at reception was kind and professional.

Oh my goodness. I just left the spa and Chermika (hope I spelled it right) is the truth. This was my second time going and both times she took care of me. Danny is always wonderful. He is personable and always very professional. His work is the best I’ve ever had. But beyond that, he is good with communication, speaks English 95% of the time in my presence, which is a comfort to me. That is why I always request him and make sure to come when he is available.

This experience was terrible and because of it I won’t be returning to spa concepts, the nail tech Theresa talked about me the entire time of my service along with her coworkers Lee and one other lady who’s name I didn’t get, They talked about my feet, my weight, my skin color and many other things. Of course because I’m African American she assumed because she spoke in a different language that I wouldn’t understand her. I was very polite to her and if she didn’t want to do my pedicure she could’ve just said that. I wanted to cry but didn’t want to make a scene and ruin other people relaxation time. She never once tried to hold a conversation with me until the end when she wanted me to request her for my next pedicure.

My experience here was wonderful! Lynn did a fantastic job on my mani/pedi and Summer was wonderful while doing my massage. I felt so relaxed and renewed when I left from my appointment. I will be visiting again soon.

Everyone was kind and the massages were wonderful. Only complaint was that we didnt discuss the length of massage, and I was thinking we were getting an hour. We actually got an hour and a half and I owed $100 more when I thought I had already paid the total amount prior to the appointment.

Update: changing it to one star. Spa Concepts said they were going to reach out to me “very soon.” No one has reached out to me at all. They just seem more interested in their online image than actual customer care.Not impressed. For an $80 wax, I was expecting a lot more. She asked me bo questions about my skin, did no skin prep, explained nothing and when she was done gave me no after-care instructions. Fit my last experience of Spa Concepts: over priced and very average services. Going somewhere else next time.

I received the stress relieving facial for the second time. I absolutely LOVED my first experience, and unfortunately the second was nothing like it. I was disappointed with how the appointment turned out. I should have requested the same lady I had the first time.

Nam and Lilly have been doing my nails for a while now. They are both AMAZING!!! Nam will spend at LEAST 5 minutes massaging each leg. Ashanti is 5 stars for the facial. She was totally respectful of my requests. Would recommend her gentle hands to anyone. Nan the pedicurist was 2 stars because of his very aggressive upselling. Be forewarned and ready to say No to his suggestions 10-15 times. Extremely pushy. Place was pleasant and clean. Other staff was good.

If you are looking for the best quality dip powder artist in town … Lynn is your answer. Her ability to create the perfect shape is outstanding. Her timing is also perfection. I booked online and she had my nails, without feeling rushed in less than 55 minutes. Also, my nails lasted a complete month … not one chip … if nails did not grow they could have easily lasted a month more. I have tried many nail salons in town and no one can touch Lynn’s master quality.

Jon Paul did an AMAZING job on my per eyebrows!! I had had them done before, and the last girl went too deep, so it was incredibly painful! Jon Paul was very precise and gentle!! he’s def a perfectionist! My brows looks amazing already, even tho they are still healing!! I’m going back to him for eyeliner for sure! He’s super warm and easy to get along with, which is a plus on top of his great skill! Go to him! You will not be disappointed!

I love coming to this location, Ashley Ridge! Complementary drinks are always offered and soon as I enter the building I am greeted with a friendly face! Hedayh is by far the best at waxes! Jon Paule was WONDERFUL! I had my eyebrows micro bladed for the first time, and he was great about explaining the process and what to expect. He took very detailed measurements of my face to map out my natural eyebrow shape, and we were able to tweak it a little to get the exact results I wanted. I have very small, oval-shaped eyes and wanted to make them appear more open and “awake”. We went over some color choices and the procedure was completely painless. The entire staff was friendly, and even though they were super busy, I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door and any time I passed an associate, they stopped to acknowledge me. I work in customer service as well and have my entire life, so those things do not go unnoticed with me. I have already recommended this procedure, location, and Jon Paule to friends and family. I work with the public every day, and people always ask about my hair, my nails, and makeup, so I make sure to give credit where it’s due. So far, I am 100% pleased with my experience and will continue to recommend to others. Thanks so much for taking such great care of me, and I can’t wait to come back for my follow-up!

This is my second time here. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome by a sweet, non-judgmental, kind young lady. That was different than my first experience so I was very happy about that. Alex is wonderful at what he does. He was funny and he carried on a conversation with me and made me feel very comfortable and pampered. When I checked out, the young lady was very accommodating and answered a few of my questions. I will definitely be back. Worth every penny!!!

Absolutely fantastic! Booking an appointment was easily done online Facility was very clean and followed CDC guidelines during this time. I had a massage done by Amy and oh my goodness she has the most magical hands! I was feeling sore in my shoulder and she massages the knots right out of them! I only had to wear a mask when I faced up but it truly did not hinder the experience. I was still relaxed! Highly recommend.

Linda & Yan were both very skilled in massage & reflexology. I was out of town and I had a specific issue in my shoulder, they were able to see me, and she was able to work out the knots. Recommend!

I booked a pedicure for me and my 2 granddaughters while I was in town visiting from Nashville. The spa was so peaceful and clean. I Must say, if you can select Nam for your treatment you will NOT be disappointed. This was by far the absolute best pedicure I have ever had!! The massage was wonderful after a 9 hour drive. He took his time and made sure I was happy. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Shreveport!

Michelle Zappa, my hairstylist, gave me a great haircut yesterday - the long layers helped my curls come back to life and gave my unruly hair some structure. She also did a terrific job on adding lowlights to my hair color to blend the gray that keeps cropping up! So happy!

Excellent massage! One of the best I’ve ever had!

Here are the pros and cons of the haircut.Amanda was really sweet and understanding. She was reshaping a pixie cut. She did an good job in the front, but the back was a mess. The back of the neck was not shaved down, the blending was choppy, and it was not even on both sides.I had to shave the back of my neck, make the blending less choppy, alnd cut the uneven hair pieces at the nape of the neck.I like the front of the haircut, but dislike the back.

Molly gave an awesome pedicure! She knew I really wanted a manicure and was able to give me an express one. I really appreciated her making my day!! She was professional and sweet. Asked me if I needed anything to drink and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment . I hope she got the tip money I left at the front desk!😊

This was the best customer service I have ever received in a salon! I was greated at the door by 2 smiling faces who both spoke! Then I was introduced to my girl Molly! She did an amazing job on my nails and toes! All of her co workers sitting around her even spoke! It was such a nice relaxing atmosphere! Love it here! I will be back soon friends!

The person that waited on me did not understand what I was really asking her to do. She just got up and left me sitting there almost 10 minutes. Didnt say why she left or what was going on, or that she would be right back or anything. Just walked away for a while. I have been coming there for over 10yrs since my daughter was high school 2006. We come together and separate. The worst visit Ive ever had. 😪. Then when I checked out the lady at register asked me how was my visit. I said okay kind of. She said the lady spent a little extra time ⏲️ on me that express is only 30 minutes. Which I know that, she wasted some of my time when she was gone. So I didnt feel she did anything special. My daughter or son buys me a gift card every Christmas for $250 . Plus I spend cash 💸 there too. She was to rough 😔. Sometimes I get express, sometimes the full works. It depends . This was not a good visit at all. I also asked for water never got it. The lady that checked me out is the one that came over to explain to her what I was asking her to do. No apologies expantion not happy. I usually feel better, relaxed after my visit. Not this time.

Amanda was amazing my hair turned out just the way I’ve been wanting it. She is my new go to stylist. Everyone there was nice starting with the front desk. I recommend the salon to anyone wanting quality work from friendly people. Thank you Amanda.
