Smokers Vape Plus

This used to be a really good destination for vape products. The selection is still very good. However, lately, the service has been poor. I understand newly hired employees need training and such, but the turnover rate is absurd. I visit weekly and every month or so, there are new employees there, barely aware of what theyre doing. Two of the previous employees overcharged for the products, and the most recent employee didnt bother to apply the Fivestars app discount, resulting in whats basically another overcharge. All three employees showed less than professional attitudes each time I shopped there. Fair to say I wont be visiting this location for a while. Employers, please hire a somewhat dedicated employee that actually cares about your customers.

Tobacco products are trash can’t speak for the vape stuff. first time going and my whole pack was stale went back in to see about another pack told them and it was just like oh ok.
