I didn’t get the man’s name. But he was very patient with me and answered my questions and made suggestions. Once I went and a very nice woman went above and beyond in helping me. I really like this store. A rating of 7 on the one to five scale.

Wouldve gave them 5 stars but they sold my husband a fake hookah cloud chaser. Other than that it seemed pretty cool. Lots of different products, shapes and sizes. I liked the atmosphere also.

I bought a vape from this place.On next day it stops on working.I just text and i got a fast response.they give me a new one.Professional team specially the guy who helped me on Sunday.thank you.I recommend this place 👍.

They just remodeled their vape section with tons of new fluids and mods. Jeff ( i believe was his name) was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful when looking at new mods. He can answer any of your questions and tell you all about their new fluid sections this is a must try they just won all of my business from here on out.

Horrible. ....Unprofessional, smells like pot in there store, I have no problem with buds, actually love it but theres a time an place for everything. But my real problem with this place is that they rip off there customers, you can go to Mass ave smoke shop and buy anything they have alot cheaper, for instance a bottle of juice they charge 12.99 for you can get for 9 dollars even! Second they cant even keep coils in stock that are actually for the products they SELL and they are so incompetent they tell me it will be 3 to 4 weeks before they come in...Lmao what ever happen to fed ex? Coming from a fellow business man these people meaning management are incapable of operating this establishment in a way that serves their customers best interest.

Total price gouging going on. Things you get online for $7 they want to charge $45. Even had an employee tell me before when I was looking at something not to buy it there because of how inflated the price. So I did still buy a couple things there out of convenience and I went in last night to get the same exact thing and the price changed from 15 plus tax to 27 plus tax. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste money. I now go to Southie Smoke Shop instead after last night. I guess if you never get repeat customers you can gouge all you want 🤷🏻‍♀️

Has everything you need in one location. Prices on big ticket items was higher than would have liked to see but thats to be expected. Helpful staff. Did have good deals.

Store is excellent, I see a couple oflower ratings due to the place not being open but I dont know what thats about, theres two guys there and the main guy is like there EVERY day ALL day and knows his stuff in and out, will answer any questions without making you feel stupid for not knowing yourself, A+

Had to edit my review. Totally disappointed with the shop. I was a fan...until today. If you buy something dont leave the store until youre sure it works. I never understood why a store owner wouldnt back up what they sell...unless they care not about repeat customers.

Be aware they are selling cheap hemp oil (food product) and saying its cbd oil ((medi cinal product ) and charging cbd oil prices.If you seek medicinal relief dont accept useless hemp oil.also if you bring this up the clerk gets angry and says no refunds and hangs up on you. BE AWARE your health is at risk

Great variety of products.. jake helped me out with my first oil vape gave me a good deal on the bateries.. I apreciate your dedication in explaining and details on the products purchased.. cant wait to start using my new vape & and those new flavors!!!

Nicest people. Opened at 9 am. We were tourists and they offered tips and places to take our family.

They dont sell cigarettes and theyre a Smoke Shop!!!!! Why would the state pull cigarettes from the one place we are only gonna be allowed to buy cigarettes from come this summer!!!! I feel bad for the staff too!!!

Chinese cheap products at top and prices and then does not guarantee their products I can understand if I break a glass bong but if you sell me a charger for a battery and it does not work on my battery you should replace it ..... so somebody an eight dollar charger and it doesnt work and then refused to replace it

Best smoke shop in the whole of boston. It has a great selection of bongs and vapes. The staff is the best and always help.

Have a Great Variety of Cigars and also a Great 1 Stop Snack Spitting it has alot to offer and adding more⭐⭐⭐⭐
