I just left my weekly lash appointment with Chelsea. I always leave feeling beautiful and cared for. Chelsea does so much more then keep me and my lashes looking beautiful. She infuses me with her good vibes, authenticity and loving heart. Adding lashes to my self care routine has done so much more than enhance my appearance, it has made me feel more like myself. I am so glad the universe guided me to her. ✨💕

I recently moved to Maine from West Virginia, and needed to find a new salon/studio to get my lashes done. I am so happy I chose South Portland Lash and Bodywork Studio. Chelsea did an amazing job on my volume lashes. They are perfect!!! Chelsea was sweet, and vey knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted. Her space is super clean and very cute. Chelsea is amazing! Shes kind, sweet, and always willing to work with me to accommodate appointment date and times. I went through a few lash techs and am so glad to have finally found the one. Her work speaks for itself and her prices are the best in the area! I wont go to anyone else for my lashes or brows ever again.

She is absolutely amazing! I dont trust very many people, I am very picky..but I would choose her 1000times over! My lashes made me feel beautiful! I only used lipgloss with my lashes done and looked like I had full makeup on daily! Totally worth saving the time doing makeup. No nasty thick mascara to try and achieve the long lash look, No having to wash makeup off and reapply daily, no smears, no mess! Summer is coming, wont have to worry about dripping makeup from the pool or beach! 100% worth the time and money..this girl is amazing she even helps educate on the easy upkeep and how to prolong the lash life! Definitely 5stars ..she is my go to lady!

Wonderful experience with Chelsea very intuitive to your needs. Love her space very calming and the massage is amazing and especially if you like deep tissue massage. Lash and brows are always exactly how I like them. You walk out feeling brand new highly recommended.

Chelsea, the owner is very rude and unprofessional, I have had last minutes cancelled appointments, two times she didn’t show up for our appointments and I waited and waited only to get a message on Facebook that she forgot our first appointment. The second time I waited for 15 minutes and left and she was rude. Go somewhere else for all the services she’s providing. I got my lashes done and I had eyes irritation and messaged her for instructions to safely remove the lashes and she got back to me a few days later after I removed them with my natural lashes damaged and gone. And she refused to honor my request for unsatisfactory service for my brows. I will be filing for a small claim at the court. I would have given her 0 star if that was possible.

1st time to do tinting ever in my whole life. I am satisfied with the results. Will surely come back for more. Probably will do microblading. It really looks good and Chelsea is very accommodating.

Absolutely disappointing ! Made an appointment for 7/14 at 3:30 . I showed up to my appointment at 3:15 to a locked door and a dark room . I figured I’d give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she had stepped out or was running late etc . Waited 15 minutes and decided to Facebook message her with no response . I then called the number she has listed only for it to go to voicemail . Waited around til just about 4 and left . Unimpressed to say the least not only did I leave work early to be able to make this appointment but I’m going on vacation and decided to get lashes. Due to her not showing up I now have no time to book with someone else . If you needed to cancel or couldn’t make the appointment you need to reach out to your customers and communicate if you intend to have a successful business .

Ive known the owner for more than 10 years. Always treats her customers to the best treatment. Ill never use anyone else for my pampering needs.
