Best Vape store in the State of NY, the most friendly staff I drove from Syracuse just to visit this store, and its a %100 worth visiting store. One I was in that store in early July and the guy who worked there was really patient he stayed after hours and provided me and my cousin with great and professional customer.

Love this place! Management and staff are helpful and knowledgeable.Yum yum favorites include Appletini with vanilla and cookie/ donut/pie crust!!Frannie rocks!

Top of the line products and friendly, personable, and knowledgeable associates. I love being able to taste test the e-liquids and the ability to create my own flavors. The customer service is phenomenal! I will continue to shop at VaporFi for all of my vaping needs.

Love this Place, The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. For a first time user, I was not intimidated at all . I highly recommend going here to anyone.They have a Large selection of Vapes to choose from and so many vapor liquid flavors. Whats really cool is you can mix different flavors together to come up with a new one. For example i mixed peanut butter / marshmallow / Pie and it was amazing i was sold .

The most beautiful and unique vapor store that Ive ever walked in. I had a wonderful expierence while creating my own favor! The dollar fee was worth it because I tasted like 25 flavors and the girl that was helping me was amazing. A+ customer service and e-liquid I felt catered to. Last week I got a pro-3 (also custom with pink/purple) and Im loving it!!! Recommended this place to anyone it is like the Apple Store of vaping thank you again!

I saw them online, and realized they were local so we stopped by. Its a totally different store,it is more about the juice not about how much smoke your blowing or how big your mod is. OMG the flavors are spot on. Frankie is amazing and totally knows what she is doing. I wanted a raspberry jelly ring flavor and she rocked it. We will be back....

Store layout is really cool. I dont vape myself but I purchase gifts for friends of different e- juices (they mix at their bar!). Never been to a store like that, will be back since the customer service is amazing.

Friendly in-depth service. Mix, match and choose your own flavors. Generally lower price than other vapor places in the area. Bright, fun atmosphere. One stop shop with all the hardware necessary available for sale.Been vaping for years and this is the best vapor place in the area, hands down.

This the worst vape store. My last visit here today. The young girl behind the counter is nasty. Rang me up for the wrong item and wouldnt let me change it on the same visit. And we are talking batteries here. She had an attitude to boot. Also the woman who my brother recognized as the owner has had numerous issues. Amazingly she also told me she didnt have batteries. I assumed she was a regular employee by her attitude and not knowing the batteries are kept under the register. Why would you not want to sell me batteries? You are charging $30 for $10 batteries (I was a pinch!) Very very fustrating.. glad I shop online usually. Wont be shopping vaporfi online either because of this store location yes Ive had other issues with this place as well

I had an issue with some of my juices that I purchased. After speaking with Mike who works there, he rectified the issue efficiently and quick! Stellar customer service on his part. Its employees like him that help keep places in business! Thanks Mike!

I just started vaping 2 months ago Ive been to about 6 shops and every time I walked in I had the same boring uninteresting experience. Last night I found this place and walked in at 8:30 when they closed at 9. The girl behind the desk was really nice and didnt rush me at all she took the time to make sure I liked everything I was buying and was happy with the experience. The juices were amazing and so was the staff Ill never go to another vape place again.

Ive been here multiple times in the past and every time I have good service until today. I currently live in Connecticut and am visiting my family for the day and I ran out of juice so I came in to buy some. I was denied because my license is out of state and Im 24 years old. But I have bought juice here on many different occasions with the same ID so I have no idea why I couldnt get any juice on this occasion. This place looks nice but is run someone who obviously has some organizational issues cause the rules change every time I walk in theyre. A disgrace of a vape shop. I will never be coming back and will encourage everybody that I use to recommend to go theyre, to not go anymore.

I drove 59 miles from Brooklyn and it was well worth the drive. Finally a Vape shop that knows their products and cares about helping people find what suits them. Thank you Catherine for being a genuine person for all my vaping needs.

I had the pleasure working with the VaporFi Staff in selecting the right Vap for me along with the tremendous amount of flavors they offer and you can customize your own which I thought was pretty cool. Prices are great and I love the ambience!

Great customer service if your new to vaping or just want to avoid the average know it all vape shop counter person. They may be a little pricier than most but wont steer you wrong or make u want to poke ur eyes out w ur vape pen...

Great vaping batista-like concept, great service, great clean lines. Their juice variety of flavor is amazing,but I like higher VG their juices are 30vg/70pg. Overall great place to be

Its ok clean inside . it seems like a nice place the staff kinda knows what there doing. NOT going back theres better places out there .competitions too high theres vap shops walking distance on long island im shopping somewhere different a place the staff knows what there talking about

Not your typical fly by night shop that seems to only cater to those in the know. Friendly, professional and most importantly patient with those new to vaping. Never going anywhere else.
