Absolute trash customer service. Staff had an attitude from the second I walked in the door. I got profiled hard for “knowing” what I wanted. The ID check process was like trying to get through customs, the associates are trying to “catch” you even if you’re legit. They take more pride in trying to find the BS’ers than they do trying to sell or promote a product. Will take my business elsewhere. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Love this place I always get the help that I need when it comes to pricing and what’s best for my mod did not like the fact that i was not able to be helped with a battery issue yesterday that was resolved today when I went in around closing time. I went in had a swell conversation did not feel pressured into buying anything my issue was fixed within minutes!! I must say overall my experience with the people i usually deal with goes completely great but would recommend that if the technician is able to help out the client that is done so accordingly over all if I could give a ten I would

Best vapor shop in Smyrna hands down!Great prices on hardware and juice.All juice is made in house by the owner himself! The staff is super friendly and helpful, And the owner is great. Read the few bad reviews on here and am sad to hear that someone had a bad experience here. Chris (the owner) is extremely kind and anytime theres been an issue with anything Ive gotten from there hes bent backwards to make sure he fixes it in any way he can. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for anything vapor related.

This is a great store!! The staff and clientele were awesome! Actually took the time to hear my opinion and Gave there’s also!! Even though they didn’t ha r my juice I liked I made a few purchases. Will definitely be coming back!!

Great juice and cool employees. Always a good experience to drop in and try some new flavors. Chris and his crew are great to do business with and Chris is a master mixer of flavors. I have been vaping for over two years and tried juice from all over middle Tennessee, and Little House has the best juice hands down in my opinion. I am a repeat customer and cant imagine getting my juice anywhere else.

Little House has the best juice out there. Weve tried other online shops, local shops, and Chris definitely makes the cleanest juice. He answers all my questions regarding juice and equipment and has gone out of his way to have what we need. Highly recommend! The new LaVergne location is awesome as well!

So excited to now have Magical Vapors in Smyrna area. Hands down this is a great shop with three other reputable locations. They have a large variety of juices and all your vapor needs. Cant wait till the remodel is fully finished because this place is going to look great.

Walked in with my brother and friends. The guy at the counter rudely told us we need mask even though there was no sign on the door. So we got to get mask and he accuses my friend of trying to buy for minors when we are all 21. Bad attitude and not helpful, extremely immature of him. We will never return there again. If you need a place to go 4-ever e-cig has always been helpful and great customer service.

Bought two bottles of their barrel blends. For something that has steeped 3 months the flavor is not there. Actually none. Not very impressed. Especially for the cost. Usually 25 bucks for premium juice gets you premium juice. Not in this case. Hope mine is just a bad batch.

New management is amazing, Ive been going to nolansville pike location for a few years, and was sad to learn my favorite guy there, Matt had moved, but having him down in Smyrna near work is amazing. These guys know what theyre doing and wont BS you like the guys at smoke token.

I walked 35 minutes in 27 degree weather because somebody stole my vape and I needed a new one, so I decided to check this place out because Ive only heard wonderful things about this vape shop. They have EXCELLENT costumer service. Loved the quality of the people in there. They helped me out with everything from picking my vape to setting it up for me. The place is fantastic, the have tons of mods and tanks. And tons of vape juices in all different kinds of flavors. Definitely the ONLY vape shop Ill be going to from here on out. 10/10 recommend this shop. Excellent place!

Horrible place to buy vapes. Purchased a vape and it did not work, took it back inside and told the guy. Guy gave me another one to try, didn’t work either. Brought it back inside and guy accused me of bringing in old vapes when I brought back the box AND vapes together, told me there was nothing he could do. Would try my luck at the local gas station for vapes before trying this place again, terrible customer service and vape quality’s

The guys there are great, they remember the regulars and know what youre coming in for. They can answer questions well and are very nice and helpful.

Horrible experience.. Employee was rude. Told me my ID was fake and that the picture didnt look like me. Only difference was that i didnt wear my glasses and I had a hat on.

The guy in there was super sweet, helpful and informative. Made sure I knew what I was getting and what options would he best for me for what I provided o was looking for .
