10/10 would recommend. The prices are so affordable. They have a little bit of everything in there. If I could put more stars I would. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so sweet, very knowledgeable, quick service, and super friendly. The staff always treats me like family. The store is incredibly clean and always smells good. They where super nice to me when I had questions.

Every time i go in there they try to add five dollars to my tab. If something is $10, they ring it up as $15. I can only assume this is an easy way for the clerks to make extra cash off certain customers. In addition, and i can only speak for certain products, the quality is low and the price is about 3x as much as at online retailers who lab test for purity & quality. I can see exactly what their business standards are and they are low. I won’t be giving them my business and my money again. PS the owner obviously sanctions stealing money from customers because I’ve caught him doing it. They probably laugh about it in private.

Adam is absolutely my favorite. He memorizes all of what I want and what other customers often get as soon as we come in. Hes always willing to order new things that people need or want and hes very friendly. He has a huge variety of products unlike other places.

This store has the best Vape products, different flavors of Vape juice, & great prices on ALL TOBACCO products.... the owner ADAM is very helpful in any questions you may have on using your Vape & he works from open to close to make sure he provides his customers with whatever they may need... I believe he’s has th best Vape & Tobacco Store in town.... go check him out....

The product I bought did not work and I attempted to return it. I have the receipt, etc.. They wouldn’t even give me a replacement. I’ve been a customer of this shop for a long time but I will be ordering online from now on where they don’t gouge you on the price. I mean seriously, I’ve spent a lot of money in here and they wouldn’t even give me a replacement on something they mark up almost 100%…

By far the best selection of vapes, coils for MANY devices and juice and disposable items were also plentiful.

These guys have a little bit of everything, and theyre centrally located near the WalMart shopping center. Friendly staff, great selection, and fair prices. Stop by and take a gander at all they have to offer.

Good selection of stuff, they sell fake puff bars though. The display case had regular banana ice, and I actually got banana ice crean. I wouldnt have even looked it up if cream was spelled correctly, but the mint one I got is also a fake. I did the puffbar verification online and found out they were all fake.

This place has horrible service. I bought two blueberry ice puff bars. they tasted burnt. I called them for an exchange. i went back to the store exchanged them. I opened the new ones they were burnt again. i called them back with the same issue. and now you can’t do anything about it ? highly don’t recommend this store.

Need more knowledgeable staff. Love the selection. Asked several questions on different occasions only to find it wrong and money wasted.

Prices are double what the same products cost ANYWHERE else. Staff act burdened when you ask any questions. I think Ill stick to ordering online, great prices without attitude!!

Young man working seemed to have very little knowledge about vaping. He was not very helpful and tried to sell me two totally different batteries. He said that was all he had and didnt even try to offer to get more. Sad, DO NOT GO!

My man got the cheapest prices around, great service. I come here multiple times a day. They have everything you want for smoking or vaping you need.

This place is BY FAR the best vape shop in town!! Puts all other tobacco and vape stores to shame around this area.. They have the top of the line mods, and many different juices to choose from.. I go there at least twice a week, and I always leave happy!! The guy that works there day in and day out (Adam), is very nice, and knows whatever u need to know about any of your vaping needs... so anybody wanting to know where to go, South Boston Tobacco and Vape, is no doubt the place to go!!

Horrible customer service, the workers have no knowledge of what they have in the store.Also, I had purchased a 2 vapes and they had a burnt flavor so I went back in the store and they gave me a exchange for new ones that also had a burnt flavor. Very disappointed in the TERRIBLE service they provided for me.

Young dude always try to pocket your change after you pay. Doesnt matter if its 10 cents or 95 cents. Has a attitude always too, Dude seem to be a Scumbag.

The staff is always courteous, helpful,, and well mannered...especially seeing how young most of the staff is.
