Elements Massage

Visiting Spokane from California. Travel a lot for work and I often get a lot of pain in my back and legs from planes and hotel beds. Im no stranger to massages, and used to have a membership at several Elements in California. I walked in with a lot of pain and needing pain killers to sleep. My massage today with Roger was incredible. I left there with no more pain or tightness. Im lying in bed without any discomfort or needing a pain killer. Fantastic massage. Quite a unique approach and technique but really exceptional. Highly recommend

First time experiencing Elements Massage and it did not disappoint! The appointment was scheduled for a couples massage and I had no issues scheduling. We did get a call a couple days before the appointment asking us to reschedule our time due to our therapist having a family emergency. Rescheduling was easy and they were extremely accommodating. The location is easy to find and makes you feel instantly at ease as soon as you enter. The reception / waiting area and the massage room itself were very clean and smelled amazing. Checking in was a breeze! As a first time customer they ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out standard paperwork. This location was very popular. I saw at least 5-10 customers coming and going. After the paperwork was filled, the massage therapists came out and greeted us, took our paperwork and directed us to the room. Each therapist went over our paperwork individually to see if we had any questions, concerns or certain target areas we’d like taken care of. They left us to undress (to your comfort) and came back after we were comfortable. The massage tables were absolutely wonderful! They were heated and so relaxing. Our massage therapist’s were Dana and Ingrid and I highly recommend requesting them for your next appointment. They were both extremely pleasant, professional and easy to talk to! And they were both making sure that we were taken care of in the way we needed to be. We did an hour long couples massage and I plan on doing it again in the future! The room had speakers installed in the ceiling for gentle music to play while you relax. It also had a fake fireplace and chairs available to place your items on. After our massage, they asked us if we needed anything else and were kind enough to get us a water for our drive back home. As a first time customer, you get a discount (I believe it’s $30 off the regular rate). Checking out and paying was easy! They ask if you’d like to leave a tip and I believe that the work Ingrid and Dana did definitely deserved it! Overall, it was an incredible experience. The staff that we encountered were phenomenal and friendly.

Nice facilities, very relaxing. I like how considerate and attentive my massage therapist is. Its so nice to go back to the same person and they remember what you need and what your body does without having to explain all over again. I also really appreciate the text message confirmation and reminders. All around nice experience.

Love this place! Staff are lovely and Rodger is an absolute genius when it comes to massage and being an expert with specific injuries, techniques and understanding your needs! It’s why I keep coming back!

I really appreciate that this business is open late, especially with my hectic traveling schedule. Very clean and quiet. The massage therapist was very professional and passionate. He cares about his clients and is in tune with any discomfort there may be, adjusting accordingly. PBecause I travel for work, I sleep in a lot of hotel beds and they arent always great. Both arms were starting to go numb, and I was very stiff. After one session, my arms and back feels great! Plan on returning when I am back home.

I booked a massage here weeks ahead of time for a very important reason. And the day of (the one day I have off, since I usually take care of a child), they said they had messed up and tried to change it on me. Which is completely unprofessional. They expect 24 hours notice for any changes, yet they did not have the same courtesy for their customer. It really affected my week, and what I was preparing for. I would never book a massage here again; that’s just bad business. Looks like there are better prices and customer service elsewhere. Good luck.

I’ve never had a great experience here. They rush you through, the talent is so so and it seems like the LMTs are more concerned with getting you in and out than making it a positive experience.Today was way worse. My LMT smelled of BO badly. His braided beard also kept dragging across my hair and thumping me in the forehead. As he massaged my neck while I was face up, he was so rough moving my neck back and forth that it almost felt like I was getting whiplash.I’ve ended my membership there and will be finding better service elsewhere.

Elements provides an exceptional experience from scheduling to therapist matching. The front desk staff and therapists are friendly and professional. The studio is clean and peaceful providing a safe and calming space. I highly recommend elements massage!

Very courteous staff. Helpful every time at securing future appointments. Wont mention the name of my masseuse because I dont want anybody else to fill up the schedule but probably the best massage in Spokane.

I have done therapy at this facility, two different times, and it has helped my body out so immensely and it was very professional but also at the same time comfortable I would highly recommend doing your therapy here you will be very satisfied and you can’t beat the attitude of the therapist. They’re fantastic.

Everything and everyone is really nice. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. They clearly care about your experience. But the massages are too hit-or-miss. Ive had some of the best massages there, and some of the worst. Unfortunately the more talented/skilled masseurs all seem to leave. I decided to cancel my membership after one-too-many mediocre experiences. I rather spend more for consistently stellar service.

Booked a couples massage almost 4 weeks in advance as I live out of town we planned a weekend in the area. 1 hour before the appointment, I get a call with them cancelling and offering to rebook for another date with no sincere regard with the planning that went into this weekend. Never got an apology. Completely unprofessional and I certainly will not recommend them.

I have gone a few times. The massage itself is good, but I feel like the communication is very poor. I went in with a gift card and they said okay youre good to go and then had a $60 charge. I called in and they explained it was because I was prenatal and the gift card was for an hour and I did 1.5 hours. I just wish this would have been communicated at checkout or I would have been offered a receipt.

Great experience every time. All the masseuses have been fantastic, but I am not going to tell you my favorite :)

Very professional and clean establishment. The employees are kind and polite - you can tell that the clients well-being is the priority. And the massages have been wonderful!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but it’s worth noting.. The loyalty program is not at the benefit of the consumer. I’ve been burnt too many times here, I live 2 hours from town, take off work, make the trip into town and have a no shows from therapists. I always understood, things happen. But the one time I have a family emergency and in my scattered moment, forgot that I had an appointment, did not show up, and there was no compassion from this location. I asked to use credits I have paid for, over $700 in credits and it was an absolute no. A $140 no show fee, I’ll also lose my credits because they will expire since I canceled my membership. Something to keep in mind. A financial strain, or emergency of any kind, and there will be little understanding, even after they take your monthly fees.

EDIT: after I posted this review, the owner removed their whopping $4 tip. Rather than learning a lesson from this message, they chose to be petty. If this is how this business treats someone in a suffering service industry, a disabled person with a horrible chronic illness - with unbridled arrogance and entitlement - do you really want to give them your hard-earned money? I know I sure dont.I work with Instacart doing grocery shopping and delivery for clients. Recently, I accepted an order to shop and deliver to this business, from Costco. The order included 10 cases of bottled water, totalling out at about 450 pounds all together, along with a few other things, including a large case of commercial paper towels.I loaded all of these cases from the store to my car, and from my car into this business, and then stacked all of them by hand. Not a single employee offered to help. On my second trip, a *customer*, not an employee, actually got up from her seat and opened the door for me.See, Instacart has a prerequisite for a heavy order when they calculate payment for the shopper. That payment is not a sliding scale. There is no difference between an order for 1 case of water, and an order for 15.If you were staying at a hotel and asked a bellhop to move 10 cases of water from your car into your room, that would warrant a rather large tip, dont you think? You probably tip your masseuse or masseur when you get a massage here.The owner of this business thinks otherwise. They think that amount of labor is entitled to exactly $4 gratuity, delayed by a week of deliberation, of course. I was just offered another order for their location on Hastings Rd. Ive attached a picture showing the items requested and the payment I would expect to receive. This business will continue to do this, to take advantage of people who are already in difficult situations, as long as they are allowed.This behavior is saddening and horrifying, and I hope that anyone reading this feels the same way. I have a genetic disease which causes severe chronic pain, weak ligaments, and muscle spasms. But I will NEVER give this place my business, nor will I ever deliver to them again, and I sincerely hope no other shopper ever will. I will do my best to inform everyone in the area of how this business operates, and warn them to steer clear.If thats how little you think of the men and women who navigate through the miserable hell of Costco, with a cart weighed down by 500 pounds of water, deliver it to your business, and stack it by hand, then I wish you good luck when you do it your DAMN SELF! Because youre going to need it. 🙂

This was my first time going to Elements Massage. I received a good massage. The room was quiet and peaceful. The massage therapist was good at massage even though she was new at it. I have signed up for a monthly massage.

The staff here are super kind and helpful. Carter is an amazing massage therapist and I have never had a more comfortable experience with a massage. I signed up for membership specifically because of Carter and the front desk staff. Thank you!

So far it hasn’t been what I was hoping.My husband got me a massage for my birthday, it was supposed to be 1.5 hours and with aromatherapy..my massage was 50 mins with no aromatherapy and the therapist didn’t have enough pressure, and didn’t focus on the places I asked him to.The front desk convinced me to sign up for a membership, so I gave my card for the membership billing and told the guy that the other card on my account was supposed to be charged for that massage as it was a birthday present from my husband. Well I look at my online banking and the guy charged my card, not my husbands. Ugh.So I was scheduled with someone different who was supposed to be better and have more pressure, this was also supposed to be an 1.5 hours. But when I got there, it was again 50 mins. This therapist did slightly better then the last but not much, and also made some comments that made me uncomfortable.When I went to the counter afterwards I told the lady everything that had happened that I have stated in this review and she apologized and was very accommodating.She scheduled me with someone who she swears can “ring me like a towel if that’s what I need” which is what I need. Haha. And she is going to comp me salt stone in that massage which is additionally 20$. So that apt is in 2 weeks and is scheduled for 1.5 hours!So hopefully that massage will be just what I need!

I usually stay away from chain business for massage but we decided to try it out. Wow, we were blown away by the tenure of the staff, and how genuinely happy the therapists were to work there. We have been trying different therapists so we can find one we fit with best, and every single one has been very good. The therapists are so professional and so knowledgeable. We only visit the South Hill and Wandamere location because we love management and ownership!

My therapist was excellent! Reed gave me a massage. He was professional in manner. Good touch and pressure. He made sure I was comfortable. I do think the cost is a bit high at Essentials.

Every therapist I have had is excellent. They listen to what you want and always check throughout the massage to ensure you are getting exactly what you came in for.

This is place is both welcoming and calming. I’ve had excellent experiences with both Roger and Tom following shoulder surgery. I have full function thanks in part to their work. The membership pricing is discounted and the billing is trustworthy, never any unauthorized charges. They also direct bill your insurance which is a nice service.

I booked a massage with Monique and she was great. Very professional and easy to talk to. The massage was relaxing and helped to address my pain as well. Its easy to set up a membership so you can prepay and save; plus, you can pause your membership at anytime if you need to without losing your prepays! Ill definitely be back!

Let me start by saying I think this is a nice massage place, but we had a 2 star experience there. The quality of the massage was good and the facility itself was is nice. But I feel like I got ripped off a bit. Our massage was supposed to be a 60 minute couples massage starting at 8:00. Our masseuses didn’t come get us from the lobby until 8:05 and the massage itself didn’t star until 8:10. I figured they’d make up for it by going past 9, because that’s been my experience at every other location (I’ve had probably 100+ massages over the last 3 years because of injuries). But instead they stopped exactly at 8:55. I feel like we got shorted. To top it off, my masseuse talked for most of the massage. He was so nice, but I have a hard time relaxing when there’s constant conversation with a stranger. This was our first time here, but I don’t think we’ll be back even though it’s right by our house. We really felt ripped off.Update: Elements went out of their way to fix the ways in which we weren’t happy

The atmosphere is welcoming and the people phenomenal. I have a great rapport with both those on the front desk and with my favorite therapist. Despite being a high-anxiety individual, I feel very comfortable with this location and their people. I know I am getting the best in care and as evidenced by the location upgrades, they care about the business and the people who frequent it.

Every visit to Elements on the South Hill is exceptional. I am a wellness member and have never had a single negative experience. The reception area and therapy rooms are always clean and well kept, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional. My Therapist is very professional and obviously takes pride in her practice. Massage Therapy at Elements is an integral part of my self-care routine and it has been the best treatment in alleviating stress and anxiety while also improving my sleep.

I love that I am usually able to book an appointment the same day, or within 24 hours, and I have never had a bad massage at Elements! Their LMTs always ask before we start what it is that Im looking for, and are very responsive to my requests for more or less pressure. The facility is always spotless, quiet and comfortable, and the front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful!

The staff at Elements Massage on 57th in Spokane are so friendly and make it easy for me to get a massage when I need it most. I like the online portal to book appointments as well. Together they streamline the appointment process. The whole atmosphere, from the lobby to the massage rooms, provides a relaxing environment and when I walk into the building, I can feel my body start to unwind and rest. Best of all, the massage therapists are wonderful. I know I can depend on having a great massage and going home in better health than when I arrived.

It didnt take long for me to get checked in and acquainted with my therapist. Very professional yet very relaxed. My therapist was very knowledgeable and was sure to check in with me through the the session to keep me happy. Ive never been so relaxed during a massage as I was with Stephanie. A million thanks! And after the massage the front desk was polite and informative of the plans they offer for future visits.

Amazing all round! Front staff was friendly, even with all the health precautions having to take due to COVID. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and he can’t stop talking about how amazing his was and I’m grateful for my experience as well! I got a prenatal massage and at first couldn’t handle the pregnancy pillow so we switched to me being on my side. She was super nice about having to accommodate to my needs, thankful for our experience. Thank you!!

If you like the convenience of a larger practice, but the vibe and feel of an independant massage therapy practice, Elements on 57th and the location on Wandermere are your jam. I alternate between two therapists at Elements. I see Natasha for my I want to not talk and fall into bliss massages and I just recently discovered Jonathan (newer to the 57th Ave location) who I knew immediately would be my go to for I am in pain and need help massages. They both allowed me a safe space to speak up if I need something different or let me relax without speaking... Both are in tune with your body language and can usually sense if you are uncomfortable. They may check in and ask if the pressure is good, or if you need something... so appreciate that! Sometimes we are a bit shy and forget we can say something. The reception crew at the 57th Ave location is my favorite. They are the kindest and so helpful. I love these guys! Highly recommend. Oh and if you dont like the experience, try another therapist! No one cares... I promise!

Erin Lang was amazing. She found where I carry my stress and totally released it. I actually fell asleep on the table. This was my first massage at elements massage. I left feeling very relaxed and satisfied. The staff was very warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend Elements to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much Ashley Huss for having us come in and get a couples massage.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give negative stars if I could. I have tried to remedy my situation several times, and each time I think it is settled, it’s somehow not. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t know their heads from the assess . Could not care less about their patients and are only after your money. I truly have never had such a disgusting experience in my life. Please do your research and go somewhere that actually respects you, not just treats you like a piggy bank.

I have found the therapists at Elements to be very skilled at their work. Becoming a member made it more affordable and also easier to get massages regularly. Many of the therapists have been there a long time, which makes me think Elements must treat their employees well.

Been going here for quite some time but will be no longer as we find that you make an appointment a month out and they end up calling because of staffing changes or schedule changes and you have to go through the whole process again. This happens over and over and is very frustrating.1 STAR!

I love how helpful and inviting the staff is. Cyrus is an amazing massage therapist and really listens when pain areas are being described. Hes able to target those areas past my expectation. All the therapists do a great job. I definitely plan on coming back every time and also sending friends and family here.

I really like how quickly I can get an appointment. I have also been impressed with their customer service, all the staff have been very polite and helpful in person and on the phone. They know all the different therapists and help pair you with the style you desire. I like Elements so much I even bought massages for Christmas presents for my office mates !

I’ve gotten lots of massages before this one. It was okay, nothing special. Masseuse talked the whole time, and started talking about politics halfway through. If it had been someone else, I could see how that would be pretty upsetting. I just went along with it trying to be respectful, but I will not be coming back to elements. I hoped for a peaceful hour massage, I’ve never had someone talk the whole time. Didn’t feel like I could interject. Instead of asking if I wanted to hear about their membership deals, they kinda just share what they are throughout. I’ve fallen asleep during massages, but definitely not yesterday. Kinda left feeling more stressed afterwards.

First time ever receiving a massage, and I have to say it was a life-changing experience. Melissa was professional, courteous, and skillful through and through. I left feeling more relaxed than I had ever been in the past 2 years. Definitely will return whenever I can!

I’ve been a member of Elements for years. I can highly recommend the South hill location. I’ve never had a bad massage from their massage therapists. The facility is very nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Treat yourself!

I really like my massage therapist Spencer. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I feel very comfortable in his presence, he remembers the areas we are working on and always gives great follow up advice. I always recommend him to my fellow gym members - he gives a very deep massage that allows my muscles to loosen up so I can be ready to workout again the next day.

First time there yesterday. Beautiful place and the friendliest staff, including my massage girl. The massage itself was not good though. I’ve been getting deep tissue regularly for 2 years (I had a gift card that’s why I was there instead of my normal girl) and this one was so odd with the technique used on my neck and collarbone area. It hurt so bad and not in a good way.

Ive been coming here for a while now; had to have a couple different gals work on me, which had me leaving in more pain than when I came in until I found Roger. Hes amazing! Hes the only one Ive ever trusted to work on my back. I have a fused spine, ribs stick out, and my lower back like to act up; hes amazing at knowing how to adjust pressure to sensitive areas. If you have issues I would HIGHLY recommend him

We booked our appointments weeks in advance only to get a call hours before our appointment to be told one of our therapist doesn’t work there anymore which happens but they made it seem like it wasn’t a sudden thing like they knew and let it fell through the cracks and forgot to call us till day of however they did try to accommodate us but not until 8:30 at night which we told them we’d take that for the timing being while we discussed and then call back I called back multiple times to cancel the 8:30 on both of our phones with no answer and then we got a call asking us where we were at 8:30 I felt bad for making the therapist stay so late! So my apologies to themIn the end there’s much more important things going on in the world than us missing a massage so we still give the place four stars because I’m sure the therapist are great and they did attempt to accommodate us My only complaint was the communication and difficulty reaching the receptionist

This was an interesting massage experience that I would not recommend. I think because it’s a corporate facility the staff is hyper focused on “membership plans” and tips. Multiple times during my massage I was given a sales pitch to come back and to get one. Not relaxing. The front desk was unprofessional talking loud enough for the wait room to here giggling and not welcoming. They have papers all over about tipping which is so tactless.My massage was ok, I’ve had much better, mine was mostly repetitive elbow work. My therapist was very kind and friendly which was a plus. Overall a pretty disappointing experience. This is why you should always choose to SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS.

Unreliable! 5th time I’ve been cancelled on the day of my scheduled massage.

I went to Elements Massage for the first time today. The atmosphere was very relaxing and it smelled amazing. Ashley Huss did my massage, and let me tell you, she is a miracle worker. I have constant lower back pain, and after my massage my back isnt hurting for the first time in years. Thank you so much Ashley. I will definitely be back.

Amazing massage! I have tried out many places since moving here. I am pregnant and have been looking for a place that specializes in pregnancy massage and you guys have the best setup. You should advertise as the pregnancy massage place in spokane! Really great massage and I am blanking on my massage therapists name, but I will be back monthly to see her. My favorite thing is the consistently amazing massages I get with Eddie and Jessie! I also love the convenience of making appointments online, your wide range of appointment availability, and the fact that having a membership really helps me to make my personal care a priority without even having to think about it much.

I went 2x and had 2 different massage therapists each time (Spokane South Hill location).Both x I had an add-on; 1x was Eucalyptus aroma and 1x was CBD . Both therapists were great but very different style. I had Paige on my 1st visit and Dana on my 2nd.I never had a massage by a male before and was a little apprehensive, however, now I would 100% recommend Dana (male) for your massage! We actually had great conversation through the appointment (my choice and his reciprocation) and he was very knowledgeable in our shared interest topics such as health, nutrition, fascia issues, and more. His massage was all over but paid more attention as I requested on my tight neck, shoulders and feet! There are no Elements Massage where I live but I will definitely set an appointment with Dana again when I return!

I had a wonderful massage from Brittney! She focused on the areas I was having trouble with and applied just the right amount of pressure. She was very professional which made me feel incredibly comfortable with her.

My massage therapist, Kelly, was fantastic! She was relatable and I really felt that she went above and beyond to address my needs and recommend helpful resources to relieve pain in my neck and back, along with stress. She delivered the type of pressure that I specified and did a great job of addressing my problem areas. I was very impressed and appreciative of her care.

Super well run massage therapy practice. Many excellent therapists, easy to get appointments, fair prices.

Allie has a very fluid technique. She applied firm but relaxing pressure. I came in with a stiff neck and sore back, and I left feeling like a whole new person. Elements is a very clean and serene place, and I was very happy to see them following all covid safety protocols. Everyone has their temperature taken when they come in, hands sanitized, and masks inspected. I felt very confident in my choice.

Im always treated like a special guest by the front desk staff. My therapist, Anne is very smart and is always coming up with new things for us to try to help me with whatever I need worked on. If you havent had a massage before, Elements is the place to go.

Ive been going to Elements for massage 1 year. Ive seen many therapists there and other places. Michael is an incredible therapist and one of the best therapists Ive ever seen. Highly recommend him!

Elements South Hill always provides a complete experience - no studio does it better! I am a competitive tennis player and Cyrus really helped with my sports-related neck issues! He listened to my specific issues, developed an action plan and after my therapeutic massage I was back on the courts immediately! I wont go anywhere else for my massages...my physical condition is too important to trust anyone else! There is no doubt why Elements South Hill is the #1 studio in the entire country

I was welcomed and felt peaceful when I arrived. My therapist, Astrid, listened to my specific concerns, earned my trust and provided the necessary therapy to help me recover from running overuse (too much, too soon 😏). Left feeling refreshed and peaceful, ready to ease back into running. I highly recommend Elements.

I signed up for the membership and have been in 3 times so far, after an upcoming trip I plan to stqrt doing every 2 to 3 weeks. I had hannah the first 2 times and she was great, and then this 3rd time I had Allison and she was AMAZING. Ive regularly gotten massage done for the past 4 years or so, and they all feel great, and every therapist has their own methods and hand movements and what not, but Allison was by far the best massage therapist Ive seen. It was perfect, got rid of the pain I had, relaxed me. I about fell asleep when she workednon my arms and hands (cake decorator). She will definitely be the one I see every time.

Went there for a normal massage it was decent but well over priced for new clients. Most places have a new client $29 special. And then after my massage I went to go pay and they asked if I would like to leave a gratuity. First off Im already paying $60 for a massage and now your asking if I want to leave another $15 on top of that. When leaving a gratuity it should be up to you. They should not have asked something like that. Service was good but everything else was ridiculous

Elements on the Southhill employs many great therapists that always meet my expectations. The friendly staff is professional and considerate. I’m very pleased to have grown to know this group and I’m glad I am a member.

Very professional, clean and affordable. Just as good as any other expensive massage I have received. I would definitely recommend this place. If you like a masseuse who uses a lot of pressure, Spencer does a wonderful job.

Meh, Holly wasnt very good at massage. A lot of wasted time feeling around. Didnt even spend time where she was directed. An absolute waste of time and money. I actually left in worse condition if you can believe that. Will not be returning.

Jonathan will change your life. I wait for his openings as long as i need to because he just does it best. Im glad i found him.

Stiff joints and sore muscles are getting to be a thing of the past for me. The massage therapist with whom I meet has freed me from a frozen shoulder, loosened muscles relating to the small of my back and introduced me to Cupping, which will make my body stronger and more limber. The staff at Elements is warm, friendly and highly trained. I highly recommend them.

Simply the best. I get massages for my muscle pain, and occasionally Ill find a place like this that is the best. The people know what theyre doing and you will walk away feeling better. My test is how I feel the next couple days, actually, and they pass the test. Any painful problems are kneaded away. Note that you should not take this lightly. Ive been to more expensive places and cheaper places and they dont know what theyre doing and usually leave you worse off than before.

My 90 minutes massage by therapist Aubrey at the Elements Massage - South Spokane was relaxing and therapeutic. Aubrey is a talented professional - accepted by my insurance - who I trust and always relieves my pain. They have friendly staff and very clean business. I look forward to my next massage at Elements.

This company took money that was not authorized to pay for services I did not have for the past 7 months. When I spoke to Lacey the manager she told me their system could only refund 5 months and that she was not able to give me all the money they took from me - again not authorized nor were any services received. I am appalled that a company would do this to anyone - especially during the pandemic when most of us - including me - cannot get out for services like thisThis company is horrible in recognizing when they are wrong and deceitful - do NOT do business with this company - there are a lot of reputable massage companies to go to for services - this clearly is NOT a good company

It had been over a year since my last visit. I was treated warmly and like I had been in yesterday. I renewed my membership now that I have more time to take advantage of a consistent, monthly massage!

Such a great experience! The woman who did my massage really focused on the trouble areas (shoulders, where I carry stress, etc), and made an effort to ensure the massage was personalized to my needs. I highly recommend!

Jessie was great! The atmosphere was relaxing and professional and it was really easy to make an appointment that worked with my schedule on short notice. Ill be back!

If you carry tension in your muscles, you will love the care you get here! For those who can take a lot of pressure on those sore spots, Spencer and Dana are great. I HAVE to have a massage at least one a month and Im telling you, it saves on your chiropractor bill, because guess whats pulling those vertebrae out of place...

So happy to find a place that has such a great variety of good quality therapists. Ive seen someone for pre-natal and someone else for deep tissue issues and have been so happy with both.

Not all it’s cracked up to be. Well overpriced for the quality. Even when you tell him what you want it’s like they don’t listen. I left there with knots in my back still and in pain. Not a good place for deep tissue. There are better places in the Spokane area for much cheaper.

The people are very friendly and they have specailized massage thearpists available. They are very busy but keep trying to get an appointment. It is worth the wait. So, since your there, sign up for the monthly rate.

This was my first time at Elements. I use to go to the Brickhouse, however after seeing Steph I have decided to completely switch places for good. She was so kind and wonderful at hitting all the pressure points that everyone else glosses over. She definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and respectful. I highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Steph!

I will never come back here again! Gave it a try for the sencond time tonight (last time was awful) and again, had an awful experience. The male massage therapist didn’t ONCE use his hands. Only used his elbow the entire time. He also massaged my throat, which made me very uncomfortable. And I agree, the staff should NOT be asking oniur way out, how much we are tipping. That is something that is not mandatory! The light was shining on my face and there was NO music. The entire experience the last few times is enough for me to never go back!! I’ll stick with the Dav

It was so easy to get an appointment- even at the last minute. The facility was great. Clean bathrooms, nice sized massage rooms, comfortable tables. I will definitely be coming back.

Professional, skilled. Location has wonderful ambience. Masseuses are trained in additional techniques such as cupping, hot stone, and inner-mouth (for TMJ issues) techniques. Very relaxing!

Elements Massage is fine but they need to alert customers not to leave purses or anything of value in site in their cars because vandals have recently smashed a customer’s car window in front of Elements.
