I loved the massage I got from Susan. I came in with aches, pains and fatigue. When she finished, I felt better, rejuvenated and no pains just relaxed and ready to take on my workload. Highly recommend. Best self care you can ever provide for yourself.

This building needs a physical upgrade and the front desk employees need training in customer service. They are not friendly and have an attitude. Although Susan did a good job on my massage and Ella did a good job on my facial, I left feeling worse than when I arrived. During my facial the electricity went out and the building did not have a generator. However, Ella kept going and did what she could given the circumstances, but I didn’t get the full experience. This location is not the best and the prices are more expensive than other locations.My home location is in Lafayette Louisiana off of Ambassador. The prices are lower, the building is nice, has a great atmosphere, the services are better, and the customer service is excellent. Erin and all the front desk staff have great personalities. They greet you with a smile and make sure you have a wonderful experience before you enter a room. All of my massages and facials have been amazing, but my favorite massage therapist is Shawn and my favorite esthetician is Shay. If you are ever in Louisiana check them out.

I really enjoy the staff here. They do all that they can to ensure the best experience possible. However from a corporate perspective, if they raise the price one more time I’m gonna be forced to cancel!

Massage Envy on Scenic HWY would not be 5 stars without Violeta! Her unique technique, skill and pleasant service is top tier. She pays attention to the trouble areas and yet completes a full body massage.The front desk personnel, prices and aesthetics all need improving! That alone would give a 1 star rating!

The overall expirence was good, however the receptionist wasnt receptive.She didnt smile and just wasnt pleasant. I didnt get a receipt when i paid for my services The message was good even though I paid for an hour service and only got about 40 minutes so I tipped what I felt was appropriate which was $10 yet It was made known to me that there was a tip chart and my tip was $8 short. That was tacky.

I thought I booked an appointment online. For whatever reason, it did not go through. The staff was kind enough to accommodate me as a walk in, which is probably rare. Anyway, Ella took great care of me and was super gentle and explained everything she was doing. Her facials are amazing. I’m booking again. But I will call next time. 🫶🏼

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Massage Envy on Scenic Hwy because the staff was welcoming, attentive and courteous. My massage therapist, Darlene is phenomenal! Darlene took the time to talk with me to understand my needs and problem areas and she delivered beautifully.

I went for the first time ever for a massage and it was great! The ladies at the check in made me feel very welcomed and helped if i had any questions. Sunni was absolutely amazing!! she took her time explaining everything and focused on the areas that hurt the most!! Already booked my next appointment and i can’t wait!!

I enjoyed being at Massage Envy for the first time, from the front desk experience to the massage experience. Lila did an excellent job on my massage! She focused on the areas that we discussed and is knowledgeable in her craft. She took her time in each area during my 50 minute massage and was very personable as well.

Very good service i will be back! They heated beds, i didnt want to get up😒 make sure if you tip bring cash they deserve it❤️❤️❤️❤️

Today I went in and canceled a massage I had scheduled for tomorrow. The front desk lady was once again rude. She insisted I put a credit card on file or she could not book my next massage. Well I asked her why would I need to put a credit card on file when I already have one on file at my home Massage Envy. The lady sad if she didnt get a new card the manager would write her up. The pressure on the employees and customers...Geez. Every time I go in this location they change a rule to make it very difficult to continue going to this location. It is the worst one I have ever visited. I cannot wait until I use all my banked massages. I will never step foot in another one when this is all over.Last review I made they sent me link to discuss my issue and it was bad link. Go figure.

My massage experience was not good as I would had hoped. I have never had such a rough massage before— even after I asked the massage therapist to lightened up a little. My primary issue is that I got there 20 minutes early and she started my 90 minute massage late and then shorted me 15 minutes. Also she asked me specifically what areas I wanted her to focus on and although I told her, she didn’t focus on one of the areas. Overall, my massage was okay because she did a great job on my neck as it certainly felt better. I would return but I would request a different massage therapist.

Brad is incredible. He is truly professional and whether it is a massage or a hot stone massage, he is the best.Tye Tye has been doing facials and chemical peels for me for four months now and she explains everything in great detail. Her personality, too, makes her so easy to talk to. I would recommend Tye Tye to everyone.

My experience with Brad was transformative and very healing! I wish I could go every day! The atmosphere was great, front desk associates were helpful and cheerful. I always look forward to my next appointment. If you suffer from any stress or pain I highly recommend

My massage with Brad was excellent. He was attentive, and provided a wonderful experience.However, as my first time at this facility, I was disappointed in the front desk staff. My greeting was perfunctory at best, and I had to ask where the waiting room was, and I had to ask where the restroom was.I intend to return, because Brad was an excellent therapist. Hopefully in the future, the front desk staff will be more up to my expectations.

This was my first massage with Violeta and she was great. Very attentive to my aches and pains after 4 days of theme park pavement pounding with my son. Thanks so much and I will be back!

This was my first time ever getting a massage. My son and his wife give me a gift card for Mothers Day 2023. Yes that long ago. I just used it. I wasnt sure of what to expect. Im not going to go into details as to not embarrass myself 😂🤣. Cause I was sure asking some weird questions before I even got in the room. Lonny was amazing. She did a wonderful job.❤️❤️🎊 She made me feel comfortable and safe. I will definitely go back. I plan on giving my mom a gift card as well. Shes never had a massage before.

My experience with Ria was not that great. There was no technique to the massage at all. I felt like she just rub oil on me. I could’ve did that at home and not paid $130 for it. My experience was not good at all. I left my name for the manager to call me and have not heard anything. I will call today.

I have to agree with Tamaria that this location is in dire need of help with customer service skills. They are discourteous and unpleasant. This was my first time visiting the facility. Upon entering for my appointment, about four women were sitting around chatting. No hello or welcome to Massage Envy, nothing! They all appeared disinterested in acknowledging my presence. Finally, one of them asked if I had an appointment. Although the esthetician was pleasant, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. If I had known I would encounter such an unpleasant staff, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Its a shame these employees failed to recognise the role they should have played in delivering exceptional customer service to foster a thriving business. if this is black-owned, this experience has shed light on the challenges faced by black-owned businesses in garnering support from the black community. Its time to rethink the phrase, buy black because it does not guarantee quality service or products. And if its not black-owned, the owners are undoubtedly experiencing losses as a result of their employees unprofessional conduct. In the future, I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Before I start, I want to make it clear that this review will focus on my experience as a front desk employee there, and not the massage parlor itself or its services. I was recently fired from massage envy without any notice after returning this year after a two year gap. When I worked there in 2022, it was just a simple front desk receptionist position; answer the phone, check in members, book appointments, and sell memberships IF you can manage. Now, however, it is a totally different story. Corporate is basically breathing down employees necks and forcing them to meet unrealistic membership sales quotas in spite of the recent price increase, which of course makes people more reluctant to sign up for a membership. So now, in addition to all of the front desk duties, employees are now being micromanaged over membership sales, with mandatory zoom meetings, and being required to recall every detail of every prospective sales pitch. If this was a $15.00/hr job or higher, then Id have no problems with this. All of these customer service jobs are basically 10 separate jobs in one anyway. But the fact that the pay is so low and that, at least in my case, I was averaging 2 days of work a week at best despite being available for the full work week is what causes me to take issue with these ridiculously high standards. During my brief time here this year, the only saving graces were working with some of the nicest co-workers that I have ever had. Had it not been for them, I would be giving Massage Envy one star. In closing, I write this not out of spite or a need to get back at the company for firing me as it wasnt even paying a livable wage anyway, but to shine a spotlight on what I believe to be incredibly unrealistic and unfair standards. If the job description was devoted exclusively to sales and pitching to newcomers, then this would make more sense, but the truth of the matter is that it is a receptionist position where, if youre lucky, you can pitch to maybe one or two newcomers, as the majority of people who visit at this location are already members. Hopefully corporate will one day realize that applying extra pressure to underpaid employees is not the way to boost their business.

Tldr: So dirty, (photo). Cold lotion, rubber gloves, fast and random strokes. Pay for 60 mins, get 40.(photo)Halfway thru getting dressed, I looked up to see my timer still running(photo). She started ~10mins after 2, then told me it was over ~10mins before 3. 60mins turned into only 40.First massage Ive had where they wore latex gloves, it was awful. The sound, the feeling, the friction of the rubber gloves was very unpleasant.Also first time my masseuse was seated the whole time, couldnt get proper leverage so not only was my request for deep tissue met with light to medium, but when asked for more pressure she started pinning me down by the back of my neck, for more leverage I guess.She would also claw me when doing my neck. I asked for focus on lower back, she sat at my shoulder and reached just lightly stroking my love handles.I would describe this experience as more of an assault than a massage, Ive honestly never had worse. Imagine trying to frantically scrub a cookie sheet clean with cold water, now imagine your back is the cookie sheet. As nice as she seems, avoid Ria, and maybe this place entirely.The receptionist, at the end, asked how it was and if Id be back, when I let her know it was sub par so I did not intend to return she replied ok and asked for method of payment decidedly uninterested in the quality of their services.

I highly recommend Florida spa. Yes I was late but in those 45 minutes nothing was touch but my upper back and neck. If a person has limited time stretch out the massage. Try to touch every spot. I was highly upset walking out of there

Today I visited massage envy on science hwy when I arrived I was checked in and taken to the back shortly after which was great my massage therapist was Susan and she was wonderfulWhen I came out of my session and went to the check out desk there was a dark skin girl with braids with a horriable attitude .I told her the bill should already be covered already and she says I hope your not talking about **** and rolls her eyes I say to her plz keep it professional because that is my mom I will call her that way we can get it situated the whole time she was on the phone with my mom she had a attitude rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed once again I asked her to be professional don’t do that I asked for my phone back so I could leave and she shuffled it back in my hand and that’s when I let her know once again she is being unprofessional you don’t have to act like that and she switches her hand at me like you can go the situation escalated very fast and I left very disappointed due to the dark skin girl with braids at the check out desk .. I will not be returning and I will be sure to tell all of my family and friends never to visit this location due to lack of professionalism in the front.Service was amazing the front office needs training on customer service

I bought a gift card for my best friend for Massage Envy. Wanted her well rested and relaxed for her Bachelorette trip that we are about to go on. And her experience was TERRIBLE! I was pissed that my money was wasted and her time was wasted ! She was supposed to get an hour. And they started LATE after having rude customer service. She was there 25 min before they started. Well before her appointment and they ended 15 min early. Then to compensate they say 20% off NEXT TIME. there will no NEXT TIME and I’ll make sure every family and friend I have don’t go to this business as a whole because why do you hire rude workers and it’s plenty of bad reviews so you KNOW IT. and so what about the money that was paid that wasn’t used ? Smh. Never ever again.

Amanda was amazing!! The level of service that I received was awesome. This was my first massage ever and she made me feel so comfortable. I truly didnt know what to expect but I must say Ive been relaxed every since. Thanks Amanda 😊 I definitely will be back very soon.

The experience with Ella was great! She did a good job discussing my skin needs.The only thing I have a problem is with the timing. I was scheduled for a 1 hr facial, however, it only took 30 min. This has also happened on another occasion. I do not agree with saying its an hour, but it only took 30 min.

I always have a great experience when I get my massages with Lila. She does a great job and never disappoints. I schedule my next appointment every time I leave. Everyone should have a Lila.

Susan is awesome! She is very in tune to what my needs are and always does what I ask. She has been my therapist for many years and I always enjoy my time with her.

Jordan was very helpful in helping me out transferring my account. Only down fall about this location is they don’t really ever answer the phone. Sometimes you have to physical go up there. I’ve actually been in the lobby before and called them and no phone was ringing.. I think they keep the ringer off or something 😂 all in all good location and good people

Darlene is always GREAT!!! She tailors each visit based on my physical needs at the time. She is the ultimate professional and has very skilled hands!

Lonnie was a God send. Not only did she listen as I explained what issues I was having with my back. She gently and carefully addressed those areas of discomfort. Additionally, she gave some therapeutic recommendations for me do at home to help alleviate my pain. I will definitely ask for Lonnie upon my return. I loved her spirit!

Courteney is awesome! She removed every knot that was in my body! Awesome experience, will definitely do it again!

Darlene is the BEST therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve been a member at massage envy for over 10 years and have had 100s of massages over the years. Now I’m spoiled! If you can snag a time slot with her you won’t regret it!

I look forward to seeing Courteney each month. I like that my sessions are relaxing without a lot of talking. I am able to focus on every inch of my body as she massages away my neck and back pain. I enjoy a full body massage the most; however, the feet massage is the best! She does a great job every time and I highly recommend her especially if you need a deep tissue massage.

Some of the staff is great to work with such as Jordon and Lonny but common sense seems to be missed on the organization as a whole. Had a number of banked sessions that accrued during covid on my wifes account and after some conversations they transferred to which I have used until today when I tried to book my final appointment and was told they could not do because I have no CC on account in case I didnt show up. Now this is where the lack of common sense comes into play - I asked what are you going to do, charge me for a FREE session thats already on my account? Two different ladies said they could not book unless I had a CC on account due to corporate policy. Sadly these employees must blindly follow the corporate policy as they must not be allowed to use any customer friendly common sense. PS: their training is sorely lacking as when I asked when Jordon (one the managers) would be returning they disclosed information that should have never been disclosed to a customer. Do better Snellville Massage Envy, do better.

Ella made me feel comfortable from the outset and she also explained each procedure she used during the facial. Our general conversation was also pleasant in addition.

Great place. Beg for tips too much. Geez. Can’t even get out of room good. Front desk kept asking do you want to leave a tip. A tip is given when warranted. Don’t make the customer feel obligated after paying $100 for a massage that is supposed to be one hour, when in reality it’s about 50 minutes. Quit saying one hour. When it’s not.

The Manager Jordan and representative Paige at the Massage Envy in Snellville, GA are thieves. They charged my debit card $525 and never provided any services while I was deployed overseas for 7 months and will not refund my money. This is called theft and fraud. How can you charge me $525 and provide 0 services? I did not authorize charges for no service. Be aware and monitor transactions made by this establishment that are not authorized. If I could delete the star to enable this post, I would immediately.After two BBB complaints, I still havent received the $525 that the manager said they would refund me. The manager refunded the wrong person and the wrong card. This is incompetence at its best. How are you going to tell the BBB and I that youre going to refund my money, but dont follow your word? This has been a true nightmare with this business.

Lila was my massage therapist and she was great! Shes friendly and compassionate. Im seeing her regularly to help with my back pain.

Ive had many and am a member. Courtney is the best massage therapist ever!! The fact that she has later afternoon appointments caters to those who work later hours.

Lonnie was magnificent! The best I have had there in a long time. I will definitely be trying to match her schedule so I can have her again

Therapist was ok but this location was disappointing in its cleanliness, ambiance, and reception staff. Me and my guest had checked out ( paid for services) and as we were literally going out the door, the person who checked us in suddenly entered the area and asked if we needed to check out as if we were being accused of trying to leave without paying, The clerk we checked out with was still sitting there. I will not support this location again.

I have been back with massage envy via contract almost a year. i was with them a couple of years ago during the pandemic, again, under contract. sadly, something has changed for the worst. i am never late to my appointments and get there 5-10 minutes early so my massage therapist will not have to wait for me. on tuesday, i was looking forward to my appointment, however, there was a very serious accident at 124 and 78 and all lanes were blocked. i called to let them know i was going to be late. i called 3 times in a row without an answer. on the 4th attempt a girl named melody answered and i told her i was now 5 minutes late for my 6:30p appointment, but as i was going past the accident, i calculated that i would get there in 10 minutes and asked how does that work since i had a 90 minute massage booked? she said id just get my remaining time. when i arrived 10 minutes later, as id guessed, at check in i told her about the police and the accident and asked her again if i could just do 60 minutes and perhaps they could accommodate me with another session next month. she said id already paid for 90 minutes and yeah, its your responsibility to get here on time. i was flabbergasted. i did my massage which in all was about 65 minutes. when i called the next day to speak to the manager on duty, jordan, she said her counter person used the wrong approach, however, she did nothing to make the situation right as far as i am concerned. my contract expires, thankfully, in may and i shall never return. in the past they have cancelled on me because a therapist got sick or double booked me, etc. and i took it with good humor because they were able to make it right. no more massage envy for me. there are too many businesses around who do this work and have good customer service and relations.

I had a 90 minute massage with Brad. Great! Listened to my requests and target areas. Made sure room was comfortable. All around great experience!

My massage with Ria was absolutely amazing!! She took great care of me and my kinks😳😎. I had a mine field going on. I also had a facial with Tye-Tye and she is great. My third time and she hasn’t disappointed me at all🌺

My massage therapist always does a great job helping relieve my chronic pain and helps me leave my session relaxed. The staff is also wonderful and helpful.However, what is up with the new tipping system? Corporate will not let me tell the front desk person how much tip to add to my on file credit card anymore which is fast and easy. We now have to tip using a program called Tippy. I have to take out my card and scan it again and put in the tip. I am charged a service fee to tip which was over $2. This is crazy!!!! It is wrong to charge me more to tip my therapist! Who came up with this stupid idea? I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and now question if Massage Envy corporate cares about their clients and staff. Services are already expensive so added service fees are just ridiculous! Do better corporate!

I very much enjoyed my experience here! This was my first time and Rita was amazing! I experienced much pain relief and relaxation. The facility was clean and professional. The lady at the desk was helpful and informative. I even signed up for a membership that day! I look forward to returning monthly!

Had a great experience at Massage Envy (Snellville location). My therapist was Sunni. She was absolutely amazing. Also the staff was very friendly. I frequented another location but think this one will be my go to going forward.

Lila is great! She cares about what you need to improve your muscle health and offers suggestions for ongoing care. She is very personable and knows if you are interested in chatting or just need some quiet time during your session. She is one of my favorite therapists at this massage envy location.

Update: Ive now been going to the Snellville location for over a year and I still feel the same as my original review. Ive also had the opportunity to experience other therapists and would like to give a shout out to Amanda and Tosha as well as Lila!Original review:Shout out to Lila! My daughter paid for a full body massage as a gift to me. I was very excited. I had a full body massage a few years ago here and was very pleased. My experience this time was terrible. My therapist Sandra was very rude. She just wanted to massage my neck, shoulders and arms, no where else on my body. She kept telling that she was not comfortable when I asked her to massage my back. She also told me that I could go and ask for my money back. I told her that I would not be coming back. She told me that there were other therapists there so I could have someone else. I got the feeling she was not comfortable with me because I am black. My daughter paid for an hour and she (Sandra) walked out of the room and left after 30 minutes. I felt cheated, if the therapist is not comfortable with fully body massages on everyone who pays for it, then why not state that up front prior to beginning the massage? Or why provide a disclosure that some therapists are not comfortable with massaging all parts of the body? Why take peoples money then not give them what they pay for? I was completely ripped off. My daugher paid for 1 hour and I only got 30 minutes before the therapist abruptly stopped and left. Worst experience ever. Never coming back and I will be sure to share this with everyone I know.

I frequent 6 places and get two massages a month ...the person I had knows how to do deep tissue with athletes ....I have dense muscles and most people juzt tickle me ...she found the issue and resolved the pain all in one 45 min session

Darlene gave me one of the best 2 hour massage I ever had. I walked out feeling quite limber with the tight muscles loosened.

Lonny was very pleasant and instantly made me feel comfortable. She’s very skilled in her techniques applying light to medium pressure. I felt no pain during my massage which is what I prefer. Great experience! Will book her again!

Brad, was amazing. I deal with chronic pain from numerous neck and back injuries. Brad was very attentive and understanding to my focal points as requested. Ive had hundreds of massages over the years and Brad was by far the best!

My first facial experience with therapist Shalaya was a very relaxing one. She told me everything she was doing and what she was using as she went along. I was not in the mood for engaging in conversation and she respected that. I will definitely schedule another facial with her.

This was by far my best experience at Massage envy. Lila was attentive the pressure was perfect and the environment was quiet and allowed me to relax. I left with a lot of relief from the pain I was experiencing coming in.

Absolutely amazing!!! Although we barely spoke it’s like she was listening to my body and knew where to go.

The front desk staff was amazing at explaining the packages and the place was really clean. My massage was ok, I really didn’t leave feeling much difference my muscles were still tight, I asked for a firm but never really felt like she got in there and worked my tightness out. It was our first time together so I am not going to give a bad review just wasn’t up to my expectations. I would do it again but with someone different.

I have had the pleasure of having Lila as my massage therapist for almost two years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She is friendly and energetic and works specifically on areas that are needed at each session. She is my absolute favorite massage therapist and make sure to book her in advance for she is very popular and can book up quickly! She’s amazing!

My first visit to the Snellvile location was absolutely amazing! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My therapist was Amanda. Omg!! She was phenomenal. I often have very tight shoulder and upper back muscles, and it can be painful, causing pain to radiate up to the base of my neck and head. Amanda used ample pressure, she concentrated on those areas of concern, and she provided recommendations for what to do until I seen her again next week. Ive been a ME member for over 10 years, and Amanda is one of the best Ive been to. I told her that shes now my go to. Now that Ive experiences her massage, I will not go to anyone else. Team Amanda!!

I have had a Massage Envy membership for years. IN the past, I have gone months without getting a massage. I finally went and got a massage, it wasn’t a great experience and the manager and front staff were so kind and asked if I could come back and they would schedule me with their lead therapist Lila. Let me tell you Lila is a gem and I am lucky to have her as my massage therapist. From that day forward, I have been a loyal client of Lila’s and book out for a year on a weekly basis. She truly has healing hands and has helped me manage my chronic conditions.

Sunni, was friendly, professional and did an excellent job with my requested service (full body massage and focus points). I only gave 4 stars because I made an appointment via the website and its a little misleading. It stated that the price didnt include taxes and gratuity. However, when I checked out, it was the price given oo the website. If I had known, then I could have added an additional service, just saying, used gift card. But again, overall, I had a very good experience.

Heather was amazing. She really worked the areas of my back that were tight and sore, relieving tension that had been building for a long time. She was also a great listener and communicator. I would highly recommend Heather’s services to anyone needing a massage, whether for pain relief or relaxation.

Hey there, I hope youre doing well. I just wanted to share my recent experience with Spa Envy, specifically regarding my favorite therapist leaving. It has been quite disappointing, to say the least.Ive had several visits canceled under my membership, often at the last minute, even when I physically walked into the facility. One incident that stands out is when I had a massage scheduled on September 17th at 2pm in Snellville. I was informed that the facility was closing and my appointment had to be canceled. They rescheduled me for November 1 at 5:30pm as a complimentary visit to make up for the inconvenience caused by the facility closing earlier.However, when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment after driving 30 minutes, I was asked to make the full payment. To make matters worse, there was no current note in the system about the previous rescheduling and the manager and I ended up discussing the issue for an hour. As an active member, this left me extremely upset and frustrated.To me, this kind of service demonstrates a lack of regard for customers. I had no reason to lie about the rescheduled appointment, and it was disheartening to be met with such resistance and indifference. I even suggested checking the records to confirm my active membership status, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. The fact that the manager simply told me to call the police instead of addressing the issue properly was truly disheartening.I just wanted to share my experience with you, as I believe its important for businesses to be aware of the impact their actions have on their customers. The service and staff have been wonderful to me over the past few years that Ive been a member. The massage therapists who Ive seen have helped me immensely and to that I am thankful. However, keep in mind that these locations are franchised and each location operates differently based on the franchises practices. I think the staff are wonderful but the business practices are not.I recently got married back in September and was tight on money and requested that my account be frozen. I was made aware that this location practices a policy that you cant freeze your account unless you have more than ten credits. I made the associate aware that I was in a tight position financially and wouldnt be able to make the payment, she did make me aware she would put a note in the system as to why I wouldnt be able to make the payment. They took the money out of my account anyway.A month later after contracting Covid-19 and being out of work for 6 days money was even tighter. I decided to just cancel the service and take the bullet by losing my credits. Monday the 22 I called to cancel my account but was told I would be unable to use my credits but if I wanted to use my credits before I canceled I would need to pay the 75$ membership fee for that month. I declined and requested the membership be canceled. Two days later when I borrowed money to pay my car insurance bill my account was charged the 75$ because I had not yet signed the paper work to end my membership. They didnt send the paperwork by Email until after the money was pulled from the account around 10 am. To be clear I requested a cancellation and they got back to me two days later after they received the money. Whether it was intentional or coincidence I have no proof but the timing was certainly beneficial to them.I requested a refund after the money was taken from my account stating that I requested the membership be cancelled. However, I was told that I had yet signed the paperwork to cancel and that there was nothing they could do. One associate actually told me that she recommends customers dont put money in their account when attempting to cancel a membership, and they go in person so it all gets done in one go. I honestly just didnt have the gas money to drive there. Furthermore, upon talking to an assistant manager I was told that there was nothing they could do. I could either keep the membership or cancel and lose 135$ worth of credits. No refund could be given even though they had notes in the system that I was attempting to cancel my membership before the money taken from my account.Essentially I feel pressured, ill informed, and swindled. The service is great and outstanding but the business practices are not. I was able to borrow more money so I could be insured for my car but now Im twice in the hole I was in before. I reached out to these people in a moment of need and anxiety and they just took my money anyway. I cant recommend this location to anyone wholeheartedly but there are some great people who work here. Theyre just a business first and value your money over your well being.

Sandra did a great job! She listens very well to understand where you are hurting. Also, she does a excellent job changing pressure when she comes across an inflamed area to lessen the discomfort, but still able to work through the layers. Overall an excellent massage.

Brad was excellent. I have been in Iserious neck and back pain for the last 7 yrs and had over 30 RFAs and 3 Major Neck and Back surgeries that were 8+ hrs per surgery . She works very gentle on your face and let you know every step what she is doing to your face and the results you will receive. I have been going to Robin for years now. She is just the right fit for me. She knows how to apply the right amount of pressure depending on the area in need. Additionally, she listens to me when I have concerns and then addresses those concerns immediately with helpful techniques. Lastly, when I was diagnosed with TMJ, she was familiar with it and was able to use massage to help relax my jaw. I appreciate her willingness to listen and care for me. TL/DR: unwelcoming receptionists and the least effective massage Ive ever received.To say I was disappointed with my visit would be a vast understatement. To kick things off, when I entered the establishment the woman at the front desk was on the phone and did not even look at me or acknowledge me in any way. I sat down to wait for her to finish her phone call so that I could check in. Another employee walked out, looked at me (again did not say anything), said something to the receptionist and went back into the back. About 2 minutes later the woman came back out to the front (apparently she was also a receptionist), and still did not greet me in any way. A customer exited the back and went directly to her to pay. While he was paying another man walked in and got in line behind him. I ended up having to wait behind both of them. When I finally got up to the desk, she asked my name then handed me an iPad to fill out a questionnaire (the original receptionist was still on the phone at this point ). I filled out my questionnaire and after about 5 minutes my masseuse came to get me. She seemed nice and asked where my problem areas were. I explained my needs and that I would like firm pressure (I’d scheduled a deep tissue massage) and she said no problem and to get undressed and lay on the table and she would be back in 5 minutes. Less than 3 minutes later-mid undressing- she tried to walk back in and I had to ask for more time. Once the massage finally started I was perplexed to feel rubber gloves on her hands and then I spent most of the time wondering when the firm massage would start. The vast majority of my time she spent on my back she was simply stroking up and down- no deep tissue anything. The first knot she found in my shoulder received a quick squeeze and was never touched again. I’d requested the focus to be my back, and she spent half (if not more) on my lower legs. I did leave a tip for Ria, because I understand that it is an industry standard and the employee’s depend on that additional income. That being said, I will never go back to massage envy. I felt worse afterwards and throughout the rest of the day than before I went in. Worst massage ever.

Just had a 5 star massage session with Heather. She’s an excellent massage therapist. She asks detailed question prior to my massage so she could approach my session effectively. She made me feel comfortable so that if I needed her to change something ie turn heater off I felt comfortable making a request. I would highly recommend her and the Snellville location.

Beware of business practices before signing up for monthly plan. We paid $10 additional per month for access to any spa nationwide, but the plan was not accepted in our daughter’s colleges city. They raised the monthly fee twice without notice and continued to attempt to charge the credit card without authorization while the account was supposedly paused. We are still waiting to resolve credit for unused visits. Spa service may be good, but business practices border on unethical.

She still amazing and a great asset to that Snellville location! 10/10 I wish there were more than 5 stars.

Unfortunately I had the worst massage I have ever experienced today with Connie. She introduced herself as having a background in acupuncture and deep tissue..so she wanted me to tell her if it was too much pressure. She began with her elbow in the center of my back and I immediately told her it was painful...repeatedly. Until I finally asked her if I was going to have to recover from the massage. The session felt stressful, awkward and rushed. Moreover, without exaggeration ,this lady has the roughest hands I have ever experienced from a massage therapist. I could not wait to get off of the table..incidentally she elevated the table and didnt put it back down. I basically had to hop down. This was not a good experience.

The massage was wonderful, however, the massage ended 12mins prior my stretch ended 10 mins early.The services were concurrent.Did not undress for the stretch.2minutes to undress for the massage. 22 minutes given to ME.Sunni was great.

I scheduled a massage as a gift for my husband in January. The person I spoke with was very friendly and accomadating. The morning of the scheduled massage I received a voice message while I was in a meeting at work that the massage therapist was sick and we would need to reschedule which is completely understandable. I contacted my husband and he rescheduled his day to go help at work and didnt have a chance to call them and reschedule that morning. Before the end of the day my card was charged for a no show fee. The massage was scheduled for 12 and I received the message around 10am. The charge was applied to my card by the end of that same day.Very unprofrssional and frustrating experience.Edit: Thought it was worth mentioning that there was no follow up, no contact, nothing to make it right per the owner response.

I received my first chemical peel here with TyeTye. She was amazing! Her knowledge and confidence in the process and products help me feel at ease through the session. TyeTye was gentle and explained every step of the process as she applied the various products. I am very happy with my first chemical peel experience and would recommend TyeTye 100%. I cant wait to do it again next month!

Some massage therapists are great, but its practically impossible to get a weekend appointment. Sometimes theyre booked close to 2 months in advance on the weekend. Im a teacher and do not just have off to do an appointment whenever I want unless it is a school holiday. I keep the membership for the prenatal massages, but I will likely cancel once I dont need the special massages anymore. Somewhat disappointing.

Went to the location on Scenic Hwy to get a massage for my birthday. They weren’t very personable at all. I did not feel welcomed. The lady at the front desk asked what spots to focus on I told her it was my bday and I really had no area of concern I was getting the massage as a gift to myself. No acknowledgment of my birthday or anything really it seemed more rush then anything. Went to check out trued to sell me on the membership, they really didn’t care about anything else. I will never visit massage envy again my first experience getting a massage and it wasn’t what I expected.

Susan made my muscle knots in my lower back go away! Her pressure varied between firm and medium. It lasted for the rest of the day and I slept well that night.

Rita was very helpful during my massage. Very thorough and helped relieve a lot of tension in my shoulder area. Much needed massage! You want be disappointed with a massage from Rita.

The Massage Envy at Snellville on Scenic Highway is unethical. They charged my credit card for three months AFTER I cancelled my membership. When I discovered the error, I called Massage Envy and was given the run around. The manager, Jordan, was supposed to call me but never returned my emails or voice messages. There is no excuse for poor customer service! In addition to contacting my bank to dispute the fraudulent charges, I will also file a complaint with the BBB.

Just over 3 weeks ago I went in for a chemical peel. Although Ive had them done before, by a dermatologist, I knew not to expect the same results. However, I saw absolutely NO results. Tye was nice and Id planned to return for monthly facials, so I bought into the membership plan.After seeing NOTHING, I tried to cancel the membership. I was in Stockbridge, so I stopped at that location. Sorry, but no, you must cancel with the location you signed up with. The young lady told me that they might email me the cancellation form so that I would not have to drive that distance (this is a courtesy offered in Stockbridge). I called this location while leaving Stockbridge on Saturday, July 22nd, before closing, left a message, and never received a call back.Yesterday I went in and cancelled. At this point and time, I was told that it would take until August 7th to cancel. However, I have not utilized anything for, towards, or in this membership. AND, when I joined, I specifically asked, What if I decide to cancel? The blonde at the front was adamant that if I wanted to cancel, it would only take 24-48 hours. So why am I having to wait 10 days???Ladies (and Gents), be careful with their memberships.

Gosh.. So scheduling with Elizabeth was an experience.. She gave no information!! I mentioned I was paying with a gift card and when I asked her what was the price of the 90min massage she said “ Tell how much is on your card and I can figure out pricing” RED FLAG! 🚩 So I said I’m not sure what is the price then I got a answer.. She pretty rushed the scheduling.. I was not asked what type of massage ( full body or problem focused) I had to call back a few time to ask additional questions.. one of them was about the additional service. She said I will ask you when you come in! I was never asked. When I got ready to do my massage which started late. The massage therapist asked me what I was getting I did not even know what to say! So we decided on a full body. Nothing else was offered or mentioned again a schedule issue! The massage itself was ok.. But I checked out with Caroline and she was soo sweet!! If you are getting a massage for the first time getting a massage don’t let anyone rush you! Ask everything especially cancellation policies!!! I definitely won’t be going back here! I will use the rest of this money at another location!! I did not leave feeling like I expected. I still left a tip.

Much needed massage for a tired sore body.. great health benefit. Sandra is awesome. The moment I laid on the warm massage table I fell asleep right after the session started for a couple minutes. Thats when you know its a good massage.
