I shop here all the time, almost every week and last night i had the worst experience of my life. the guy working closed 20 minutes early and i knocked on the door and he yelled at me at the top of his lungs. i have never ever been so disrespected and treated this way in a business and i will never be back.

Guy was very rude. We showed him the cartridge we already had and he sold us a vape that he said would fit and as soon as we leave and get it opened, find out no the cartridge we had doesnt fit so we go back and he says he wont refund us or let us swap to get a vape that would actually work so now we have a cartridge and a vape that dont match and him being okay wasting our time and money is just very unprofessional

Dead set on ripping people off in the most polite way possible. Won’t refund defective disposables, won’t refund when they accidentally charge you for things you didn’t buy. And will lie and tell you they keep coils for a mod strictly so you buy it and get scammed

Customer service is good as far as manners but they will not refund you for defective items (disposable was leaking and I never used it) tried to return it the next day and they said no. They also won’t return you your money when they accidentally ring up an item and you already paid for you. “It’s store policy” even though the employee rung extra items on accident, that means I should pay for it? No return policy on defective items that I spent my money on is unacceptable as well as being forced to take home an item I didn’t want to because of the mistake of an employee.

The service was good. But they arent very knowledgeable about their products. I bought a $100 mod. And was told they had coils for it but few days later found they didnt. Nor did any other stores around. Apparently its an older mod that they are almost phased out along with the coils for it. So on top of $100 I just bought another tank for it. Which was another$35. The mod is fine I still like it. Just finding coils for it is a pain. I think they need to update their products! And know what they are selling to people

Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pick juices based off what we like. We asked when he works we will be back on his shifts! Vaperwise you got a rockstar employee!!!Edit: Gracie is also pretty amazing! Very helpful and friendly! I will go out of my way to come here for sure!!!

My brother and I came in the other day looking for information on different vaping methods. We had Aaron help us with All our questions. He was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire inventory. He has Incredible Customer service and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied with a product that fit our needs. As we were there several other customers came and were just as pleased with his service, Knowledge, and recommendations!! Definitely come out and let Aaron help you with your vape needs!!

I went into this shop to buy a bottle of cookie twist juice and they usually come in a box of 2 60ml bottles. They had just the separate bottles on the shelf so I asked for one bottle of the juice. I noticed they had some with older packaging because cookie twist changed packaging a few months ago so I asked for one with the newer packaging because I knew the older packaging had to be at least a few months old. The woman told me I couldn’t choose the newer packaging and said she could only sell me the other so I told her that’s ok I will go somewhere else. Then she said she would sell it to me but was very rude. People that work in vape shops are usually great and very helpful. This woman was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any vape shop. I will never go back in this shop again and do not recommend it

Bought one disposable vape (Posh Plus Pina colada) from this store and it worked fine, knew the 1st one would be running out soon, so bought a strawberry Puff bar for a backup. The Puff bar lasted only for about 10 puffs, started leaking juice out everywhere and quit working. Called the store and they would not replace or refund my money. Staff was very nice on both visits and over the phone, but I will not be going back

I usually enjoy my visit with them. The lady was rude and rushing me to pick a vape out when no one was behind me. Great Place Overall.

Never even thought that a vapor could or would work for me. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have multiple testers for people to try with a wide variety of flavors. Since going in there a couple of days before Christmas I have not smoked or bought cigarettes.

All items are brand new so you know it works! Large variety of mods, juices, tanks, and vapor accessories. If youre not shopping here, youre getting ripped off!

Its an awesome place IF you get to deal with red beard and pinky. the other people are far from professional. if redbird and pinky move Ill stop going to that store.

Thanks to VaporWize I have a great new setup and they were very honest with their input and thorough. Ill be going back next time I need some more hardware, thats for sure.

The employees are super helpful. The juice selection is amazing. I have never been disappointed when shopping here. I much prefer them to the surrounding shops.

I love my vape but the store brand vape juice wasnt good. You couldnt taste or tell what flavor it was. I will try the premium brand next time.

Well where do i start. garbage employees who lead you to buy garbage stuff just to get your money. i was ignored for the last time. ive been sold used products that didnt last. just garbage all together

Poor customer service. Bought a defective pod system and they told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Wouldnt accept a unopened return 3 days after purchase.
