It was a last minute booking because we had booked at bow tie massage and they had electrical problems and gave our money back. But when I tell you that the massage therapists were great. Beautiful personality and performance. My husband and I would love to have the same ones when we come back. We are satisfied

I really loved my Spa experience today, 5/14/24. Best birthday/Mothers day gift. Deshanna was great and very thoughtful. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for the birthday song, balloons, gifts, and professionalism.

I’ve had several massages and I must say this was the absolute best experience I’ve had in a long time. From the time I entered the door the focus was solely on me. It was my birthday and this was my first stop of the day. They made my day great. Everything was explained and questions or concerns were addressed before the session. Tanika massaged out all the stress and tension that was built up. Not to mention the birthday gifts I got to pick out was icing on the cake. I will most definitely return.

My hubby and I were gifted a gift certificate for a couples massage for our anniversary to a hidden gem in Southaven. The owner Kasheena and other massage therapist Tanika at Kneading Knots Of Relaxation Massage Spa was absolutely amazing. The process to book from beginning to end was seamless and we did this all via text. Because it was for our anniversary, they played our special song upon arrival. There was balloons and confetti. The ambience was warm and inviting. Everything about this spa was above expectations. After going over the general formalities we were taken to our room to prepare for our massages. There were heated tables set to your comfort. Once you’re on the table and ready, the therapist will confirm she can enter the room. I am here to tell you that it was pure relaxation both therapist has magical hands. Their voice was soothing, they tell you to leave everything on the table (don’t think about anything, no stress no worries not a thing). My hubby and I did just that; we both feel asleep. 😂😴We will definitely be returning and making this part of our quarterly routine if not monthly. Everyone needs to be pampered and we were way over due for a massage. Baby they worked from head to toe. It truly felt like a combination of Swedish, Deep tissue and Hot heavenly stones!!!! We are so grateful and blessed that our friend who by the way lives in Atlanta, did the research and found this black own small business in our community.Definitely an A+ rating 5 ⭐️Check them out you will not be disappointed!!!

I booked a couples massage for me and my partner for his birthday. These lovely ladies had the walls decorated and treats as well! This was our very first massage and we LOVED every bit of it. It was so soothing and relaxing we will most definitely be back to visit. The therapists were extremely sweet and welcoming, our day was so special❤️

Such a soothing experience! My absolute favorite is the hot stones massage. Terrica provided great customer service and a relaxing yet friendly presence. They even provided a balloon, gift and music to celebrate my birthday! 🎉

We booked a girls day massage for a friend’s birthday. Not only were we greeted with balloons and music, the customer service was impeccable. We were treated like queens! Took my husband here as a birthday surprise on March 18, 2024 & let me say this before I begin rambling…THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM! Everything from the booking process to the ending of our massage was a 1000/10! They were so professional, accommodating (because I kept calling being extra &&& NO ONE tried to brush me off, rush me or had an attitude), patient & sweet! The owner Ms Sheena & I think our other therapist was Kayla, went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience! I literally have nothing but positive things to say! & the massage?????? I was given a spa treatment to Kneading Knots for my birthday and the initial celebratory experience of Kasheena & the staff was worth the visit‼️I was mentally transformed before the spa treatment began. My therapist Kee was so informative about each process, and even cited the area where I was “weighted” with tension instructing me to “leave it on the table.”The only thing I would change is the water temp on my foot detox just because I like it “HOT!” But I definitely will be returning. I booked appointments for the yoni steam & foot detox for my birthday today. When I tell you that the ladies here went out of there way to make my day special! First the owner called as I was pulling up, then it shocked me to see that the elevator was decorated with birthday decorations, but once I opened the door not only were decorations everywhere but they all were dancing & singing happy birthday with a balloon. This immediately lifted my entire mood & made me feel special. Both services were great! They checked on me to make sure I didn’t need anything & was just all around nice. Kneading Knots was a relaxing and wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely professional and made sure that I felt comfortable the entire time- they also fulfill their promised timeline of 60 minutes for the message chosen. I would also like to point out that they’re flexible- the massage was booked for me by someone else and once they realized that the chosen massage wouldn’t be a fit (due to me being pregnant), they adjusted quickly. The building and rooms were cleaned and well stocked. I would recommend to any mom looking for a prenatal massage

WONDERFUL SERVICE! This past weekend was my birthday & I was in so much pain and looking for somewhere last minute to give me some relief. I called, no answer, they texted be back with information, then called me to let me know they’d accept me. After arriving, I was greeted with warmth. After my massage, I was still in pain. I asked the massage therapist to feel where the pain was and she told me exactly what I needed to do. In the meantime, she gave me an extra few mins to work out the kinks in my lower back. She was amazing. I will be going back next week for a deep tissue.

My mom and I loved our experience. Kee was the one that provided our service and she was very nice and welcoming to us. The atmosphere was very relaxing both in the waiting area and in the room that our service happened in. For me personally while wrapped in the blanket my feet did get hot first so I would ask for the feet area to be turned down a little bit. Also because its so relaxing during the service you might fall asleep, if you have OSA I would recommend making sure you head is elevated well. We will definitely be booking again.

Best experience ever. I purchased the Diamond package with a 30 min Yoni Steam and a 30 min massage with hot rocks. Even 3 days after my appointment I’m still feeling relief from both treatments. My experience was simply incredible from start to finish!! Ive had massages from other places and they have all been great, but none of them compare to my deep tissue massage with Kasheena today. She was amazing! She makes sure the experience is perfect for you and she really pays attention to your bodys responses and gives you exactly what you need. I stare at multiple computers for 50 hours a week so I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders, and she knew the soy candle and hot rocks were exactly what I would need. They were a game changer!! Today I received the absolutely best massage Ive ever had. I literally met a young lady in a health food store and as we chatted, she referred me to Sheena. I told her I was new in town and was used to getting massages. She kept saying how Sheena was the best so I scheduled my appointment. From the restroom to the hallway and then inside the office. Its literally a place of Zen. Once inside the room I easily left all stress outside the room. My mind started to ease before I even undressed!Before leaving my appointment there was a surprise for me. Its really nice when people love the or job and celebrate their Customers. This was one of the best experiences ever. The facilities are clean and very inviting. The rooms are setup for an amazing experience, before you even setup for the massage. Kasheena is amazing at what she does and theres absolutely no judgment. She makes you super comfortable, so all you have to do is relax. I had the 1 hour deep tissue massage and it was amazing for me as a Registered Nurse and person with chronic pain. Im booking my second session now.

By far one of the best massages I’ve had in years. I had a 90 minute massage from Mrs. Reed and her massage was in the top 5% of massages I’ve ever had. I have received massages from therapist who have a regular clientele of professional athletes and Mrs. Reed’s Swedish massage tops all of those massages. Definitely coming back for the 2 hour. The rooms are very clean and dark with plenty of blankets and sheets. The atmosphere is cosmic with soothing music. Everyone in the office is professional and serious about your massage experience.

Pleasantly surprised and surpassed all my expectations; they have gained me as a returning client. Warning long post because details matter to me and Im just so appreciative of how well they cared for me.My experience: booking, terms and travel were simple and I like simple! The mood was set from the elevator and hall leading to the office- you cannot get lost! Chairs were available outside of door if you were earlier then 5mins. (AND A TABLE COVERED W CANDY). The reception area was gorgeous and calming; literally no words can describe the spa room- but there was this beautiful cloud wall and rose garden door decor and the vibe was mesmerizing. No scents used on me or in the office were overwhelming. I was offered water and a trip to the ladies room before service. No masks were required but the staff was masked. Temp checks at door and brief detailed explanation of cleaning protocol for my safety. I booked the 90min Hot stone massage and she literally massage me for the whole 90mins! She checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and over time I felt completely secured (i have high anxiety) because I drifted in sleep 3x! I felt amazing after session. My partner complimented the softness of my skin later that evening too. If you made it through all of this, book because you deserve it!

I’ve been dealing with leg pain since August. I booked a 90min session with Twyner. After 60min; my body was so relaxed and felt so much lighter. The extra 30mins was just the on the cake. I booked a deep tissue massage w/ Kasheena because I was struggling with some stubborn knots and a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I asked her to only focus on my pained shoulders and she did just that! She guided my breathing through working the knots out and really concentrated on those pressure points. My shoulder felt a lot of relief afterwards. Not to mention she was so sweet and really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. You can definitely tell she holds a passion for this and cares for her clients. I can’t wait to return!

Kasheena does such an amazing job with the massages. She is asking you to let her know if the towels or stones are too hot or if she is pressing to hard. What an AMAZING experience!!!! Where do I start?? The service and staff was awesome! The environment was beautiful and welcoming! I left feeling RELAXED and RESTORED. I visited on my birthday and I even got the Stevie Wonder birthday song with complimentary goodies!Needless to say I will book again!

The infra-red sauna is a must have!!! Left my body feeling amazing. I will be returning for that and more!! Twyner was exceptional...so nice and sweet. They truly care about their clients! I love it!!

Kasheena does an awesome job. She makes it her business to get to know her clients bodies so she can better serve you. I dont have to tell her my most needed areas anymore, she already knows... I truly feel like a new person after every session. Not only is she good with her hands, she also has great bedside manners and shes very professional.

The service I received was unmatched. This was my first professional massage experience. Kasheena asked questions to understand my needs and took the time to explain the expectations of my session. I did not disclose every focal point for Kasheena, however, with her expertise, she conquered and executed!Clean, calming and professional environment.

Kasheena is truly a master at her work. She heals during every moment of the massage. She will even make recommendations of alignments, etc that may be needed.

The best massage ever and it was my first! Mrs. Twyner was the best, I stated Im I jacked up? She said yes maam and you need an hour lol! Having been a massage therapist myself for many years, I appreciate the care, skill, and great environment that Twyner provided me. I left feeling relaxed, my muscles relieved, and rejuvenated . This place is so amazing!! I suprised my wife and took here for Valentines Day. The room was setup with decorations PERFECTLY!! The massage therapist was SOOO nice, professional, and welcoming. My wife was so satisfied with her treatment that she actually cried tears of happiness. I will MOST DEFINITELY be visiting Kneading Knots more often!!!

I’m a truck driver and has been having problems with my legs tightening up and being tender to the touch I went in and she found key trigger points and even did extra work on problem areas that also were contributing to my leg pain and let me know what we need to work on I was so pleased I booked me another appointment for the following week. She knows her stuff great work also very clean and professional loved her personality.

Oh. My. Wow. Where do I even start?!! This was the best massage ever. Fresh off work, straight onto her massage bed was the best decision I’ve ever made. This girls hands are made of gold or something else amazing!!! The environment, the cleanliness, the smell goodness, the service, the quality of the massage, how she learns your body and will not allow you to walk out with any tension left!!! Just wow wow wow I don’t need to say anything else besides RUN - don’t walk to see this massage therapist!!!! 💆‍♀️

She really did an AMAZING job! I searched on the net for a 5 star rating massage close by and totally agree with the reviews. I feel so refreshed 😌 i would recommend even if it wasnt so close. Worth the trip.
