I love coming here. They have so much selection and always carry exactly what I want. The pricing is competitive and theres usually awesome sales. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I really like the layout and how bright and clean the place is. Theres tons of parking out front and its easy/convenient to find. Theyve recently remodeled and Ive included a pic! Hope you like the place as much as I do!

Have been going to this store for years and have not been to another vape shop since. I’ve seen some employees come and go but they’ve all had the same quality customer service, which is amazing. Not only do they have a vast knowledge of their products, but they will help you out with any issues you have with your products.Today we came in because our Falcon Legend tank had been having issues with leaking and no recognizable atomizer. Jacob, who is always a friendly face to see in the establishment, took the time to fiddle with the tank and find the source of the problem after we spent hours at home not being able to fix it ourselves. He got the tank working and found the source of the issue (wonky coils), and we were able to leave the shop a lot more reassured of the purchase. We were also assured if any issues persisted we were welcome back to get further support and possibly an alternate option if the issue reoccurs.Highly recommend coming to them for your vape needs, including technical and mechanical ones. Everyone is nice, welcoming, and helpful. Shop is always very clean and organized.

This store is amazing! I am new to vaping and have had nothing but great help every time I’ve come into the store. The last two times I was helped by Fox. She listened to what my likes and dislikes were. She asked all the right questions and I ended up leaving with an excellent purchase. Keep up the excellent work!!!

I bought a device sometime in April, I’ve bought this particular brand many times before and they usually last me well over a year. I was charging it and the light just went out and nothing I tried would get it to come back on. It is July 4th today so I’ve literally had the device probably 2.5 months 3 at most, I’m also a long time customer. Apparently none of that matters over corporates greedy policy.I called them over the phone to see when purchased and if there was anything that could be done. I was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase …. I explained how I just got this thing and that would probably literally save 3$ at most. She said to come in and we’d see what we could do.So that’s exactly what I did. Only to be met by someone else who basically said there’s nothing we can do for you. This is some shady practice. Apparently corporate does not care about long term customers. Nor do they care if your device ends up being faulty.I live paycheck to paycheck, have two kids and not much money to stretch me until next Friday, I can’t afford to spend my money at a place like this. A place that doesn’t stand by their product or their customers.

Absolutely wonderful service from all staff here! The Airway Heights location is very easy to find, very clean and has a wonderful variety of items to choose from. I highly recommend checking them out! They also offer military discount for those active duty members which is amazing!

Rachel was amazing as I was purchasing some juice, she cleaned my tank and gave me a protective band all for free, come pay them a visit!

The person that helped my husband argued about the atomizer he was trying to sell my husband. He told the sales person they were the wrong kind and the sales person insisted they were the one he wanted. Fortunately I had one on me and sent him back in with it and got the right one. Husband got no apology. That sales person needs to be educated. Not to mention it should be in your computer system the ones he buys every few weeks

I had a great experience at Vapor Lounge in Airway Heights . James was very helpful I had previously purchased the Dot switch and was having a few issues with the unit so James advised me to go with a different unit with my vaping style . So I decided to go with the new Geek vape AN 2 kit . This unit delivers great taste , great clouds , good throat hit . I also like its compact size and ease of use . It’s easy to fill , has great functions including a fire lock mode so it doesn’t accidentally go off in your pocket . This device comes with 2 cartridges one at 0.6 ohms & 1.2 ohms which means you can choose between a lighter hit or stronger . I came in because i broke my vape and i was not sure what part of it was broken. I was at a wedding and it fell from the porch to the ground then stopped working. Well i had the pleasure of working with Lily and Tiffany and they were able to figure out what was wrong with it but they went the extra mile and fixed it for me. I really appreciate these ladies for helping me out and going above and beyond to get me taken care of. I highly recommend these two and the store.

I bought a new nord vape smok all leaks my liquid out from filter area I went in and showed a couple people they said turn it up to 30 i did and it steal leaks I cant afford to keep buying the liquid its $30 buck

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for the Mr. Fog brand are on point! Ive also gotten some gardening advice and my carrots and cucumbers took off after it!!My biggest wish is that they invest in recycling for vapes. The lithium batteries are dangerous to the environment to just toss in the trash.

I have been going here for years. Recently I’ve been getting help from a very nice lady named Ruby. And I cannot express enough how awesome she was. Listen, I’m not a super avid smoker. I buy the disposable vapes every few weeks or longer. GAIL IS AWESOME! I’ve never met or worked with her before. She smoothly and quickly talked me thru trying the RAZ brand and recommended a flavor (frozen strawberry) that not only tasted delicious but was an all around better deal than what I had. I visited the airway heights location around 7pm tonight and I just need to take a moment to give appreciation to the two ladies working there tonight. I believe their names were Niah and Gail, they were so kind and helpful. They helped me with every question I had and the store looked cleaner than I have ever seen it. All in all was a great shopping experience today thank a to Niah and Gail.

Went in and asked for 50mg saltnic and .8 ohm pods. Sold me 30mg saltnic and 1.0 ohm pods. By the time i noticed both packages were opened. No refunds. Not the first time this has happened at this store.UPDATE:The district manager contacted me abt this issue - after exchanging emails i was issued a full refund. So where to start ... Ive had so many issues at this location the most...my boyfriend went to there to get assistance with fixing my broken tank... He felt rushed out of the store after helping him, but they didnt let him stay long enough to see if it was even working .. when he got home I put juice in it, but it started leaking immediately and then it wouldnt hit... When I called to ask them about it, they told me that HE was the one rushing them. They said that as soon as they put the new tank on it he just left... Which ISNT TRUE!!! Ive had trouble with this lady multiple times not feeling confident that she knows and understands your product. Your product isnt cheap and the mods are very temperamental so when someone makes an error with our mods its not cheap and when you have reps that dont know the product and talk down to people it makes them not want to come back.

This place is awesome! Its the only place i will go to! The associates are friendly, its welcoming. Jenny has been super awesome to work with. I was contemplating changing my mod box and she was very knowledgeable about the mod box that i wanted to get. She took the time to show me how to set up the box, how to charge the batteries and even make sure everything worked before i left the store. I will always come to this place for any of my needs for my box mod. Jenny is the gal to talk to and ask about the different items they sell. Her personality is amazing, she is friendly and was even willing to chat about other things. Once again amazing vape store and amazing person. My mod was leaking all over the place, and I tried everything I could think of. I went in to the lounge in airway heights by Walmart, and Lily had a couple of different ideas on what the problem could be. So far I haven’t run into the problem since. I’ve been dealing with this leak for about a month and a half, and it’s been fixed in a matter of minutes. Thank you Lily! You really helped me out!

I love this Vapor Lounge and it’s because of Jenny and Caleb that I won’t go anywhere else. They have been an enormous help whenever I’m trying to decide on juice flavors. I can usually tell either of them what I’m looking for and they always know exactly what to recommend. They’ll even tell me when something isn’t that great. I trust their judgment with juice and with questions about the functions of a mod. They are very, very knowledgeable and super friendly.I have always enjoyed the laid back vibe in the stores.

They have killer service, relaxing atmosphere willing to help you and give you great advice. I live in Seattle and make plan trips down there, I am getting into building my own coils and didnt have much knowledge, called right on down to vapor lounge and talked to Logan. He gave me excellent advice and was very honest what would be good for me and my box mod. Didnt judge me for not knowing anything about them and he said I would like to save you some money and be knowledge rather just making a sale I like being honest which this is so hard to come by now a days and heir selection on e juice is amazing! Its hard to find juice sense I am so picky and always want super good fruit or candy flavors, they pointed me in the right direction of I didnt like one they said no problem lets try something else. They have outstanding customer service and trust thats huge to me thanks guys!

I bought a device from this store and within a week it quit working, I called and spoke with the manager who told me it was on my account and I could bring it in and exchange under the manufacturers warranty. When I got to the store that night the gentleman that helped me was rude from the start and told me he was training and couldnt do anything about it without a physical receipt, I told him I had called in earlier and was told because it was under my account I didnt need a receipt. He then began to become ruder to me and said it wasnt under my account. I was told it was he started arguing with me. I have never been treated with such bad customer service in my life, I have done all of my business with this location and to be treated like this makes me never want to go there again. I wasnt even try to get money back or anything just an exchange.

I have nothing but praise for the workers at the Vapor Lounge in Airway Heights. The crew there is not only extremely friendly, but very knowledgeable about products and the vaping industry. They are very easy to talk to and offer solid advice regarding hardware and juice. Id like to see more inventory, but I understand the cost in keeping a large stock on hand. The items they offer are a great range from beginners just trying to kick the habit to full fledged cloud chasers. Always a joy to stop in when we are passing by.

These guys are amazing, Ive been smoking cigarettes for ages. They helped me find the perfect kit and flavors, they even put in on my account notes of flavors Id like to try when I come in next! If you want great advice on a awesome starter to quit smoking go here.

They helped me out and I was super happy until I got home almost 50 miles away and realized they did not give me a charger for my pen and it is a special charger now I am pist because I dont know when I will be able to get back there to get one . I dont drive. Why would they not give me a way to charge it ?

One of the best vape shops by far. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all keep it real with you, which is something that, for me, takes a business to a whole other level of awesome. The selection of juices, mods, tanks, and disposables are fantastic. Not quiiiteee as plentiful as other stores, but fantastic nonetheless.Not once, in my VAST number of visits, have I left dissapointed. At least not with vapor lounge itself.I have bought a couple dissapointing pod devices, however, its not vapor lounges fault. They dont have a crystal ball to tell you how reliable a new line of products will be 6 months from now.Nonetheless, amazing store. Amazing people. Will continue to be my favorite vape shop in the spokane area.And that goes for ALL vapor lounges.

I went in here yesterday May 15th 2022, and a very nice guy named Rob helped me. At least I think that’s what his name was. I had never owned or bought any vaping related products before so I was VERY new to everything. He took the time to find out what exactly the experience I was looking for (more flavor over nicotine etc) and helped me get the right box mod and tank for just that. Got me a good deal on juice and answered all my questions. Educated me on my product. That’s my first experience here and definitely won’t be my last. I’ll be coming back here from here on out for all my vaping needs. Rob was AWESOME and never once judged me for not knowing what I was getting. And he expressed to me that he actually enjoyed getting new comers like myself and teaching them the basics

That was the only reason I was shopping here. The new return policy is terrible. You have made the store and employees obsolete. Just so they can sell junk.

My mod broke this morning and I was super sad since I juts got it for my birthday. Took it in at 10am, Im so grateful for their new hours, and Jenny helped me out. She tried a bunch of things and when we figure out it was the mod itself, even tho it was like a day passed my 30 day warranty, she still exchanged the mod for me. She also taught me a few new ways to help keep my mods life lasting long and she was just overall amazing! Thanks jenny!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I havent gone through to see any negative comments, if there are any, but my experience for the three times going in has been amazing. It was clear to me that if I had any problems to bring it in, if it cant be fixed theyll replace it. I didnt anticipate having any issues but once I did, they stayed true to their word. I am not a huge vaper so I know little to none about the products functions. They will walk you through everything you need to know. All staff members are amazing and a huge help. If you have any vape needs, this is your place. Only con is that you wont find 80 walls filled of juice, but the juice they sell seems to be top of the line.

Definitely one of my favorite vapor lounges out of the 3 I go to regularly, the team and the bosses are all very responsive and very helpful I greatly appreciate the help I received today from the two gentlemen working. Definitely a good reliable shop/company!

Not only do they have the knowledge but they also have the same quality of product to go with it.I reccomend this place if youre either a casual vaper or someone chasing that cloud. They know it all. I had a small issue with a vape I purchased. They told me to hang on to the receipt in case I wasn’t 100% satisfied. I went back with that and they let me switch it out for one that works perfectly and looks way cooler. Their customer service was great.-Adam 8/1/22

I used to go into the store all the time I was faithful I never went anywhere else until they all of a sudden started not having what I needed and every time I go in there they dont have what I needed and I have to find it someplace else and I finally found a place online where I can get everything that I want I will not be going back

Horrible place to work with. Got a mod from there a while back. They told me it was a great unit. Had nothing but problems with it. Took it to them they replaced it with a new one. Still same problems with this model. Needed help with salt nics and different types that could be used with this unit. They didnt tell me anything other then it wont work with what i have. I dont recommend this place if you want help or info on the unit your getting. And they only want you to buy the most expensive stuff they have on there shelves. They are all about selling and not about the customers... Not a gooe place at all.

I love coming back to my old stomping grounds. Tiffany real is a big help and very knowledgeable when it comes to these products.

Proper selection of your vaping needs in the Spokane area. My only complaint is the ladies are distractingly beautiful.

People here are awesome, friendly, and know what they’re talking about. I’ve never had any issues and I appreciate when they don’t have something I’m looking for specifically they recommend somewhere that might.I really appreciate it and it keeps me coming back when I need something. 💜

These guys were able to not only recommend two new flavors over the phone, but even bring me the items i needed to my truck while i was stuck at the petro, being OTR i cant just make it into a store, and this was A HUGE help. A lot of stores will just hang up on you when you ask for this kind of favor. But these guys, they really come together at a price you cant argue with. 5 stars earned, EASY

Ive had some problems finding my flavor of vape juice due to shipping/stocking problems caused by coronavirus. I called the store to see if they had any in stock, when they were out of stock they called two or three other stores to find it for me. They found it and totally impressed me with how much they did to help. This was at approximately 9:40 AM on Jun 13 in case you want to give them a raise. Thanks guys

One of the best!My husband will only come here. They have very fair prices, they have a clearance section, let you try things out, sell drinks and the employees are very knowledgeable about the lastest vape/ecig, juice and trends. They also try to a relationship with every customer.My husband is so sad that his job is transfering him down to Texas (but the AWESOME employees gave him a card so he could order jucie from them before we move).

Went there yesterday to get some CBD. Great customer service from Josh! Very helpful and even recommended another product for my pain. Yes, it’s a little pricy, but it’s worth the results. Very friendly staff. This store definitely has my business for CBD and I will gladly tell others to shop there. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Went in with some people I went up with for work and had no intention of buying anything but saw some stuff that was cool and the staff ACTUALLY HAD A CLUE about vapeing. I told them i wasnt planning on buying anything and they were still more than happy to show me stuff and take the time to explain it. In the end i walked out with a smok mag with the prince tank and batteries for about $70 while they were haveing a sale. Supper chill environment and the customer service was outstanding. Wide selection of merchandise and they were not pushy at all (most of my local shops are supper pushy).

Best vape shop Ive been to, super friendly staff and just an overall amazing experience every time I go. They have a huge selection of juice and devices, and its the only place I go for anything vape related.

I went in to get vape and rob was the most helpful lad I have ever met, very professional, even had his shirt tucked in and everything 10/10 would recommend going to this location just to have this young man service you. I will be going back.

This place is pretty awesome the staff is very kind and knowledgeable and there are always more than it happy to help you with your Vape if you dont know what youre doing or it doesnt seem to be working properly. They have good deals and they always have lots of stuff on clearance as well.

I bought 2 packs of coil for 1 of my vapes that I purchased there I still had a couple left over and when I finished them I went to put a new one in that I bought at vape lounge and it did not fit the guy sold me and I did not keep the the receipt but I thought it would be ok cause I used my membership and I thought I could just go exchange for the Right ones I needed for the vape I bought thereI walked in and asked the girl to check my account and the last guy I bought didn’t even use it so I had no proof of purchase for these coils she wouldn’t exchange theses coil for the right ones now I’m stuck with coils I think I’ll stick to buying one again

Got a vape pin from this place and when I got home it gave me about 5 puffs and then quit working, wont charge or nothing even if I would have tried it at the store and it worked fine it would have stopped working just after I got home now they will do nothing to help so have fun with them.....

Am extremely satisfied with the Vapor Lounge at Airway Hieghts, Washington. The guest survice and help is above and beond. I will gladly do all my purchasing through Vapor Lounge with out a problem. They have a nice wide selection of E-liquid, mods, and tanks. Guaranteed 5 star rating for me.

So i had an issue with a profile tank that was leaking horribly. It was purchased at that Vapor Lounge store. Needless to say that a 25 day old tank leaks and they will not do anything about it and id have to buy a new tank. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will never ever use another Vapor Lounge store.

They dont sell other brands of Vape like milk man, suicide bunny, Riverside, two peas, ruthless, etc. They dont sell things to build drippers. They have decent prices though on box mods, mods, tanks. They have good prices on could too. I honestly care more about what they provide in juice and what they have after you purchase your portable Vape apparatus lol have a good day. Check out their set ups though!

They were OUT of what I wanted, I am wondering how long they are going to be in business. Went back a week later and still OUT of 24mg menthol, bought 18mg the 2nd time, how long before there out of that because of the increased sales

This is not a vape shop but a corporate joke. All true vapers whether beginner, intermediate, or expert avoid this place. More pg does not mean better flavor. Testers should be zero milligrams not 12 (Head rushes do not enhance flavor) . 80vg 20pg is not a cloud line max vg or 90/10 is. Marketing should include all walks of vapers. Whether cloud chasers, hobbyist, newbies, etc. The market is booming in commodities of high end vape products and competition. The juice here is also outrageously expensive, selection of juice manufactures non existent and bottle sizes are laughable. Only 10mls normal 20mls if asked. If your trendy or ignorant to vaping come here. Strongly urge anyone to do price checking and research on vaping before you walk into this place. One exception to all this. If your goal is to stop smoking this is far better than another cigarette.
