Weve been to multiple shops around here and this is BY FAR the best. Tommy is super duper helpful and very knowledgeable. Ive come in multiple times just having issues from a tank I got somewhere else and he had no qualms helping me try and fix it. When I gave in and got a new tank he didnt push me for the most expensive one but instead for the one he honestly thought was best (and its great!) I drive from Horn Lake and pass a bunch of shops just to come here, and Ill continue to come here!

First time going in to this store yesterday for two pen vapes and no idea what juices I wanted. Jennie was very helpful in explaining the pens and what pens would probably suit me best, and even more so helping me pick out my flavors. Very friendly, patient, helpful and informative. Made for a great shopping experience.

I love their juice selection. They may not be the cheapest but they are pretty close and they got a nice variety. I hope to see them expand on their 100 ml flavors though. Other than that, great choices. They are bound to have what you are looking for in at least a 60 ml bottle.

They always have what we need and are great about suggesting new flavors. Parker is the absolute sweetest person there and is one of the main reasons we come back. Such a sweetheart

Walked in the store today and was a little overwhelmed by the selection. Jesse helped me a lot picking out exactly what I wanted. She was really friendly and helpful. In 15 minutes, I was out the store and happy with what I got.

These dudes were great! Called looking for coils and the man last night was super nice and helpful. When I came in he remembered me calling :) large stock of coils and juices, totally plan on going back by when Im in town.

Very helpful staff, hours fit my schedule reasonable pricing. Ive made them the only vape shop I use. Cant say enough about the expert advice theyve given me!!! Awesome liquid selection!

First couple of times i came in i believe his name was will, was a great employee and everything went smoothly. GREAT STORE WITH GREAT PRODUCTS BUT THAT IS NOT WHY ME AND MY WIFE PUT A 1 STAR REVIEW. The reason for a horrible review was your employee Pat. he was very sarcastic and rude. we mentioned we were on a time crunch and he still felt the need to talk our ears off. recommended incorrect accessories or our vapes and the completely wrong direction of juice we wanted. he felt the need to ID me knowing im well over 50s. i have scoliosis and bad knees so for him to tell me to walk back out to grab my id which wasnt in my wallet was a huge pain in my ass. i understand he needs to ID, but come on. Pat is one of the worst employees ive ever seen in a marketplace. I make sure to call the store before coming in to make sure he isnt there. Hes nothing but lazy and snarky. too big for his britches. and needs a new job at mcdonalds. OTHER THAN PAT, the store is great. ive met Keith hes a great man. Will is very helpful, all good things about the store. EXCEPT PAT!!!

1st timer in this store... was my last. Walk in and ask how its going, and the employee replied, oh its going.. not thanks for coming in, can I help you????? I ask specifically for salt nicotine juice, employee acted like he wasnt too versed in that area. I asked to look at juices.. he would walk away vape and come back w no juice. And I asked again to look at juice bottle, (because he didnt know what fruit was in what juice/product knowledge) after the 3rd time if this back and forth and him not bringing me what I ask, I ask for brain freeze by Naked, and he walks back to it, vapes and again leaves the juice in the back. I only made the purchase because I needed juice then. So I get home only to find out there is menthol in the juice. Im done. I hate menthol. If dude would put the ecig down and learn some of his products we may have had a different experience. I will go to EVERY other store but this one. So disappointed. I have to get the right juice. Another store gets my business. And you get a review with 1 star. Let that sink in.***12/09/18*** UPDATEBig Travis reached out to me and we have resolved all customer service issues. Great place, this is where my journey to quit smoking began 3 years ago and got my very first vape mod. The people in there are very helpful and friendly they want to help you not sale you to the highest bidder. Great Shop!

Today Jenn w/ MSV Southaven helped me make the change from analogs to vape. She explained to me in depth how to change/prime coils, what coils I need for my mod (I know this word bc of Jenn lol), charging best practices, as well as general maintenance of the device as well as a lot of information about the differences in vape juices. It was overwhelming at first but I left with what I needed, a working understanding of the product, and felt good about the experience in the store. Ill be back to MSV Southaven for sure. So Travis at @midsouth vapor in southaven, ms yelled at kiley today loud and hard enough that he spit on her shirt. I went back with her because she was to scared to go by herself because hes like 6-2 320 lbs and mind you kiley is 5-1 96 lbs to turn in her keys because she felt unsafe. He then starts yelling at me and calls the police and pressed charges claiming I was irate and threatened to harm him. Little did he know the whole thing was recorded with video and audio. Not once did I threaten him just asked did it make him feel good to bully a young girl. So I went to SPD and asked to speak with the officer that took the report. When he heard the audio he was blown away.WREG News Channel 3 WMC Action News 5! How many people get arrested and put in jail on false charges?!! Not me!! STAND UP SPEAK OUT STAND OUT. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! I will not stop till he pays for trying to have my freedom taken from me over him being a bully and a liar!!

This shop isnt my go to vape store but thats only because of distance. If I ever have an issue, I call them regardless and they will answer any questions I have on the spot. Great vape shop, great people. Nice to see an actual vape shop that cares about people and not the peoples money
