I started going to the Rivergate (Madison) store during the very week they opened, I believe it was in 2014? I loved them! They always took care of me; they knew their industry and their customers. Then they shut down recently due to new ownership that bought the strip and raised the rent to the point that some stores had to shut down. Oh, I could go on, but I digress. I was concerned that I would have to buy a whole new kit that Id never used before and get stuck with liquid I didnt like nearly as well at a place I wasnt familiar with. Long story shorter, I just began dealing with the great people at the Smyrna store. Ive been helped by both Ariana and her mom, Janice. Ive no doubt that everyone else who works there is topnotch as well. Oh, maaan. This family is phenomenal. Its so rare these days to find a storeowner/-owners who provide a small-town feel. They absolutely strive to please every customer, because thats just who they are! Theyre kind, more than accommodating, theyre knowledgable, and theyre good people running a good business. I live in the Springfield area, and Ill still stick with them! Theyre worth it !!!

I looked all over the area and shopped several places before I finally found my store. These folks really care about your needs and help you find what you need. Unlike other vape stores which try and sell you a discontinued item then not keep the coils in stock. Not Nashville Vapor, they don’t operate like that. You guys rock!

I went to Nashville vape, looking for a particular vape juice that I use they didn’t have many on hand so I took what they had. They said they could order more if I just gave them a call before I came. I forgot to do so, but when I went by to pick up more the next visit, they had ordered it anyway. That really made me happy that they remembered that I like that particular kind a very nice place that really tries to remember it it’s customers and what they like I will be returning.

I love this place and the owner is awesome! He always keeps me up to date on the new items coming in. I like to shop with small local businesses. Nashville Vapor is one of them and this is my go-to spot!

It would be great if you guys stop closing early and stay true to the hours of operation! I came at 6:30 and they were closed. The business show to close at 7. This is a sign of being lazy and bad business.

Nashville Vapor is by far the best vape shop in middle TN. They treat you like family and their customer service is above and beyond! They make you feel welcome everytime.

What a great place to do business with. Been going there for a long time. Everyone is always so friendly. True Story: Today 12/23/23 I stopped while out and about to pick up some juice and coils. Accidentally was given the incorrect coils. Got landed at home and realized the problem. Called and explained the situation and that I was vape-less and that I could not travel back to the store. Owners, was awesome and accepted the mistake and drove over the correct coils to my home. The days of old fashion customer / patron honor is behind us folks. Nothing is flawless in business and sometimes things happen. It’s the recovery from these unfortunate incidents that you remember. Great vape shop, great people and I highly Recommend the Smyrna Nashville vape.

Really good juice selection! Lots of delta 8 items to choose from, but my favorite is the delta 8 rice crispy treat! Really good customer service and super chill people. Love the vibes as soon as I walk in this place.

This is my favorite place to shop. Everyone there is amazing and super nice. Janice, Boo and Brent are the bomb! Top quality products, and they go out of their way to help and ask any questions you may need.

They were out of the large bottle of 24mg Master Blend that I can only get at Nashville Vapor but he totally made it right with the next best thing. Great service.

These guys are good, every time I go here Im in a hurry, but I always end up sticking around 20 to 25 minutes because of the atmosphere inside this shop. Cool employees and customers.

Super friendly staff and excellent selection!

Over priced merchandise with rude sales people, wanted to charge me to try new vape flavors, something no one else does. Wouldnt recognize old store loyalty program, if you really want to shop here try their store on Charlotte pk, better staff but too far away. Fortunately there are several decent vape stores around this area, that dont charge to try the different flavors.

Absolutely the best vape shop in TN. Yes it needs a little ventilation or a fan, But the staff makes up for it. Always helpful never rude, unlike saffire. They also have the best house blends. all round this will be the only shop that I will visit without giving a second thought.

From my experience with several vape shops, I decided to stop by Nashville vapor. I must say that it was both an exciting and pleasant experience, the employee or owner, not sure who I dealt with, was very knowledgeable and happy to help. A great not was the prices, many vape shops charge a minimum of 5 for a coil and a maximum of 7-8 a coil this shoe charge 4.99 for a falcon coil, some of the top of the line coils. In the world of vaping cheap coils are a big deal and are rare to come by.

They had just what I needed, the associate was great and I was in and out in no time.

Nice associates in the facility but the cloud I walked into was a dense fog. Somebody needs to turn on some ventilation in the place. All I could smell was the vapor somebody had filled the air with. I wanted to look at the products but didnt want to stand in the exhaled fog. :(

Not quite sure why nobodys here. Says they close at 8pm on Saturday yet its 7pm and the lights are out and doors locked. If they have changed the hours they need to update online and the sign outside the location.
