Love this place. They always remember me and always help me with whatever. Lacey and Haylie (spelling?) always are very quick to assist me and never leave me waiting. They don’t mind when I bug them for 9 million different testers.I recently bought a new mod and had some issues. They were very happy to help and ultimately fix my concern. 10/10!!!

Love this store! Other stores like Cloud 9, Xhale and Bloom have started to incorporate more hookah, CBD and pod systems. This is one of the few stores that still focus on vape products, including rebuildable supplies! The vape scene has definitely moved to pod systems so it becomes harder to find brick and mortar stores that carry actual rebuildable stuff. In grateful stores like this exist and the staff know about vape products! Some of the other stores I visit and ask about supplies have no idea what Im taking about! (Like mesh strips for a profile rda!)Their prices are fair and the amount of product is great! Im very happy to have this store nearby to help supply my vape needs!

Definitely the best Vape shop I have been to in the Atlanta suburbs. The gentleman that help me out recommended this mystery juice that was absolutely amazing and when I had an issue with my card, he was super cool and down earth. If you live anywhere near Snellville or the Atlanta suburbs, go to the vape shack!

Great experience here. The employee helping us was very knowledgeable on all of the juices they carried and I was able to find two that fit my palette. Prices were decent but what most people fail to understand is that vape shops have to overprice to an extent to actually be able to make money for the business.

Got 2 awesome grab bags. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were a little high tho. But the grab bags made up for that. All in all will go again and would recommend. They also have a nice bar to sit at and chat while you pick your juice from their many brands and flavors.

Love love love this place! The owner and the employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have great quality products and an amazing selection of e-juice. This is the only vape shop I will go to anymore. Ive never had a problem they werent quick to fix, even when its something Ive broken.They have a forever customer in me. Thanks guys!

Always an incredible experience with an even better selection of products to choose from. As others have stated- Lacey and Kelly are extremely knowledgeable and theyre both very patient, understanding, and friendly. I highly recommend going to see them at the Snellville location- youll leave with a great vape juice at an excellent price & a smile on your face, I guarantee it!

Update:Gave this place another shot and they had a great selection with some discount flavors. Employee was friendly and helpful.__________________________Was looking forward to checking this place out as I am new to the area, but they were closed at 10 (though the sign says that is when they open). Will try again and hopefully be able to modify my review.

Great bunch of people.. I had a couple bad runs with a couple of mods I bought from them but the owner made it right and helped me out.. Also they have a great selection of juices I will definitely be a regular customer

What makes them different from the majority of vape shops is that there are juices filling in the gap between 6mg and nic salts. If you’re looking to try new flavors, their bargain bin has an assortment of unique juices at discounted prices. Their staff are real friendly and can help you find what you’re looking for.

This place is awesome! Outstanding customer service, great prices, and very knowledgeable. I am in the military and was in town. My vape tank was leaking and I also needed more eliquid. I walked in for the first time hours ago and they were very friendly and helpful! I was greeted and helped instantly. They have an amazing selection of everything you can get from a vape store. I had no problem finding the perfect tank for me and a great eliquid flavor! I highly recommend The Vape Shack at this location. They also offer 10% off military discount.

Love this shop, selection is awesome and the guy at the counter is helpful, but Im only giving it 3 stars because employees/customers are never wearing their masks when I come in. Went in the other day and they guy behind the counter was talking to a customer- neither wearing masks. May have to search for a new shop if it keeps up.

The Vaping Shack (and its sibling store on Sugarloaf Parkway) is easily my favorite vape shop. Not pushy to make a sale, or dismissive if youre iffy on buying, the staff here is pleasant and conversational, willing to educate and inform, or just offer a comfortable environment to spend some time. Id been to many other vaping stores before making this my regular place, and any time I check out another store now I always leave a little disappointed. Theyve set too high a bar!The owner, Don, is always a pleasure to speak with. Lacey, who is usually behind the desk, is a delight to speak with and can always put the sometime complicated language of vapes into laymans terms. Its more than just a business to them, they really seem to want to help people out. A rare thing to find at a business these days.Theres a lot of misinformation out there regarding vapes, especially recently, but at the end of the day this place provides a good public service-- giving people a clean and safer alternative to smoking, without putting a hole in your wallet like many other places. I would very highly recommend anyone who is either a regular vaper or someone interested in switching, to check out this spot.

By far the best vape store that I have ever been to! He stands behind his products 100%. It is so hard now a days to find a retail store where the employes are knowledgeable about the products they sell. I can guarantee that you will have the same great experience that I have had. The owner has two stores. One in Snellville and one in Lawrenceville.

The gentleman that helped my mom and I was super awesome. I told him what kind of juice I like. He started making excellent guesses on what I wanted! He was very quick with the tester juice. He was also very informative!

I came into the store yesterday to buy a new coil, they didnt have the one I needed, so I thought Ill get a whole new set up, picked 3 different ones out and they didnt have the battery for any of the premier mods on the shelf...so he lost a sale and I walked out with no solution . They have this part but not the stuff to with it etc. Get your invertory together people!
