This shop should be called, disposables and glass seems like theyre more concerned with having a big selection of accessories like bags and other stuff thats not vape related. The guy sold me the wrong coil that I got when I purchased a bottle of salt nic yea I didnt tell him .6 ohms but he should know that. I mean has he ever tried hitting 50 or even 35mg salt nic at 50+ watts? Probably not. And I trust someone when I walk into a establishment. Id recommend vape up they have what u need for your all ur normal vaping needs plus its not to far and they dont just focus on gearing towards a younger and more neive audience with disposables!

I was in a week ago and got a fogger ultra. And today I noticed it leaking. I’m so disappointed and also when I try to take a puff I get nothing but a bunch of juice. I haven’t dropped it or hit it on anything.

Im so glad we came into this store!!! Lily is wonderful & freaking amazing!! She is so helpful as well. We walk in with some question about replacing a coil and she helped us and explained how to do it. We ended up buying a new juice! Next day I walked in to get a mod and she helped me again and helped me get everything set up and I left the store confident!!! So I was raving about how great the customer service was at this place that two of my friend actually ended up going the next day and told me about their experience being great!

I went there today and the cashier was so great! She was very thorough, making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Making sure I knew how to use the product I was buying. She even educated me to the different levels of nicotine. How to care for my product. It was honestly a much better experience than I had expected by far. I highly recommend!

Love this store! Was on a trip and stopped in for some emergency juice since we were 2 hours from home. The employee, Lily, was super helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the flavors and products on the shelf and made this a really fun experience. Will definitely go back next time we are in town!

Is this place even still open? Walked up this morning 5 after 10 to find the door locked, cant see inside the windows due to the silver tint and when I tried to call, it didnt ring but one time and disconnected, no voice mail or recording, just hung up, I am in town for a short time and in need of a 510 thread battery, Im on foot with a bad ankle to I cant walk far so finding a battery is proving more complicated then need be and the only vape shop in walking distance with minimal pain doesnt show any sign of life, what a major disappointment, I may give this place a couple stars if someone actually shows up, but right now I find it hard to even say they can even deserve the single star the rating system forces you to give for comments...

Purchased my mom vape here. Staff was great. The lady took the time to explain each and every vape to me and the pros and cons of each. I was also informed that if I needed any help changing or cleaning the vape to bring it in. They also have a huge selection of e-juice and it’s priced pretty reasonably for size.

All their juice is 50/50 PG/VG blend, that says it all to me. I dont know how on earth theyre getting so many 5 star juice reviews. Flavor is harsh, juice is watery. Dont let them trick you into thinking its flavorful. Ive been in before and forgot that literally all they have is their own juice brand, what I consider gas station juice. Ive tried Apocalypse before wasnt great and she suggested it again. Nope. Decent place for equipment, but thats as far as Id go. Honest review here.

I really wanted to like this vape store. The lady was really nice help me get exactly what I wanted. I stop by on the way to the airport while I was on my way down to California to do some training With the army. About a week later my mod stopped working. I went to the vape shop immediately after Returning home, But the lady explained to me that she couldnt return or replaced the mod because they only have a 14 day warranty on anything they sell. I tried to explain to her that it wasnt my fault that the army kept me down there for 30 days. So now I have a very useless mod and a pack of cigarettes. I wont be going back to this vape shop anymore and ill tell everybody else not to go either.

I have been wanting someone I know to quit smoking for a long long time. He smokes all the time even in the house around our kids. Two Thursdays ago I had to go into AT&T. I realized that next door to AT&T is Super Vapez. So I walked in. I did not know that I was looking to buy anything. I just had questions. When I first walked in I was surprised at how clean and organized the store actually was . I was greeted with a hello and an offer of assistance. This woman behind the counter was so helpful. She was just the kind of sales woman you want. Someone who helps you find what you want, not what a manager would want me to buy. I was in the store for a very long time. I ended up purchasing a predator mod with a cleito tank and two flavors. (royal and sapphire) Royal apparently tastes like strawberry jello. And sapphire tastes like blueberry cheesecake. To a non smoker like me they both smell so much nicer than cigarette smoke. I am so happy that my husband likes his mod and is using it. The other thing I am happy about is, No more cigarette butts everywhere. Thank you Super Vapez! I will be be back. or at least my husband will.

I have come to this locations on several occasions. If I have an issue with a mod I cant fix they help out. The selections are insane. The juices are out of control good and several selections. Wizard is amazing and Apocalypse is very nice as well. If you like feeling at home go here.

If I could do a zero star review I would. Everytime I go to this location the guy behind the counter is so rude. he has the worst attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. the woman is great but the last 3 times Ive went Ive had the same red hair guy who acts like he doesnt need your business and he would rather be anywhere else but there. I will not be back to this location.

Being stuffed between two major strip mall stores I was amazed to find a store that was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable in their products. Being new to vaping, I needed someone who could give me information not just one looking for the sale. The employee came out from behind the counter and walked with me around the store while asking questions about my smoking habits. This allowed the employee to match me with the desirable vaping experience. As we walked she pointed out the different apparatuses in use and showed me the unit she recommended. Although not the most expensive unit off their shelf, I knew I got the shopping experience I was looking for. She also told me as I gain in experience I will be returning for upgrades which was her overall goal.

Bought a spinner 2 here. It wasnt charged, so I charged it overnight. The following morning realized it doesnt work properly. Lights up but doesnt stay on to get a draw off the cartridge.Took it back to the store. The employee turned it up to tge highest setting and said its working. Completely ignored my concerns. All I wanted was to exchange it. This was 48 hours later.I was told sorry you have to go through the manufacturer. Its beyond frustrating. So beware they dont have any disclaimers on the receipt or a sign. Not doing business with a store that doesnt stand behind their products. So money wasted.

Low inventory little knowledge and always has a sign in the window be back in 10 minutes I have stopped by several times and only actually walked in once because the door was finally open then did not have what I was looking for.. A lot of vape shops out there this one is not for me. Just my opinion.
