Omar is very helpful and always stays updated with new products. The store is very organized and convenient when im not trying to deal with the hassle at convenience stores.

Omar is so helpful & has so much knowledge. He helped me select a hookah for my cousins birthday & he loved it. He even showed us how to assemble suggested flavors etc. Prices are reasonable so he has gained a new regular customer👏🏾

The smoke shop is close to home. The customer service is immaculate. Marco is a wonderful person he treats everyone with respect and kindness. I recommend his business to anyone that’s in the Snellville And Lilburn area😊

Absolutely poor service on 4/6/23. I walked into the store by myself. Immediately the owner ask me what I think. As badly cluttered and organized the place was I still told him he had a nice place and products. I told him I only wanted one thing and he prompted me that he could not take a picture of my ID (which was sideways) . I think the owner need a quick course in competition. Oddly enough he is next to a gas station that made my transaction. He will surely be about out of business soon if this is how he treat people. Also please don’t have a vape store if you are not keen to context clues. I mean A girl by herself with Audi key with a picture sideways ID. Yeah she totally underage. Again poor service by the incompetent owner. Just go to the shell gas station don’t waste your time at this establishment

Wonderful store owner. I spoke with Omar and I wad in search of a specific rolling paper that not everyone has them (every gas station that is) and I went to Omar smoke shop and he had 3 different kinds of that brand and some other brands that caught my attention as well. I will definitely will be doing business with them aga8n in the neat future.

Not only does Omars carry just about every type of smoking device and accessories, but they truly know their stuff. You gotta try them out, even if all you do is visit.

I walked into this store about 6 months ago in December with my daughter n law looking for a gift for my son. The service from Omar was outstanding that day and I have been a faithful customer since. I went to Omars shop to purchase a hookah for a fathers day gift. He was immediately polite and friendly. He had great recommendations and didnt seem bias toward any 1 brand (although he carries a good variety). He cheerfully assisted me with a hookah and necessary supplies (without any pressure for me to make extra purchases).I will definitely return for my supplies.

I’ve been to many shops in the Atlanta area and Omar’s is easily the best. Owner is very nice. Always remembers me and my usual order. Never tries to oversell a product. I am going there today to buy as much as my usual as I am moving out of state and will properly be an issue to find as great a place as this one.

I have to say the selection of hookahs is very numerous as is the tobacco flavors shelved. Omar is a nice man and is very interested in the customers needs. The shop also offers a wide variety of other pipes and paraphernalia for the smoker at heart. The store itself is clean and very pleasant to shop. Omar is an awesome guy hes always helped me on prices for Kratom And CBD. If you go to places like Starship or other smoke shops they charge you way to much for certian quality products where here ive always found the cheapest and most reasonable price. Today I called omar, he did not at first answer however he immediately called back. This was a great pleasure to hear back from him so quick. He had an amazing selection and the products were top shelf. The price was great as well. Highly suggested.

My husband came there to buy me some Melon Twist vape juice which is priced $14.99-$18.99 a box and each box has 2 bottles. He charged my husband $19.74 for one bottle. I called Omar to discuss this and he didn’t care. I have supported this business for the past 2+ years but not anymore. Greedy ppl don’t get my money! Do yourself a favor and shop at another place that doesn’t charge you an extra $10 above the average price.

I totally agree w alo reviews, this is the vape shop for 1st timers to veterans. They have a large selection of various smoke supplies. I walked in nervous, I was interested in a nicotine free flavor liquid that I can mix w CBD oil. I was also shopping for a vape kit (pen). The customer service I received was Amazing! I drove from Johns Creek to Omars Vape shop and it was totally worth the drive. I will plan monthly trips to Omars because the prices are affordable as well!

We came in just today for the first time, and right off the bat the entire store was already significantly cleaner than the Hookah Hookup that used to be down the street. There was a much larger selection of shisha, as well. The owner was wonderfully polite, friendly, and helpful - like that one really cool uncle everyone wishes they had.While we came in for coals - which turned out to be roughly a dollar cheaper than what we were used to paying elsewhere - I honestly dont think Ill be going anywhere else for hookah supplies ever again.
