What can I say. The staff is always amazing! Kind and helpful! Every time I come in, they are always on cue to answer any questions you may have. They know their product and never hesitate to give you their opinion in what may work best for you. Between the flavor vape options, coils, and other vape products, their stock items are top products. I’ve been to a few vape shops and these guys rock! Love coming here for my vape products. Shot out to Jessica for all your help in helping me pick out a new Geek Vape Tank and a new Clouds Maple Butter e-juice. Thank you!!

Great store, good selection of vape mod supplies, friendly staff. The only gripe is that they don’t “order special flavored disposable vapes” if there’s a specific product that you want. They sell a limited, but decent disposable vape selection. Parking is a nightmare, and not very accessible for those who need a wheelchair. There is also a “pay station” inside, so there is a “tipping screen” you will ALWAYS see, when paying for the purchase.It would be four stars if they put a little more effort into “getting what the customer wants” locally, rather than just ordering the product from online.(Edit 4/24/2024: This will be the last time I shop here, as well as the last time I review anything about this place…The kids who work here seem to have no idea what’s going on with the parent store in Puyallup… and seem to have trouble getting messages to management, pertaining inquiries about products, and possibly getting some products from the Puyallup store transferred to the Spanaway store… You get thrown through circles, and left without any help… As a disabled individual, I try to ask these small business owners who own multiple locations, if they can transfer items from other stores to a closer, more convenient location… I tried to ask the kids who work here, and it was nothing but the run around… Like, who is running this establishment???Save your money… Go somewhere else… This place is NOT worth the headache… 💯)

Stopped in here awhile back on a Sunday night due to them being the only ones open at the time and now they have become our go-to vape store. The set up makes it easy to see what they offer, the store hours work for my schedule. Their selection is slim but Im able to find something that works for me.

Great customer service. All the employees here are super respectful & chill. I was accidentally sold a used product with a receipt inside the box, it wasn’t working at all so I took it back and they took it back with no more questions asked. They gave me a store credit for the miscommunication. Some are very knowledgeable about products & juice. They have a nice variety of products and rewards system to keep you coming back. Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend this place and I wish this business was here when I was residing in Spanaway. Now when I visit, it’s nice to know there’s a quality vape shop with staff members who are honest, knowledgeable and professional.My mod broke while on leave and Eric assisted me, he even looked up more info online about the mods if he didn’t know the exact answers to my questions. I appreciate a salesperson who openly admits they don’t know the answer, and does what they can to find answers instead of saying “yes” just to make a sale.Thank you Eric for your professionalism!

They didnt have what I was looking for, but already had it ordered and let me know its expected arrival! Not a bad little store and the staff was cool, Id recommend checking them out! 👍

I just went to the Spanaway location and I had a great experience! I called first to see if they had my juice that I normally vape (before the ban). He said no, however, they do have other flavors, plus 20% off on juice. So I went in to see what they had. The young man working was very helpful and knowledgeable. He said my normal juice should be in on Thursday. So he suggested a different juice. The one he suggested is great!I had never been there before and this young man got me to come in and buy something. He was trained very well and is definitely an asset to this small business. This is excellent customer service in my eyes! Well done, I will be back!

Called today with a question about kratom, and the young man on the phone, Martin, was super helpful and very knowledgeable. When he told me the price on the product Id called about, I was very pleasantly surprised. Yall had a MUCH better deal than the place Id been going before, and youre only 2 miles from me; Id been driving 20 miles round trip before!When I got to the store, I was even more impressed. Nice little place, with a great selection of kratom and other items.Martin helped me with the kratom Id called about, and then showed me some other products I had questions on. I ended up making an additional purchase, and Ill definitely be back soon; your prices and the excellent customer service Martin provided have made you my new store of choice for kratom and some other essentials as well. 😁

Not bad. Juice selection is average. No squonk boxes which is a minus. Location is a minus. But once you see it thats not a problem. Be a great store of they would do something like their south hill location.

Everytime I come here I always have the BEST experience! The customer service is always 5 star. Specifically Keauni, he has helped me out with any issues Ive had with my vape or even questions. Its one of the few vape stores that you go in and actually stay for awhile to conversate with any employee. I drive past three other vape stores to go to this location and its worth it Everytime!

Martin is our favorite Employee he is cool as hell and he is extremely helpful! This is the best damn vapor shop AROUND! They have great variety’s in VAPE juice & A huge Display of KRATOM! They got it all! Definitely the only store I would recommend people to go to! If you need anything specific they can get it in the store for you and everything is so cheap literally they have the best prices in town! They have the chillest employees that have knowledgen.v in all of the products. They have the best juice and vape selection, also they have tge strongest kratom you can buy ive called other shops and nothing compares i only but here and i live 35 miles away so you know its all good product.

The first reason I gave a 5 star rating is, within 2 visits of this place, The young man who helps me, learned my name and makes anyone who walks through the door feel welcome and treats you like and old friend. Second is their prices. None of the bottles of juice exceed 20 bucks, even the 100mil bottles. The devices and tanks are the cheapest I have ever seen. All the same brands that you buy anywhere els. I wont buy my vape stuff anywhere else, from now on. Ive shopped at many different vape shops and this one blows them all away.

Person didnt know what they were talking about, and when I went in to exchange something I bought. The lady at the counter said word for word: he told me to do anything I could not to do your exchange. And try to sell you something different. Then Proceeded to tell me she doesnt even vape. And has no idea what half the stuff is anymore. 100% never going back to this store.

It’s never open at 9 dude. The only perk if this vape shop was that it opened at 9am and the rest sleep until 10-11. Went there before the guys even got there, when it states open at 9am. Drove all the way to this place for nothing.
