Horrible! Plain disgusting. The room was filthy. The towels were dirty, and there were hairs all over the bathroom sink. It’s super sketchy overall. I didn’t feel safe at this place at all. Also, they had no coffee in the rooms. The coffee in the lobby was empty in the morning, and we had to wait until the manager got there to have any. It was cheap, but definitely not worth it.
I want to start off by saying we have stayed at this specific location for 10 years. We stayed here when it was a comfort inn, Ramada and red lion. We questioned the pricing directly with the hotel as we were very skeptical about the pricing and why was it so cheap. We were told they no longer offer breakfast. So we booked our rooms. We arrived on Friday to check in. I first noticed broken glass in the front parking area. Obviously cars had been broken into and nobody cared enough to clean it up. The same thing was found in the back parking lot. Our friends checked the bedding in their room. Their comment was the sheets had been cleaned but were stained. 🤮 Then the banging started above us. Kids jumping off the bed. It finally stopped about 1:30 am. When it started up again the next day we complained to the front desk. That’s when we found out it was a large dog. The dog was crated and it stopped. The next morning I once again went to the front desk, in my pajamas and complained. The final day we asked the front desk to come to the room and hear the noise themselves. It finally stopped after we had complained 3 times. The parking lot was also littered with garbage bags, bottles and broken down wrecks. Then we started to notice the people that were staying there. It was very clear that they were homeless people who were renting rooms for cheap. Access doors into the building were broken and were not locked. After 10 years we will no longer be staying at this hotel. I would recommend to anyone who is considering booking a room at this hotel to consider this review and stay somewhere cleaner and safer. The staff just didn’t seem to care
My husband and I were celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary a few months back and we stayed here at this Ramada on Division. We have stayed at Ramada Hotels before, in fact that was our first hotel on our Honeymoon. We stayed at the one right by the Spokane Airport. It was beautiful, with a full high-quality breakfast included. The sausage was good quality, the waffles were great, the fruit was beautiful. We were even upgraded to a honeymoon-type suite with our own little private pool in-room. It was memorable and wonderful. My husband surprised me with a fun day of activities. He booked this Ramada in advance, the check-in time was 3pm. We showed up at the hotel 15 minutes before check-in and waited until 3 on the dot to go to the front desk. We were sweaty and not presentable for the nice dinner we had planned later that night and wanted to clean up before our dinner reservations. Upon arriving the hotel did not look presentable from the outside, the building generally needs a facelift and some landscaping care. There were weeds coming up all over in the cracks of the pavement, and in the planters. The building was dilapidated. When we went up to the front desk we were told check-in is at 4 not 3. My husband pulled up his confirmation email which stated 3 o’clock. The woman did apologize and said that is their rules and she cannot control that. Disappointed, we left having an hour to kill. Upon returning at 4 o’clock, we waited in line for about 30 minutes to be helped. When we finally were helped we found out our room still was not ready. We were offered a different room which did not have the jet stream tub we desired. We declined and said we would wait even longer for our room. When we finally did get up to our room we were disappointed again. The room was dark as far as colors and lighting go. The whole hotel is in need of a modern upgrade. The carpet was old, dingy and ugly. The bathroom was wanting. It was something like a motel 6 bathroom with the sink outside the door over a carpeted area and the toilet and shower were squeezed behind a door in a very small area. The jet stream tub was very nice, I will say. It worked properly and was clean. It was placed in a fancy corner with a hard floor near it. We did enjoy that. Breakfast was very basic, consisting of individual boxed cereals, mini yogurts, make your own waffles, coffee and tea. Fruit was bananas, oranges and apples and that was about it. They were out of most of the condiments needed. Most of the staff did not speak English well or at all or were communicating on a different level.I could tell my husband was embarrassed and let-down as we both expected it to be like the other Ramada we stayed at. This hotel was definitely not up to Ramada’s standards. We were very sad and disappointed but still tried to enjoy it and have a good time. I don’t think we will be returning to this location again unfortunately, until they get in there and fix it up. Maybe another Ramada, but not this one for us. This one is not worth it.
I never post reviews but I want to say this hotel is what is people! For the price it’s fine. If you want five star and want to pay $260 To stay down the road instead then you should. Don’t pay 50 and expect it to be amazing. YES there were stains in hallway but The staff was super friendly and our bedding was clean. You get what you pay for. If your looking for a cheap night stay this hotel was a great deal we would stay again!
The price was unbeatable! And for good reason, its easy to offer such low prices when you dont clean the rooms between guests. The first atrocity that I came across was the trail of blood stains leading from the entrance all the way to the bathroom of the hotel room. Upon further investigation I found blood splatter on a wall next to the bed, while I am no Dexter Morgan I can assure you something unsavory had occured in this room prior to my becoming the occupant. The next obvious place to check was the bed sheets which I quickly ripped off the bed to examine, luckily the sheets were snow white like the large amounts of cocaine I imagine have been done in that room beforehand. The comforter on the other hand offered no comfort at all when I gazed upon a urine stain the size of a small continent. When I voiced my concerns about the lack of cleanliness to the front desk I was told I would have to move into a smaller room because mine (of course) was the last available of its size.I was assured however that Amber the GM would be able to rectify the issue in the morning and take care of a discount or refund because that was a power that they did not possess without her. Come morning time it turns out Amber called out sick. Probably from staying in one of these cesspool rooms she rents to unsuspecting victims here in town. On Monday I was finally able to get ahold of Amber who claimed that the most she could refund was 10% so I asked to get in touch with her higher ups who conveniently were going to be calling her back very shortly... Finally someone who can do their job!!! But alas I never got a call back and was promptly ignored during my attempts to reach Amber or anyone at the front desk. Now I have to file a complaint with BBB and hope that in the meantime I dont contract some rabid form of staff infection. Please anyone who reads this dont risk your health and safety on this shantytown of a hotel.
The girl at the front desk was super sweet!! Our room was clean and we had no issues with anything like I saw in previous reviews. It was only 42$ which was amazing close to restaurants and grocery. A little off the interstate but worth it.would def stay again and recommend
If you want to stay in a crack house, this is the place for you. There was hairs on the bed, and the place has a weird funny smell. People blasting music in the room above mine. The concierge are nice people, however that does not dismiss the fact that this place is not even a 1 star rating. I do not recommend.
No coffee. Towels were dirty. Room is dirty. NO COFFEE. Not in the room, non downstairs. This place is disgusting. Do not ever stay here. Trust me! We wish we would have shelled out some extra cash. This place isn’t even worth the bargain price we paid for it. How did this place have 3.5 stars? More like negative 3.5 stars.
We have stayed in this motel several times in recent months and we were extremely disappointed this time. It is under new management AGAIN. No breakfast, no coffee available in rooms,no kleenex . Roo.s were ok, needing lots of repairs. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. Also had to put a damage deposit down before we were allowed to check in. Never did that before anywhere.
Very sketchy....not dirty or anything but I was required to pay a hundred dollar deposit upon arrival. that sort of was irritating when its buried in click then read fingerprint, not out in the open or clear at all. Then the lady said the money may not go back into my account for a number of days. I was then directed to the dispensary next door to get cash so they could hold it in an envelope overnight. it would then be released to me after a room Inspection. There was never a room Inspection in the morning just handed back the envelope with my fiances name on it with no Id check.....
DO NOT STAY HERE! Scam artists. And when you try to handle the situation, they do not let you speak to management or connect you with corporate. My daughter and her friend stayed in this hotel. Due to the negligence of the person in the room above them, their room flooded and ruined clothing and a laptop. They were informed by management there is nothing that could be done. Now, every time I call the hotel, I am told the management is unavailable. This could be an easy fix & they choose not to address the situation.
No towels. No washcloths, no bath mats We asked at night and were told they couldn’t access any til morning In the morning they still has no towels. We got two out of the four we needed (4 people booked) and they stole them from a room which checked out earlier. This was 8 am. The place was filthy. We had booked with a continental breakfast but as of 2 weeks earlier they stopped serving one- nothing was sent to us. There were dirty towels on the floor in the stairwell within view of front desk for 17 +hours. The mattress was rained
Needs updating, especially carpets.(remove and do laminate). But still a nice place to stay. Clean rooms and you cant beat the prices! Centrally located.
Dont offer coffee without condiments. This place is a bit scuzzy. But the rooms are clean enough. No breakfast.
Exceptional price, clean, spacious, good furniture, great bed, carpet clean (almost new) and the staff where friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay.
Most drugged-out motel in Spokane dont go here unless you want to find bed bugs and disgusting rooms wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless youre used to living in a drug house this was the worst experience Ive ever had
Walked in this hotel after driving from Oklahoma , was very tired, the 2 girls work the front desk was rude immature and had there boyfriends there, while standing and waiting I was reading there reviews and some of them said the rooms was dirty, so I asked how much and can I see a room first, they lol and said no, I obviously walked away and will never recommend them
We have stayed here over the last 20 yrs. Each time it gets worse. It isnt terrible but just not kept up.
Billy the front desk girl was super nice, and more than accommodating when it came to taking care of my needs while staying at the Oyo hotel in Spokane..Washington
