Michelle helped me and I was lucky to get a walk in massage. I got a deep tissue massage because I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder, she was great and listened to me when there were areas that were a little tender. They have a variety of massage services here, so be sure to check out the full menu, especially if youre looking to pamper yourself. A 60 minute massage cost me about $100- which is on par for other local massage places.

After 3 spine surgeries, I have tried multiple massage therapist and no one has come close to knowing how to find and reach the areas that my body so desperately need relief. Sonya is an intuitive and incredible masseuse. My shoulder pain is gone and I left my session feeling fresh and revitalized. I have been dealing with a lot of stress lately and my muscles have been tight. I decided to try Thai Herbal spa since I live so close. I called and they were able to get me in immediately (I was practically a walk-in). I got a one hour deep tissue massage from Michelle. She was great. She worked out all of my stiffness and I felt much better after the visit. I am so glad I went. I will be going back for a follow up.

I love Sonia! She has become my go to masseuse and will always make sure to treat you as needed. They are super kind and professional here.

Ok so this was the best experience I have EVER HAD!!! Ive have chronic back pain and Sonya was AMAZINGGGGGG!!! I got the Thai massage and it was wonderful. I have gotten massages all over atl and even other countries and this was legit the best massage/ stretch I have ever had. I wish I could come every week! She listened to everything I told her. I had the best 90 minute prenatal massage with Sonya. Not only was the massage incredible, but I had told her one of my pregnancy cravings has been grapefruit, and she had slices of a blood orange out for me after the session. It was just so incredibly sweet and personable! Cannot wait for another massage with her.

I had a wonderful experience with Sonja. I haven’t had a massage in approximately 3 years due to moving and being unable to find what I was looking for. Someone recently recommended Sonja to me and I figured I’d take a chance. Sonja is warm and friendly as soon as you enter. The room was set up for relaxation and comfort. She asked me questions about my concerns and then went right to work. I received deep tissue combined with some Thai. I felt great when I left and look forward to returning. I had the best massage here! I get massages often but Sonya literally beat the scoreboard with her awesome skills. She is so knowledgeable and made me feel like a cloud after my massage💆‍♀️I definitely recommend going here. The home-made products she sells too are amazing!

A hidden gem indeed! Michelle’s hands are healing and left me feeling rejuvenated. I’ve had massages that left me feeling sore the next day but not this time, I left Michelle’s table walking on clouds for days.

This is one of the best massage I have had in Atlanta. She knew exactly what my body needs. I was not sure if I should go with Swedish or deep tissue. We worked together and adjusted during the session. I also had the best sleep that night after the service. The decor may not look like the typical spa you go to but it is clean. The session was worth all the time and money. This will be the massage you never have. Must try.

I had Prenatal massage twice here and a facial massage! They were the best. The pressure was perfect and safe for pregnancy. The owner knows a lot about the safety of the massage for pregnant woman. The facial massage was so good. My face was really soft afterward. Definitely will be going back soon.

This is by far the best massage I have had in Atlanta! Sonya is amazing and will work through any injury, ache, or pain, as well as provide a relaxing massage. Sonya is well versed in anatomy and understands which muscle groups to target to alleviate pain and stress.

Amazing 120-min massage. Came with extreme soreness, pain to move and discomfort while sleeping (two knots on both sides of ribs too). Also was wearing over 6-months of lifes stress in shoulders and lower back. Sonyas massage was perfection! My whole body the next day and current feels lighter, looser, pains are gone, and am planning to incorporate this massage haven into my life. As a retired massage therapist myself I have delt with an injury to my low back that has caused me pain everyday for the last 25 years of my life, and I always wondered what it would be like to feel no pain in my back.I have had massages since that time but could never find someone who could bring sustained relief, or who could actually release the muscles that needed to be released. I set up my appointment and was looking forward to seeing if she would be My Person to help give the relief I was looking for.I have to say I finally found My Person after my massage with Sonya and I can honestly say I was relived of all pain for at least a day and a half, thaty is the first time in 25 years where i expericed no pain for a day. Needless to say Sonyas work is phenominal for me, because there is a difference between getting a massage and getting therapy thru massage. I am one whop is very particular about the massage i receive, I look for therapist that know how to work with the muscles and not against them which most therapist do which I have found. If you are looking for a great therapist defintenly schedule an appointment today.

I chose the Thai Body Works service and it was the best massage Ive had since I visited Thailand. Sonya worked out every knot and helped to increase my range of motion after the first visit. I highly recommend her spa and services!

I have not used this spa just yet, but I will be returning and scheduling a spa day with my wife. The massage therapist did a really good detail walk-through of her services. She explained organic supplies that she uses during treatment. Her customer service was at a 10. The entire facility was extremely clean. I cannot wait to surprise my wife with a spa day!

I had serious ongoing lower back pain from an old injury that worsened suddenly. My friend referred me to Thai Herbal Spa as she had positive experiences. Chiropractic had not helped so I was hesitant, but immediately after my session, I was completely pain free. I had been in pain for about 2 months hoping it would get better and it had not completely healed. I will only be going to Ms Sonja if I have pain again. She is miraculous.

Great massage from Michelle, she found all my problem spots and worked hard to get them out. Very friendly and checked-in/adjusted as needed. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Already scheduled my next appt and will certainly be a regular here.

I’ve had massages literally all over the world and they have been fabulous but when I tell you that the best one that I’ve ever had was in little ol’ Smyrna Georgia at Thai herbal spa by Sonya ! Omg words can’t explain how amazing Sonya is ! She is very knowledgeable but most importantly THEE most skilled masseuse that I’ve ever come across. When I went in, I had the worst neck pain and tight, hard, knotted upper back muscle like you wouldn’t believe!! After only an hour she had worked out all kinks !!! I felt like I left there with literally a new neck !!!! It was amazing, the price is worth it !!!! I will be Back next week and highly recommend this place! You will never be the same again. I slept so good last night.I’m hooked !!The room and bed linen were extremely clean which is very important to me because I am OCD about germs !!!! I loved the nice scent in the room and the music. The massages are incredible. I work out daily and put my body through a lot of stress and after EVERY massage it feels like my body fully recovered. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly who knows how to help you through your ailments.

I am blown away by this space. The prices are great and the massage was the best I’ve had in Smyrna/Atlanta area. I’ve been to multiple spas in the area and this one is definitely the best. I can’t wait to go back and try the other services offered

Not worth the price for the under average service. The room is very unclean with dog smell. The dog was unleased all the time during the massage which was very uncomfortable. The session was supposed to be 60 minutes, it started 15 minutes late and ended on time as per the schdule. The reposnse from the owner is completely fake. Not worth a second visit.

After a long stressful week, I went in for a 90 min Hot Stone massage. I enjoyed every second, and I left relaxed and rejuvenated. I look forward to my visit session.
