I love this shop and I always get top tier service. You always have what I need and the price is better than other places I’ve been to. The biggest thing for me is how nice the staff is. I always feel a little self conscious because I don’t know all of the vaping lingo, but they always know exactly what I’m asking for and have even said not to feel self conscious about how I say it.I am always happy to leave a tip as well. The only thing about the tip screen, it gives different options like “10% - great service” or “20% - best service ever!” The thing is, I truly always feel I’m getting the best service ever, but don’t necessarily have an extra 20% to tip. To anyone who has waited on me here: you gave the best service ever regardless of the amount I tipped and I appreciate you for helping me and being so kind

With Maine gouging vapors at every turn, going to the vape shop often feels like highway robbery. At least when you go here, the experience is pleasant and the staff are always so helpful. If a product isnt in, its usually there in a day or two. They have the best deals on a lot of juices, and their deals would be better if the state didnt surcharge us 300% for trying to quit smoking.Thanks for your help guys. I love my drag x.

Amazing store and people. Great selection and great people working there. Had an issue with a product and the store owner personally went truly above and beyond to help promptly resolve it. Highly recommend you make this your default store: you wont find this kind of service any where else!

I would be nice to have a menu of products, flavors ect. That way people know what you have or do not have before they make the journey to your store.Just a suggestion. Your picture are great but a menu would be more effective.

This store has been a godsend...the owners are knowledgeable and very friendly and the selection is amazing. After many years of my wife not sleeping, the gummies they recommended have enabled her to actually sleep. Our new favorite store...we highly recommend this store.

They don’t stand by their product. I probably won’t be going back. Bought a nectar collector that burns your lips and they couldn’t exchange or offer me anything. Bought several 310 thread pens That didn’t work. Staff is cool but you guys should definitely be able to do something for a product that the customer isn’t happy wirh especially days after.

Very clean employees also owners are polite friendly. Its to bad that most business are not like that. Trust me I worked my entire life with the public. And most people do not no how differ cult it can be. Ive always told friends and coworkers. If your not a people person? Dont work with the Public! Everyone ends up mis arable. And the store and owneds pay the price especially the people who Love their Job!!

Great selection on liquid, tanks and everything else. Really friendly staff no question is too dumb and they will walk you through everything. Got a tank and some liquid here today and was very happy with the purchase

Great vape selection, good location & parking, really nice & helpful staff. Expect prices for flavored vapes to be about 20% higher than formerly available in Portland - but thats the case anywhere in most surrounding towns.

Decent selection, staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are fair based on other vape stores in the area. They probably have a larger selection of glassware than vape stuff, but I was able to get the coil heads I was looking for.

The customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable. I suggest talking to Mark, hes the best. Huge selection. Great prices. Great hours. Whats not to love???

For out-of-towners, you can only get vapes in tobacco and clear flavors in Maine. FYI
