I am new to vaping, I just bought my 1st 2 geek bar Pauls Frozen pina colada Vapes and vape world on East Kearney Street. First one work great, no problem. So after donating plasma I got another one on my way home. The employee never ever mentioned that I supposed to open it inside the store. I walked out with it in a red bag inside the box. Got him the next day I opened it. It was hissing on the first puff and by that afternoon it had no flavors burning my tongue and it was down to like 30% after like 10 puffs maybe ...so I went back that next evening, living in Elkland its a long drive they said nope its been over 24 hours (by just 10 hours or so BTW). SO Cant return it.? What are you talking about? I got the receipt. I got the box just replace it. You sold me a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?.. NOPE... I GUESS IT TURNS OUT YOU KNOW ITS OKAY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BREAK THE RULES AND NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW ANY KIND OF PROTOCOL (by NEVER MENTION TO OPEN & MAKE SURE IT WORKS)..BUT YOU KNOW I HAVE TO BE WITHIN 24 HOURS BECAUSE I HAD NO FLippING IDEA CUZ I WAS NEVER ALERTED OF ANY OF THIS PROTOCOL AND I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I HAD TO OPEN UP AT THE STORE SO I GUESS I JUST SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS STUFF SOMEHOW YEAH THEY STILL WOULD NOT REPLACE THIS WHEN I EXPLAINED ALL OF THIS TO THE MANAGER AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE HIGH STRENGTH MANAGER NO THEY WONT EVEN LET ME TALK TO THAT MANAGER OR GIVE THEIR PHONE NUMBER ITS BEEN 10 DAYS NOW AND I HAVE NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER ITS LIKE $25 ITS NOT THAT EASY TO COME BY ANYMORE ITS RIDICULOUS AND IT IS UNOPENED AND CLOSED CASE THEIR EMPLOYEE DID NOT DO HIS JOB OR THE MANAGER DID NOT DO HER JOB BY NOT TRAINING HIM CORRECTLY IT IS NOT MY FAULT IN ANY WAY REPLACE THE PRODUCT YOU SOLD ME DEFECTIVE AND LET ME BE ON MY WAY AND AVOID LOSING $25 SALE EVERY DAMN WEEK. So I literally been without nicotine or with with my previous week one original geek bar that has the burn coil flavor and doesnt make me a happy camper. I was hoping to hear back from this store of vapor world and have as quickly resolved because it should be an open and closed case. They got cameras in there. Go back a day or two. I told him what guy bring me up and everything when I was in there. What hour what I purchased? I had all the original package in the receipt. What else do you flipping need?... Nothing!! you know why?? because you already got my money! 0.01 Stars of 5.0

I wouldnt even give this company a one star if I could give them less. I bought two devices and less than 2 weeks. Both devices did not work same day. Contacted them and was told theres nothing they can do. I wouldnt recommend this to my ex-wife.

Terrible experience went into the vape store couple weeks ago got help from a guy named Nicole got my girlfriend all set up on this nicotine vape that he said was a good one and that he personally used and all that good jazz and had nothing but problems with it. Try again new coils, all that good jazz and then finally came back in a week later to talk about getting the problem resolved or fixed or replaced or anything would be nice but for the same person to tell me that it’s just a Martin that that’s what it does and he actually try to get this or that and buy more stuff I’m not taking accountability that what he told me was junk and you needed to give me my money back or make it right, but never did so wouldn’t go there and if you do hopefully know what you’re already buying

10/10 would not recommend. I went into the store bought me a vape. A week goes by and the part where you put the juice in starts popping up wouldn’t stay down. They say to me at the store within 14 days if it acts up we will fix it. Okay! I go to the store and a was told that I didn’t clean it that’s why it’s doing that. I accept that once it was clean it stayed closed. Not even a day later it does the same thing but this time I didn’t call. I’m thinking it’s me didn’t clean it right. But the next day when it’s still doing the thing and it was clean. juice going everywhere. I called and went up there. They don’t make it right. Now this is all between 14 days. They tell me the part where the juice goes is a dud we can get you another one for 8 dollars. No thank you Make that make since.

I asked for a specific flavor recieved the wrong juice returned within 1 hour, the regional manager was called, she refused to correct the mistake. I was told I could purchase a new juice. 100% would not recommend.(new management)

This is a nice clean store. Landon Young was the young man who helped me this after noon. He knew all the sales and knows how to explain their options he also knows how to recommend things and explains in detail how everything works. He even helped me understand how to use and properly take care of my new vape. Thank you and I will be recommending this store. Landon really does deserve a raise with all the knowledge about all the products sold in the store and also for is outstanding customer service.

The Kearney location is by far my favorite, the shop is clean and organized, the employees are always so kind and helpful. They answer any questions and take any feedback I give on products. I’ve become a regular and they remember me and my vehicles so most of the time when I am walking into the store they are already on their way to get the products I want.Great group of employees

My wife and I are in this location at least twice a week and its always an awesome experience. Daniel is amazing and friendly and is always ready to help out. We know we can go to him with any questions and hell be able to give us honest and solid advice. We highly recommend visiting this location, its made our vaping experience both very convenient and enjoyable.

Had to get a new mod as my old one finally kicked the bucket, Krisha was super knowledgeable and helpful in picking out new device as well as setting it up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with new set up. Reasonable prices excellent selection and very good service. What more can you ask for? Was in the store yesterday and bought a new mod kit. Was sold the kit with expectation there were internal batteries already in it but turned out there werent. Originally the store rep Daniel first offered to buy a battery for me out of his own pocket if I bought the other. I said no. Then he offered to pay for BOTH out of his own pocket just to keep the sale. I wad very impressed with his sense of going above and beyond but again said no cause this boy should not pay $$ out of his own pocket for a customer. I had him call the manager to get them comped and she agreed. Daniel also took a lot of time to show me how the mod worked and to prime and fill it. His coworker was also very kind, gracious, and helpful but I cant recall his name. He was really cute tho. ;)

Have had a wonderful experience with every visit, Doug & Colton are phenomenal. Very informative, patient and helpful with anything you may need. Most vapes shops have to offer a simple “uhh” keeper, but these two receive two thumbs up from me. Very clean shop & kept well stocked. The inventory is unique and eye catching with every shining showcase. The hours through the evening make it convenient to stop by after work, this has become my go-to shop!

Spent a lot of money there over time and had enough points to get some good stuff show up beginning of this month to redeem some of my points and they dont have point system anymore or a solution for the people that have accumulated points all they had for me was a sorry if you would have came a few days ago it would have been okay

🎊 🤩This place is great the guys 🤓 there not only helped me pick out a device but was able to find a device perfect for my needs. 🤯 Ever since Ive been there I havent smoked a cigarette since and I dont plan on going back.💯 They also helped me set up my device and showed me how to do upkeep on it and fill it with the liquid. 🥰 I have done this before but because they listen to me and help me pick out something that fits me instead of just selling me anything to make a sell I know I can quit smoking cigarettes now.👍👍🥳🎊

Everytime I come in here, they seem to recognize me. I was going to get my usual weekly disposables but Jasmine stopped me and asked me if I had a device. I said I did but I didnt like it. She showed me the Aegis LE and wow. Its incredible. She took her time to help me find a salt nic menthol juice I like and helped me set up the device. Hopefully I dont continue to spend a fortune on disposables anymore!

The guy with coloured hair was INSANELY rude and condescending. He made me feel like I was a chore to him and he did not care in the slightest about his job. Everyone else was very cool though, but this one guy is going to be the sole reason why I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Was not to informative on Specials, Didnt really engage in what the customer was asking for in Regards to Vape ..Only reason for 2 star is a decent variety of vape equipment at ok prices .However they push for upsaleing which I understand in a way ...But Always look out for whats best in the customer needs and price range just my opinion.

Very knowledgeable staff who are quite friendly while chatting and dont push hard for sales. They fixed my vape without asking if I was planning to purchase anything, which of course left me happy to make a purchase.

I love coming to this store and talking with everybody. It’s so inviting... to the point I don’t leave for an hour or two! No matter what I need there’s always something there, and god, I’m so thankful they brought in Humble. For all the Prime brothers out there, it’s highly recommended.

Large selection, fair pricing, and the stores late hours is what keeps me coming back time and time again. It’s no where near where I live or work, but it’s worth it…the loyalty rewards are the cherry on top.

Felt uncomfortable coming in this spot but still decided to see what was up... asked if they had Esco Bars... they looked clueless. Yall Esco Bars by Pastel Cartel they are amazing (you should get some!) unfortunately they looked like I just landed off a u.f.o. from outer space when I asked. They had plenty of other types to choose from but... I just went next door and they took care of me.

Came in last night and instantly felt I was a bother. All I needed was a new tank for my mod, coils and some new juice. The attitude of the gentleman who helped me just made me feel bad for even coming in...I was very disappointed considering the good reviews Ive read.

Went in, spent almost $70, and one of the things I bought was a “TFV18” coil. He pulled it out of a bin labeled “TFV16” so I asked him if he got the correct one based off the label. He convinced me they are the same. I got home, opened the package (even labeled TFV18) and it is absolutely not the same. Coils for the TFV18 are squared, which makes it a lot easier for me to take in and out on my own with my arthritis. They refuse to exchange because they don’t ACTUALLY carry TFV18 coils nor will they refund me because I opened their incorrectly labeled coil. I made the mistake of going here over Electric Puff only because they were closed for the night and I will never make that mistake again ✌🏻

We spent over a 100 bucks there this is about the 5th time weve done that we had no points on our time they forgot to schedule Ando schedule and charge us for certain things we had ordered on the way out the door and then I had to come back to get them hours later to just have to pay full price for the same d*** thing yes overall the our time was not good and we spent way too much for what we got

One of the best vape shops Ive come across! Staff knowledgeable and courteous. They are really into what they do and will take time to make sure you make an informed decision on your purchase. Also one of the best selections of premium juices in any shop Ive visited. I stop in everytime I come through Springfield. If youre in a big rig just park at Walmart off I-44 exit 80 and its right next door.

Always have a good experience when shopping here. Always have what I’m looking for and can answer any question I throw at them, except for the meaning of life. They just looked at me kinda blank like, but oh well. It won’t stop me from shopping here.

It was an ok shop. Staff wasnt overly enthusiastic about helping with questions. Was more like the had better things to do than help customers and just wanted you to pay and go. Prices were average for the area

I decided to try vaping and went in to check things out. Guy sold me on a Saurin Drop. Its easy to use and at $35 I felt like it wasnt super expensive in case I hated it. This vaporizer uses pods instead of normal coils. So when the pod is burned out you just replace it. I was going to buy a few of them because Im a Over the Road truck driver. They didnt have any of the pods that day but the guy told me they would have some the next day. I went back the next day and have been back twice since then. Ive also checked both of their Springfield stores and now Im being told that when they do get a shipment of the pods that they only get a few and they cant keep them in stock. Why would you sell me something when I cant get the necessary parts? So now I gave a $35 unit plus $50 worth of ejuice that I cant use. I attempted to return the unit and buy a different type. Something more standard that I can find parts for. They refused to give me a refund even though I was going to buy the new unit from them. This is horrible customer service. Its not like I broke a piece or something. These pods are meant to be replaced similar to the coils on other units. If you cant get the normal parts to keep the unit operational why would you sell it to your customers. This is like buying a car and then being told I cant buy filters or belts for it. Im out the money but I will never do business with these people again.

If you work for Prime and vape this is where you need to go to get all your Vape supplies. They have a great staff and a wide selection of juice and mods available at all times. Whenever I am in town I like to sit up here and have had great service at this location and their shop off of Glenstone.

I tried many times to quit smoking. All it took was a 20 something year old kid with some strawberry custard ejuice. If only I’d figured it out sooner. Haven’t smoked in over a year and always stop by here when I’m in town. One of my favorite vape stores.

This place should be shut down They are thieves and the woman named Amanda who works there should never be allowed in customer service they have things on sale but when you get to the register to check out they charge full price when I asked her to honor the sale price I was told it was no longer on sale (even though the sale price was still posted) she refused to give the sale price and refused to give back my money even thought I had not even left the location with my purchase so desperate to make a dollar I hope noone ever spends a dime there ease buy somewhere else

The employees on duty (Caleb Jones and Colton Smith) proficiently guided me through choosing a device, coils, and juice. I dont know a lot about vape hardware and they were happy to answer any and all questions that I had.

Very helpful... came in to get an rda because I got tired of messing with sub ohm coils. Forgot my mod in the truck but bout the hive rda and they set it up for me. At first I didnt like the atomizer because the air flow is ridiculously wide open but after a night of driving and vaping I got used to it. They were out of cotton so they actually gave me some of their own which was awesome and Im very appreciative for it . I will continue to make this location my go to shop when Im in spfld . It was kind of a i guess moment. Store was a bit plain. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable but no information was volunteered. They had no issues answering but I had to ask and I had to know what to ask. Thankfully Ive caped before.

I went here to get kratom which I am new to and an employee named alan seemed to know more about the plant than anyone Ive talked to. The strain he recommended is just what I needed!

There is so mich to learn from the workers here at vapor world. I got a mod for the first time and they helped find what i would need. Brought a friend with me who wanted me to get a huge giant mod and mulitiple coils. But after talking with the vape specialist (thats what you guys are) we decided i needed something samller because im not good at vaping amd wasnt sure o could commit to it. Im glad i listened to him and not my friend! It has been a slow process for me. And had i listen to her i would have purchased something I did not use nor need.
