I came in the Friday before Mother’s Day to treat myself to a pedicure. I was charged for the #10 package which was over $100 before the gel polish price of $15 and I was told by my nail tech David I would receive a 1 hour massage with my package (which is why I picked that one in the first place) and I ended up getting maybe a 5 minute total massage for both my feet. My nail polish ended up looking so bad (it was lumpy and there were air bubbles) and the entire experience was such a letdown that I called and complained. I spoke with someone named Tamara who scheduled me an appointment for the following Monday (today 5/13/24) to have my pedicure redone and so I come in today and check in at the nail desk, I explained the situation and how I spoke with Tamara and she scheduled me to come in today and I would have my pedicure redone. After the nail tech finished fixing my nail color I was told I was done. I felt so frustrated at this point i just want to leave because I didn’t even get a massage or anything, I go to leave and the nail tech stops me and says it’s $30 I say “No, I explained to the man up front that this appointment was free because it was supposed to be an attempt to make my last experience right etc.” the man up front (named Neil) is standing there and starts talking to me very aggressively and says I should have told him that when I checked in, I said I did and he continues arguing with me and says he never checked me in and I never told him anything etc. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant and I’m standing there with this man raising his voice to me, pointing his finger in my face and creating a scene in the salon. I tell him repeatedly that he checked me in, I explained to him the situation when I checked in and at that point I’m ready to speak to the manager Tamara again. I call her with the phone number she provided me the previous Friday and she is beyond disrespectful to me, she says in a very clipped tone of voice that “I cant help you with your experience today, I’m dealing with a family situation and don’t have time for nail stuff, I hope you enjoy your day” and hangs up. I have never ever had such a terrible experience with a nail salon ever. I would recommend going anywhere besides here.
Set up a mothers day appointment. Had the retreat ordered for $190 that includes a hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure over 3 hours. I got there and they didnt do the hot stone massage. They added a nail service and ultimately cost $340. Mom got the nails she wanted and the mani/pedi but the price advertised was fake. We were there all day till close. They offer drinks but you only get one. Nice people and decent service. But wont be coming here ever again.
I have gotten my nails done twice at this point, and i will never go back. The first time was fine, but the last time the lady was rude speaking to her coworkers the whole time, I was treating me like i was an inconvenience, i got this set to go on trip and 3 days after my set the polish was disinagrating i was already out of town, they only got worse when i got back they let me know there was nothing they could do for me when i got back to town because it was over there 3 day window for touch ups.
I’ve never left a bad review before but I needed to leave one this time. I brought my bridal party here and scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a private room and the exact mani/pedi’s we needed for each girl. When we arrived they did not respect the appointment, split up our group, and had no knowledge of what things we wanted done. It’s like they didn’t even write down the appointment at all. While we tried to explain it to them, they were incredibly rude, almost yelling at us in front of other customers even though we continued to be respectful and considerate and try to explain ourselves. On top of that, they did not allow one of my bridesmaids to get French tip because it wouldn’t “look pretty on her”. We even tried to advocate for ourselves saying no this is what we want. And he wouldn’t do it. That same bridesmaid wore her silicone wedding band since she just gave birth and the nail tech joked with her saying her husband is broke. Totally unprofessional. Another one of my bridesmaids showed a reference picture for her nails and it turned out nothing like the picture. When she said do you have a lighter pink, they said no and refused to fix it. Another bridesmaid got cut pretty badly on her finger as well. Please do not go here. As a bride going into her wedding weekend, I was expecting a fun and relaxing time and I almost left crying.
Ive had several experiences of going to this specific salon but my last experience was by far the best. My nail tech was so nice, took her time and the manager, Ben, was also so nice, accommodating, he visited with us. I came in at 30 minutes to closing and they still took me plus I was there until 30 minutes after closing. Best pedicure ever! I will be returning and requesting my same nail lady because I love her!
Great fast service!! If you are on a time crunch they will get your mani/pedi, I was out there in almost a hour. I was amazed at how fast and detail oriented staff was. Mya was great working on my pedicure and April I believe her name is worked on my manicure. She was able to do exactly the design I wanted and was super detail oriented on my nails and filing under the nails as well. Which I know most nail salons tend to forget to clean/file. Clean space and you get a complimentary mimosa as well. Will come back!
This was the first time I’ve been here and the first time I’ve ever gotten a pedicure without a massage. It was absolutely the most rushed experience ever. I asked for the #3 pedicure (50$) and the lady next to me asked for the basic #1 (35$). We both started at the exact same time and got the exact same treatment. They wanted to charge me 50$ which does not coincide with what I received. Not sure if there was a communication breakdown or what but it was bad. I spoke with a gentleman who did rectify the situation thankfully, and I was only charged for a basic pedicure #1 (35$). Likely will not return.
We scheduled mani/pedis for a group of 5. We chose this place so we could all be together and that is the exact opposite of what we got. We were rushed through the entire process, at one point the gentleman raised his voice and told me to “come on” as I apparently was not leaving the pedicure chair quickly enough to his liking. He was trying to pressure me into getting the next level of pedicure after I had stated multiple times I just wanted a level 2. He also tried insisting I pay after my pedicure, which would be fine but there was a ton of aggression behind me needing to pay right there and then. They had a smoke brake right before they started on us and then tried to mask the smell with lots of cologne. Honestly trying to put our experience into words doesn’t do it justice. Will not be coming back and do not recommend at all.
I really want to like this place. It is beautiful inside and has such a great concept for the full-service salon. However, after my second time of giving it a shot, I will not return. Both time my nails (the first time dip acrylic, the second time gel nails -which were just gel polish despite my discussion that this was not the same) lasted less than a week before chipping significantly. I felt like the staff were in a rush to get me out and get on to the next client.Additionally, employees were late (the masseuse more than 15 minutes late) to my scheduled appointment, and while I waited I noticed the same occurrence for other customers. The search continues for great nails in Spokane.
The service can be hit or miss if it gets too busy. If you find a nail tech that you like, try to schedule with them again. My walk in experience was very rushed and they dont have nail dryers so if youre getting regular polish prepare to stay longer than usual. But every time Ive gotten my nails done with Rena she was awesome so I schedule with her ahead for each visit. The complimentary drink is a great touch but if you arent offered one be sure to ask!
Very welcoming. We enjoyed the complimentary wine. The gentleman who did my nails was nice and funny. I wish I had gotten his name. I work in merchandising, so I deal a lot with cardboard boxes. I gave up on my nails, and it was getting me down. Husband urged me to finally go in. I left the decision-making up to my technician and after explaining to him about my job and how I hate my short and chubby fingers and the lack of time I have for myself. He did perfect for what I needed. I will be returning.
I have been in before and had a pretty good experience but my last experience was not that great. I did not complain at the time that I did not get my foot and leg massage because my daughter was paying for a Mother’s Day gift for me. We went when she got off work so it was about 4:45 my polish did not dry until after 8 o’clock by then it was messed up. Obviously the polish was too old. I decided to call and let them know. They told me their manager would get back to me. I waited before I left this review but I think reviews are helpful so I’m just trying to be honest… if you don’t want to feel like a number and you’re being rushed through please go somewhere else.
I had an AMAZING experience here! I had never had a facial done, and desperately needed a good pedicure, so I just walked in, no appointment, with my fingers crossed. I was taken care of by Crystal, and she did SO GOOD! Her facial that she gave to me was out of this world, and she went above and beyond for every service! Hands down the best place to go (Definitely ask for Crystal as well) if you want to be the most relaxed you have ever been!
The lady who did my nails was good but they didnt make it clear that the nail polish that I selected was not just $10 more but $25 more it was in the $10 bin and I got all twenty done.and she made me bleed. Im not a rich person so that was quite a bit for me I guess next time Ill just go to Walmart.
I went to 7 wonders about a week ago and was so extremely dissatisfied I can’t even leave a review bad enough to explain my experience. I went in asking for a Fourth of July design and was quoted $65 for a design on each toe. I asked if I only got two toes designed would it be less they said yes, and started my pedicure. They did not wash the tub and everything they did seemed very, unsanitary the man quickly put lotion on my legs and continued to my pedicure, which looked nothing like the design I showed him. I asked if I was going to get the massage that was part of the package and he said he already gave it to me. I said I thought you were just putting lotion on. It lasted less than 30 seconds. That’s why I was so confused. He was extremely rude and talked on his phone, the whole time and barely even listen to me, I ended up still having to pay $65 for the horrible design that was slapped on just 2 of my nails. The whole pedicure took less than 15 minutes worse nail salon! Everything I watched was very dirty and gross. My nails also started chipping after three days and I got gel. I would never recommend going here!
Scheduled an appointment online for a group of 3 for pedicures at 6 pm last week. They got us seated at stations quickly, but one person in our group is unable to do gel nails and asked for regular polish instead. The tech was irritated that she was not doing gel polish and left, saying she would send someone else to do the non-gel nails. The two of us doing gel nails were about halfway through our pedicures when someone came in to say that they were short staffed and there would be a wait for the third persons pedicure, which was disappointing since we had made an appointment and were under the impression that they had staff for 3 pedicures at the scheduled time. As she was waiting for a nail tech to become available we watched several other customers walk in, get seated, and receive pedicures from other nail techs. Two of us were done with our pedicures by the time someone came in to do the third persons pedicure. Her pedicure was rushed and sloppy - tech was on the phone during the pedicure and when she pointed out polish that was on skin and missed spots on nails he ignored it and continued talking on the phone. This was our third time here - first time was great and we were all happy with the service and experience. Second time we each received different services despite all getting the same package. Unfortunately because of the inconsistent quality of service/experience weve decided to go elsewhere in the future.
This was the absolute worst pedicure experience I have ever had. 10/10 will not return and I hope that they get sued. I went to nail school and still practice manicuring. They used dangerous practices, were messy, unclean. Do not come here if you are looking for a decent pedicure. I was charged 85 dollars and got maybe 5 min. Of massage which Julie only rubbed the top half of my legs. Did a terrible paint job and cut my toe nails so short. I had to change what I was getting because the French looked so terrible.
Ive been here numerous times since they opened and Ive had a few great experiences but the last 2 times Ive had my nails done there, they are crooked, the polish is uneven, the shape is not consistent. Last time I immediately went home and redid them myself but after a long week at work figured Id try again since I was going for a pedicure and again they look horrible so I will spend part of my day tomorrow completely drilling them down, reshaping, and filling them then paint them again on my own. Today was pretty much the last straw. If youre going for nails just skip this place. They seem more worried about quantity over quality and as a licensed nail tech myself Ill just save the money and start doing them at home again
The worst customer service. We made an appointment a week ago for a group of 5 for a bride. Received a confirmation call the night before. That was fine. When we went in person to make the appointment, we spoke with 2 people, so it was understood what we wanted. We asked about the chucuterie board, and they said they offered it there, just not in the valley. The person went over the sizes, and we let them know the size. Double confirmed to make sure it was available at that location, and they said yes, it was the only location offering it at this time. We showed up to our appointment and was very rudely told by Tamera that they dont do them and she didnt have a food license and it wasnt going to happen. We also asked for a private room at the time we made the appointment, and they tried putting us in with everyone else. This was a special occasion, and they knew that at the time we made the appointment. We will never return as their customer service was horrible. Dont set up something you apparently dont offer. I would have gone elsewhere. Tamara should not be working with customers as her customer service skills suck!
My first visit and I was really pleased. I scheduled a Pedi for my daughter and myself. We were seated right away and taken care of. I was surprised at how open and large it is inside. Nice bar for drinks. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our toes looked great at the end! Very nice place with a wide variety of services, especially if you want to do it with friends.
Left salon looking like a 90’s soccer mom with blunt bangs. Made me feel like I was beneath them for asking for an estimate on price. Didn’t complete the full service I requested because of their concern about my budget? Do better and stop judging people.
Beautiful place. Major UP SALE. If you don’t choose a more expensive pedicure they won’t scrub to get the callous off. And a minimal massage. I’ll go somewhere else next time, get a better pedicure for the same price. WONT BE BACK!
Called to ask if they had a lash tech who can do both top and bottom lashes. The manager who answered the phone wouldnt answer my questions. She said she was not able to confirm if their lash tech does bottom lashes. (Im on my break at work)she went and asked the lash tech when she could get me in for the consultation and just followed up with trying to book a consultation in 20 minutes. I declined the consultation and expressed I would like to book for lashes and nails for a later date, I just need to know if this lash tech offers the bottom lash services as they are uncommon. The girl proceeds to tell me that Lisa is their most qualified tech and does all kinds of lashes contradicting what she has said earlier. She refused to ask the tech if she can do them even though she could ask about booking 1 minute ago. I asked again to clarify if she does bottom and she repeated herself. I asked if that means yes or no and told me (finally) yes in an aggravated tone. I asked to talk to a manager only to sadly find out that I was unfortunately already speaking with her... I then explained that she was not being clear with her answers.I ended up booking for lashes and nails but called to cancel because I shouldnt be treated like Im dumb because the manager wont answer my question.I understand people have bad days, but youre not entitled to treat people like that just because there is no one above you to tell you otherwise.
David is the best! I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time and I’ve gone to so many different people & places. David has been wonderful. I always get exactly what I want and my nails have lasted longer than they did prior to going to him. He really is the best!
Came in on Saturday to have a gel manicure and pedicure done. It was a great environment. Everyone was nice. The lady up sold me on a more expensive pedicure. No worries I was happy when I left. Three days later my gel manicure started lifting. So I came back and they asked who did it. I showed them. He kept saying wow they are peeling off so easy! He redid all my nails very aggressively and vey fast. My gel manicure looks like a glob of polish on my nails and they look horrible. Also my pedicure is already chipping as of today 5 days later. Do not let the nice environment fool you. Find a different salon.
My daughter had her nails done here day of prom, with grad following 5 days later. While the design looked good and was what she wanted, she indicated the tech was pretty rough with her. This was evident in the cuts and red swollen cuticles, which she said was from the drill. At one point, the tech knicked her badly enough, she said she had to pull her hand away. Ok, fine- that happens I guess. 2 days after prom, a couple of her nails were already lifting! Huh?! This was a brand new set on fresh, healthy nails. A week later, shes already having to cut one back cause it has lifted so much. This isnt a kid whos parents gave her money- she saved up for this on her own, drove across town for this elevated experience. Pretty disappointing this costly service didnt even last a week!
Went in for a full set of pink & white acrylics I asked her to angle my tips because I didn’t want them to look like they were looking at the sky and she did just the opposite 😩 plus she cut me and I had to ask her to clean under my nails as there was a lot of acrylic she left behind .will not get my nails done there again… who does that 🤦♀️
Had such a strange experience here. The lady who was doing my nails told me she could do the design I picked which was different colored hearts. (Fairly simple) then said here look at these stickers. Then while she was doing the filing on my nails she told me she had an appointment and someone was going to take over… ok? I was concerned I didn’t want her to rush. Then she said no worry she will take her time. Then rushed the whole process… she quoted me 55$ with different color nails and designs. Then I just decided to go with one solid color and it still was $55?? Doesn’t make any sense! Nails don’t look great. Will try another time to see if I get someone better…
Overall I do like this place but last time my friend and I came in the lady who did my nails seemed irritated (maybe she just was having a bad day). She also used big green dishwashing style gloves over her regular exam style gloves which didnt seem as sanitary to me since they werent disposable and I could tell they had been worn many times. Also the lady who did my friends manicure didnt respond to questions my friend asked her (I dont know if it was a language barrier or what be she didnt respond at all. It was like she couldnt hear her. It came off as rude/ awkward.) Otherwise they did a good job.
Hello, my name is Dom. I went in today to get a massage and I just wanted to shout out how awesome Jon is. He was super kind and considerate to me and he did an amazing job. He is very good at communicating and checking in on me to maximize my comfort. I will definitely be back to see him as long as he works there. Thank you, Jon. I appreciate what you do.
I was so disappointed today. I don’t normally get my nails done, it’s a special treat for me and today I wanted to get simple pink nails for Valentines Day. The worker, Johnny, was on his phone most of the manicure. He wasn’t paying attention and cut my nails so short I bled some and I just felt like crying. I let the desk know and they didn’t seem to care. I don’t usually complain but this just made me sad since I was so excited.
Hit or miss. Some of them do a great job while others not so much. The service and price seem to change everytime. Sometimes the gel manicure will be full service where cuticles and underside of nails are cleaned plus massage/lotion, etc. Other times it’s simply a gel nail polish change despite asking for the same thing every time. It would be nice to have more organization and continuity among their services.
Got nails done for first time there and will not be going back for a couple reasons. 1 for my set it was 95 dollars and she made them so incredibly thin they fell off/ broke within two days two I got a milky white powder base and she barely put any on making it show the actual nail extension. Way to over priced and not good work.
This is my second time trying this place because my first experience wasnt great. My friend booked it for a bachelorette party (7 of us) and they had said wed all sit together and we didnt end up sitting together they also without asking my friend did all this extra stuff and she was charged over 100 dollars but I thought Id give them another try today because theyre open until 8 pm and its been about 8 months since I went there. I went for a gel pedicure and it felt rushed and it was 50 bucks. Which is more expensive than other places Ive gone to in between. I wont be going back and I wouldnt recommend this place to my friends and family.
They all ways do such an amazing job on hair and nails whenever we go there! They treat me and my family with care. But 3/5 stars because several times when we would go in, they try to jack the prices up. I recently had a hair color and trim there but person who did my hair tried to charge me $60 for the trim and a trim is $15. (For context, I asked for a half an inch off) all together it was $120 not $180. Word of advice, know the prices of what you want online before you go in.
New set of acrylics and I left with the thinnest coat of acrylic that was shaped funny and one nail had cracked just a few hours later. Came back the next day and another nail tech added more acrylic. Sadly 6 days later they aren’t good 😐Employees are super nice but I tipped them both but I’m not going back again and don’t recommend the place
Do not go to this business for your hair care needs. I scheduled my daughter & I an appointment to get our money pieces touched up. I was quoted $140 by the gentleman that took my call. They cut my daughters hair without asking me the parent and said that they asked her, which the stylist did not btw. I left with thick yellow money pieces..YELLOW. They do not let their clients know its going to be extra for EVERYTHING. To wash the bleach out, to tone, to blow dry (NOT STYLE), probably to comb your hair, when you blink, breath. This ended up being $375 I was so upset I was crying when I left and asked a manger to call me as soon as I got home. I didnt get a call until today and the owner justified the stylist cutting my daughters hair by saying she probably didnt know she was a child..really?! The owner Anne also said that they would never give quotes for hair color of $140. But I got a quote lol Not to mention my daughter was left sitting with bleach on her hair while the stylist gave someone else a HAIRCUT!My daughter & I were excited to finally get our hair done and this is what the result was. I shouldve known better because I read the reviews but it was only for nails that I saw the disconnect in the pricing and conveying that to the clients, but it seems to be that way for hair services as well. Its sad. As a single mom I dont do this stuff often, and this was the result. LESSON LEARNED & NEVER GOING BACK!
I went into this salon for the first time and honestly Im really not happy. I had a pedicure and the skin between my some of my toes are peeling and its super itchy never really had this happen with a basic pedicure with no package. I also got a full set with gel polish and some of the nails are rounded on the edges and others are square. Im heading back home to tacoma because I have to be back for work and Im out $95! This supposed to be a bday present to myself because Im turning 33 on July 4th, and now I have to deal with whatever is going on with my feet and will have to pay to get my nails fixed else where when I get home.
I’ve been here multiple times and the experience was great until the last time I went in for just a gel polish, no acrylic simply just wanted my nails painted. They kept pestering me into getting a gel manicure so I finally just agreed to do it even though I knew I didn’t need a manicure because I take care of my nails at home. I sit down and the guy continues to keep asking me to get the most expensive manicure on the menu and I had already agreed to the general gel manicure because they were being kind of mean about it. Remind you, I have been in before to simply just get my nails painted no problems nothing. So as I am sitting there him and I are talking and he asks me for my name I try telling him my name and he rudely cuts me off and calls me broke! It really caught me off guard but I just let it slide because I’m not the type of person to just get up and walk out. The part that really irked me was that they charged me for this manicure but he was sitting there pretending to cut my cuticles off wasn’t even touching my skin. After all of it was over I look at my nails and there is gel polish all over my finger tips and it really looked like a three year old painted my nails. I am not the type to write bad reviews but this man was just rude. They will never be getting my business again.
I have been to this location 4x. The last 3x was meh for experience. But this time was a horrible horrible experience. My MIL and I went in hoping for a relaxing pedicure. We both wanted #2 for pedicures, but the nail techs kept pushing for #3. No matter what we said they kept pushing for #3. The whole thing felt rushed and not relaxing. The whole thing took less then 20mins...... Made us feel like we wasted our time and money. Our pedicures were midocre. When they wanted payment, the nail tech came with a mobile card reader, he was super inpatient when we were trying to pay. He grabbed my card out of my hand and walked away with it to pay at the front. I didnt even have the chance to tell him not to grab the card out of my hand with out asking. The whole experience was weird and uncomfortable.I should have looked at their FB page, reviews are all 1 star.
Took my daughter and niece for a manicure. One had a great experience the other had a poor experience with David. He was rough, he was rushed, and when cutting her cuticles cut her several times causing her to bleed. Mixed feelings for this review. Will return but will request not having David next visit.
Went in with my mom for her birthday. Been in a few times before, never extremely impressed. Always rude and rushed, have zero patience. Zero care or respect for customers. I’ve gotten French tips (it’s like 75$ for a mani pedi for that which is wild) here two times and they always peel off completely within a week. (got one from from an older guy and he was rude extremely) Cheap nail polish. Anyways this specific experience was super personal and uncomfortable. Whole thing lasted maybe half an hour. It was really quick for 90$. Me and my mom are slightly Greek so our feet are shaped a little differently, and especially after we refused a higher level pedicure for more money they got really rude. They started laughing at our feet and acting like it was gross to touch us. My mom got it the worst. The lady doing her nails had someone come over stare at her feet and laugh as well. Don’t know what they were saying. Not to mention literally barely touched her feet for 40$. SHE DIDNT WANT GEL THATS OKAY. Literally didn’t trim, only did one coat on one foot and ten on the other. No cuticles done. Insisted and extra fee for removing regular nail polish, called her a liar and that it was gel and there’s and extra fee for that. Never have I ever imagined having such a bad experience I’ve been to hundreds of pedicures with her and never have felt bullied. Why touch feet all day if you’re going to make fun of feet? Why have it on the menu if it’s not something you want to do? Also huge thing - Treating people like they’re poor when you refuse to pay extra? It’s your job. Get over it or sounds like you need a new profession if you aren’t happy with your job. do better. Going back to Foxy nails never had a problem with them and neither has she. Or save your money and do it yourself.
Received a gift card at Christmas. Finally decided to use it since the weather has decided to stay nice and pedicure season is open. Upsold on the pedicure but didn’t mind knowing it was a gift. Went to pay and they said the gift card had already been used. Payed out of pocket, called the manager and when they reached back out to me they said it had already been used by a name of no relation to anyone in my family for a hair treatment in January. Very disappointing.
Absolute garbage!Paid $90 for uneven nails, and nails that I didn’t even ask for. I wanted ombré but they ended up coming out one solid color and not even the color I wanted. They just look like gel polish… don’t get ombré nails here!!! Not to mention the ungentleness when doing my nails.
I recently had a gel manicure at 7 wonders and would not go back. The nail tech did not listen to me when I asked her not to file my nails shorter or change the shape, after she agreed. She worked so fast and was so rough that she hurt me multiple times and damaged my natural nails.
I was not impressed with the guy named Davey spent to much money. went with my sister, my guy was with me a total of 10 minutes for a manicure and a pedicure he was off to other things and eating while Im waiting for my stuff to be done he didnt even get me my drink my sisters guy did so Im not impressed they made me pay full price and I wont be back
Horrible rude service! I got a basic pedicure with my wife. They cut my toe twice and I’m pretty sure I have an infection now. Very dirty they did not clean the tubs after each client they just change the liner which is not sanitary. There is no massage and my whole pedicure took less than 15 minutes.
Went here over the weekend. Worst experience ever. It was my daughters birthday weekend. They treated us like crap. The guy that did my pedicure was very rude and on his phone pretty much the whole time. Our pedicures were rushed and a awful job. Then went to pay there computers werent working right wanted to charge us twice. We will not be back. Totally disappointed. Also my Daughter had a simple gel manicure. They kept changing the price. NOT FINE
I am not much for leaving reviews, but in all of my 61 years I have never been treated in such a bizarre way at any business. I visited this salon for a pedicure, and as I was picking out my polish, my technician approached and immediately began trying to convince me to get a gel pedicure and not a regular pedicure. I thanked him and said I was good with the regular polish, but he didnt let up. I had to repeat several times regular polish was fine. He took me to the pedicure station and continued to tsk tsk me for not getting gel. Then he handed me the menu of services and I said I would like the basic pedicure. I cant even describe what happened next... he went into this weird smiling passive-aggressive voice telling me...Ahhh...you cheap...cheap, cheap, cheap. You should go to salon behind building- pedicure is only $10 because youre cheap. Get cheap pedicure. This went on and on. It took me a while to realize that he was really saying these things. Laughing and shaking his head. Asking if my name was Cheap. I am embarrassed to say that I did not get up then and there and just left. I was kind of shocked and stunned, and didnt know quite what to do. The comments from him continued and I just sat there getting angrier and angrier. Now I am mostly mad at myself for not saying anything. I will never set foot in this salon again.
Went in this.morning for a pedi. The guy was not impressed that I chose the $35 pedicure. He didnt even spend 15 min on my feet before he rushed off to watch TV in the lobby. I was not impressed and felt I did not get.my moneys worth. Very disappointed.
I had made an appointment a week in advance. When I had been waiting for a few minutes with my complimentary drink, the manager let me know that the stylist was running behind and was very apologetic. A few minutes later the manager returned and let me know that they needed to reschedule my appointment. She was incredibly apologetic and invited me to accept a complimentary gel pedicure with Chase. It was the best pedicure I have ever received! As that was finishing up, the manager returned yet again to let me know that another stylist had become available. So I ended up staying later than expected, but was very well taken care of. Ruby did a perfect pixie cut for me. I love having the Northside location!
This place is not even worth one star. Been there now 4 times thinking it will get better but it’s gotten worse. The time before last I got told I was fat and that is why my foot had dry skin. Mmm what? This time for my birthday one week ago myself, my mom and my boyfriend wanted pedicures. We all just wanted basic pedicures but were told that didn’t included callus removel. We upgraded to the 45 dollar pedicure which didn’t even last 20 minutes and no massage only to read now that callus removal is included in ALL pedicures. What a scam!! My pedicure looks like crap. Chipped next day. Fast forward I also wanted a manicure with gel and design. The lady didn’t speak any English which is fine however she didn’t trim my cuticles… went thru the motions has she was. Took her over an hour and then after my mom paid they said she didn’t pay enough. Fast forward not even a week later. My nails have chipped and already lifting plus I can feel the texture of the design. This place is a scam and just money hungry to up charge for everything. It’s not clean and help is pushy and rude.Update…. Not even a week later and all my gel manicure has lifted and peeled right off. 50 bucks down the drain. So much for birthday and vacation nails.
Crystal was amazing! She was very friendly and took the time to do a really great job! It was very relaxing and the Creamsicle drink was so good!
Very disappointed in the pedicure I got especially for the price. The guy doing my pedicure did a terrible job painting my toenails. He didnt paint all the way down to the cuticle so i had an unpainted gap and he put the polish on too thick so it didnt dry properly and smudged on some of the toes. The polish started chipping after only a few days. He definitely had the attitude of not wanting to be there.
Tried to resolve an issue with this company through an email (below). I never even received the courtesy of a response. Too bad. I was excited to try this shop, but will never spend my money there again....I guess I have to give one star to post my review, but in reality I would give NO stars.Tue, Mar 12, 11:11 AM (12 days ago)Hello,I purchased a gift card for my teenage niece at Christmas time 2023 and was super excited to give it to her. Unfortunately, as teenagers sometimes do, she accidentally threw it out with the wrapping during clean up. I called the Spokane Northpointe store where I made the purchase, to inquire if it could be looked up and replaced if I showed proof of purchase. The employee asked for mine and my nieces name or the serial number for her to look it up. I gave her our names, unsure if I had even given our names at time of purchase, and told her I would not have the serial number because it was thrown out. I do understand that it needs to be verified whether or not the gift card has been used. My disappointment is in the fact that when I purchased the gift card, my name was not recorded by the employee, nor was I told it would be a good idea to record in case of a lost gift card. My next disappointment came in the cold attitude of the employee I spoke with when inquiring about replacement of my nieces lost gift card. I do have proof of purchase on my credit card statement if there is still the possibility of replacement. If anything at all, I hope that current and future employees will be trained to record names of future gift card purchasers and be a little more customer service oriented.Thank you for your time,Anne BordwellSpokane, WA
They have been open two weeks and the service is amazing. Free drink with your purchase. Alcoholic or not.. many options here. Spokane needed something like this. Prices are fair service is wonderful and I absolutely love the nails that Katie did for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend. And Ill definitely be back
We had pedis for kids and adults as well as haircuts! Amazing staff: friendly, professional, and skilled for a great value! We live out of town but want to get nails and hair done every time we are in town- it was that great of an experience!
I made an appointment for 4 never received any confirmation ended up showing up 3:50. No one seemed to care or follow the appointment schedule. My manicure and pedicure from start to finish for both was 30 minutes. I was rushed through the whole process and not given any time to dry. My toes faired ok with only one getting messed up but my nails didn’t luck out so well. Ended up having to go home and redo 6 of my nails. The nails that didn’t get redone were chipping off in less than 24 hours. I readily admit that I did not do gel because it ruins my nails but I honestly expected a little more than 12 hours of decent nails. All in all the service was poor at best and the quality of product I received was subpar. I will not be returning.
Why are they refilling AVEDA bottles with NON-AVEDA products??This place needs better time management/communication skills.Booked a massage, didn’t get massage.Waited for 30 minutes for someone to tell me why everything was running behind, but didn’t get any kind of answer other than have some alcohol! No thanks, this place isn’t a spa. I was disappointed that the Shampure and Rosemary Mint Aveda bottles were full of flowery garbage and not authentic Aveda products when I used them.Bait and switch to make more money?I don’t know, but I won’t be back.
The guy was super aggressive with my hands and in the end ended up cutting my hand in multiple places leaving me bleeding. Went with 2 other people they both had a great experience but the guy named david left me with a very unpleasing experience, debating if I should go back or not.
Worse service ever she trimmed my nail too much and mad it to thin little the whole nail from the top to the end of the nail … she did. That in 3 nails … the front disk cashier said that this is my nails from the beginning and they did nothing to you … and she kept asking me that I have to pay no matter ( I was going to pay anyway) … she treated me like trash and the told my friend that they gonna call her got Pedi when they have someone to help her and they never did for more than hour
IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIST YOUR $$ GO ELSE WHERE!Yes they looked great at 1st! But after a week 2 nails had already lifted 1 was only attracted by the tip and I went in to get them fixed and they seemed irritated and made them extremely thick and boxy. Then another week went by and another lifted. I went elsewhere to get a fill to fix them and they were literally just popping off as she was trying to fix them. I told her about my experience and the lady next to me said that 7 wonders messed up her nails too.
Crystal provided an excellent pedicure. She did my toes exactly the way I wanted them to look. She was very professional and kind. THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!!
The paint job was good. But the guy who did them rushed through cause another employee was wanting him to finish her nails. And when he put lotion on my hands he squirted me with it on my clothes then no little hand massage. Id go to the Walmart nail center before I went back to 7 wonders. Was pretty inside though.
Worst nail shop in Spokane. If you’re looking for a relaxing & courteous experience DO NOT visit here! Rude, loud and screaming over the top of customers and from station to station. Unable to do simple nails. Manager & staff all unprofessional and blame customers for being unhappy with poor quality nails!
I found 7 wonders by chance and Im so glad I did! Couldnt be happier Rachel A did an amazing job on my whole experience!! My nails look amazing and so do my toes! She found a nasty bit of things under my existing set that horrified me but she took such great care and fixed everything that another place had done. Rachel was a great find for me as a nail tech and waxer no review I give can do enough justice for how much I appreciate her work!! I received a great drink while I was here also, a blue Hawaiian. Price was on point to and definitely worth every bit. Cant give more then 5 stars or I would!
This place has it all. The atmosphere was relaxing, they have a drink bar with great services (wish they had coffee though, I’m not a wine person). Ruby did an awesome job on my gel manicure. She added all the final touches (very creative and fun). Jacqueline did my hair. Had to wait a bit after my appt time but I had time so no problems. She also did an amazing job on my hair. She was polite, kind, attentive, and easy to talk to about anything. Definitely going back for all future beauty needs.
Save your hard earned money. Ive never experienced anything like this and couldnt help but just laugh at the situation afterwards. I got a basic manicure. The polish application was so rushed and looks so bad that even I could have done a better job myself. The polish was applied so hastily that she left uneven areas on every nail. Additionally, surfaces were not clean. Do not recommend. No stars deserved. I cannot possibly understand how this place has 4.5 stars.
Very clean and friendly place! I really enjoyed my hair stylist Erica and the outcome of my hair. She did a great job. Will definitely be coming back.
My mom, daughter and I had an appointment for 3 facials at a set time. We arrived and were told that they didn’t have enough operators to perform our facials and that we would need to come back later in the day. They didn’t call us prior to our arrival to let us know that they wouldn’t be able to perform the services as scheduled. We weren’t able to reschedule because we are moving out of the state. Therefore, we chose to have pedicures instead. The manager gave us the gel polish on the house for our troubles.
Beautiful place, with excellent customer service! Its way out of my way but I will go here every time. Its totally worth it!
The nails are beautiful and it was my first time getting acrylics but the job was definitely rushed and from what im seeing there are free drinks involved for most people yet that was not offered for me and my friend. I paid 75 dollars including tip so I guess not bad price wise. Im not sure I would go again especially since the person doing my friends nails made her bleed and she still had to pay 95 dollars.
They were absolutely freaking amazing they stayed open a little later because I was running super late she took her time and my nails were and still are amazing I love them so much I definitely found my nail salon
I have been to this salon for acrylic nails 4 times. Once for a full set and 3 fills. The original set was good but the 3 fills have been poor quality. From thick nails, messy gel polish, peeling top coats, rushing and not letting the gel polish cure the full length of time, thin nails that chipped, techs rushing to get you done and out of their chair, not doing what is requested in terms of shape and length, being charged different prices for each fill, and overall lack of service I won’t be going back to this salon. After reading other reviews on this location my experiences were not unique.
Update: less than a week after my pedicure, the polish was chipping off! Ive had better pedicures that were more relaxing and lasted a LOT longer from the cheap nail salon near my house. Given the price, I expected a lot more.Lets start with the positives: my nails are smooth, David was able to get rid of the ridges, and the polish looks really nice. Now the negatives: this was NOT a relaxing pedicure. It felt frantic and rough the whole time. The pedicure I selected was supposed to include a foot mask, it didnt. My mimosa was warm. I will not return and would not recommend this place to other people.
Crystal is amazing ! My nails last forever. Shes attentive & listens to my requests. Shes my fav 🌸
The first time i came here and got my nails done they were perfect and the young lady who did them was amazing. Today i returned to get a fill and had a very different experience. A man at the salon did my nails this time and he was insanely rude the entire time. I came in for a fill but he decided i needed a whole new set and decided to take my nails off. He was really aggressive about it too and had the attitude that he was being inconvenienced by the entire thing. The only time he looked at me or spoke to me was to move my hands. The nails i left with are nothing like what i asked for either. So yeah. Thats my review.
Horrible experience!! 5 of us went in and we all had such bad service. They are rude if you only get the lowest level of mani or pedi and they try to upsell gel polish an annoying amount of times. One lady was rude about us not picking gel. Employees just sit on their phones all around and will even be picking at their toes in “clean” pedi chairs. It’s embarrassing.
It was our first time going there, and i probably wont go again. They did a great job for my neices nails but they messed up on mine. When we checked in, I told them I needed dip, I had my long natural nails. They all understood what we wanted. However when I sat down, the guy didnt ask me anything and began to cut my nails on my left hand. I was very confused and he assumed I had acrylics even though I told them I had natural nails and just wanted dip at least twice. So instead of getting what I wanted, I had to get my other hand cut down to match. My neice and I didnt get to sit together because they moved me away to another station even though we began sitting next to eachother. They also have complimentary drinks but we didnt get any offered to us. I did bring up the mistake at the end and they gave me $20 store credit. I didnt want to even get my nails done after he cut my nails but I didnt want to make a scene.
I brought my 4 daughters (ages 13, 8,7,4) and they got them seated for pedicures. They took wonderful care of all of them. Even did little designs on their toes and brought them lemonade. I am astounded at how beautiful and clean the business is and how kind everyone is. Thank you for a wonderful date! We will definitely always be back.
Brought my 3 daughters to get their nails done. Spent $250 and they popped off after only a few days. NEVER AGAIN!!! beautiful place, but no thank you!!! Sticking with smaller establishments.
I’m giving 3 stars for the calm atmosphere and good pedicure I got. Unfortunately I should have bought press on nails from Target instead of paying for the full set I had done- Katie seemed to be in a rush to go home, and even though she executed my idea well, the acrylics are uneven, polish is slightly lumpy, and I feel like I should go get them redone at another salon. The lower leg wax I had done was also rushed and I didn’t notice the missed spots until I got home- not worth the money spent. This also all took 3 hours… on a Wednesday from 4-7pm.I might give this place a second chance, but probably only for a pedicure.
They keep giving me a male tech instead of a female tech even after I asked. They don’t know the difference between hemp and CBD. And they make you feel bad if they scrap too much off your foot.
Nathan is your guy!! He did such a great job and was fun to talk to! Thank you for my awesome pedi!!
Julie did my nails today and did a fantastic job, probably one of the best sets ive ever gotten.
I went to this nail salon today the girl did so good on my nails ,but not being rude this obese guy was constantly talking about my freind while doing her nails and refused to give her what she wanted even though we were paying and he made multiple remarks that we were not rich enough to get our nails , he has very poor workmanship and did not do her nails good they are crooked and not at all what she asked for will not be coming back to this establishment
Hands-down, the worst pedicure I have ever had. Another complaint is that it took no more than 20 minutes. He didn’t even get my calluses. Now I’m gonna have to go somewhere else and pay more money to get the job done right. Don’t waste your money!!!!!
How this place has a 4+star rating is beyond me.This was unfortunately your typical low quality ‘Asian salon’ experience - though, with the Aveda name, I was hoping for more. Before you scream racism, I am simply pointing out a comparable fact and it has nothing to do with liking or respecting anyone of any other race/nationality/anything.I took my 13 year old for a manicure while I got a pedicure. Their nail color wall was an absolute mess with no way to tell what is gel or not and it was nearly impossible to find colors. I was rushed off to a different room than her before we could pick any colors so she was left not getting what she wanted, though she tried to communicate it. I booked two female techs online but mine was an older male who didn’t smile or engage whatsoever beyond the basic questions. It was not pleasant or relaxing. He was really irritated I wanted regular polish so basically pestered me until I agreed to the $15 more gel.My daughter’s gel manicure had bubbles and was peeling the next day. My pedicure was the typical cheese grater treatment with cheap looking and smelling products. We will not be back. I would rather pay a little more and get a pleasant experience and quality products. If you’re not looking for anything special and want mediocre or lower quality, this is your place. The only upside may be that you get a free beverage, if that makes it worth it for you.I’m no stranger to a quality manicure in town - for $50 (not including tip) I get an hour appointment with the highest quality products and a really comfortable and relaxing environment. My gel nails last 3+ weeks every time. This is the type of business I support.
The only reason Im giving this two stars is because my nails look great, I am a college student and I wanted to splurge a little bit and get my nails done, Ive gotten my nails done here before and it was only $50 for gel and design, which is very reasonable. I looked the day before I made my appointment and priced out in my head how much it should be a full set for me would be around $80 with design and everything according to the prices online. But boy was I wrong. The total came out to $110. I think this is ridiculous and they tried to justify it by saying that he took a long time to work on my nails but the main reason he took a long time because I told him what I wanted and he didnt do what I wanted, he would ask if I liked it, and I told him stuff like no I want straight nails not curved and I said these things multiple times before and during. I have a lot more to say about my experience here but bottom line this was really unfair and they need to update their prices online,I’m really upset and feel very scammed. They even made it seem like they were giving me some sort of discount. I’m never coming back here but if you plan on coming here, know what you’re getting yourself into and bring some extra 20s
My sister and I had a facial here, nice staff, clean and a fun experience. My sisters skin was GLOWING after her facial. 5 stars
My daughter and her friend went there. The nails were beautiful but the service was terrible. They were rude almost made my daughter cry over the language barrier as she could not understand what they were saying to her. Hee friends nails cane out nice but had the wrong design and when asked the lady just said you okay and dismissed her. Will not be going back
The first time I went to this Salon for a pedicure I was so excited to find a place I can walk in but that also followed safety protocols with using single use files, etc. The next two times Ive been, I got fungus on my toe nails and so did my sister. The polish was so thick it slid right off and never dried. When I called to ask about it they said I could come back and have it re done but after the fungus situation I was not interested. The staff doesnt speak English, some not at all, as I was told dont speak to her she doesnt speak english! She also gave me road rash on the side of my foot because she filed so hard. I will never be back. Sad because its a pretty building.
I booked a 90 minute massage. On the website it says that if you arrive 15 minutes early you will receive a consultation, sensory journey, and a foot bath with your massage. I did not receive any of those things. My massage included mainly my back which was fine except the lady rubbed my feet for about 8 minutes each and only used one hand on my feet. The website says the massages comes with a hot towel and and face massage. Also did not experience either of those things. I wouldn’t mind if the website didn’t explicitly promise these things above the massage category. My massage included only about 15 of me on my back for a very short shoulder massage. Note that I booked a deep tissue massage and I felt like the massage was weak. When I asked for more pressure I didn’t receive any. I don’t mean to bash on this business at all. I understand everyone has off days. However, the massage was expensive and I felt my money was wasted.
Nail polish chipped off in 3 days. Sounds like a reoccurring problem. For getting a $60 pedicure, this should not happen... Wont be back
This was my first time going here I figured bc it was a nice looking an luxurious place I would get the best of service i unfortunately did not get that right when I get there I just got a manicure what I wanted but the lady who painted my nails an then just handed me off to a guy who had no idea what he was doing was awful I paid for something I didn’t like at all it was hideous I even told him that they asked what the problem was 5 times bc they didn’t see a problem with it after I told them I do not like it at all I asked for a letter c for my son on my nail an they did that but it was so horribly done one was twice the size as the other one an not to mention when it came to doing it on my left hand they put it backwards I had a verity horrible experience an wish I didn’t have to pay for something I did not like at all I was a little irritated an felt very un cared for almost as if the lady who first started on me was just there for the money an not to actually do her job!
What a wonderful place! Johnny did my toes and he was amazing! I have ingrown toenails that hurt something fierce and Johnny took such care and time to clean them out! He is super awesome to talk with! And my toes came out looking great!!Emily did my Moms toes and she was so precise! Such a caring and sweet woman! Highly recommend these two!!
The lady owner Hồng is way to greedy and stingy. She is not really care about the welfare of her own employees. Always trying to push her employees to work until they are exhausted .
I have been going to the Valley location for hair for years. This appointment they were down a stylist and needed to move things around. No biggie, I agreed to go at a later time on the north side. I will not be back there. First thing is it was way overpriced. I paid almost $500 for a cut and color! 😳😲 The stylist was extremely unfriendly, and said a total of maybe 5 words to me over a few hours. I was a complete inconvenience to her, even though I was very understanding and moved locations and times. Save your money and get better service elsewhere.
My first hot stone massage and it was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. I will be coming back for sure.
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My friend asked for white gel, acrylic, nails, and literally got yellow powder and was promised a refund and fix the next day. Back in there and they claim their policy is they never refund people and said they’ve never said that kind of sad that I should have to record my conversations nowadays. Worst experience ever never going back.
Rachel did my nails and I had a very nice experience! She is friendly and we had a good chat. I’m very picky about my nails and decided to try dip powder for the first time. Rachel can get my business anytime!I’m home visiting and I had gone to a nail salon in the mall for a gel nail polish change. $30 later, my nails looked worse than before I went. I couldn’t take it, so within one day I came to 7 Wonders and my nails look fabulous! This place is amazing and I will definitely come again!
So I stumbled into here tonight, without an appointment & was treated with the most kindness. I made an appointment at another hair place, I wont call it an salon because its basically the goodwill of salons, but that lady treated us so horribly. I came here on a whim, my 8 year old was so excited to get her new hair cut for upcoming school year & then was in tears from the other place. Came into this salon and I will say the most kindest people. Got an appointment right away w Chelsea and I am so glad we came here. She cut my daughters hair so cute. Its absolutely beautiful and honestly was so quick. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Chelsea for an outstanding experience. Everyone needs to come here!
My 2 daughters and I have gone to the Valley location for hair since 2018- never received a bad cut, and never a bad experience. We have been to the North location about 6 times since it has opened (haircuts for 10y, 18y and old me), special event styling $, and one acrylic nail appt. My older daughter got a great cut and style once, but her other cuts, my 3 or 4 cuts and the 10y 2 cuts- stylist (various) did not listen at all to what was requested, even with pictures. The girls said they felt the stylist was seriously rough? on diff occasions; I have left feeling like she cut nothing off at all, having sat blind without my glasses. Anyway, thumbs down, all the way, each and every visit. I just spent my last $70 for a cut I hate, in preparation for an interview next week :( Go To The Valley for Hair
I LOVE getting pedicures here! Theyre so kind and professional here. Prices are great for the beautiful work they do. HIGHLY recommended!
I was recommended to David from a close friend and he is the best of the best! Always gives me more than I ask for! Definitely the best there!
I highly recommend David. He does a great job with my pedicures and my acrylic nails.
Terrible costumer service, nails looked terrible just about everytime I got them done, I was charged a different price every time I went in, anytime I ask them to fix mine or my daughters nails that they screwed up I just got attitude and at one point they told my daughter to sit there with her hands above her head til they dried instead of putting them under the light. I will never go back. Definitely lost 2 regular costumers.
Love this place. The atmosphere is amazing its affordable friendly and they serve mimosas if you feel like having a spa day with friends!
I got three services while I was here. All three had something wrong. While the hair cut I received is not a terrible haircut it was not what I asked for at all. I even showed the lady pictures and she did something totally different. I mentioned the picture I showed her again and she just looked at me like I was dumb. Then on to the pedicure, the color was not what I picked and again I said something and they said it was right. I’m not about to argue but it is disappointing when you pay over $200 and it’s not what you expected or really wanted. I’m not even gonna say how I felt about the manicure but I will not be recommending or going back. Complete waste of money.
I love this place for several reasons, but my main reason is because they ALWAYS accommodate my daughters and me. We love our final product. Thank you!
Love the spa, their nail packages are great, their prices are reasonable, and the free drinks with the salon services are awesome. Highly recommend for nails. But hair? Not so much.I am not very happy about the haircut I just got from Melanie, a level 4 stylist.Melanie didn’t really listen to what I asked for. I asked for shaggy layers and even gave her a picture to reference. But she did her own thing and barley gave me a trim, which makes me really mad. I mentioned wanting the split ends taken off several times, she claimed she got them all, but when I got home, it was clear this was not true. Another inch should have been taken off. Which is what I wanted, anyway, since I asked for super shaggy layers. Melanie wouldn’t do a fade on my undercut (she said she didn’t know how), she wouldn’t cut my bangs to the length I wanted them (she said “that’s too short” when I told her I wanted them just above my eye brow), she washed my hair with hot water even though it’s color treated (everyone knows hot water will make color bleed!! That is a ROOKIE mistake), and she wouldn’t fix the cut when I told her it wasn’t shaggy enough - that is what is most frustrating. She made it clear she wasn’t going to fix it when I explicitly asked for her to make it more shaggy.I feel like I could have booked with a lower tier stylist and got the same results for less money.I’m willing to give 7wonders another shot, I just won’t ever be booking with Melanie again and I’d advise others avoid her as well unless you need the most basic of basic services.I’ll update my review if I do end up giving 7wonders a second chance for my hair.
Super nice staff! the nails were great & held up for a long time!
Everyone is very friendly and the nail techs are very good. I got almond shaped acrylic nails with french tip and a design and it only took 45 minutes and they turned out so pretty! It’s nice to have acrylics done that don’t take a long time. I would definitely come back here again.
My three experiences at 7 Wonders in north Spokane have all been negative. Prices seem flexible according to whoever performs your service. When a friend and I each had manicures, identical in nature/polish/options, our bills were $10 different. We were later told its up to the independent tech to set prices. What? Apparently the list prices mean nothing. During a recent pedicure with a friend, the two men working on us tried to upsell and then coerce us into the most expensive pedi package. Once we realized they were giving us the priciest pedi and commented on it, they made excuses of misunderstanding our wishes and charged us a crazy amount each. It was like a bait & switch game. Will not go back!!
I am still in the parking lot of the North location after my pedicure and feel compelled to write a review. Julie (maybe Julia?) was my technician and I chose option 2. My appointment was at 2:30 and the entire experience took 28 minutes. From checking In, picking a color, filling the water tub, pedicure, drying, paying and getting back to my car…28 minutes. Unbelievably fast for a $45 pedicure. I did not tip and I cant remember the last time Ive ever not tipped. I wasnt even done with my complimentary drink by the time she was done. My technician seemed to spend more time trying to sell me on getting a gel pedicure than she did on my actual pedicure. Needless to say, the quality is not good. There is nail polish on my toes that I will have to clean up at home and Ill have to scrub my callouses myself at home too, since she spent maybe 10 seconds scrubbing each foot. Its nice inside and I may give it another chance because its close to my house, but based on the many similar reviews, I may not.
I’m never the one to write complaints but here it goes: The first time I came I was pleased. This time I scheduled a fill and when I came in I had to wait past my scheduled time.(no big deal, I thought) but then they asked if they could do my brows first. I agreed but to my surprise after coming out from having my brows done I was informed that the lash tech went home early. I drove 40 minutes just to be told that she left in the middle of my brows being done. I’m very upset and disappointed, not at all what I would expect from them. The ladies are friendly just be aware they do not prioritize scheduled appointments and it doesn’t matter if you’re on time
The atmosphere is clean and everything is fresh and new. I had a good experience getting my nails done so I decided to try them for hair. Both cuts turned out great BUT they desperately need to improve their scheduling. I have a lot of hair and they could not finish blow out in time for the next apt. So, the next time I specifically asked for additional time and they assured me that I had an extra 30 minutes. I then asked if they could also book time for style after the cut and they agreed. When I arrived the stylist said they only booked a standard cut. She barely finished the blowout and there was no time for any style. This review may change based on how they handle my cousins refund. She had nails done they fell off the next day. They tried fixing them and they fell off again. She asked for a refund since her nails wefe not done for the event and they have not been working with her claiming they cant do refunds. A manager is supposed to be calling her, we shall see.
Loved my facial. The first mask my esthetician used was burning so she quickly cleaned me up and switched to a cooling mask free of charge. She was so kind and the setting was very relaxing. My only negative feedback would be for my haircut. The woman who did my hair didnt quite understand what I wanted. She gave me a decent cut but it wasnt what I asked for.
Won’t be going back or recommending. First, just to get your toes painted (no pedicure, no polish removal, just paint) it was $20! Second, when I got a pedicure, I was completely drenched with the water. My pants, the seat, my shoes, my handbag, completely soaked. No apology, nothing! And a mediocre pedicure was $65? No massage, just nail cut and paint and that’s it! Then, when I got a fill, I think my 6 year old would have done better. The paint is spotty, the edges unfinished, paint on my skin. And then to get chrome it is $15?! I came here when it first opened and the prices were great and service was awesome. I will not be coming back and I suggest you don’t go either. Forget asking the front desk any questions, they either have no idea or are completely rude!
They will rush any and every service, they treat you like a number and like an inconvenience. I’ve tried gel nails, acrylic and most recently a pedicure. Every single time I’m rushed and have bubbled nails or super thick. I took my friend for a pedicure over the weekend and choose a package. My pedicure was 10 minutes max! Not exaggerating!!!! They literally painted my toes and said ok let dry and bye. Didn’t touch the rest of my feet or legs, did nothing included in the package and has me pay before she walked away while I was sitting in the chair shocked I just paid for a 10 minute toe paint. Please don’t waste your time here!!!
Worst job ever I am an experienced nail technician did it for 20 years. The young man we had was super rude and did not do what we asked worst job ever especially for $75.
This is only regarding the hair salon portion. I have been a long time customer of 7 wonders due to their amazing stylists Danielle and Stephen. I had been driving to the valley location so I was so excited for the north side opening. The salon is beautiful, clean, they keep the products well stocked. The front desk is a bit odd as its very tall so at 58 its almost too tall see the card reader properly. However they are very friendly. I recommend if you have a favorite stylist to book out in advance as they fill up fast.
Beautiful spa - great experience with nail tech - not so good with the hair side - was over charged and had to have the work redone toFix the coloring job -
$$$ but great service, clean , friendly and quality work ( posted 2022)Update- services have gone down hill, they are pushy about upgrading when their basic pedi is already 35$ and even if you upgrade to a 64$ pedi it is rushed with little to no massage. My last 2 visits have been lacking . 5/ 1/24 and 7/18/24
Crystal is great! I always enjoy going to see her and she does great work :)
I scheduled reservations for 5 IDD adults/teens. They placed us in a private room to help with noise and the nail techs were great with the girls. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others in the future.
I had a really bad experience here. Its new in the area. So I came here to check out the services.I went for manicure and told them that I need powder and french tip in bright powder color. At first she didn’t understand anything as if she doesn’t know anything about powders. Then she asked someone to work on me instead. The other lady said i can do powder on your nails and use gel polish for tips. I told her I don’t want gel. I only need powder. Finally she admitted that she doesn’t know how to do different color tips with powder and said its too time consuming. They don’t know how to do their stuff and behaving like i was not aware of anything. I even showed them pictures of my previous manicures all with powder. So I am very much aware of how it works. Then I told her if you don’t know that then just do the whole nail powder without tips. I asked her pink color. Then they didn’t have pink shade in their booklet. Then she asked to find my color on the counter quickly (how rude) and the shade was pink looking and when she put it on my nails it was orange. I have told her her at-least 5-6 times that I am here for bright pink color. She said I can’t change it now. Such a horrible experience. I will never come back here especially for my nails and go to my trusty person who always do a fantastic job with powders.
I’ve been here twice for nails. As far as the nail salon goes, it’s no different than any other tacky walk-in nail place down the road. And it’s more expensive. The first time I came here, it was the single worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I had scheduled online, but they apparently do not actually connect to that system. I felt like I was an inconvenience. The guy who did my pedicure treated me like I was stupid. I’ve probably had about 40 pedicures in my life. I said I wanted normal polish, but he adamantly tried to push gel on me. Of course. It costs more from me, and it dries faster, so he could crank me out more quickly. Sorry, but I don’t need gel on my toes. He hurt my cuticles as he worked, and when I told him it hurt, he blamed me and said that I must not get my nails done often enough. The treatment was basic and unenthusiastic even though I asked for a higher level service. The second time I came here, it was with a group, and I only came because my friends wanted to try it. I figured I’d give it another shot. They split us up which we didn’t want even though they had plenty of space. One of my friends had terrible work done that only lasted a couple of days. The workers doing our pedicures complained the whole time about how hard their job is and how much their bodies hurt. I’m so sorry we came in and bothered you. Unfortunately, I got the exact same guy as before for my pedicure. He technically got the job done. He went through the motions. It was the most unenthusiastic treatment. It didn’t feel relaxing. The paint was slapped on and uneven and splattered on my skin. I felt like I wasted my money. At least he didn’t hurt me. The gal who did my manicure couldn’t speak English at all. She seemed like a sweet girl though. Otherwise, it’s overpriced. The free drinks aren’t worth it.
JD is one of the Best Nail tech’s I have seen in years. I am a Licensed Hairstylist and just want to give a shout out to JD for going above and Beyond for the care that she has given me .. I absolutely love my nails every time I come in, to have her do them ♥️
Top notch pampering! Crystal is meticulous about her work, and is so sweet and kind 💖 try the facial- its legit!!
UPDATE: My sister contacted Abbey and was told we could come in for a redo of our pedicures. My tech was JD and my sisters was WENDY. What a totally difference experience! Those techs turned an awful experience into an incredible positive one! I’ll go back for sure making sure to ask for either tech.If I could have, I would have given this place less than one star. I had gone in there with my sister for pedicures. We were so excited when we arrived seeing how great everything looked, how clean the place is. That was the only good thing about this place. We were seated at the chairs where the tech Xay began to work on my feet. Although he did a fairly good job, as I was looking around the room I noticed others were getting their callouses tended to. I have callouses and he never touched mine. When I asked him for the same service everyone else was getting he became noticeably upset and grudgingly put some cream on them, accomplishing nothing. When my sisters tech, Carly, started working on my sisters feet, my sister had to tell her what to do from to from the very beginning. She didn’t want to work on her feet it was obvious. She had to be told to cut the nails, she cut my sister terribly when she worked on her cuticles, making her bleed so much, and she didn’t shape her nails. When the polish was applied, my sister asked for a third coat to be put on because it was a light polish and Carly asked for permission from another tech if she could put on a third coat. Seriously? She added the third coat but it still didn’t make a difference. At that point Carly was able to put on a darker color thankfully hiding the terrible job that was done. Finally, we were offered a beverage when we were 3/4 of the way done and only after asking for something to drink. The customer service here is terrible. Don’t waste your time.
Took our girls here & had such a great time. Customer service was amazing!
Got my hair and nails done here. Was not impressed. Steven or Stephen was supposed 2 fix it but then I gave birth and couldnt make our scheduled apt. Called back to reschedule and they said sorry its been 2 long and so it would b full price. I spent $400 on my nails and hair. Will not b back and deleted my nail review I did months ago because the price is outrageous for this kind of treatment. U can obviously tell my hair length is off. And I worked at target.... cant tell u how many people came over to get benadryl after a pedicure here due 2 an allergic reaction.... as theyre racing up 2 the hospital... hope theyre all ok!! Not worth my time, money, or life apparently
Took Mom and my niece to get manicures. Price was good, Service, not so.much. Techs were in such a hurry they made 2 out of 3 of us bleed when cutting around cuticles. The colors we picked, the techs decided yo do a color they wanted. Was also in an out within 20 min..Wont be going there again..
Was alright my mom, grandmother and I went in to get pedicures and the other two did great jobs on them but my guy wasn’t paying attention rushed the whole process I have lumps in my polish I was not impressed he was very lazy. I would not go through him again. Found out that they also have a lot of hidden fees in the packages that were not explained or even told when offered.
Ive had my nails done here a few times since it opened on the north side of Spokane. Ive been happy so far. Will continue going as long as Im satisfied!! 😄 This is the first time I had Nathan, and he gave a lot of attention to the details and was the best nail tech I ever had!! I am happy this nail place opened here in the north Spokane.
You will see a lot of 5 stars, it is because they give you a free gift for a good review. Its really big so you get in fast. Got 2 of the $50 pedicures and my wife and I got two totally different treatments. The person did way more extras to me while my wife was done 10 minutes before me and started 5-10 minutes later. Was supposed to have an option on a feature of the pedicure, was never asked. There is a weird vibe of the supervisers creepily watching over all the workers, as if they were always taking too long. Want a quick pedicure with lots of color options, this is your place. As this is more of a fun thing my wife and I do occasionally, it didnt feel fun like smaller, more personable salons.
Unsatisfied customer- I bought a spa package- 90 min massage, mani and pedi. It started with my massage- the massage was nice- he did a good job but it was not relaxing what so ever! The room had spa music but you could here all the back ground sounds- people talking/ the bar outside the room and most of the guy who was giving me the massage was breathing so loud out of his mouth and slurping his spit- it was so gross sounding and he did it the whole time and worst of all he FARTED right next to me- he said excuse me but I’m sorry- I came here for a relaxing visit and pamper day and the was far from relaxing! After my massage was over he tried to make me pay for the massage separately when I have a package and then realized he couldn’t because it was a package. So than he tells me to go over there were the mail salon is and someone will help me. A lady came over and said pick out your color and gel is 15$ more- I’m like okaaaay. They rushed me over to get my pedi and hands me the sheet with all the prices and I have to explain to them that I bought a spa package- no one communicates there and had no idea I had the spa package. My pedi and mani was rushed and half way through it they finally offered me a complimentary drink. I did not get the experience of relaxation. When you treat yourself for a spa day you expect to have that experience and this place is far from that! I will not refer anyone nor will I come back! Davenport is way better than this place- 7 wonders just rushes you around and just try’s to get the next customer through.
Went with my bridal party to have mani pedis. Not only did half of the group get treated poorly because they didn’t want gel on their toes( the workers helping them refused to complete their manicures and left them sitting alone for some time until we said something) this is the 1st acrylic set I’ve ever gotten that broke off. 2 days after service no less. Disappointed all around
I made appointments to get hair cut and pedicure at 1 and 2. I got there and checked in at 12:45. At 1:15 I asked if I was checked in and the girl said yes. At 130 I asked again and told her it was already 1/2 hour past my appointment time. She said let me check. She came back and said Sophia who both my appointments were with left. She did not offer a haircut with anyone else but said they could do my pedicure with a discount. I said ok. They took me back for Pedi about 145. I picked my Polish and gave it to the young man who seated me. About 215 someone finally started the water and started pedicure. She did not speak any English so someone else came and asked me which pedicure. I told her that I had chosen when I booked appointment but she asked me again so I just chose the cheapest one 25 dollars. Three different people came and asked if I wanted Polish and I told all of them yes the young man had it. I finally just told her to pick a red one. When I was finally done I went to pay and the first girl was gone so I tried to explain to the new one at the desk about getting a discount. About 5 minutes into her looking it up she says it is 30 dollars I will give you a 5 dollar discount. I told her it was the 25 dollar one and she said no its 30. I finally just paid the 25 and left. This was one of the biggest nightmares.
My kid really likes coming here for lash lift and Tint. People are friendly
Seven Wonders is a classy spa with professionalism abounding! They always take good care of me, and the service is exceptional. The best place I know of for a great massage, professional haircut, excellence in nail tech, and so much more. Plus, the ambiance is easygoing, and the atmosphere is joyful. It is a beautiful place!
I went here today for the first time and had a great experience. Its very clean and nicely decorated with a very calm atmosphere. I went in to have my acrylic nails (originally done elsewhere) filled and reshaped. Kim did a wonderful job! She really listened to what I wanted and did her very best to make it happen. She was so sweet and I am so happy with my nails. I will for sure be coming back to this salon and specifically requesting Kim ❤️
Terrible service. Even the most basic services are of pathetic quality in both pricing and its contents. Seriously how hard is it to screw up a simple mani and pedi? Never coming back. I hope this establishment burns to the ground.
Had a full acrylic set with David today! I cant believe I havent been here before! Its a bit out of the way for me but worth it for sure! The place is clean and relaxing. This is the best set and best experience Ive had!
As others mentioned, the atmosphere is very nice. The poor rating is for the actual pedicure. Ive never received a pedicure with no base coat or top coat. The woman doing it didnt even remove my old polish on one foot and just painted over it (after fully removing the polish on my other foot). The polish was so uneven I took it off when I got home and reapplied it myself. I will not be returning.
I’m extremely upset with the service I received I asked for medium coffin shaped nails and ended up with the shortest nails I have ever had, the man changed the color I picked he said “ this colors not good for you” i chose a colored acrylic power and the man put gel polish over the top without even asking me. I then went to get a pedicure they sat me at a chair told me to put my feet in the water it was cold and dirty it had hair and other debris floating in it and then was upset when I said this water is dirty. This was the absolute worst first experience at this location.
Have gone here two times. Once with a wedding party that I made a reservation for. When we got there they didnt have it written down. None of us sat together. The brides nails didnt look anything like the pic she showed. It was supposed to be opaque pale pink and glitter. Thats not what she got. Mine was $60 and Ricky did a good job. Second time went to get a fill, called ahead to book Ricky, they said yes. I told them I had an appointment they didnt take to to the correct person. Will not be back.
Candy was amazing. She was really great and caring. Will always ask for her on my future appointments. (My daughter wasnt so lucky - her girl was in a hurry even tho we paid for her to have the stone treatment, but she did not provide that to my daughter)10/10 to candy!!!
