Sage Foot and Body

This is a plain, clean, no-frills spot with solid service. Stars off for basic decor but it smells amazing and I leave feeling better every time. Other reviews are correct: There are no doors, only heavy theater-like drapes - so you may hear muted voices. The stones are LAVA hot; I skip them. I pay cash to avoid any tipping/added fee issues.

I made an appointment for myself and my husband for 10:00 am (after being told they couldn’t do 11:00 bc of another client). We got there at 9:50 and doors were locked, despite the sign saying they opened at 9:30. Opened the doors at 10, we went in and said we had a 10:00 appt. They told us to have a seat for 30 minutes. I repeated that we had made an appointment for 10:00. She called the woman who was apparently supposed to do our massage, she handed me the phone and the woman said they had double booked her and that if I wanted to wait they’d give me 10% off. We left because $6 off really doesn’t make up for the inconvenience of having driven 45 minutes on a Saturday morning and not getting to give my husband his birthday present. We will not be returning and I’d advise others to do the same.

I had an amazing time! Vicky was amazing!!! She asked me how I wanted it and kept checking up on me! This place was nice offered wine too! Thank you!

The front manager is very loud, argumentative and rude. Ive been going there on and off for a little over a year and today was the first day Ive met her although she claims shes been the manager since opening. The masuse was friendly and gave average massage but that lady disturbed my peace and had me upset for the beginning of my massage. At the end she didnt even offer me any water or wine.

I wanted to like this massage place because it is so close to my house but their customer service sucks! I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go in there, I have a problem. There is one lady who is always there, maybe she is the owner. This last time, I barely had both my feet inside and she told me they are booked up for the day. She didn’t bother asking if I would like to come back another day or time. I have never seen anything like it. I will not go back. If they don’t want my business, that is fine. I will NOT recommend this peace to anyone! I dont usually leave bad reviews but this place is terrible! I will continue to drive further to treat your feet and pay less money with better customer service!

I visited this location this evening which became a NIGHTMARE!!!! This had been the most HORRIBLE Experience I have ever had get a massage. The guy put his whole entire elbow with his body weight in my back. I’m extremely sore it was not relaxing at all . I feel like I left the gym I can barely move. I addressed my concerns to the owner she just look at me waiting payment. Therefore her attitude and customer service was despicable and she act if she didn’t care just ready to go home..The information someone else stated about the cash/ credit card is correct !!! for $62 cash/ $65 card... somehow turned into $68 with a card, plus 20% gratuity!!! I WILL NOT RETURN.

Upon entering, it was nice and pleasant on the inside. The hostess was warm and welcoming as she explained their process. She offered me water and an ounce of wine.The service I requested was an hour foot massage. She massaged everything except for my feet. I did not enjoy the service. She applied excessive pressure on bony areas of my chin. Even after she saw me wincing, grimacing and flinching she continued. After a few hand gestures and constantly jerking my leg away, she adjusted her level of pressure.After she went to retrieve the hot stones , she nearly BURNED me TWICE. Those stones are scorching, and she should have been more aware of how hot they were before she applied them to my skin TWO times. She was negligent and careless before application to my leg. After the 3rd attempt, she didnt even apologize for nearly burning my skin. My body remained tense the ENTIRE experience.Final verdict: for $62 cash/ $65 card... somehow turned into $68 with a card, plus 20% gratuity. The massage therapist was HORRIBLE, and she did not deserve 20%. I stand on my feet all day and to not get what I paid for after spending almost $80 was disappointing. I WILL NOT RETURN.

I love this place and been going for a little over a year. Very professional, friendly and most importantly a great atmosphere. I appreciate that they give you all of your time unlike massage envy. This is not a commercial massage, the massages are performed as if they are back home in their country (their roots). The massages that they give is a beautiful science, paying attention to every tight muscle and allowing an increase of blood flow for better circulation. Go here, you won’t regret it!!

If you’re a person of color, your best bet is to skip this place. I’ve tried very hard to overlook the micro aggressions and prejudice, but it has gotten to be very obnoxious. They cut your massages short and still charge for the full duration, the massage therapists literally argue in front of you if they have to service a POC and the owner will force them to service you, and even then you’ll get the worst massage ever, and the owners attitude in general towards POCs is very terrible. It’s almost as if she’s doing you a favor by allowing you to give her business money.I liked it better when they had the other guy up at the front. He was very friendly and had a way with the massage therapists so they would treat me better. Everything has gone downhill since he left.

Its difficult communicating because most of the people there dont speak English well. They force 20% tips regardless of the service and the communication between their employees and management is terrible. You ask for certain massage packages, only to find out they charged you for other things when its time to pay. I wont ever return again.

I used classpass to make the appt.and they’re technically a concierge service so classpass has to ask them if it’s ok to book the appt and have the service be paid THROUGH THE APP WITH CREDITS.i should’ve known to walk out when i booked the appt for 3 for a body massage and she asked me what i wanted.. girl, i made an appt AND chose the service through classpass which the business approved!so i got my massage done and it was fine. ambience was good, but there are curtains that are used as “doors” for the “rooms” so i felt uncomfortable getting ya know, naked because the curtains were jammed and i couldn’t close them properly.she didn’t ask me if there were any specific spots she should hit, and when i told her she briefly touched it and moved on, i didn’t feel like arguing.then it was time to pay…. which… i shouldn’t have. i showed her the classpass app and she just looked like me like i was dumb and said “cash or card only” girl what? your business approved this though? i was soo irritated that i just paid and left and even left a 20% tip because i did not want to hear about it.

I got a massage it was just ok..... I took my spouse here for Fathers Day. He didnt really enjoy it. When we checked out I still asked him if he wanted to tip he was generous to say yes although he didnt like the service. I tipped on the receipt the owner decided to state it wasnt enough. And their site and sign mentioned a 20% gratuity. I was furious. I was going to pay for the service and walk out. How can you make somone pay a certain amount for gratuity especially if their not happy with service. Its not my responsibility to pay for your employees salary. My husband decided he would take care if it. I will NEVER come back to this place.

I really enjoyed the body massage I received here. I had a male masseuse and he did a great job working the kinks out of my body. I felt so relaxed by the end and I appreciate that they massaged for the full hour and didn’t skimp on the time like most places do. They give complimentary white or red wine and you also get to choose your aromatherapy oil, sugar scrub, and lotion for your massage (all included). My husband and I did a couple’s massage and were able to be inside the same space. There are no rooms with doors in the back. Everyone is separated by curtains so you will occasionally hear curtains moving or the sounds of someone being worked on. These sounds didn’t bother me too much because overall it was quiet. I will definitely be back!

First time was excellent. I called to sheddule another appointment with same person they said ok . When I came they gave me someone different . Very bad experience I sheddule 90 min . When was over I asked receptionist why I didnt get same person ? She told me that lady is not here , she went to California . If they told me I will wait. Waist of money.

Lovely ambience and customer service. I only gave 3 stars because they automatically added gratuity without informing me. I realized it after I had already added additional gratuity. I am okay with the included gratuity but they should be clear about that with additionalSigns at check out or verbalizing that. They clearly have signs that mention increased cost for credit card use but included gratuity was not stated.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEIt was a time when I n my sister used to get good service for which I must have shared their name to many of my friends and family but now it’s really Horrible staff has changed services is worst, they say massage I don’t no it was a massage or what that me n my sister both have bruises and have to take painkillers. Also the lady who is the receptionist is so rude and ask for 20% gratuity who does that specially when you don’t like service but still you have to give them tip that’s a big no for me. Don’t waste your money and time here it’s not worth it

Absolutely out of this world experience. Kevin did an amazing job. The staff was very professional, cordial and respectful from the first phone call I made to ask questions about services until I left. The place is very clean, smells really good and relaxing music. Prices are affordable.Ill definitely go back!!😊

I received a 90 min full body massage by Kevin today, it was FANTASTIC!! I will be back on a monthly basis. I have found the perfect massage therapst. Look no more!! Ambience and facility very clean. Price is reasonable for the service given.

Made an appt. Didnt get called back until 20 or so passed appt time, but it was worth the wait. Low lights and noise. Relaxing music. Unrushed service with thorough care and attention before, during, and after massage. I slept great that night! This will definitely be my new go to

Reasonable prices and you get to choose your own lotion scents. Had an older Asian male masseuse who was wonderful. Booked a 90 minute massage and felt rejuvenated afterwards.

I’ve only has amazing experiences here! They are very clean and attentive. All of that staff is great but Kevin is my go to! Their prices are reasonable and they have a good amount of availability. I recommend them to everyone I know!

This place is the best!. Every time I’ve gone I always leave relaxed no matter who is massaging me. Don’t eat before your massage and be sure to tip your masseuse!

BEWARE!!!!!!Merchant will not except Groupons. Suggested that I contact them and cancel. This is very poor customer service. If this merchant no longer desires to have a relationship with Groupon, they should call them and let them know. Now that they have received a clientele they are treating the people that have patronize them like trash. I would never give them my busy and I cant get my money back ONLY a credit.

This place was mediocre at best. Tried it because it was close to where I live, but from now on I will drive across town to TREAT YOUR FEET. When I informed the guy that he didnt do the other side, he ignored me and tapped me to say he was finished. I tip according to the service I recieved, so needless to say I was irritated when the clerk questioned me about the tip amount. NEVER AGAIN

I bought a Groupon and when I got there they told me they stopped taking Groupons. Nothing was communicated and I even called and made an appointment. My mom dropped me off and I already paid like $30-$40 for it and all I was told was to call my mom to pick me up and call Groupon to get my money back. So I wasted all my money and I don’t even know how to get it back.

This is my massage place, found them in Groupon but the prices are affordable that it makes sense to just go directly!Walk ins are welcome and they have availability to accommodate any schedule!

THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! THE ENTIRE MASSAGE CONSISTS OF AN ELBOW BEING JAMMED INTO MY NECK AND BACK!! IT WAS VERY PAINFUL AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I WAS PLACED IN A POSITION IN WHICH I COULD NOT MOVE OR CRY OUT. I WAS LEFT WITH A BRUISED BACK AND FEELING WORSE THAN WHEN I ARRIVED!! THEN TO TOP IT OFF I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE A 20% TIP FOR SERVICE I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH. I WILL DEFINITELY BE PURSUING THIS BEYOND JUST A PUBLIC REVIEW!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

That was the best foot massage I ever had. I will be going back. The body massage was awesome too. I recommend anyone with feet issues to go get a foot massage. They were very professional and about the business.

Im done with these type of bootleg spas. They have no training, put your feet in cheap buckets, and do not provide a comfortable environment. The only positive is the price.

I never like to reviews but this place has very good massage therapist , specially lady Jane is amazing. She massage my arms and I never had this kind of job done by anyone so far.
