Let me first start off by saying Ms. Regina have the right name for her company because my massage was PHENOMENAL!!! I agree 1000% with all the positive reviews. From the time I walked into her spa area a sense of peace came over me. Ms. Regina was very welcoming and asked permission to touch my face and head, which was a bonus to me and never gotten that at any of the high end spa places I’ve gone to unless I paid extra for that service. Her detail to explaining the importance of breathing in and out during the service helped me relax even more. I won’t name names, but trust me when I say I have been to several different high end spas and they were all great, but listen📣 Ms. Regina is by far the best that I have ever had and I have already scheduled my next service. I booked a very last minute massage with Regina and I have to say I was more than pleased that I did!After deciding to do a Saturday of nothing but pampering myself, I called Phenomenal Hands Massage and spoke with Regina who was more than willing to squeeze me into her already busy schedule. Needles to say, she got me in within 30 minutes.Upon arrival Regina greeted me with a smile and directed me into her suite. From the lighted ambiance to the subtle spa music I was already feeling a bit more relaxed.Regina asked me if I had any problem areas in which I did not indicate any however, I somehow sense she already knew that this massage was going to be more of an energy release session. She started with reminding me of the importance of breathing as it relates to tension and asked me if it was ok to touch my head and face. Regina touched every square inch of my ears in a way that I literally felt a vibration of energy release with every stroke. She moved to my neck (which being a nurse, I tend to hold tons of stress in my upper back/neck areas) and it was just the right amount of pressure that I almost immediately felt the tension breaking up and out.Regina then moved onto my feet, legs, buttocks and even placing just enough attention to detail on my sacrum (which too causes problems for me, as every now and again I have sciatica flare-ups). She then moved to my back and shoulders. By the time Regina was done I almost wanted to book another hour!Regina, thank you for booking me last minute on a Saturday of all days! I really needed this massage and I appreciate your time as well as attention to detail. You undoubtedly have Phenomenal Hands & I will be booking with you again in the near future.Thanks again!

After going to physical therapy for a while, I decided to try a massage to target my pain/inflammation in my neck, lower back, left hip, knees, and feet...OK, just say my entire body. Im so glad I found Regina, and everything Melissa Monët said in her review is true!!Ive been to other massage companies and I felt like I was part of an assembly line and they only did enough to get by. That wasnt the case with Regina. From the moment I walked into her suite, I immediately felt relaxed from the lighting, the music, and the intimacy of the space. She was there to address all my tension areas and was very polite in asking if I was comfortable with her moving to the areas of my face and head. The rest of the body message was healing as I could feel the tension and pain gradually ease away.You can definitely tell she brings years of experience in each touch and this is exactly what I needed. Will I be going back? Without a doubt I will. I highly recommend Phenomenal Hands Massage and you can thank me later!

I have had many massages over the course of my life, but by far, Regina is the best hands down. She is exceptionally professional while simultaneously making you feel as if you have known her for years.I opted for the Swedish massage with a touch of deep tissue. I was in heaven! Shes thorough while gliding over your muscles with fine attention to detail. It is shocking of the power she commands through her hands.Her place is welcoming and inviting. That is a plus in my book!I would certainly recommend her! I will be back no less than twice a month for her to massage away the stress of the world.

Regina is the best!!! Its as if she uses her hands to take away all of your pressure. She made sure that my massage experience was the most relaxing, soothing and most importantly comfortable one ever! I was able to begin my week with a completely refreshed and stress-free energy.

Thank GOODNESS I found her! Im walking much lighter after a 60 minute massage and stretching session. Ive been in so much pain recently and, at the last minute, decided to make an appointment. She was gentle when I needed it and firm enough to knock out this pain. Thank you for taking me in so soon. ❤ The massage was, truly, PHENOMENAL!

Ok, here goes!I rarely leave reviews even if I dont like something...however, this place asked me to, and the next day texted me asking to leave a review so here it is..I am new to the area and have recently had a baby which causes me to have occasional back pain. I researched different places that offer massages and came across here and got enthusiastic about scheduling an appointment because of all the exceptional reviews.Coming there, I let the massuse know that I have lower back pain and thats where I want to focus on. She started the massage focusing on head, arms, legs, everything for majority of the time...and only got to the back the last few minutes and did basically nothing.I have been to different massages before in a variety of places, and have NEVER had a massage with plastic massagers before! Especially since the name is Phenomenal HandsNot only did it not provide any benefits, it left me with about half a dozen mini bruises on my hips!The Massuse was very nice however I dont see myself coming back there again, nor will I recommend this place.Better luck to everyone else!

I felt compelled to write this review after my experience with Regina @ PHENOMENAL hands. My service from start to finish was no where close to being PHENOMENAL, as a matter of fact it was a NIGHTMARE. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend her to anyone. I would like to also point out the date of this post unlike the date of all 18 SO CALLED 5 star REVIEWS.My nightmare began as I was greeted by Regina dressed in what I would call house clothes and dirty house shoes to complete the look.I was escorted to a GRUNGY, MOLE smelling garage with no HEAT, that was obviously the graveyard for old exercise machines. Smack in the middle of all this was a dilapidated massage bed covered with a brown furry blanket and a broken down massage chair. There was a table with a squirt bottle of some king of oil, a roll of tlt paper and a mini boom box. That should have been my Q to leave but it was Christmas Eve and I was I was desperate. She hit the power button and the soothing relaxing music started playing. There was no relaxing for me at this point. I just wanted this to be over. What was suppose to be a 1 hr session I cut in 1/2 because of my surroundings. As I sat on the chair and she attempted to adjust the headrest the chair started to wobble a bit. Needless to say the massage was MEDIOCRE.Fast forward to payment, she had the nerve to ask for a tip. Only accepted Cash or Cash App.Did not have a CC Machine.I called this a COWBOY OPERATION.If the was a negative zero (-0 ) option on the review chart she would have gotten it.I hope this review helps the next victim.

Booked an appointment for a couples massage which is on their website then whe. I called to confirm the lady said they dont do couples massage. Please avoid this place so your day is not ruined. I was really hoping to get a massage today.

When I tell you this lady hands are magic and beyond words, they are just that. Great person to talk to and really good at what she does to your body. I will be a customer forever. Give her a try and you will feel like I do!!!!!!!
