I have been here before and it was amazing. The second time was awful. I came in with a lot of ideas and was told how one after another I couldnt do any of them. I showed my stylist a few different options and she latched onto the first photo I have attached. She told me I shouldnt do blonde around my neck because it would look like I didnt have hair there. I mentioned i wanted pink and she said I couldnt do that either because it would just fade to the orange blonde. There was also miscommunication, I thought we were going to test how my hair took to the bleach in my bangs and then do the underneath. No, she just decided to only do the bangs. I asked for a sort of jellyfish cut with face framing and I got a sort of Rachel cut from Friends. This is not what I asked for and the stylist was very set in her ways. She did not want to do a modern cut. Also during part of my cut there was loud installation of cabinets and halfway through me being there they just shut off the music. I literally have gotten less push back on tattoos. The second photo i have attached is what i ended up with and its absolutely ridiculous.
Went here for a mani pedi1, the woman told me she is a hair dresser not a nail tech halfway through my appointment.2, this appointment took her 4 HOURS to do.This location does not have any actual nail techs. Yet they will still do your nails and charge you full price and then some. Couldn’t even use an electric nail file to take off the old gel polish because she is not trained or certified to use one.Didn’t find this out till the 3rd hour in. The lines on my French tips are not even and they started chipping off 2 days later.
Service was great- got me right in and the lady was sweet- placement of lashes was good- but the quality of the actual lashes and glue thickness no bueno. They look like the lashes you get for .25 for 100 on wish 😬 if the lashes themselves weren’t clunky and cheap it would have been an amazing experience
I went for a manicure with gel French polish and the result is horrible. I ended up calling the next day and asked for a refund so I could get them redone somewhere else but the manager refused and was snarky over the phone. There was also no cuticle work or anything other than way too hot towels wrapped on my hands. The tech was nice but just had no skill doing nails. The price was also more than what is advertised on their website, I was charged $50 for this:
First pic is my hair the first time I went to 7 Wonders. It was OK but my stylist didn’t listen to me AT ALL! I asked her to please make my hair color even, nope 👎 Can you get the light pink out of my hair no 👎 and she was very rough with my hair, but much quicker than going to the nearby hair school 🏫. So 1 plus I guess.I rescheduled with above stylist but wasn’t informed she no longer works at said business until I called about my appointment. Then when I rescheduled they accidentally booked my appointment for up North!Finally, I got an appointment with Mandi! She was great! Slightly more gentle than my first stylist but guess what!?! I didn’t even need to ask her to try and redeem my hair because she asked me if she could even it out! After my previous encounter I was afraid to even ask! Mandi did her best to even my hair out and it turned out beautifully! She definitely won me as a customer!
If I can could give a zero stars I would. I am so unbelievably upset. I booked an appointment for hair extensions consult and no one called me to tell me the girl quit!!! No call to reschedule nothing! This was supposed to be fore my wedding so I had to wing it to get it done in time and I still dont know if it will come out right. So upsetting for this to happen. Wont be returning.
I came here with needing my hair to be corrected bc the previous stylist from Idaho messed up my hair completely. And this place was so nice, welcoming and willing to help me in my worst situation. Gabby did a fabulous job with making my hair finally the way I wanted it to be! She did such a wonderful job! It was so fun, she was so nice and caring! And the rest of the stylists were so kind too! This is the best place I’ve ever been! They’ll make sure it’s the way you like it and fully satisfied! Thank you so much Gabby!
My daughter went to this place. She was quoted $150 for highlights. 1/2 hour before her appointment, they canceled it and then they found someone else to do it. The quoted $150 went to $290.00 because they decided to charge for each bowl of color. She was never advised that the price wasgonna be this much. They also put the highlight solution in and burnt her hair and my daughters head was burning and now and has blisters .She called and they will not do anything about it. I would not recommend this place!
I recently booked a mani/pedi and facial at 7 wonders spa for my birthday. While the services themselves were ok (gels polish was nice, and facial felt good) my experience with the spa technician was less than desirable. Throughout the 3+ hours of service the technician talked excessively- she told very personal and inappropriate stories and lacked ALL sense of professionalism. She mad comments that made me feel uncomfortable. She really took away from the potential enjoyment and relaxation of the experience. Because of this I will not be returning to 7 wonders, nor will I recommend.
Nobody thoight it was a good idea to call my wife and let her know the lady quit who was going to do her service. The girl quit 2 weeks prior and ZERO notification. A GOOD business would try and earn that customer back and offer a discount or free service. I hope you learn from your mistake

I wrote a review earlier this year regarding my trial run. I was super happy with the trial and am following up to note that I am also super happy with the actual wedding results! My mom, grandmother and all of my bridesmaids got their hair done here the day of the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and turned out great!Of course, my photographer Chris Elam, also made everything look awesome in the photos... :)

I honestly, for a split moment, was nervous and almost wanted to turn around and leave as the last time I had a haircut, it was awkward - and two years ago. Mandi and the staff blew me away and made me feel instantly at ease with kindness and compassion. I had no clue what to get done, even though I needed it, but Mandi knocked it out of the ball park. Complimentary drinks? Yes please! You have a guest with you (I had my daughter and her fiancé)? No problem! They can be a part of the experience! 7 Wonders also caters to the transgender community which is HIGHLY important, as our needs for self-care and self-esteem are VERY important in our well-being. You folks did fantastic and made a regular out of me. So thank you! 🖤
Ive had decent haircuts here before and drove over to pick up some products on a Monday at 7pm after checking the hours on Google. The parking lot was empty and everything was closed. Will end up ordering products online instead.

I am appalled by this hair service. The lady who did the hair says she knew what she was doing and that she was certified to cut curly hair. We went in for a trim and she went from having hair down to her waist to her hair being up to her shoulders. We decided to straighten it out to see if it was looking healthy and we saw chunks missing out of her hair. We will not be returning here due to this terrible service.

If you are looking to get pampered yourself or treat a friend, 7 Wonders Beauty is the place to go! I have NEVER been treated so great in my life! I went in for a body glow (which was spectacular) and a pedicure. From walking in the door until the time you leave, you will be treated like a queen! There was a little time between my two appointments and instead of sticking me in a waiting room looking at magazines, I was in a spa room, with a therapy heat wrap around my neck. They brought me fresh cucumber water, wine, a meat and cheese platter, and homemade granola. Most friendly staff and warm welcoming environment. Cant wait for my next pampering session. Thank you ladies!
I made an appointment and they called later to say the stylist no longer worked there. They offered to get me in earlier in the day. I said no problem, I had a massage scheduled at 2:45 so it wasnt a big deal. I arrived at my appointment on time and around 2:15 still had not been able to get my hair cut, so the owner pushed my massage time up to 2:15.I really did not mind the appointment/time issue, but the massage was totally rushed and odd. No intake paperwork, no discussion with the individual who did it, also NO place to set or hang clothes in the room. The massage did not include aromatherapy (I paid for the Aveda Aroma Massage for $95, per the bill). The oil they use does not smell good after you get home (unlike other places). The massage was overall good otherwise.After the massage they were able to do my haircut (simple trim). The stylist was nice and did fine. She said she was fully booked and they just pushed me in between appointments. I agreed and felt bad that it made other people wait. Honestly I would have been happy to reschedule for another time, but it wasnt offered.The biggest issue is the stylist was a level 4 per the bill, which is supposed to cost $70. My total charge was $175...so Im not exactly sure what else I was charged for.I was also technically scheduled for a brow wax, but they forgot and I didnt bring it up because it didnt seem like they would have anyone available to do it.Overall the employees are good. Getting a free drink is cool. The building is nice. Aveda products are always great.The scheduling, billing, and coordination is terrible so plan to be there for a while. Will probably go back to using the valley location for hair & other businesses for massage.
I just had a deep tissue massage by Damian Woodard a few hours ago, and I would absolutely recommend him. My case is somewhat difficult, and he addressed all my concerns effectively. I left there with increased mobility, decreased pain, and overall better function. I scheduled another one in 3 weeks. Amazing quality.

Sandi did my gel manicure/pedicure and eyebrows. Sandi was super sweet and funny. I had my first ever pedicure today and I was very comfortable! She took her time to clean the cuticles and shape the nails. She also did a great job shaping my eyebrows and throughout the process she would ask for my opinion and if there was anything else I wanted waxed around my eyebrows. I was super comfortable with Sandi and I would definitely return!
Stopped in to make a walk in appointment, (as offered on the website) a few days prior, after trying several salons for a new home for my hair. The place was inviting, but not a soul was doing hair.On appointment day, I was pleasantly greeted and made comfortable, as I made a new acquaintance of another gal who was in a similar situation: her 36 year hairdresser had retired and this was her first visit here. She was visibly nervous and I was upbeat and positive when she expressed her hesitation of going thru with this initial appointment. She had booked with a level 4 and I chose the only other available (out of a dozen client chairs) a less experienced level 2.My stylist nailed the color matching and was personable and considerate and won me over by the end, but I wanted to cry for my new acquaintance, who got a very different color than what she came for! So much for level 4 experience!I tipped based on the total cost stated at the time of service. When I was emailed the receipt and compared it to the price of the service (according to the website) I see I was overcharged $25. I call and Im told the website has been needing an update and the cosy is actually $70 and... When I could get a word in, I offered to simply take the $20 credit on my account to make it easy. I was told that would be agreeable and after talking with the stylist about the incident, would call me back at 12:30. No call. I had to follow up, because when I did receive a call next day from Faith Reality LLC I dismissed it as spam immediately.Apparently, management needs to spend alot more time running this business and insuring great customer service.My hunt continues.Enjoy the big tip, my stylist... YOU were great!

Im SO upset. today was my birthday and I was supposed to go sign papers to get married with my partner so I booked 2 DAYS in advance to get my hair washed, dried and curled at 12 pm. I was not seen until 12:30 because my stylist was too busy pampering her BEST FRIEND. she acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her, she had a bad attitude and was WAY too rough with my scalp. when she was washing my hair she didnt talk to me, she only talked to her BFF sitting next to me and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a free conditing treatment but she made me sit there in the bowl for over 20 min (she said it would only take 15 min). I brushed it off, tried to keep on a brave face but my hair looks absolutely horrendous. she was so rough with my hair that it hurt and kept hitting my eye with the brush or my own hair. she did tight ringlet curls with a HAIR STRAIGHTENER that I didnt ask for. beyond upset. I cancelled my wedding plans because of her. I felt terrible about myself and went to my car and just cried for hours. Mandy if you see this I hope you know you ruined my birthday AND my wedding.
Hated it from the second she was done and was told that she would fix it if I still didnt like it. When I called to ask to have it fixed, I was told no. She lied and said I brought a different picture of what I wanted and thats exactly what she did. I did NOT spend $410 to have my hair look like a basic bleach job with the roots grown out. I will NEVER go back and wouldnt recommend taking your dog here for a shampoo. Now I have to pay another $400, a week and a half after paying them, to have it redone by someone that actually cares about their clients

Do not get your nails done here! They do not know what they are doing. Not even a little bit! I went in for a massage and an acrylic full set. The massage was great but the “nail tech” was so inexperienced I didn’t even ask for color or design because of how bad the acrylic is. And she blamed it on my hands lol. I don’t understand why 80% of nail salons can’t do nails. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience. I left there almost in tears because now I half to spend even more money getting them removed. Train your nail techs better. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. I would upload pictures but it doesn’t give me the option
My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas. I was able to get right in for a pedicure. Excellent customer service. My nails looked great. Ever since then I haven’t been able to get in. Last time I called they said “come right in we have openings available,” Only to get there and they say “ “oh sorry! The north store answers our phone line. We don’t have a nail person here today”. I have tried to schedule an appointment 3 more times. Always the same answer. “Sorry we don’t have a nail person available” I’d like to cash out my gift cards since this place is so under staffed!

I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I booked a Brazilian wax a full set and a pedicure. My wax lady was great Jasmine. She talked to me and was so kind. My nail tech for my pedicure was amazing as well. I didn’t get my full set however and this is where things went wrong! I wanted a pretty complex pattern but was willing to compromise. It was still very early in the day and my appointment was at 4:15pm. The lady Kim came into the room where I was getting my pedicure and stated “ you booked your full set when it’s time for me to leave?” As if I knew what her schedule was. She continued to complain about how it was the end of the day and she has a client before me. Mind you it was only 2pm and my appointment was at 4pm. I was very turned off by that and went elsewhere for my nails since I had to catch a plane out of town the next morning. I would have given this place a great review over all but I do not appreciate how I was treated by Kim. Maybe I’ll try the north location but I won’t be returning to the Valley location.

I used to use this Salon. I really liked the lady who cut my hair. She did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, I must have done something to upset her as she cancelled my last couple of hair cuttings and the Salon scheduled me with other stylists. This lady even went so far as to have the last lady who cut my hair change her workstation so I would not be able to see the old hairstylist at her station. I am really sorry for whatever I said or did to upset this lady. I still would recommend this Salon, as I do believe they have very great services. But I will move on to another Salon so as not to upset this lady further.
Very disappointed in the manicurs my mom and I received. I was really excited and then because they were short staffed and didnt bother to call and ask me to reschedule we had to wait for our appointments one at a time when they were supposed to be side by side. We were scheduled for a 3pm appointment and didnt get seen till 3:30. We didnt leave the salon until 6pm and we didnt even receive the whole manicure process that we paided for. My moms nails were messed up and we had to fix them when we got home. My nails were luckly a little better than hers. We will not being back.
My husband and I had a couples massage recently. It was the first time wed been in to 7 Wonders for anything other than haircuts (which are always a pleasant experience as well). We were absolutely blown away by how lovely and calming the surroundings were. Not only that, both of our masseuses did a skillful job and went out of their way to make us comfortable with the experience. We look forward to coming back again soon!
I go in every few weeks for lash extensions. Heather does a phenomenal job and my lashes are always super good quality and beautiful. I just recently got my eyebrows micro bladed by Victoria, and she talked me through everything she was going to do. Showed me the needles she was going to use and that they were unexpired and sealed and did such an amazing job! All of the staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I love knowing that when I go in I’m going to be taken care of and leave happy.

Hope is absolutely amazing! I have been recommended by a couple of my friends to go to her to get my lashes done and I don’t regret it whatsoever. She always made sure I was comfortable and never once let anything get awkward. She definitely made sure I left the salon with a whole new stem of self confidence. I would 100% recommend Hope without thinking twice for anyone that is looking to get their eyelashes done.

I had the most amazing massage this past weekend by Shenette! It was my first time at 7 wonders salon and it definitely won’t be my last. The salon was clean and the staff was very welcoming! I don’t get massages often but as a stay at home mama I definitely need it to treat myself more often. Thanks Shenette and thank you to Ann the salon owner!❤️
My experience with this salon was horrible! I came in for a 10:15, 90-minute massage appointment and didnt get in until 10:50 with a different person than whom I booked with. This person was newer and obviously didnt know what kind of massages were offered in the packages. I was sopost to get a relaxing sweedish full body massage with reflexology. The girl was very kind but mainly focused on my back. I was on my stomach most of the time, and she spent minimal time on my arms, legs and did not do any reflexology work. Maybe the owner should train their employees as to what their massage package says. I wrote this all to the salon but have heard nothing back from them. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I will not recommend that salon based on my experience at the Valley location.
Shenette was absolutely amazing. she was so careful and considerate in giving me the best massage that I needed. she was able to be flexible and know techniques that would help my specific situation. she wasnt going on a premade same old format. it was very personal. I have been getting massages for years and havent has one this great in a long time

This was my very first experience with lashes. I was so incredibly nervous and wasnt sure what I was walking into. BUT I meet Hope and I felt right at home , she was amazing she walked me threw every step of what she was doing. I couldnt image having my lashes done by anyone else... And she did a full set in half the time that was scheduled. She was incredible.And just to add I messed one of the lashes up and this girl drove in special just to fix for me... Hope if I could give you ten **** I would I wont be going anywhere else... Thanks again love
Come in on NYE which was great, scheduling was nice and easy. Was happy they had availability because I was scheduling for my partner’s bday.I had originally booked the spa package: the adore couples, which was to be like a nice spa package offering more than just booking massages in the same room (which is what drew me in) I found the experience to be less than ideal. Now the staff was great and friendly, so I say this without trying to rag on the employees.Was offered a beverage upon arrival and then straight into massages. We had two very nice masseuses, but the male masseuse obviously was sick or had nasal issues as you could hear him heavy breathing through out the entire massage, which unfortunately took away from the ambiance.We were not offered any additional beverage and the package did not include snacks that are also listed in the description online.I had booked pedicures because I noticed in the spa description that only a foot soak was included.The package was not offer per the description online. We had a good experience, but mediocre at best for the price point. I was hoping to get the spa treatment as that is how it is advertised in the website. There could have been some miscommunication, but I just want to warn people if you are looking for a special, spa experience you might want to pass on this.This place seems very popular for hair and nail appt, but I have learned that is probably where the services peak.
I went in for a prenatal massage for my birthday gift my husband had got me and this review wouldnt be 5 stars if these amazing people didnt fix it. The first time I went in the lady wasnt very attentive to what I was asking and didnt distribute the time evenly on my body...towards the end of the massage she massages my legs with only one hand which tells me she was on her phone or something because there was no pressure she would stop then continue..not only was the massage half done but I never got the foot bath in the beginning, I left disappointed and upset because my body really hurts from pregnancy and that massage did absolutely nothing but I called back and let them know what happened and they told me to come back in so they could try again with a different person...so I came back in a couple days later and this lady was absolutely amazing!!! She did the foot bath on the beginning and was very attentive to the aches and pains on my body and she did a phenomenal job and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed and finally able to get some relief from all the pain! These people are absolutely amazing and they love getting feedback! Thank you to the manager who was very nice and understanding, I wont forget your kind gesture 😊 I do plan on coming back! Thanks again for fixing everything I so incredibly appreciate it ❤️
I absolutely LOVE this salon! Everyone there is so lovely and does a fantastic job. Danielle usually cuts and colors my hair. I have fine hair and finding someone who can highlight it properly and cut it is darn near impossible! I have had some CHUNKY highlights that made me look like a zebra. She always does an impeccable job with the color and cut. I will never go anywhere else. She really takes the time to make me look my best and I appreciate the quality and diligence.
7 wonders Aveda in Spokane Valley, I had super high hopes today. I schedule this a week in advance and made sure to pick the right person for me. My appointment time was at 11:30 am to avoid running into trouble with having to go get the kids or going to work etc. The stylist came out at 11:30 saying she would be about another little bit til about 12:00 but definitely not longer then til 12:15 so we left to go do some things and came back at noon. We were still waiting at 12:43 and no one said anything. So I went to the desk and saw that she had continued with the same person but was so far away from being done and I just almost was in tears. Ive been having massive migraine due to the weight of my hair and because its curly have had issues. That stylist was picked for these reasons. I politely told the woman at the front that I was so hurt and disappointed but that we had to leave. The stylist saw me and just kind of apologized but didnt stop her work just said it and moved on. Im in tears now unable to hold back. This was a horrible way to treat a client. New or established... do better! This was so disappointing 😞 So no hair cut.
I have visited the new location in North spokane a few times since they have moved into the Northside location. The first 3 times were great. The 3rd visit they insisted I get a dip powder acrylic because I like my nails on the thinner side. The tech told me that it would be better. Well im headed out of town for a funeral and its time for a fill.....what fill? THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY CANT DO FILLS ON DIP POWDERED NAILS AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REMOVAL AND A BRAND NEW SET! Why should I have to pay extra for someone elses dishonesty. I have never been so unimpressed ever in my life. It would cost more then the first time I put them on. Why would someone suggest that? Why wouldnt someone tell the customer that they cant do fills on the products they INSISTED YOU GET!! How are you going to suggest to someone to get a product like that when you change the nails every 2 weeks. I should have known how dishonest this place was going to be after I heard how they got into their new location. I cant believe the dishonesty from the whole company.I found foxy nails again and will be going back there. Todays visit will cost me 20$ less to fix 7 wonders dishonesty. Im trying to get ready to go to a funeral. I didnt need dishonest people like that this week. 7 wonders I should get my money back for such dishonesty.
Came with my sister for the Renew Spa Package, it was wonderful! Kelsey greeted us at the desk and was super friendly, starting us off with wine :)One of my favorite things was that we were able to get our massages side by side - a special treat most salons change more for. I had my manicure and pedicure (while enjoying a lovely little snack tray) with Belinda. She’s so thorough and particular, everything was perfect, she’s gentle with the tender places and her massage is AMAZING!!Overall experience was definitely 5 star and I WILL for sure be back!
My sister and I went to get a pedicure. at the northside spa. It was not the experience we expected. My lady talked to me a little while the girl doing my sister didnt say anything. They both acted like they wanted to get it over with. Will not be going back there again.
New to town and it’s always hard finding a salon. I try to stick with Aveda as I adore their products, however I was expecting a bit more from this location. I don’t know if it was the time of day (weekday late afternoon), but I didn’t get the signature service Aveda salons are known for. While I can’t say it was a negative experience, I will say it left a lot to be desired and I’ll explore other options.
This is essentially a ln asian nail salon style but expanded. They literally have everything. My only complaint is the gals in the hair salon are paid pennies. You pay $70 for a shampoo, cut and blow, and the gal only gets min wage ($12 is what she made). Not their fault, but Aveda absolutely needs to pay better. These ladies deserve better!
My first time getting eyelash extensions Hope made me feel at ease. She explained everything she was doing. I wasnt even sure how I wanted them so I trusted her judgement. Im super happy with the job she did. I love them. I would highly recommend her. Thank you Hope!
I had my first appointment with 7 Wonders today and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere of the whole salon feels very luxurious and the service was fantastic. Kelsi checked me in, and she was super friendly and sweet. Kelsey did my cut and color, and she is absolutely AMAZING. She really cares about what you are looking for and makes sure you are happy with the results. All the products are Aveda (obviously), so they smell and feel great. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
Savannah did my hair the first and did a amazing job. I also went and saw another stylist who was a older woman and she was really good as well but I dont remember her name. If your hair doesnt come out as expected they will do whatever they can to make it what you want. Very impressed by the professionalism of the stylist.I have encountered a not so friendly stylist who declined to greet me back when I walked in and excitedly said hello, how are you but she did not do my hair. She was just at the front desk area.
Hope did an amazing job listening to how I wanted my lashes. I didn’t show up with a picture, she just took the wheel. She is very kind, down to earth, and easy to talk to. It’s nice to feel comfortable while laying with your eyes closed for a couple hours and she didn’t feel like a stranger one bit. I have no lash tugging or pulling and it feels great and looks amazing.
Once again Nicole just does an amazing job on my locks! I wrote a review already, but it was for the other location... I am so glad that I came across her page and she had an opening! I love the new location, its so cute inside, and I quite enjoy the little waiting area ☺ cant wait for my next appointment!
I moved to the area about 6 months ago. Lisa has done my hair twice now and I have loved the color and style both times. I experienced a full spa day recently and it was fantastic. The whole staff is friendly, easy to talk to and professional. My massage by Shanette was incredible and had a lovely manicure and pedicure by Renee. I will defiantly be back!
So I paid for an experience for my wife for valentines day and everything was great taking my $300 for service . But service when she got their the 1st time nobody even knows what going on 1st says there no money on cards then tells her that one of her appointments are canceled and she would need to reschedule that one but cant call her before to let her know . Its not like we are going to just a nail and hair salon . Then today she get a 30 min before she suppose to be there and canceled then again they tell her she has less money on are account because they couldnt figure out the card the supposedly put my 300 on figured out so it on a account at the place but nobody has told us the same amount twice. Not very happy with this experience.. very low quality service for a high shop.
I went for a 90 min deep tissue massage. Everything from the first interaction to the lady was professional, warm, and welcoming. The massage was perfect. The therapist listened to what was troubling me and didn’t just spend extra time there, she gave me tips to stretch and relax that from home. I will definitely be back!
I came here for a facial the other day and it was luxurious. The spa was clean and inviting and I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable. Leah went above and beyond, personalizing my experience by asking questions about my skin and using the products best suited for its specific needs. My skin felt and looked amazing for days afterwards and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
I went into get my nails done by Belinda and she did an amazing job Im definitely going back again they have great color choices and the buildings really beautiful and comforting. Sunshine also did my makeup and she is super kind and very good and experienced with what she does. An amazing spa!
7 Wonders completely ghosted my request for Bridal hair and makeup services.I had an initial phone conversation with a bridal consultant. I never received a service quote after multiple requests. Several days after the phone consultation I received a “Bridal Contract” instead. The contract didn’t include any of the information I already provided and didn’t include prices. It did however request a credit card number. Which is ridiculous to expect me to provide without ever telling me how much it would cost.I filled out the contract, leaving my credit card info off. Sent it back via email and asked for a service quote, again. Still haven’t heard back to this day. The whole exchange was extremely unprofessional.Side note: I noticed that the salon only responds to “Positive” reviews. They should pay closer attention to the “Critical” reviews as well if they truly want to improve their customer service.Update:Changing from 1 Star to 4. The owner contacted me shortly after this review. She accepted responsibility for the miscommunication and offered complimentary salon services.
This is a beautiful place inside! They offer many different spa services. I had a pedicure and the technician was delightful and had a gentle touch! It was relaxing and i even had a mimosa while my toes got pampered. This is an experience so be prepared to spend so time and enjoy it, the pedicure was 85.00 plus 20 for the tip!
One of the best salons I’ve used in a long time. The women in there were absolutely wonderful. My two young daughters(3 and 6) and myself all got haircuts and my MIL got a manicure. We were very pleased with our services. They went above and beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Jesse Wood is phenomenal! She is a highly skilled Lash Artist and has a wonderful personality. I look forward to each appointment I schedule with her. She takes the time that is needed to create the perfect set of lashes. she is easy to talk to and is great at listening to your needs or requests as a client. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is interested in the services she provides.

Im not someone to trust another with my hair due to bad experience in the past. A couple years ago I went to 7 wonders and had an amazing experience. I went back due to that experience, but I wasnt in the system and didnt know who did my hair last time.I showed a picture of what I wanted and was told that they could definitely do that..... 200 + dollars later, its nothing even close to what I wanted, and way shorter as well.To the gal that did my hair, ( yes I know the name, but will keep that out of this post). Please learn to listen to what the customer ask and not what you think is best. Understand that if someone says thats not what I wanted, dont make excuses, but instead learn so that the next customer isnt unsatisfied.The bad experience will always outweigh the good one, and I will not back, not even to have them try to fix it, cause the trust is gone.
I hadnt had my hair cut in 4 - 5 years because my last haircut was soooooo bad! but with how long it had gotten over that time it was definitely needed, so much split ends, frizz, and just overall damage! Jacqueline was so sweet and understanding that I wanted to keep as much length as possible. I left with they style I wanted and kept my long hair. it healthy and sleek again! Im very happy and will be returning for sure to keep up on it this time! thank you so much Jacqueline 💖
I absolutely love 7 wonders. I come here for haircuts with Tiffanie and she always does an excellent job with my hair, she is friendly, personable and the environment is very clean and comfortable. Tiffanie is very attentive and skilled! Ive been coming to her for a-line haircuts, which involve complex layering, and Ive been satisfied each time. Booking online is easy, and Im excited to try some of the spa options 7 wonders offers in the future!
Went in for a package deal...massage, facial, pedicure, hair wash and style and make-up. Spent almost $500. Was there for 5 hours (not including a 40 min drive to and from) and was not offered anything but water. I had read that food and drink were served. (as they should be for a 5 hour appt) I was so hungry I could not wait to get out of there. For a $500 appt I did not feel I should have to ask for food. Its hard to enjoy the services when your stomach is miserable. As for the services they were average. I did not care for the 90 minute massage because she had me on my stomach for all but about 10 minutes. I had a red/swollen mark on my face from the head-rest for the rest of the day. All the staff was kind and friendly, but someone dropped the ball and I paid for it. I will not go back or recommend 7 Wonders Salon to anyone, instead I will share my unsatisfactory experience with others.
I was very disappointed in my service. I was getting a pedicure done with my mom and there were a few things that made this not worth the money. First my mom was getting her feet done while my lady was 5-8 mins late because she was talking (the lady taking care of my mom said that was why she was late). Then the service itself wasnt horrible but definitely not worth what I paid for. I got done at the same time as my mom even though she was late so I feel like I missed out on that time. To top it all off it looks like a toddler painted my nails. It was so messy even with her trying to clean up, I had to come home and do it myself. I hate complaining and I felt bad so I tipped her well but after coming home I was very displeased/upset and wish I said something. Would not recommend at all.
I really loved Chelsea she did an amazing job on my hair! She applied a full foil the color is beautiful and the haircut is perfection! I have ALOT of hair and she managed her time very well. She also applied a luscious conditioner and two weeks later my hair is still ultra soft thanks to Aveda products! Plus shes wonderful to talk to and I enjoyed my time in her chair! I recommend Chelsea!
The atmosphere and attention they give you in this salon is beyond amazing, from champagne when you first start your service to absolutely everything in between. The customer service is always kind and courteous and fitting. I’ve gotten a few things done here and everyone I leave refreshed and so happy. This spa is a Spokane treasure for sure. You won’t regret it.
My girlfriend went here recently and having never been here didnt know what to expect. But the experience couldnt have been better! She got a balayalge and she looks amazing. Steven was her stylist and made her feel very comfortable and was super professional. You can even enjoy a glass of wine here :) Great place and Skyler will definitely return for Stevens great work! :)
Christa is very good at doing hair, she left my hair looking super healthy and shiny. Most hair stylists mess up your hair and dont give you the cut that you want but Krista will make sure that its the way that you want it. Belinda is super good at doing nails, pedicures and manicures and the experience is amazing. Colleen is a super good massage therapist that will make you feel so relaxed and any pain that was there before will be gone after. I also got my makeup done by Sunshine. She is an amazing makeup artist and super sweet. She’s very good at what she does! I love 7 wonders Aveda its an amazing salon.
I scheduled appointments for both myself and my sister- $350 later, we were both very unhappy with our results and the lashes almost all fell out within the first three days. Sad, the service was amazing- but way over priced and very poor quality result

I called to ask questions, put on a brief hold. When the gal came back, I started to ask my questions, the call sounded like she had her hand over the speaker, and then I could hear her talking clearly and then I heard a click when she hung up, without answering my questions.I am disabled and I was right outside the establishment, but I was unable to maneuver the stairs to go inside to ask my questions about booking for a birthday party.
Went in to here randomly after dropping a friend off during their appointment, and I needed a haircut and went in as a walk-in to see if they had someone available, and they did. It was a good experience its not the best haircut (not that I would know, lol), but it turned out good.
Marissa gave me a full set of classic lash extensions today and I couldnt be happier! She did an incredible job, was so friendly and the salon is gorgeous, comfortable and employs the kindest staff! I loved it and I will definitely be back in two weeks to see her again. I would highly recommend 7 Wonders and Marissa in particular. This is my first time getting lash extensions, I have been hesitant because I almost always notice the bumpy lash glue on other peoples extensions. I cant detect one scintilla on mine, they are perfect!
Very disappointed in my experience today. My stylist was fine so not anything against her but the overall experience with the salon itself was very poor. When I called I double checked that I had a haircut appointment and a color consult. I was assured that this was what my appointment was for and so I was excited for my appointment. As my stylist is washing my hair there were 2 stylists folding laundry talking loudly so I couldnt relax and worst of all they were talking smack about another coworker that had just walked away. Next, as the stylist was finishing my hair cut I asked if she was going to be the one I was having the color consult with and she had no idea what I was talking about. Nowhere in their schedule was my consult after I had even double checked before I came in! One of the other stylists (one of the ones who was talking smack might I add) had an opening, but I had already heard them talking while they were folding clothes about how she was going to do the other coworkers color during that break so she had an appointment that wasnt in the books ok 🙄 the stylist, who cut my hair, apologized over and over. Wish I wouldnt have wasted my time and gone to a different salon that could schedule my appointment correctly. Was looking forward to a new look but instead just disappointed and annoyed.
It was nice, but... My friend had a hot stone massage for 1 hour 105 dollars, and was never offered a drink of water, nothing, I had a nice pedicure, but, she never massaged my legs and I paid 50 bucks for it 🤔🤔. Probably will not go back.
Steve is amazing!! I got a fabulous haircut and color. This is definitely my new place. He also did a great job on the craziness that was my daughters hair. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Awesome customer service!!
I moved to Spokane Valley and did not have anyone to recommend a stylist so I read online reviews and picked this salon. Steven is amazing! Without making me feel at all bad about my hair he asked me questions that naturally led to another option that was less expensive, less time consuming and more natural. I love my hair. I have also utilized the spa services: massage and microneedle. I am treated like a queen.....that is part of the family. Thank you!
I had a great experience with Chelsey. I wanted to darken my roots which were kinda red from doing a home color job, and she brought them back to my natural color and then toned my hair. It turned out exactly like I wanted! I only get my hair professionally done like once a year, but when I do, I go to an Aveda salon because the products aren’t harsh and my hair always feels so healthy afterwards. Thank you!!
Rough experience. First time in, scheduled with Rise. I felt immediately that it was the end of the day and she was not glad I was there as she barely greeted me. She did not listen to me at all. Every time I spoke she interrupted me. She was not kind in any way, looked at my hair in disgust the whole time and had nothing but negative, pessimistic things to say. I almost left.My hair was damaged and needed cutting - thats why I came in, and honesty is okay, but I felt shamed. This wouldve been totally different with a stylist with an optimistic, encouraging attitude who did not talk over me every time I spoke. I hate to leave a negative review but I want a positive change to be made for future customers.
I had an amazing time! The building is beautiful, right after walking in I was immediately greeted with a warm towel by the owner, Ann. Jessica did my facial and Mani Pedi and I seriously love her. Colleen it did my salt scrub and massage and it was heavenly. I did the wanderlust package, I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a retreat!
Hope did the worst job on my eyelashes they didnt even last for 2 days and the money I paid!!!!....the worse eyelash job I have ever had and I have my eyelashes done often. Profoundly the most unprofessional, unsanitary, misleading and doesnt care if if they fall off in 2 days she was not willing to make it right. She ripped me off is how I see it. I want my money back.
I have been there twice now and this is the most amazing place. Theyre so friendly and welcoming. Im trans, and in particular Faith has been so transformative for me, so sweet and caring...shes the best stylist anyone could ever ask for, trans or not! The whole staff are very friendly, affirming, and the manager wants to go out of her way to help provide a safe experience for all of us in the LGBTQ+ community.

My hair was in need of some love after years of searching ( I was with my previous stylist for 11 years) and she rescued me. My hair is looking beautiful.

This place is heaven on earth! They made me feel so welcome walking into the door. Kelsi the manager made sure I was comfortable offered me something to drink. I saw Jesse for a facial and she made me feel like a princess. She was really professional and personable. It was my first experience today and I am wondering why I had not come here sooner! I was waiting for over an hour because I wasn’t checked in right away. HOWEVER, once they realized how long I had been there they got me in right away and went above and beyond with their service. BEST pedicure in town. Tried many places and this one is the best. Only 10 or 15 dollars more than other places and they do so much more and actually take time to do a good job. Great experience and great staff!

Iwould give this salon no stars if I could. A poor representation of the Aveda brand. I am from Seattle and had the best experiences with talented, experienced and knowledgeable Aveda stylists. My current Aveda stylist has been on extended vacation, so I had to find someone to color my hair temporarily. I started seeing Mackenzie a master stylist (this does not mean anything these days I have realized). I gave the exact formula to her and because my bangs are too short to foil, they had always been painted on by my Seattle stylist and toned to perfection. It was a struggle for her to paint my bangs, saying they would turn orange. When your hair turns orange, you tone it. Thats the magic of a toner. I stated my stylist did this all of the time and it turned out fine. I also noticed the three times I saw her for my color, it was darker than what the formula I gave her was. She painted color on my bangs finally and they turned orange. I questioned this and she says it blended. I went to see my Seattle stylist and she ripped the color job apart. She said Mackenzie did not foil underneath (where my hair was dark and i had booked a full foil) , the foil pattern she did was not correct and that my bangs were orange and should have been toned with a blue toner. I called the owner and she said they do not give refunds due to the time being put in and people taking advantage of this. What about the customer whose time and money was wasted and you do not think I am being taken advantage of? The owner is not licensed in hair. Beware of a business owner of a salon that has never done hair. She offered for someone to correct. No way was I going back. Thank God my Seattle stylist was able to get a hold of color. She corrected the mess that was made and she said these simple mistakes made should not be by someone that does hair. In fact, she said she should not be doing hair. When I reached out to Mackenzie through IG to express my disappointment, how this has affected me and asked what formula she used and why she did not tone the bangs, her response was thank you for your feedback. In fact, I have in writing through our correspondence on IG the formula she was supposed to use and how she was to tone my bangs. She still could not get it right. Stay far away. My best advice is to find an Aveda salon wjth a stylist that went to an Aveda school (Mackenzie did not). The color line can be complicated and it turned out to be a mess done by a master stylist.
I came in for the tulsara facial with Ashley...and was more than pleased. Im already a fan of the salon and the aveda brand, but this facial was the treat I didnt know how much I needed. ashley created a very comfortable experience! She makes me feel confident and beautiful for having the skin and hair I do. Its really refreshing to have such a supportive female in this industry, and these times. I feel its wholesome from her. There isnt a doubt in me that her compliments are just for the hell of it. Facials are like gentle massages for your face,and if you carry the stress in your upper body, this will help! Not only that, but I was glowing for days after. My skin looks wonderful. I will be coming in for regular treatments because self care and skin health changes the way I feel about myself. it feels loving to do. An investment for my confidence! Its also nice to have a professional guide me through skin care and Whats even cooler is Ashley is quite holistic. She balances conversation and calm quiet,very very well. The facial was meditative, relaxing, stress relieving.....such a trip. Im refining my home practice to match the work of ashley. :) I adore her, and I really enjoyed the facial. thanks ash! -alyssa
Nicole was great...did a great job with my hair. Went to pay and a transaction went through but I wanted to put a tip on it. So she cancelled that transaction and did a new one. That transaction went through...took the funds and the 1st transaction said it was pending. Well that 1st transaction took the money as well...resulting in a $30 fee to boot. So as of today that hair cut and conditioner cost me $191.00. I called them and Mimi was just down right rude. Instead of being apologetic and instead of being understanding she told me I had to call my bank and have them refund it. I called and my bank has to dispute the charges and will take up to 5 business days and said it would have been faster for 7 wonders to refund me. If Mimi would have been a better human being by being a little more understanding of how upsetting it was instead of being totally rude this wouldnt have gotten one star. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Makayla was super nice and she was the one who was helping me first...Makayla has great customer service.... this whole experience became worse than what it could have been. Kudos to you guys for hiring such an unsympathetic... impatient person that didnt take the time to help me thoroughly.
What a wonderful place! This location is closer to me than my previous Aveda salon, but I didnt want to leave my stylist, Athena. Now that shes HERE, Im so thrilled! 7 Wonders is an elegant and classy atmosphere, while still being cozy and inviting. Right outside the building is a busy intersection, but all that disappears when you step through the doors. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The owner is very personable and passionate about creating a serene environment, while also being connected to the surrounding community and greater Spokane - celebrating its beauty and history.The fact that I dont have to give up Athena, who has given me the BEST color Ive had in my 20 years of enjoying Aveda, but I get this great new spa-like retreat as well! !! WIN-WIN!!! 😊💜

He gave me beautiful highlights and a great cut. The results were beyond what I hoped for and I am absolutely thrilled. If you’re looking for a great salon and a talented stylist, look no further!
This is my second time going here. The first time was in the valley. I went to the north location for the first time and the esthetician could not be found. They scrambled for a bit but eventually they had a worker that could get the job done. I guess it wasn’t that bad I’m going back for a pedi❤️ Julie was good
I had a bad at home bleach job. My hair was multicolored and damaged. I was able to get an appointment with Patty, who spent 5 hours color correcting my hair to a very natural brown with ash blonde highlights. You cannot even tell how horrible it looked at the beginning! My hair now has natural blonde highlights with dimension - exactly what I had dramatically failed to do myself. I had very low expectations for color correction due to how bad I messed up my hair and Patty blew me away with her expertise. 10/10 would recommend this salon and Patty(and 10/10 would recommend against bleaching your hair at home haha)
I got my lashes done by Hope!! She did an amazing job, even fixed the whacked up job done before I seen her! Looks great and completely painless, I fell asleep on her table 😂 highly recommended
Kelsey D. is absolutely amazing, but more on that later. This Aveda is full of friendly, funny staff and they all work hard to give their clients their best work. The first time I walked in I was nervous and intimidated because it was quite bougie compared to the hair places Im used to (because Im generally cheap). But friendly smiles and conversation quickly made me feel right at home. And now I look forward to every appointment. Now back to Kelsey. She is absolutely an artist and I am never disappointed with her work. She takes her time to get to know what you want and then does it. She understands if you dont want to talk much while sitting there and wont hassle you for conversation. However, if you do talk with her she truly tries to remember what you say and is sincere in her thoughts and opinions. It makes the time in her chair fly by. I live near Whitworth and have no problem making the trip to the valley to see these beautiful humans and their art. Absolutely worth it.

I was traveling through Spokane Valley and needed a fresh cut. I always find Aveda salons to be quality and this one did not disappoint. The salon has been open approximately three weeks post-Covid closures. Masks were required by clients and stylist. I found the salon clean with appropriate safety measures in place. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. My appointment was with Patty who began with an informal consult at which time she listened to my thoughts while contributing her own ideas for a new style. My hair wash was next followed by the classic Aveda scalp massage (ahhhhh). I left relaxed, with a fantastic new cut, and tips on how to style it! Thanks Patty!
I came to Allison for a chemical peel. It was my first one, so I was a little nervous, but she was amazing at making me comfortable and talking me through the process. She is extremely educated at what she does. All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly as well. Looking forward to coming back to Allison for many other services. 😊

Rikki is not only an absolutely amazing person but also an amazing stylist. Every single time I go to her I leave happier than I even expected. I called 7 wonders on a Tuesday to book a four person spa day that coming Saturday. It was a breath of fresh air after being turned down from a handful of other salons due to the short notice. 7 wonders was so willing to accommodate us and fit us in! Ann was very nice to work with and very professional. Great services for a reasonable price! 💯
Ive had 2 pedicure experiences here and both were less than impressive. The first being a girls day with my friend and our daughters - they overcharged us and then rushed us through. The 2nd experience my nail tech was 30 min late - so I sat and waited in a chair while my friend got an hour long food treatment. Yet when my nail tech arrived I got 30 min worth of treatment and my friend and I still finished at the same time. I will never return to this business for a pedicure.
Casha was wonderful! This was my very first experience with a facial and it was everything I hoped for. From her calming presence and the soothing atmosphere to her complete knowledge and understanding of my skin and problem areas. The entire staff was nothing but kind and Casha truly gave me a wonderful experience leaving me feeling confident and refreshed! Highly recommend booking an appointment with her and experiencing the atmosphere Aveda has to offer!
I had a horrible botch job from a local chain salon. With pictures coming up, my hair needed to look nice. I was a first time visitor at 7 Wonders and saw Steven Larson. With not much to work with to save the length and make my hair look nice, he did a miraculous job! I would recommend him to anyone.

I was here about two weeks ago for a facial and I had a very relaxing experience!! Causha was on point and she even helped me choose essential oils for my facial that smelled so good!! My skin has been doing great post facial and my acne has pretty much gone away! Highly recommend!! :)

My mom just wanted her nails clipped as she cannot do it herself anymore. We told them them 5 times just clip and they started to wash her feet. We walked out as that was not the service we asked for.
VERY disappointed with my experience here. I got a brow wax and a haircut - my first time at this salon. My brows were poorly done and actually took a bit of skin off in one area, and I had to go home and pluck a bunch of spots that were missed. My brows also felt like they were on fire for the rest of the day which has never happened to me before and Ive gotten my brows waxed many times before at other salons with no issues.After my brows were done I waited for 20 min before I was called back for my haircut even though I was the first person of the day.My haircut was very poorly done and wasnt what I requested. One side of my hair is longer than the other, and one side of my head has layers and the other does not. I also requested that it be slightly angled (shorter in the back) but that was not done.I called the next day to request a refund and the manager basically said haircuts dont always turn out the way you want them to and you spent an hour in the chair and we cant refund you or else we dont get paid. They offered to have me come in for my hair to be fixed but I told them I didnt trust them with my hair again and just wanted a refund. The manager requested I text her pictures of my hair and brows so I sent them to her and she said shed get back to me. Havent heard from her since.Please do yourself a big favor and dont go to this place!!
Love my experience here with Steven. He really listened to my whole situation (including financial concerns) and created a longterm plan of action for my hair. I feel confident and beautiful, thank you Steven! Also, love the pillows in the washing sinks, hooray for no more neck pain. Highly recommend!
My husband and I went to go to have a couples massage. just walking into the door I was extremely impressed with how clean and calm setting and beautiful it was! also smelt so good so relaxing. wad greeted right away with such a sweet young lady! got us seated to do paperwork and brought us some drinks that we were offered. one of the massage lady named mai sat down with us and asked us a couple questions and made sure we were 110% comfortable. went back to our room and got the worlds best massage iv ever had! both mine and my husbands massage therapist names Mia and angelo walked us thro everything they were doing and made sure all our needs were met! and after it was done we were beyond relaxed and went to the other room for a nice snack! I highly recommend this place!! csnt wait to go back! thank you so much for such an amazing experience!!
Mackenzie is literally the WORST. I would give zero stars if I could. Ive never walked into such an unwelcoming salon, but I would give the salon itself a better rating. Even though I was early, my stylist was still 45 minutes late to my appointment... and after me explaining what I want, and her agreeing... I sat in the chair from 3:15 to 7:30pm... 4 hours of foiling, to get my roots blonde... (to go with the rest of my blonde hair) and then instead of JUST toning the orange out throughout the rest of my hair, she decided to dye it brown. And then told me it was what she had to do. I should have known better when she was 45 minutes late because she was doing nails. While I was sitting in the chair, I heard at least two other stylist ask their clients well, you can just live with this for right now, right? Until we can fix it?... OUCH. But thats how I walked out, too.7 wonders is really 7 deceptions.The place is seriously trash, no bag.

I went for a facial for my birthday and had the best facial in my life! Dionica couldnt have pampered me more or been sweeter. She went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and offered helpful suggestions for ways I can care for my skin at home. The environment was clean and beautiful but without a clinical feel, which I appreciated.I will definitely be returning in the future and cant wait to see Dionica again! I would give her 10 stars if I could!
Kelsey is amazing, and so is the whole salon. The atmosphere is is fun and inviting and you are spoiled throughout your whole experience with beverages to hand massages. Kelsey is so passionate about her work, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your hair at the end. She really listens to what you want out of your experience. My first time at 7 Wonders. Rikki was my stylist. She was very knowledgeable and did wonders with my head of hair. Took my hair from looking its age to looking 10 years younger. Had her full attention and she knows. her stuff. Highly recommend.
Best hair experience Ive had. Got a cut and balayage done.1st time going to the salon and everyone was very welcoming and professional. My hair stylist was knowledgeable and understanding of my wants, but still made sure I knew what would and wouldnt work for my hair.

Im a Silver Smith Artist and Im also older with hands to go with my age,The 7 Wonders Salon manicure took ten years off my hard working hands. This is a great place . Clean , professional and prompt. Hope does my eyelashes and does a fabulous job and uses good product no shortcuts. Hope also follows up to make sure eyelashes are doing o.k. Great service all the way around . Highly recommended !!
Went in for highlights and low lights. None of my color took. Not the blonde or burgundy. I left with my hair looking worse than my grow out when I came in and still charged me over $200. Very very disappointing
I just left 7 Wonders Beauty after a facial with Stephanie. It was a much needed respite from a stressful few months and a pampering for this exhausted mom. My expectations were exceeded even for an Aveda spa. I could easily have fallen asleep there on the table having received the royal treatment from the moment I entered the spa. This will likely become a second home for me.

Hope fixed up my garbage can lashes!! Removed a mess off of my face, did a full consult to try understanding what I wanted (I mostly didnt even know lol) and installed a GORGEOUS set of hybrid doll eye lashes. I was in and out in a couple of hours. Hope is AMAZING!

Sylvia is a Gift and a Treasure, her act of kindness for a woman at the Autozone next store was a blessing for the woman. I had dermaplaning done here by Ashley. My skin feels and looks so smooth, and no more peach fuzz for me anymore thanks to her taking it all off. Super relaxing place, definitely will be returning here soon.

Yikes! First color appointment, they got it several shades darker, didnt remove the previous color, and I had slices from the scissors (still confused on how they did that...) on the back of my neck. Fixed the color and gave a partial refund, but will never return.
I treat myself to facial a few times a year, and 7 Wonders Aveda has the highest standards of quality in product and customer service Ive personally encountered.Causha always seems to be the esthetician Im paired with and she always does a fantastic jobTheyre also well within Covid-19 regulations which is very reassuring

My hair artist was Gabby and she was patient and Amazing ...they really know how to pamper u there, down to the mimosa that I sipped on as my hair was being done...not only did it feel great but I looked great when she was done...and the products they have leave your hair shiny and soft ...again amazing ...worth every penny ...thanks Gabby and 7 wonders ...Ill be back soon

I was highly disappointed when they called to cancel my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment time. (I was in the parking lot). The girl was super nice when she called but she did tell me that the owner would call me and we would figure something out.... It has been over a week and I still have yet to receive a phone call. That is not how you run a business. I was super disappointed.
