Ive been to this location countless times, and each time the staff has been very helpful, not to mention extremely friendly and personable. I would say vapor lounge as a whole has been very good to me, especially comparable to what I have seen at other shops. Today, I saw a new, friendly face in there. So I had to say that if you go into this location, John is amazing! Thank you John, and thanks to everyone there who make my day a bit brighter each time :)

Ive tried multiple vape shops in town, but each one reminds me why I prefer Vapor Lounge. At every Vapor Lounge location Ive visited, the staff has been incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. What sets them apart is not only the amazing staff but also their clean and professional appearance. The stores themselves are much cleaner and more professional as well. While I dont mind buying from an employee in casual attire, I greatly prefer a company that takes pride in both its appearance and its product.

John was so incredibly helpful, but most importantly, was genuinely kind. Great costumer service skills- they’re a natural!!!! Thanks again John 💗

10/10 customer service at this location! Zech and Kevin went above and beyond today to figure out a manufacturing issue with my new mod. They were courteous, patient and very understanding. They did everything they could to fix the issue and they did! I’m a long time customer because of the customer service I get from all of these shops, but south hill is hands down my favorite crew. Huge shout-out to Zech and Kevin in particular though for ensuring my experience today was a good one, they know that a good experience is important for new and old customers alike! They apologized for any inconvenience, but I’m easygoing, it just mattered most to me that we found a solution, and they were able to get the job done! Thanks guys, y’all were great!

Above and beyond great people and great service simply does not come close to how awesome this place is. I came in to find some coils and 3 employees searched for what I was looking for, and they found it, on a discontinued atomizer. They did the same for a replacement glass on another. When they couldnt find coils for another atomizer, the gentleman who was helping me searched online and printed out what he found for me.Customer service is number one here so I highly recommend Vapor Lounge for ecerything vape related. You wont regret doing business with them. I know I dont.

I am so glad that the employees at Vapor Lounge are educated on vape devices. I had been using the wrong coil in my mod 😲. Now that I have the right one no more leaking. Solves a very sticky problem. Thank you.

I want to give a huge shoutout to both Ezequiel and Genrty. They are the best, the help me out all the time and if they don’t have what I am looking for the have good replacements. They always have a smile and joke and are always happy. I love going in to the store when they are working. Good job guys keep up the amazing job. 😁

Chill people there, helpful when you have a question and good suggestions for flavors if youre not sure. Definitely one of my favorite vape stores in the area to the point of it being the only place I head to when I need stuff.Really good stuff in stock and on display as well, rarely do I ever have a problem at this store. The only time I had a problem was at a different location on the Northside of spokane... But I just dont go there unless Im up in that area so its a non issue.

I have sort of a love-hate relationship with vapor lounge. I did a review a while ago. I think believe in 2018 that was pretty negative. I did give them another chance and Ive had so-so more positive than negative experiences since then. One thing that really is irritating though is they dont sell coils singly you have to buy packs of five now or more. And it can get expensive if all I need is one coil.

They were very helpful in finding the juice and milligrams of nicotine that I like the most. They made it a fairly easy transaction. Staff were friendly and courteous and knew their products well, I think! I didnt realize until after I had already left that when asking for atomizers, they must not have heard me or had forgotten after I decided to change the size. I dont think it was really their fault - mainly mine, but I was already gone by the time I had noticed it.

Today I came in and Ezekiel was helping a lady ahead of me in line, she had many questions about her favorite juice, how her device charges, and discounts- He told her all of her options, and was super patient. He even told her that her favorite was going to be discontinued soon…and how she could mix 0 with others to get her desired strengths... It’s little moments like this that we should all take to help others and be patient with others. Cheers, Ezekiel, Merry Christmas, thank you for your help today!

I was recommended by a friend to come check this place out because, of how knowledgeable the employees are about product. When I came in they had a sign with the employees on it and their favorite juices I thought that was pretty cool! A young lady greeted me when I came in and had such a positive attitude! One of the other employees helped me out though, “Calvin” I believe. He was amazing he listened very well to what I was looking for and was able to find exactly what I wanted! I even took one of his juice recommendations, which was amazing by the way! Just from those 2 employees I had interaction with, I will definitely keep me coming! Not to mention he even gave me a discount on my juice since I was getting a brand new mod.

Used to come often due to convenience. Staff usually recognize me and are friendly but dont listen to any of their recommendations on juices. If they recommend it, its garbage. Very very limited selection on salt nic. Very very overpriced products. But hey, its right here in Lincoln heights.One star because today I came in, for the 500th time, for juice and coils. They recognized me, pulled up my account and even knew what kind of vape I had already because of how often I come in. Would not sell to me without ID. They said its against their policy and every single customer needs to show physical ID. Theres been several times I wasnt carded and they know who I am. I sent my roommate in 15 minutes later for the same exact items I requested and guess what? He wasnt carded at all. Im never going back I will be going to lilac city vapors from now on for better selection, better prices, recommendations from staff who actually know their stuff and better customer relations

One trip here I would rate 1 star! The last two trips a 5 and a 4. The young lady who opened the store on Saturday morning was not only helpful but extremely friendly and pleasant.

Great staff very knowledgeable of products. Love the cold water its refreshing especially if its Lil busy and youve gotta wait. That does happen they get busy and depend on time of day you may wait for service but its never really to long five minutes tops staff is always kicking but to get you helped ASAP

I went to the vapor lounge on the south hill and Gentry and David were working and had the absolute best customer service! They not only helped me solve my issue but went above and beyond to help me. I will not only be returning yo this store but I will make this my one stop shop for e cigs!. Highly recommend this shop!

I dont like it when the weird little dude in the glasses is there. I literally PRAY I wont run into him. He flirts with EVERY female customer that enters the shop and makes it a point to start weord conversations about new places to eat around town and saying things like its really good seeing you again. It is extremely unprofessional and I know for a fact he does not treat male customers the same.

David has great customer service, brand new device came with faulty pod and the way he handled himself was good, showed me that the customer matters and went above and beyond to make me happy, definitely coming back

I’ve been a customer for quite a few years since I switched from smoking to vaping in 2017. I go to the south hill one but have been to the Shadle and Airway Heights many times too, and at each visit have always had excellent service from knowledgeable young people. The last time I went though became frustrating. I brought back the incorrect tank glass that my husband got for me, even though they supposedly looked it up because he didn’t know which to get. Regardless, when I tried to bring it back the new employee wouldn’t do it. She said she didn’t know if she could exchange it even though I had my receipt and it was even in the original blue bag. She said she didn’t know that if she could or how to even if she did know. I’d think these things should be known by a new employee that’s been left alone in the store to deal with customers. At least give them a person the can call to figure it out. It’s stupid and insignificant in the big scheme of things but frustrating coming from the only shop you use.

I kept taking chances on this store even though all their products are over priced, because they’re the only vape store on the south hill. This last year, I have gotten a bottle of juice that automatically burned my pods, but maybe it’s not their fault. I have gotten 5+ disposables, and since they didn’t have any of the top brand names, I asked for a recommendation. They pulled out a $25 disposable that literally made me gag when I tried it. I decided to go back and give it one last chance, but again, every single time I’ve been recommended something from this store, regardless of the product, employee, or price, it ends up tasting awful. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because the awfulness I’ve gone through has inspired me to quit vaping.

Helpful employees and nice atmosphere

The first greedy I bought for my man that they had put aside for me to pick up heated up super hot one time then never worked again but were here now to return it an dude seems to be making my guy feel this place or 4 stars so yeh not bad.

$30 for an elf bar is highway robbery. They’re $14-$15 online with free shipping. Don’t go here and just order them online.

I love this place. The employees know everything there is to know about all things vape. They are super friendly and love helping you figure out what you want. They have a huge selection of juice and mods and their inventory is always being updated and improved. Never had a bad experience here and never will.

Devon and Hez were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my constant indecision and curiosity regarding the latest flavor, tanks, etc. They always have my favorite flavors and hardware. Ive shopped at many vape shops, but now its Vapor Lounge all the way! No, Im not affiliated with them, I just like to give kudos when theyre deserved!

I asked about products they have the lady gave me a confused look and then look for the item that I wanted for about 30 seconds and then said. Im sorry we dont have anything when I know. They have a Box in the back full of the product that I was looking for.

This store is freaking awesome! I had an issue with my old mod that I completely and utterly messed up to say it G rated or whatever. LOL! Or for lack of another word...f*ed up...well the worker Bailey helped get a really amazing deal that I could NOT pass on. I had told her earlier that day that I had meant to get out of her store tonight and I was going to be vaping for around $50 and well she surprised me by beating that price by 10 or 15 dollars! Thanks Bailey, I will for sure be back there again for some kick-butt Fireball juice! 👽😁👽

I was getting my first e cig, but had no clue what anything was at all. The person behind the desk, was so professional, he didnt I swear about a half hour giving me opinions, honest ones, not trying to coax me into expensive stuff I need.I havent smoked in 3 days now. I bought the Vladdin RE pod, with regular Turkish flavor oil. Its awesome!!

I have been going to the south hill vapor lounge for almost a year now. I would not recommend this location only because of ALL the employees are very rude and snappy. I have given this location time and time again a chance and every time I go in they are pure rude. Personally will not put up with that when I’m spending my working money there. They have lost not only my service but my neighbors due to the rudeness & eye rolling they do.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Honestly had such a great experience overall. Braden and Mason were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my somewhat snobby needs. They are my absolute favorites now. Thank you vapor lounge for all that you do.

Stopped by while passing through the area and I was a little early before they were supposed to open. I waited 10min past their open time and none was there. I wasnt in a rush but still needed to be somewhere. Kinda killed the rest of my day since I had to wait another 5 hrs till I was able to go somewhere else and get what I needed..

I absolutely love this place the customer service is amazing the selection is fantastic everybody is very very kind everybody was very helpful when I was going in to try and stop smoking and I could not pick a better place to go for any of the products that they are actually trying to sell it is phenomenal. You can just tell that Josh Mason and Brayden all love their job and love helping people who are in their store its great!

This store has become my go to for vaping needs. I have tried other shops in town and have no complaints, but keep returning to this one for my needs. Thier ayoxk is currently limited (though they DO carry I infinix pods, and other hard to find accessories) but they are also expanding this location and will carry much more very soon. They are pretty knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
