Massage done by Derek on two separate occasions. Both were done very well and thoroughly. He’s gentle and mindful of every aspect; calming scents and reviving scents. I do prefer lots of pressure with my deep tissue so that would be the only improvement I’d suggest. He integrates cupping and stretching which was phenomenal! I highly recommend him!

Ask for Derek. He is top tier and his professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. Derek listens to his clients needs and delivers remarkable results. I did a deep massage with him and his service was impeccable and thorough. He applied adequate pressure while often checking to ensure all was well. He addressed all my pain points and gave suggestions of ways to alleviate pain on a daily basis.

Today was my birthday and a friend gifted me with a massage here!! My masseuse was DERRICK and let me tell you… I’m 61 years old and I have had the pleasure of many massages… This young man was simply AMAZING!!! He took great care and applied techniques unmatched by anyone before today!!! Ask for DERRICK!!!

I booked same day on a whim. It was a great decision. I saw Nathan for a body scrub and hot stone massage. Nathan was polite and professional and did an amazing job with my services. The front desk staff was very kind. I didn’t have the time to walk around, but it is very welcoming inside. I will definitely be back.

My masseuse (Karen) was AWESOME! She ensured I was comfortable with everything she did including dealing with my ticklish feet. Her professionalism is OUTSTANDING!I am looking forward to my next visit!

I had the best facial of my LIFE here with Ami! Everyone is so pleasant and gives off the most relaxed vibes ever, and the atmosphere is quiet with light quiet music. The rooms itself were cozy and dim and perfect. Ami assessed my skin and asked questions and then said Okay, no more talking, just relaxing which I LOVED. Its so hard to relax when someone talks to you the entire session! Ill definitely be rebooking with her. I totally fell asleep for a bit because I was THAT relaxed. Thanks Ami!!!

Second time coming to Natural body spa but first time for a facial and it was worth it. My skin feels so good. The massage for my neck, shoulders and arms was amazing. I did not expect that.

Derek is an awesome massage therapist. Hes very intentional when working on any problem areas. He also has great awareness of my comfort level and checks that his pressure is not too much or not enough.Derek always ensures that I am relaxed throughout the massage, and he has great attention to detail (like putting towels under my shoulders when Im on my stomach for extra comfort).He is extremely professional and definitely a master of his craft. I highly recommend him - but save some slots for me!

I had a back massage from Derek and it changed my life!!!!. Im a mom with toddlers and I sometimes co-sleep and of course they beat me up. So after a week of upper back and neck pain I saw Derek he was very attentive to where I felt the most discomfort and informed me of certain stretches/positions I can hold to release the tension. Im definitely returning for another in a month, right now theres a discount if you book early in the week so 5 STARS all around!.

Great experience as usual. My massage therapist did a great job with my massage as well as asking preliminary questions about where I had pain or muscle tightness so she could focus on those areas. The Snellville location always has kind and professional people at the desk who are always willing to answer me questions and help make appointments. All of this keeps me coming back!

My massage was ok. He was inexperienced and his technique needed work. He worked both sides of my back at the same time; shuffling from side to side. There was no methodology to his approach. He appeared young and still needed training. I don’t hold it against him, but I think NBS must do a better job of ensuring that inexperienced massage therapists receive more training or are provide some oversight, if possible. He seemed unsure of himself and unskilled. As for my husband, he said that he did not receive a deep tissue. A deep tissue massage costs more. We had a couples massage so we were in the same room. His person was very loud. She did not use soft tones. It was not a relaxing experience. Overall, I was let down. I have been there several times over the years since they opened, and this is the second time I have been let down. The majority of the times I have had a good experience. This was my husband first time and I am disappointed because I highly recommended this location. It was our anniversary and we left feeling underwhelmed.

My visit at NB Spa was fabulous! I had an express facial with Kim and it was a wonderful experience. Its the first time I have had a facial, but it definitely wont be the last. A return visit for more is definitely in my future!

I had never been to this spa before so I didn’t know what to expect. It was my birthday and I needed to do something relaxing. Gigi was fantastic and gave me the best massage! I felt rejuvenated walking out of there. I will definitely go back…it was a great experience!

The ambiance was amazing very serene, calming music in the background low lights. The shop is cute and quaint, I didn’t buy anything this time. All the staff was pleasant and friendly. I got a hydrafacial + cleansing facial from Luisa. I have gotten hydrafacials at other spas in the past and always liked the results. But Luisa exceeded all my expectations. I came in for an acne flare up that I just couldnt get under control. Luisa assured me that she was going to clear it up and she did!Not only did she do an amazing job taking care of my skin, she was kind and warm in general. I am looking forward to visiting her again.

My daughter and I had massages today for her 40th Birthday and we had a wonderful experience. I had Bexx and my daughter had Gigi. They were both excellent! We would highly recommend Natural Body Spa.

Very relaxing experience having my pedicure.The technician, Kim, always does an excellent job.

One of the worst mani-pedis of my life. Manicure- the color was applied unevenly between left and right hand. And the 3rd toenail on my left foot is jagged. Completely uneven and sharp. The pedicure concept is designed to be a comfortable spa experience, which they completely deliver on. But who leaves a nail chipped and polishes it?? Now I own part of the manicure because I mistakenly believed that after drying the color would darken. But I should have checked before moving on to the pedicure.

Derek was great with pressure and checking in with my comfort. Very relaxing, I will be seeing him again.

I had an Eminence facial with dermaplaning done by Aminata, who was terrific. This, by far, was the best facial experience I have ever had. I will be booking again with her real soon.

My first experience with this spa was back in October for my birthday. It was such an amazing massage and facial, I came back for another massage. Derek is amazing, professional and listens. I judge a good massage by the ability to put me to sleep. I always leave refreshed and can’t wait to come back. They have a life time customer.

The massage was nice and the atmosphere was decent. The staff were not as pleasant as I am accustomed to in a place of zen, so I give it three stars.

Interesting changes since I frequented the location years ago. Lots more variety in the products available to purchase. Massages were relaxing despite the cold room and cold oil used throughout. Masseuses got the job done. Nail bar was helpful and adaptable in changes to my appointment time and services. Nail treatment left my guest in pain and manicure left my hands looking unfinished. Pedicure holding up 5 days later. 👍 Since my guest and I got everything done at the same time, I noticed that only one tech seemed to confirm plans, answer questions, & make conversation. Front desk was professional and helpful from making our appointments to completing the payment with a special offer that I wasnt aware of until they brought it up. That integrity alone makes me recommend giving them a try.

Had a massage with Viola and facial with Bexx. Both were amazing! The facialist was so knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my skin. She mixed the perfect amount of Information about what she was doing with time for me to just relax and enjoy. I will definitely go back soon. The place itself is clean and staff is friendly. Glad to have this in the area!

I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Luisa. My skin was in bad condition due the usage of a new product. Luisa made some helpful suggestions on how to correct my problem areas. Her attention to detail and the needs of my skin were amazing. I left feeling so much better about my skin and with an amazing glow.

The massage was nice. I had Gigi was was ok. She didn’t do my arms or feet and when it came to my legs I felt like she was just rubbing(too long) and not massaging. But she did concentrate on my back area which is where i needed relief from. All it was nice.

On a scale of 1-10…this spa was a solid 9.75! I had a hot stone massage and an amazing pedicure. Everyone was friendly, offered me water or tea and the vibes were right! There was a great selection of polishes and I felt at peace. It was amazing. I’ll be back!

I appreciate good service which is hard to get these days. I had not had a massage or facial in 3 years. Derrick did an excellent job, he was professional and listened to my concerns, the massage was wonderful. Literally the best pedicure of my life. Calling it a pedicure is an understatement to the spa-like care yall offer. I loved the quiet atmosphere and extra comforts that helped me actually relax; the entire setup is so neurodivergent friendly, and I can say undoubtedly I will be a lifetime customer.

Nate was great as always. He listens to me and addresses what is bothering me that session. I had a two-day headache walking in and I cant tell you how nice it was to leave barely even feeling it.The entire team is very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire visit. Come check it out yourself.

8/6/23. My second visit was also fantastic. All staff members I spoke to were very pleasant and friendly. I tried their ginger tea and it was great. Sena gave me my massage this time. He asked specific questions about problem areas and areas that I wanted him to devote more time to. He did a wonderful job treating my lower back pain, sciatica and tension in my neck and shoulder blades. We got through working the problem areas and the full signature massage. During the entire massage, he asked how I was doing and how the applied pressure was. It was an excellent massage! I highly recommend Sena and Natural Body Spa.7/9/23. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. Mersha was very attentive when asking if I had any allergies to oils and if I had any problem areas before giving me my massage. She also made sure to ask me if the pressure she was applying was okay during my massage and focused on some tension areas in my neck and shoulder blade areas. My massage was excellent! The warming tables/towels are fantastic. I highly recommended Natural Body Spa in Snellville and Mersha!

The massage was pretty good. I was comfortable and relaxed. The only thing I would call out is after a massage or treatment, after asking how the service went and once the order is open to the main area, I would say the employee should provide more guidance to the customer such as we have great products check it out if you have time and before you go, check in with the cashier for a receipt. Setting expectations is important.

Today was my first time visiting and I must say I was really happy with the service I received. I went for a facial (Viola) and a deep tissue massage (Nathan) and must say I was very impressed with the two people that provided the services. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Viola and Nathan.

Amazing experience, highly recommend! Nathan did a great job with deep tissue massage and really got the tough spots in my shoulders, back, and calves. Kim did a great job with facial treatment and helped clear up my skin of acne. My body and face feel younger.

Massage was ok. Therapist was not knowledgeable about ingredients in the products. Told me to ask the people at the front desk. Technique was a bit haphazard. I felt like i was being choked when she worked on my neck area! Robes looked worn and towels threading. However, she was friendly and professional. This place needs a bit of tweaking. I would not return, too many other options in the city.

This place is so sweet! I have sensitive skin & whenever I get a pedicure here I love it... It doesnt smell like chemicals, I can relax, my feet look great & all the staff has been really nice! I have literally had experiences where my nails have fallen off after a pedicure & that never happens here... So the opposite of so many other pedicure experiences that Ive had, for all the right reasons! Excited to go again!

Derrick the masseuses was excellent. I really liked how he asked how much pressure do I want him to use because that makes a big difference. My massage was superb! I would highly recommend Derrick at this place.

I frequent this location quite a bit for the signature massage. All the masseuses are excellent and professional. But today was my first deep tissue massage experience. OMG!!! Louisa rolled my out like cookie dough, while also alleviating all of my pain with exceptional care. 10 out of 10 experience!!! Highly recommend. Derek is also an excellent choice here as well.

My name is Clarietha, my massage therapist did not touch my feet at all and I had an all over body massage for an hour. It was a gentle massage, which I had never had. Most times I get deep tissue, but this was a new place and I booked what you had. I was not pleased with your establishment, I dont think I will be back. I gave a 3 because of your spa products.

I usually use the Brookhaven location but went to Snellville due to booking availability. Check in was quick and easy as usual and the young lady was great as always. However, my masage with Gigi was not the same level of service Im accustomed to. She was professional, but not warming and not thorough. She only did one arm, didnt do my hands, half did my feet until prompted, and when I asked for more attention to the lumbar area that had been bothering me, the extra attention was minimal. I would visit this location again but choose another masseuse.

Natural Body Spa of Snellville is outstanding. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve had several services: facials, massages, eyebrow tinting, manicure and pedicures and everyone has be wonderful. I highly recommend Natural Body Spa for phenomenal self care services.

Off course these ladies ran late, so they didnt get to experience the whole thing but cleansing and masks were done and I could literally tell the difference on their faces. They said they had an excellent time. So I am giving 5⭐️ because its hard to please them and if they were happy, then it must have been good 😊 I will be making an appointment for myself soon.

My face feels smooth and rehydrated and the massage for my neck, arms, face and head couldn’t have been better. Pricing was standard and worth every penny! Signed up for CBD 60 minute massage. It was mediocre at best. I was actually wondering if my therapist was even licensed as she did not really appear to know what she was doing. Also, I was not brought back until my appointment time, and I still had to change and wait on the therapist to come back in to start which was at least 7 minutes. And then therapist ended almost 5 minutes early. When I’m paying for a 60 minute massage, that’s is what I expect, not a 50 minute massage.The spa itself is nice, but I will not be returning as it is not worth it.

My husband and I scheduled to get a couples massage today. It was our first massage as a couple and due to our experience, it will not be our last. Both Suzan and Nate did an outstanding job. I went solely for the purpose of relaxation and my husband wanted to work on his lower back area. The mission was accomplished for the both of us. This location is a hidden jewel. I have been to other massage locations, but this facility is above the rest. I am grateful to have tried this location for the first time and plan to make it my #1 spot for a massage. My daughter goes there for a facial and just like me, she has been to other locations, but after being serviced with Viola, she has made this her #1 spot. I highly recommend Natural Body Webb Ginn.

Derek is a miracle worker!!! For someone who have experienced a lot of great massage and body work, Derek absolutely met my high standards and more.I have been suffering from intense shoulders and neck pain for months that it has been hard to workout or function without the stabbing pain in my shoulders joints. I was skeptical when I first came in but Derek definitely had my trust since the very first minute. He used several different modalities and its all well thought out and skillfully applied. Moreover, he was respectful for my need to stay silent,focus on relaxing and healing rather than trying to chit chat or up-sale, which are a common practice in a lot of Spa.If you have complex chronic pain, you could definitely trust Derek.

Sina provided an excellent massage. After experiencing so much shoulder and upper back pain, I was desperate for some relief. Sina is an expert, and he is caring and thoughtful. It was a wonderful experience!

I have been going here for years, ever since they opened. I have always had very deferential, courteous service. They have a lovely shop with Emminence products which are fantasic and plant-based. Derek is the absolute best masseur, so professional and great at his art. At the nail salon side, the signature pedicure is soooo relaxing and you get 5-star results. They start with picking your element - such as wood, water, etc. to suit your mood. Youre given a cup of tea or water if you like, and head to the back where they have comfy swing chairs or low seats and soak your feet in perfumed hot water while you rest to peaceful music. When ready, they bring you to a chair, will give you an eyemask filled with lavender and a blanket if you want one while they lean you back and take care of your pedicure. It is an amazing, relaxing experience. They take their time and do it properly. Always a treat to go here.

Although I do not usually post reviews even less bad reviews since all are base in own self experiences-opinion, I can not hold on this experience. I had visit this place before for massage and pedicure, good enough to visit again, however this time was very different. I called for appointment for a massage and facial. Upon arrival I was informed that facial will be performed before the massage, I was not happy with that since it does not make sense - to me. Anyway, since the only option was to wait 15 min to ask someone for potential swift without certainty I just proceed - they are suppose to be the experts on this. Anyway, after a nice facial were I paid extra for the use of Hyaluronic acid to enhance hydration I proceed with the massage. Although the massagist was very sweet and attend to my needs, she still needs to gain some experience, short in technique, I feel like I was submerge in a creamy experience but muscle nots were not address at all for a signature massage. Anyway, we all need to learn at some point, however, the face pillow cover had bad smell, either to bleach, sweat hair or just wheat foam, in your face after a facial - really?. She kindly add some oil drops to the pillow cover as I asked for, nevertheless, very unpleasant experience. I placed some paper towel to the face pillow and as expected those ended stocked to my face and several lines due to the pressure. I should know better, after a facial taking all the drainage to your neck and chest increasing local blood flow to your face to later blockage it, is not an acceptable practice. Although the facial left me with a very comforting feeling - what I paid for - it ended with a bloating heavy feeling, weight sensation on my neck and headache. It will not happy to me again, I hope neither to you ever. I work hard, with etic and very responsible in my deliveries, this is not acceptable FOR ME> Thank you Natural Spa Massage Snellville - this was my BD present to myself - I dont have to explain the rest. To close the BD gift when making the payment, there was NO WORD in how was your facial or massage or experience.

I’ve enjoyed coming here over the years for spa services. My services have been provided by friendly and professional individuals. I feel this company does not go out of the way to appreciate loyal customers. Although I’ve spent thousands of dollars here I don’t feel my patronage is appreciated. With the latest frequent visitor campaign, the first I know of, I brought to the managers’ attention that I had been coming for years only to be told I needed to spend another $400 for $10 off services. There is too much competition to remain loyal just for the sake of it, I had to cut ties.

I have tried quite a few Spas in Atlanta but this place has to be my favorite. Such serenity and peace when you step in the retail shop and in the back. It leave you with a wonderful spa experience. The deep tissue massage had me not wanting to leave. I also got a quick 30 min facial and my friends noticed my beautiful skin immediately. The prices are reasonable too!

The room where I had my massage smelled very bad, like mold/mildew. I specifically booked the headache and migraine relief massage. The therapist barely spent five minutes working on my head. He spent the majority of the appointment working on my back. It was extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

Everyone I have encountered from the check in staff, my massage therapist, the estheticians, nail techs, spa director, etc have been more than professional and made my stay there a wonderful experience. Best spa experience! I received a prenatal massage, 30min facial, and pedicure. Ari (massage therapist) was amazing and accommodating. Imani (Emani-not sure of spelling) was also awesome and it was such a joy talking to her! I didn’t catch the name of the nail technician who did my pedicure today but she was also great - best pedicure ever! It was truly a relaxing experience - and I needed it. Definitely going back!
