Heads Up

Went in for a can of butane. It said buy one get one free, and whoevers was running the register would not honor. One would think a product labeled like this would be priced to sell like this. But this makes me think they are practicing bad business ethics. This place has been on the down slide for a long time and I knew better to stop in, but did anyway. Will not make that mistake again. Please dont support either

A nice cozy shop. They were able to fit me in within 15 min of calling to get a cut. Michelle was awesome and able to do exceedingly more than what I wanted. Will definitely continue to be a patron.

Came in from out of town, needed to get something specific. They didnt have it in stock, but he helped me find the closest alternative and was very friendly. Would recommend for the service.

Called a solid hour before they closed looking for a specific item surrounding shops do not have. He told me i have it. I could stay open. Ive been here 10 hours already Im going home. I asked him if he could stay open 10 minutes and he said I could... Is that how Tahoe treats customers? Taking my business elsewhere. I recommend the business changes the hours here on Google if your not going to honor your original hours of operation.

I walked into this place, music was louder than an outdoor concert, the kid turned it down, I do not know why because he had no interest in assisting me. Condescending punk. There were no customers in the store but me. How the hell do you expect to stay in business? I dont plan to EVER go back after the way I was treated today. Is this store a front for something that actually does make money?

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Most inconsiderate and untrustworthy staff I have ever met in my life. STAY AWAY FROM HEADS UP!!!! DO NOT GO TO HEADS UP PLEASE!!! After purchasing $300 worth of merchandise from this store the staff member that was working at the store at the time accused me of stealing a three dollar tool and would not let me leave the store for over 30 minutes while he checked the cameras. Funny thing is the dumb guy found it later in his pocket. Very unintelligent staff and you WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT IF YOU GO TO HEADS UP SMOKE SHOP!!!!! DOOOO NOT GO! BUYER BEWARE

Good pieces. Pretty much anything youd need. Staff is awesome. Spent days in there talking. Haha. Not much atmosphere though. Lots of display cases. Decent prices too.
