The staff here are wonderful and the food is just perfect for the atmosphere. Loved the added touch of the Basil on the fries! Wouldnt have thought to grab dinner here, but so worth it! Its the perfect spot for great service, great food, and a great time all in one place! If you havent been yet, definitely give it a go!

I went there last friday for the first time. It was a busy night. The employees were phenomenal, very helpful especially the Bartender! He made the best drinks! He was personable, and friendly with quick service. The hideout punch is a must try. Music was too loud but I will still give 5/5 because of the bartender! Definitely coming back again.

This is my third time attending the poetry night. I would say tonight was the best. Nice environment! The bartenders were great! Awesome wings! I always order the lemon pepper wings and tonight was on point! The artists tonight were awesome!

I recently visited The Hideout for a quick stop on a Saturday night at roughly around 11:30pm and stuck around for a total of an hour at most. The Hideout has recently gone through an overhaul perhaps due to the pandemic or change of ownership. They have evolved for the worse from a small and intimate lounge type to a full blown club like atmosphere. Every guest is pretty much forced to purchase a table unless you know the owner or manager which is super disappointing. For the one hour I was there I was billed a total of $77 for one hookah and one beverage which imo is insanely overpriced. I also had to ask for the hookah I ordered to be adjusted on top of paying nearly $80. There is no bar area where one can just order a beverage if preferred which is also a let down. The hookah, the beverage, the music, the atmosphere, and the customer service were all terrible. I expected a better experience for the money I paid. Needless to say I will not be returning to The Hideout anytime soon due to the lack of customer service, the disappointing quality of their products, and lastly due to the insane hike in prices. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent hookah lounge experience. There are plenty of alternatives around.

This Hideout Punch is very refreshing!! Nice mood setting and atmosphere! Definitely enjoy going there.

Currently attending this establishment for a friends birthday and if I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. After seating ourselves we waited 30 minutes for someone to come serve us and ask if we even just needed anything. No one came. We were trying to order a hookah, so finally I ended up flagging a staff person down. The young lady was rude and seemed very inconvenienced by us. Finally after placing out order, NO ONE came back to check us. Ultimately our coals ended up dying out on our hookah and no one came to replace it which is ridiculous for a $50 hookah. In this industry of entertainment, customer service is vital for a thriving business. Im sad to see that this simple concept was not executed for me and my group.

PROFILING!!!this establishment is run by the security outside the building. Their is no manager on duty. The security decides who enters the building due to what they look like. They are not trained and will harass you off their property. So if your trying to enjoy your evening and relax, do not do so here. This place has no guidelines and will harass you. Not having a manager on duty should be justification enough. Do not support this business.

Ambiance was dope! However, if you’re going to charge 20% gratuity and I leave a tip on top of that, you should be willing to replace a dish that was not satisfying. I was informed I would have to pay full price for another dish rather than get a replacement, complementary for what I paid. The server was kind.

Over priced drinks and small cups. Waitresses were rude. Gave one star because the vibe was nice and they had good music. But everything else was terrible. Will not be going back and have been spreading the word.

Its a fun place. The hookah is great. The drinks are good. It is starting to be able to establish its own sense of community, especially with the regulars. Their Karaoke nights on occasion can be a little slow, but for the most part they are tons of fun and the M.C.s they have are hilarious, charming and super high energy. They make you feel very welcome. Only downside I would see is that it is sometimes difficult to talk to your friends or others because the music is so loud. All in all though, I have a great time whenever I go.

Update: the door has expanded and continue to update. No cover, beautiful atmosphere, food and drinks could be better but thats growing pains of being s new establishment.Went to this place looking for a late HH spot unfortunately their website was wrong HH does not end at 9 however the spot is great. Really love the staff and atmosphere. Drinks are great. Love the wings! And of course the hookahs. Will be returning!

This place is horrible at least the food was…I ordered Old Bay wings..it’s one thing to be burnt but to be burnt without seasoning was awful! The wing’s didn’t have any Old Bay seasoning so I returned them. It was Magic Monday…they should really post the events on the website so that customers have an option to come inside or not. Twenty dollars shouldn’t be the cover charge. Terrible…terrible..:terrible. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience. Came to see my friend play and the first thing that is said is this table cost 300$ A table that was paid for later that day. The assistant manager ruby was rude and put her hand in my face when I asked for help. Luckily I went to get a server to help us purchase a table and change our coils. I will not be coming there anymore after being treated like I didn’t come to spend money. Also, she avoided us the entire night!!!!

The service was piss poor. Myself, and my two friends were constantly trying to get both the waiter and the waitresss attention the entire evening. They were completely unattentive. Oddly enough they decided to become more attentive as we prepared to leave. I assume to enhance their chances of receiving any kind of tip. No tip was left. From any of us. We only tip for good service. Other than that the dj was great, so were the food and drinks. The only thing that ruined our evening was the staff.

So I went to this location Friday. I purchased a 12 dollar drink before my friends had arrived and gave the waitress my card of course. Long story short I left my card and I was charged 40 dollars. Before purchasing the drink I asked the waitress how much it cost and she said 12 dollars. The didn’t have any top shelf drinks so I settled for a shot of Hennessy. I left my card by accident and returned the next day to pick it up. My card was charged over that amount. I reached out to the owner to be reimbursed. He forgot to call me back twice so of course I was getting frustrated and at that point he became very rude. Horrible customer service. I started a tab with one drink. I don’t mind ripping but you do not go an over charge someone’s card. That’s horrible and very sneaky. Never again. I noticed this happens a lot in the reviews!!!

Came in on a Friday night with a small group to smoke some hookah and order a few drinks. Greeted immediately and service was fast and efficient. The bartender and hookah guy were very friendly and repeatedly came to check up on our table and continuously replaced the coal on our hookah.

Soo it was my first time there I didnt know what time they closed, so I asked our waiter for another bottle. Instead of telling me that they was about to close she charged me $378.00 and never delivered the bottle. I will never come here again and I will ne spreading the word. If I get refund I will gladly change my review

We came in sober and had two drinks. They kicked us out and said we were drunk. No body ever checked in and asked if we needed another drink. On top of that, they doubled our tab for gratutity. Worst experience at a bar i have ever had.

Very odd and unpleasant experience. There is something really wrong about this place. We went in, (the sign said open) and there were a few people sitting at the bar. The bartender did not even look at our direction. I finally went and asked for a menu (I really dont mind doing this), while she was reaching to give me one, another guy wearing a Trader Joes uniform said they were closed! I even dont know if he worked there or not, but it seemed like a signal not to give us service. Of course I didnt waste my time ruining my evening by arguing with people who did not want our money, but it was super rude, super weird and ultimately unpleasant! I am a hookah fan, but will never step inside this shady place again!

Dope spot! Place is a vibe. The Soundsystem could use a little tuning and seemed like they had trouble eqing it, but it was decent after five minutes of trouble shooting.Only thing that notched it down from a four was the bartender came, took our order, and then never came back. I eventually just grabbed a staff member walking by. Not the craziest thing but kinda strange considering there were only 15 people at this point.Will be back for sure though

Went on Friday, hip hop night.Dont!It is the hideout. No real seating, no room at the bar, & No real room to move about. No dancefloor. Small hookah longue. 1000sq ft maybea generous description. DJ was at least 15 years behind on music. I was there only 30 minutes, bartender charged me 18% gratuity for 2 drinks at the bar!

Amazing space with game night, open mic night, karaoke & other fun themes all week! Definitely a great spot for food, drinks, hookah & they have $100 bottles 🙌🏾

I will never go to this place AGAIN ! They hand you a menu with prices on it and its not until after they charge your that they tell you that its actually not the price on the menu so i thought i was paying for a 25 dollar hookah when it was actually 35. Waitress didnt mention the price change, menu didnt say anything about it being 35 dollars and I personally feel like thats NOT how you do business they just try to get people for they money. She tried to give me some excuse saying it changed 3 months ago but after i refuted that then she tried to say thats the happy our price but i proved her wrong again so she got mad at me as if i was charging HER the falsely advertised price 🙃. Its really not about the price but dont give a menu with wrong prices thats STUPID ! Then they automatically gave themselves 7 dollars gratuity as if they deserved it

Friendly staff and drinks on par with these types of venues but know that the menu and specials you see online are NOT up to date and are misleading. In otherwords, dont trust any specials you may see on a flyer

Funky little place, has or at least allows hookahs apparently. Decent bar setup, very cozy/intimate. Not very fancy mind you but the service was great.

Went in last night , got a couple of drinks and ended up getting charged for 8 drink when I had 4 . After discussing that with a bartender (AFTER ALREADY BEING CHARGED ) I was carried out by the neck from security saying I didnt pay and was refusing to give my card? The only reason I did not want to give my card back again was because I was ALREADY CHARGED . I have the statement in my account and explained multiple times that I have ALREADY PAID and was only explaining that I was OVERCHARGED . Please save yourself the trouble of going to this place , there are alottt better places in northern va .

Hole in the wall but definitely a good concept. Staff is nice although the drinks are a little pricey. That being said they are poured generously.I would recommend for a local night out :)

Cute little hookah bar in Springfield. I came here Friday with my Sister and had a good time. The Bartender was a little confused but the music was good and people were friendly. Wouldn’t mind coming back.

Worst service ever. Servers were playing bear long and texting. We asked them to change the coal for the hookah and they never did, she was too busy texting. I ordered tea, 30 mins later I asked and she said theyre boiling the water. An hour late no tea and still no new coal. 10 years of going to hookah and this is by far the worst place ever. Wack wack times a million. Save your money and go so place else.

First and last time here. It was very small. Security was a joke. Someone got sliced up and the DJ played Knuck if you buck while security was getting man handled. It seemed like a younger crowd on a Saturday so, yeah...

Super fun spot with an awesome DJ in the sky setup. Hookah hosts are tentative. There are some unique drinks and the bartenders are quick!

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, there was blood on the toilet. They didn’t have most things that were on the menu. We went there at 5:30 on a Saturday and the place was completely empty.

This place is a Joke of an establishment I went this past Saturday and the quality of everything completely DROPPEDSaturdays were 🔥 but they decided to cut another corner, which seems like a theme seeing other reviews, and not pay the DJ like c’mon son that’s 95% of why I’m hereThey got some other guy who was aight around midnight but not even close to what I was getting accustomed toI was just telling my friends about this spot but now I’m going to have to just warn everyone about the faults of this janky overpriced place!#RIPHideOut

I dont know if I just went at a bad time but there were too many people for the size of the building and the service was slow. I would probably go at a more chill time. I still wonder if vaping is allowed in here lol

The music is too loud. Latin night isn’t even what it is. No Latin music. Food is ok. Service is sub par and it is too damn loud to even talk to anyone there. Very disappointing for the potential this place has.

I strongly recommend everyone to not go to this place, horrible service, They charged me $30 for a regular hooka which was not even smoking properly i had to fix it my self, their menu said $25 for hooka they over charge without letting their clients know. My over all experience was super poor at this place.

Over charged me for 3 beers. Very slow service, waitress had a big time attitude. Poor customer service for sure. You won’t see my business again.
