I had the most amazing experience at Cloud 9 Massage. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. Everything was done in a timely manner and it was incredible. The therapist, Misty, was very skilled and knew exactly how to relieve my muscle tension!!! The environment was serene and calming, with soft music playing in the background and a breathable atmosphere. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away, due to it being my first time. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this parlor to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!

I have been to Cloud9 a handful of times over the past few years. I got the full body most popular massage and included a peppermint scalp add on. I went there for the first time today and I had a pretty good experience. I got kind of Lost trying to find the building and someone was nice enough to give me a call and direct me on how to get there.Could 9 massage has a welcoming atmosphere, I spoke with misty and she asked me how did I hear about cloud 9 massage and she asked me have I ever had a professional massage before and she asked me what areas of my body would I like more focus to be on. She gave me instructions on what to do to get ready for the massage and from there Kv Took care of everything. My massage turned out well; Kv made sure I had a comfortable, pleasurable experience and she was very kind and was a big help for me today. She even gave me a card with her number for me to let her know when I would like to book and she informed me about upcoming deals for when I book again. I’m sure I will be back in the near future. On one occasion, when I had sprained my ankle, she even explained that due to the trauma and swelling, I may want to apply ice and allow time for it to heal. Had the couples massage for our 10 year anniversary. Very professional, good massage, clean place (which is not so common usually). We definitely enjoyed it.My only suggestion/complain would be that the place smelled strongly like fragrances which are toxic and give me a headache (plus damage our lungs) . I would suggest they use an essential oil diffuser with pure essential oils. That would be better for the ladies and also the customers.

We arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and upon completion were promptly ushered into our private room. Cloud 9 is immaculate! Lobby, bathroom, massage suite were spotless! I have chronic pain from arthritis in my left hip and pain in my right shoulder from rotator cuff. I booked a 60 minute hot stone with 30 minutes reflexology. Misty blew me away. Skilled, patient, professional, and caring, she tailored the massage experience to meet my unique health needs and I walked out feeling like I had a new body. I will have to agree with Gary Phillips review from 2 years ago. I booked a massage here because of all the five star reviews and it was a big disappointment. I booked a 60 minute massage and was told 5 minutes would be deducted for undressing and 5 minutes for getting dressed, so there would be 50 minutes hands on. Thats not a 60 minute massage! Ive had hundreds of massages and Ive never experienced time being deducted for dressing/undressing. I chose the 60 minute signature massage that is supposed to encompass whole-body wellness with therapeutic results. No therapeutic benefit whatsoever, just very light caressing (just as Gary Phillips stated) with cold lotion! Who does that?? I actually dont know if it lasted 50 or 60 minutes, I was just wanting it to be over so I could get out of there. With premium charges, coupled with all the great reviews, my expectations were high. Misty seemed to be a very sweet lady but unfortunately thats the only good thing I can say about this experience. The booking process also needs improvement.And, I do not have the wrong place or therapist!Response to the owner: You are absolutely correct, you did ask hows the pressure; however, whats the point in answering that question if you dont even realize youre not applying pressure. Im well aware of what I paid for as stated in my review, thats not what I got! Light caressing is not a massage and the pandemic is no excuse for what you are doing; or rather, not doing. (because 120 min. was unavailable) deep tissue massage with her foot massage add on. (FYI, deep tissue is an on occasion choice for me, because it is serious. First timers & regulars may prefer other options like Swedish etc.).Dreamy, heavenly, meticulous, organized, consistently checked my status & informed me of what’s next. Those hot stones! Goodness gracious, I’ve experienced hot stones, but none like Misty’s hot stones. With this massage, I was taken to another level & a varied state of being, aka euphoria.Thank you Misty & I want you to know that you incorporated the best of the conglomerate of massages that I’ve received worldwide including one of my favs, my male chiropractor in Yokosuka, Japan. My husband and I started our Anniversary celebration day out with a couples massage .I called on Friday trying to find somewhere to get a message with almost everywhere was booked up or only had one therapist onsite.We live an hour and a half away and was willing to drive that far to have a massage.When I called Cloud 9, Misty answered the phone and was very professional explaining their services offered. When I proceeded to ask if she had an opening for Monday, she stated that they were usually closed on Sundays and Mondays however if their therapists were available she would call me back and let me know. Misty followed through as she stated and we enjoyed ourselves feeling on cloud 9 when we left. Since it was our Anniversary, she threw in some hot stones as a complimentary . Ahhhmazing!My husband and I highly recommend Cloud 9 for a couples massage and will definitely be back!Thank you Misty and your therapists for going the extra mile.

Me and my girlfriend went for the couples massage. It was both our first time trying a massage place and we both loved it. The atmosphere and smells when you walk in are great! KV and Tonya were our therapists and they did amazing. They were very attentive and made sure to check if everything was ok from the bed temperature to the massage pressure to laying positions.
