Karaoke! And what a great show. We stumbled upon this amazing bar and had a great time. Excellent classic cocktailMenu. Play records, tapes. Couches. Just awesome.

Me and my crew stopped at the Slowpoke for a cocktail before dinner. To our great surprise there was beautiful and comfortable couches and unique chairs and drink tables to sit in while we sipped our drinks. Our bartender offered us to pick a record to play and we thought that was the bees knees. We sat and enjoyed the music, however our cocktail was over poured with liquor, and we aren’t the type of people who really enjoy that in our later years. There was an old drink on the floor that was off putting (smelly) but over all it was very cute and trendy. We will definitely be back to enjoy the coziness of the Slowpoke

Bestie and I were trying to find a place to eat while enjoying House On the Rock for the weekend (not much open on a Sunday night). We found this little place and fell in love once we walked in. Comfortable seating and ambiance between the lush couches and low lighting, in addition to the rows of books and records. It was inclusive and it was nice to not feel like the only queer people in a small, Wisconsin town. However, the thing we came for wasnt available and there didnt seem to be any warnings that food was out. Wed love to come back when we have more time and not worried about eating.

I am a professional singer/songwriter who recently played Slowpoke Lounge. Over 32 years i’ve played around six-thousand of shows on hundreds of stages. This is one of the best. The sound was perfect, the room is intimate but roomy. Check this place out.

This places books some seriously amazing music. Their snack menu is nicely chosen and I’m especially grateful for their fun mocktail selection! I always look forward to a night at the Slowpoke!

Theyve got a lovely cocktail menu, as well as some well-chosen tap beers (including a proper Guinness) and some delicious small plate snacks. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and cozy. They have an exceptional vinyl selection, and the live music that they bring in is always fantastic! Plus, the staff is friendly and fun.

The Slowpoke Lounge is a perfect spot for fine craft cocktails great charcuterie, knowledgeable local bartenders, an awesome collection of vinyl to select and spin, game and trivia nights and amazing live music of all kinds! A great relaxed spot to slow down and enjoy, a gem in this small town. Great for after a show at American Players Theatre!

Great place to grab a cocktail before or after dinner. The lounge area has a good vibe and there’s an extensive vinyl collection. I’ve also seen quite a few very talented bands and musicians perform here. Highly recommend!!!

Great music venue as well as a chill place to hang on other nights. Fantastic selection of vinyl, and patrons are invited to play their selections. Very well stocked bar with a nice menu of craft cocktails as well as a solid beer and wine assortment. Musically, they bring in a nice variety of indie rock, jazz, folk and blues from Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and other major cities across the country. Check it out!

Just stop in and you will be happy you did. Easy and friendly, great beers on tap and a some beautiful cocktails and lovely small plate snacks. Pick your favorite vinyl to spin. It houses beautiful live music events and drag shows. It is a gift to Spring. A hip bar that is not too hip but just right.

The Slowpoke is an awesome spot in downtown spring green! There are always fun events going on, and the location is great to grab a drink after seeing a show at APT or just spend an evening. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and all the bar tenders are extremely friendly.

The Slowpoke is a wonderful gathering place where you always feel at home. A place to relax and mingle. Excellent performances make you feel like you’re in a much larger city and venue, but with a welcoming small town and intimate vibe! The service and drinks are always top notch!

SlowPoke Cabaret & Lounge is a hidden gem, located in downtown Spring Green, WI. They have 1st class artists perform in their music venue. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and oh so eclectic. Its a great place for a craft cocktail or beer (including Hamms on tap) . A place to relax and listen to LPs without a TV blaring. It is also a great place to catch a live muscian or band. Great owners and staff, friendly locals what more do you want?

I’m a fan of the elaborate house cocktails, yet a rolodex of mixology awaits you, along with several taps. Choose a record off the shelves to play on the turntable for the bar while you play any of the numerous games adjacent to the poker table. Most importantly, the Slowpoke hosts weekly events and bands keeping the spirit of live music alive and well in the driftless area!

Hope many get to share in this lovely place that I am lucky enough to be able to walk to from my house. Exquisite cocktails and atmosphere, not to mention the excellent live entertainment options. Such a gem.

Great place! Friendly staff...big bar & lounge up front..excellent music in the backroom..really fun place! Top bands. Been there 3 or 4 times last year...always a great time!

Went to the Judy performance last Monday, August 14th. What a wonderful show, fabulous venue, kind folks, and delicious drinks! Already planning a return trip. :)

This place is cool. They have a record collection and a stereo that patrons can spin records on. Quite a variety too. Everything from 60s jazz to folk, surf, rock, blues, etc.

Food is small plates, nothing large. You go for the environment and the drinks! Fun place to hang out!
