My experience at Kountry Kloudz Smoke Shop was quite positive overall. The first thing that caught my attention was the very clean parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available near the shop, making it easy to find a spot close to the entrance.My first impression of the shop itself was very favorable—it’s a large and clean space, offering a vast array of products. There’s practically everything you could want in a smoke shop due to the size and variety.I visited specifically to check out their THC-A flower and vapes. I was hoping to find some of my favorite vape brands, like Delta Extrax and Exodus. Although they didn’t carry those, they did have one brand I wanted: Half-Baked. However, I found their pricing a bit steep, with two to three gram vapes costing $40 to $50. Ive previously purchased a 4-gram vape from the same brand for $30 after tax.On the positive side, their pre-rolls of THC-A joints hit well and were reasonably priced. The customer service was also commendable, with the staff being quite helpful in trying to find what I wanted.Overall, I would definitely recommend Kountry Kloudz as a one-stop smoke shop due to its size and the wonderful variety of products available. Just be sure to do some research on pricing to ensure you’re getting the best deal.

Everyone at this business is so friendly. They have a very wide selection to choose from. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks for quality vapes.

So starting off, my girlfriend and I have came to Tennessee for vacation from Miami and this was the first smoke shop that we stopped at and Wow! We absolutely loved the products and the variety selection available but most importantly, Ty is an awesome shop owner! As we walked in, he immediately attended us and made us feel welcomed at his store and we had some good conversations. Amazing shop and owner! Do not go here!! I’ve been here three times and everytime they have sold me a burnt vape while I’m still in the store!! And refused to give me another one! When I come in with 2-3 people everytime! This is ridiculous and not great customer service! I was going to buy a few other things but once they wouldn’t give me a new vape after this being the third time I walked out!
